Went in to pick up a order the past said 5 minutes then after waiting for 20 minutes asked them again said almost ready .If you value money and time remove this store from your list total waste of money

The ebi sunomono was unfortunately very tasteless and the spicy tuna on the roll definitely tasted on the fishy side (not in a good way)

Delicious food, staff very helpful with modifications, lovely owner very welcoming, engaging, and friendly, hence 5-stars for atmosphere, fresh ingredients, their gomae ae was tender and not overdressed, super easy access off/on from Hwy 1, great stop on a road trip! We will come back again!

Very close to my house, so generally it ends up being our go to sushi bar. Not that there anything special about it, but its convenient and generally fairly consistent. Parking: Large open parking lot that services all the surrounding businesses, Ive never seen it full.

Stopped by on our way through town. It was excellent. Had the beef donburi, toro nigiri and avocado tuna rolls. Service was fast and friendly. Will definitely come again Food : 5/5

Had the lunch bento box A and spicy ramen. Everything was delicious and very reasonably priced.

Small place, but I always get take out. The staff is always so nice on the phone and in person. The dishes Ive had are well made and good portion sizes for the price. They are happy to accommodate tweaks for my pickier eaters. Easy in and out off the highway with loads of parking. Cheers, Danny and Della

Went in to order take out and give these guys a try.... NEVER AGAIN!!! I was told over a hour for a couple of rolls... Ill stick to my regular place(Blue fish) as it has a way nicer atmosphere and there way way faster with phenomenal sushi like only place ive been that even remotely better is in Vancouver... I could drive to blue fish, order and pick it up before these guys would have my order ready. I get its its 5 on a Saturday but come on a hour wait for 4 rolls is ridiculous

Dont miss this restaurant. Cozy interior but not crowded. Food is excellent, service is excellent. The staff are friendly and kind. It feels like somewhere they are proud to work, not just a job. We have had takeout, delivery and dine in and it is always terrific. Parking: Large parking lot Wheelchair accessibility: Narrower entryways but there is a ramp instead of stairs into the building

This is a wonderful sushi restaurant, its definitely one of my favourites! Im never disappointed with the portion sizes, presentation, and service. Ive dined in and had take out and the quality is the same.

Our family went to eat here today, the lady who served us treated my sons so nicely. Gave them attention and even brought them tempura on the house. Food was delicious, and we all enjoyed it. We highly recommend this place

Was in Kamloops for the weekend, Me and my buddy were craving sushi. I told him look up the best reviewed one in Kamloops. Which brought us to Sushi Valley... and I am so glad it did! At first glance I kind of laughed as we didnt even know if it was open, it was a very small building all the windows were covered up and the door had plywood on it. But we went in and were greeted by a very nice lady, we were sat right away. The food came out fast, and wow it was hands down the best sushi I have had, everything was so fresh and tasted great. The pricing was decent as well. We left full and very satisfied. I was so happy in the end that we picked there for dinner and will defiantly go back next time we are in the area!!

Surprisingly good sushi/ sashimi and the staff were wonderful. It was hopping so even though the location - little place in the middle of a parking lot- it was good.

Delicious sushi! Even being from Vancouver, this tiny little sushi house is a hidden gem for sushi in Kamloops. Great menu to choose from, friendly staff, and great prices. Definitely will be making this one of our regular places to dine at!

Nice little restaurant. Ordered the monkey brains and the crispy dragon roll both were delicious. Did not know what to expect for the monkey brains but the combo of spicy tuna, crab and avocado made me order it. I was not disappointed.

Sushi and sashimi were fresh. The spicy tuna was a little heavy with the sauce, losing the tuna flavour.

Nice quaint little place. Very excellent sushi. Highly recommended. Yummmy. Thought it was a good truck at first but it was not. But what a surprise it was. Price was very good. And great quality sushi rolls/. nigiri/ spring rolls. Washington roll/ crispy dragon roll / Fuji MT Roll. Were great. Very friendly staff. You won t be disappointed with this hidden gem.

Ive always gone here for a dinner at least a few times a month but the last few times Ive ordered anything salmon sashimi it has arrived with salmon full of bones. Did they change their supplier? Because Ive never had this issue

Friendly service and solidly consistent food. I really like the Watta Hell Roll and the Jazz Roll. We tried the tempura and the sauce was a thicker sweet soy (better and unique from other places). The large miso soup for 4, is plenty to share and you can ask for extra bowls and spoons. Convenient place to stop for lunch if you are on a road trip.

This was our first time in this restaurant, it was great. Friendly staff, very helpful. Food was delicious, will definitely bring friends here the next time they are in town. Cant wait to go back and try something different.

Found this gem on my way to Calgary. My partner and I thought the rolls were great. We enjoyed the style of nigiri sushi that had larger portions of salmon and tuna than rice.

