I loved the food and the service but I threw up in the middle of the night. Not sure if it was because of the food or not.

It s okay. definitely need to watch how much they serve you cause they try to be cheap with portions. Not sure why these types of people are all super stingy with food portions in all food establishments.

I had dinner here on my day trip to Kamloops and was beyond happy. It was a great alternative to other fast food chains. Me and my girlfriend stopped by for a quick dinner and ice cream on a hot day. First thing we noticed was how clean it was and that the food smelled amazing. Our server Anjali was amazing fully deserving the 5 stars. To tie it together the food was perfect, exactly what we needed. Will be a regular spot from now on.

My family and I stopped at Mucho on our way back to Vancouver. I was so impressed with their customer service. The owner of the place, Amaan, even gave us free samples of ice-cream to try. I will definitely stop there again if I am in town.

We were a group of 9 people. Aman hosted us after a long drive from Banff. Aman is amazing! He was courteous, and his hospitality was unmatched. Very surprised how well we were treated at what we initially thought as a random burrito place. Food was very good!! Probably the best place I have seen in a long time.

Portion sizes are small. They even shake the scoop to level it. My family went here and got one Mucho Burrito each and it came up to 160.00 with a pop and tortilla chips. Poor costumer service also. Please stay away.

Changed review. Depending on when you go Aman one of the managers there does a great job of making sure the food is ready for customers and is a friendly guy. Sometimes at slower times not the best but has drastically improved.

The service was bad I ask for a bowl and she didn t want to put beans in my bowl. I was like why couldn t I get any? And when they realized I was right that beans come with the bowl. It was the attitude. I didn t feel welcome at all. Parking: Parking ok

They were too lazy to defrost shrimp even though it s on the menu and they have it , it s the third time it s happened. Quite disappointed considering the food is good but service terrible. Vegetarian options: Vegetables , rice and beans

The food was great especially the chicken burrito, chicken quesadilla and the beef taco. The cookies were also good because it was hard on the outside and soft on the inside. The shrimp salad was also satisfying. Went in and asked for the new tango burrito, the girl said it was going to be 20-25 minutes and I said that was okay and I d get it. She seemed surprised then went around back to the kitchen and came back saying they actually could not make it today and that s what the kitchen said , disappointed as I wanted to try it and they just seemed to not want to make it.of the food I did have, it was good but service was very slow

The food was pretty tasty...but the cheese allotment was ridiculous. They use a plastic teaspoon to dole it out, so it was basically 1/2 a teaspoon of cheese. When I asked for more, I was told Id have to pay another dollar for it. Other than that, the overall experience was positive and the service (other than the person doling out the cheese) was fantastic.

Was very disappointed with the food portion. Ordered a mucho burrito and all the ingredients except rice were pretty skimped on, especially the meat. They gave us one tiny piece of steak for a mucho which is the same you get for a small and when I asked why they said thats what you get. NOT right when we are paying significantly more for this size. The whole burrito was basically rice. I have been to numerous other locations and received at least two if not three times the amount of meat and toppings. You also pay extra for the steak, yet receive significantly less meat. Ridiculous and will NOT being going back.

The best Mucho Burrito I have ever visited. I came to Kamloops for a visit with my friends, and one friend suggested Mucho Burrito but wasnt sure if the restaurant was in Kamloops. We found it via google Maps. When I pulled up outside, I didnt think it was the right place, but when I went inside, we were so surprised and excited. The restaurant not only has Mucho Burrito but also an ice cream parlor and has The Cheesecake Factory cakes available. Aman (I hope I spelled his name correct) is very knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and professional! I ordered the beef barbacoa burrito. It was made perfectly and was very delicious. My husband ordered the chrizo burrito, and he loved it. My bff ordered a bowl, and she said it was very delicious as well. I can tell ya, the food was deeeeelicious. No leftovers. We ended up coming back the day after, my other friends ordered ice cream, and I had to have another Burrito. Everyone was boasting about how delicious their treats were while I was in ecstasy eating my delicious burrito, hahaha Thank you for the awesome experience, service, and delicious food/desserts.

Slow service, waited almost 20 mins for my order to be taken. Only 1 guy working and about 10 people in the line up. Need to hire more staff or have another person working. Portions were measly for the burrito. The guy working was skimping on each portion of meat and veg.

Went in with my young kids for popsicles, bathrooms were under lock and key and were very gross. They didn t have any of the 6 flavours of popsicles. Their soft serve machine was closed for cleaning for the entire day. They had some hard ice cream but not very appealing for children. Kids decided on rainbow cake which was double locked on the door to access it and frozen. $20 for two pieces of cake. Cake was yummy but disappointing experience for the first time coming to a newer place in town. Probably won t be coming back.

OMG I LOVE THIS PLACE!! especially because of the service provided by Mehak! She was so sweet, warm and welcoming, the tacos she made were so delicious and worth it! Excellent customer service skills! Will definitely be coming back here for more!