Definitely a hidden gem with amazing sushi and bento box meals. The staff in the front of the house is absolutely amazing backed up by the Proffessional Sushi Masters in the back of the house! Great job!

Chicken udon soup is my go to order everywhere & i can confidently say this place has the best i ve ever had. tataki rainbow roll was unique and delicious would get light cream cheese but that s just personal preference. my mom said the beef yakisoba reminds her of when she used to live in japan. wish we lived closer!

Couldn t understand simple directions (salmon, cream cheese cucumber) instead gave me avocado, crab, salmon and a disgusting sauce tried to refuse to give money back when we spent $60 and the huge platter box combo could feed maybe a 13 year old and was $25 very small portions for price very disappointing never again

takoyaki was excellent. reminded me of street food in japan. staff friendly and they spoke which is a good sign for some authenticity. this will definitely become my sunday lunch spot

Dont judge a book by its cover! Thid restaurant may look small from the outside, but the inside is filled with friendly and happy people, and most of all great food! Thank you for the great service and we hope to come back soon.

This sushi place used to be excellent but this time, tempura was cold and soggy, not just made as it should be. Only slightly better than grocery store sushi. Ok for the price and friendly service.

Here for a vacation. Did not expect this quality and taste from Kamloops. Tempuras are perfectly fried, Rolls tasted better than the ones in Vancouver! I would visit here every week if I lived here. Parking: Easy to park. Lots of space.

Not good. Dont know what all the 5 star review are about. Much better sushi in town elsewhere. My rice was old and bland. Cucumber was dry. Salmon is farmed not fresh.

Great restaurant! Was not expecting to find decent sushi (by any means) in Kamloops but it was actually amazing. I got the spicy tuna don bowl and it was the freshest tuna I have had in a while. Great service too.

Coming from the lower mainland Ive been disappointed by the local ethnic food here. Sushi Valley is comparable to the variety I was used to. Prices are good, sushi is great.

When I saw the building my hopes for this place went down due to the size but boy was I wrong. Great prices, good meal sizes, great service, quick and tasty food, overall very good experience. Strongly recommend and is my go to sushi restaurant!

The food is excellent, and the service is as prompt as can be expected, especially during the busier times. There seems to be a discount for police and other emergency services, which is admirable given the times were in. If you like sushi, dont miss it.

I Love sushi and have tried all the options in the kamloops area and Sushi Valley is hands down the very best!!! The service is very quick and the food is absolutely amazing every single time!! I highly recommend it!! So yummy!!!

Average sushi restaurant, just down the street from a sushi place which gives customers more bang for their buck. Was disappointed to see the removal of fish eggs from all dishes, the use of foam for take out, and a failure to use local suppliers.

Dont be fooled by the external appearance. Even though it is a small place located in a car park, the quality is excellent. Amazing sashimi with centimeter-high slices that melted in your mouth. Particular and large rolls. One of the best sushi.

Ive heard good reviews for Sushi Valley, but when we ordered from here I was quite surprised by low quality fish. Whatever they served us was definitely not tuna, and ALL of the raw fish tasted of lemon juice---which was quite weird. The sashimi was cut into oddly shaped cubes. Our dynamite roll wasnt even cut evenly, with severely large pieces on each end. Dont bother driving all the way across Kamloops for sushi here as your closest sushi restaurant location does it better.

Lovely place, waitresses are attentive and the service is quick. Honestly my new favorite place for sushi with my partner. The rolls are always delicious and fresh. And the presentation is top notch. Definitely recommend this place

This place was highly recommended but it was terrible. Stuck in the middle of a parking lot there was no place to sit outside so forget bringing your dog. We ordered a few rolls and after waiting longer than expected considering there was no one in the place the rolls we got were tasteless. My daughter couldnt even finish hers. Will never visit again.

Best dining experience of my whole life. Now let me tell you, I am a sushi connoisseur. I have traveled to many a sushi restaurant and never have I ever been more satisfied with the high quality food I was served. Sure the building is small, but that means nothing when you take into consideration how amazing the service and food both are. Speaking of the service, it was impeccable, i felt as though I were being treated like family. I believe the young lady who served me was named Cali, and I feel the need to mention her by name as she was just so sweet and polite, one of the most welcoming servers I have ever encountered. Over all sushi valley gets a 5/5 stars here on google reviews, but it gets a 500/5 in my heart.

Had the red dragon roll at the recommendation of my server Liana, she was very helpful and sweet. Little sushi place but had a lot of charm and the sushi was amazing. Will return.

In the last year Ive found Sushi Valley has become super inconsistent. Just picked up dinner and I got home to find some of the saddest sushi rolls Ive seen. Two rolls split apart, and the taste is off. Prior visits theyve started adding a lot of rice as filler into the rolls too.

Sushi and staff were excellent! Great little location, just a bit small so there can be a wait sometimes.