How do you run a Mexican place where pretty much all the toppings are extra charges. Ordered trio Tacos, chicken Quesadillas & Guac+Chips. Chips were sooo STALE that I was disgusted to even eat them. Their idea of Quesadillas is chicken, cheese & beans with no veggies in it. Portion size was way better when they opened but sadly has drastically gone down since then. Will give them a point for the hotness, sadly thats the only thing they got right. Tacos have 2 toppings only. They advertise as cheaper than any other Mexican place in town but get you at all the add ons. Even the order taker was like I know its wrong but it is what it is. Overall disappointed

If you ever in Kamloops and want mexican food & dessert on the go. Best place to get food. Food is fresh. Staff is amazing. Got some tacos and chips & queso to go. Food portioning are amazing. Aman and rumana helped me guide while was ordering the food and they were super friendly too. They also have cheesecake from cheesecake factory as well. Great combination

Had an amazing visit to Mucho Burrito! Their veggie bowl was packed with fresh, healthy toppings, making it incredibly flavorful, especially with their standout pineapple salsa. On top of the delicious food, the customer service was exceptional friendly and attentive. Highly recommend for anyone craving good Mexican food.

Aman gave us incredible service. He ensured we understood what ingredients cost extra and which do not, allowing me to create a better burrito and have a better experience. This was my first time at this location and really enjoyed it!

Mucho burrito is great elsewhere but this location is insanely inconsistent with portions among other things, and leaves their online ordering off even when open so you cant just pick up and go.

Pretty good. They are still in training, but as long as you are not in a rush this is a super friendly experience and the food is quite tasty. Update - still really good option for delivery. Food

First time visit to this restaurant. Huge windows and a very clean customer area. The food was fresh and very tasty. My wife ordered one ingredient that was not on the menu but they were able to make her a custom lunch. Great service and extremely friendly staff. Good choice for a Mexican Lunch.

Staff is kind and fun always smiling. The food is unreal I like the mucho burritos come with guacamole and sour cream built into the cost. The shredded beef is so good!! I like the food and the burrito sauce but the staff is what makes the place. The smiles even when busy is amazing. Each employee I have run into there has made every experience a 10/10 each time and the food just sends it over the top for me thank you!!

Was at the soft opening today. Food was very delicious and fresh! Everyone I was very welcoming and helpful. Was quite full from the salad/rice bowl. I appreciate the worker breaking apart the chicken pieces for my little ones quesadilla :)

They have a multigrain burrito bread option, the sauces are amazing too!

This was my first experience having Mucho Burrito. I have to say it exceeded my expectations. The food was excellent! Service was great! I will be back again. Pricing is also very good.

For their second day open I feel like they did great! The service was fantastic even though they are still working out the kinks. Food was fresh and delicious and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back!

Very disappointed by the service and the staff standing around and not cleaning the tables when they were all dirty. Also was not able to make an order online for some reason where a deal was located and literally had to push to have this coupon honoured. Last, please be cautious when adding extra especially with protein, they will add little quantity and charge you $$$ for it. Sorry this is the last actually: they will burn your burrito and act like it s not?

Edit: Changed my review from 4 to 5 star s. I went back and most of the issues were addressed, thanks for listening to feedback! I got a bowl, which was ok, but I wish there was more salsa, I asked for 3 scoops of different salsas and they were soooo tiny. So the whole bowl ended up quite dry and not very flavourful. There are also not enough veggies to choose from. And I thought that the bowl would include some greens, but no, the base is just rice and beans. Also, something tasted burnt, Idk if that was corn or the plant based crumble, but there were bitter pieces there. II ll ask for a lot more salsa next time. Vegetarian options: Plant based crumble

Totally disappointed, first off they scraped the steam table veggie bin for our quesadilla dried up Burnt veggies , ask for fresh and they did take the old ones off and put new on then it was cut in rectangular strips instead of triangle so all the filling was falling out more than usual ,the burrito was burnt and tortilla just crumbled about a 1/4 of the way in ! Won t be going back !

You can tell this is a new restaurant and the staff are still getting their footing, but they re doing a great job. Food was fresh and very delicious, great topping options, good selection of drinks, and very reasonably priced. Store was quite busy and staff were moving around a lot, I think 3 different people worked on my burrito at some point, but I m sure they ll figure that out in time, so I m not worried. Will definitely be coming back! Vegetarian options: Veggie burritos etc, as well as plant-based crumble. I have never seen someone put to much love into making a fast food burrito. The guy who made our food today was so attentive I felt like it meant the world to him to make us good food. Also it was delicious. The ingredients were really fresh. The owner was there and you can tell he wants people to feel taken care of, which is a different experience for a fast food restaurant. 500 stars.

My mom and dad went in Monday night to try something new and were severely disappointed in the service. When my father went back to the counter to ask for help/recommendations the staff kept their backs to the till and were more interested in talking amongst themselves than helping the waiting customer. They ended up going next till over to purchase the overpriced cheesecake and did not get any food due to the lack of service - they take that seriously so I doubt they will be returning. I m willing to give some benefit of doubt and try Mucho Burrito myself, I m sure the food is fine for fast burritos but will be monitoring the staff presence for sure. I know working minimum wage food jobs aren t the greatest but that doesn t mean your quality of service should deteriorate.

I am so happy we gave one in Kamloops and that it s open late! We don t have many yummy, spicy, healthy late night options so I really appreciate this place! I ordered chips and queso, the lady behind the counter asked me if I wanted anything else and stressed the anything . Then she informed me they were almost out of queso. It s 8:45 and you re out of queso at a Mexican food place? I can t rate the food because they didn t give me any.

Extremely disappointed! Was excited when they opened up but my husband picked me up a burrito today and it wasn t very good at all! No flavour, way too much rice even only getting half of the regular amount. Even the steak was disappointing.I couldn t even finish it, it was that bad. I didn t think I would ever say this but the place is Sahali is so much better.
