Waited 25 minutes for my food before they realized they had given it to the wrong person. Then the supervisor did her very best to rectify the issue which was appreciated, she then had my order ready within 10 minutes.

I have to say that staff is so accommodating for your every need I would definitely recommend the food. It is excellent on the few times I ve been there. I have not been disappointed. It s always Quality. Wheelchair accessibility: I m able to get in and out very easily with my father who is in a wheelchair. He loves to come there and have lunch once in a while.

Good service food was good

The very best restaurant in Kamloops. I eat here almost everytime that I am in town. My two young children love the music in the background. They put TWO tacos in the combos not one like the companies that laughingly try to compete. They have a salsa bar that they make the salsas for, great selection. They even have PASTA!!!! Tacos AND pasta?? Why go anywhere else??

Dont bother going, SHRINKFLATION is in full effect. Youll get a full adult meal and they will casually give you a plate 6 across that youd question using at the kids table on Thanksgiving. Genuinely felt almost insulted after what they charged and spending few minutes deciphering their menu just receive at most a 1/3 of a helping they used to offer. Tried other locations to give them benefit of the doubt but was just as bad. Dont give them a dime, literally go buy an 18 pack of burritos for the same price and quantity of food and avoid the disappointment.

Cute little fast food restaurant. We had the tacos (hard and soft). They were standard but decent. And also taco salad which was really good.

There is simply no pretense to this place. It is simply good food with very little hoopla. Pricing is decent, service is good and the food is just fine!

The chicken inside my enchiladas was ice cold. The staff were fantastic, apologized profusely, and made me new ones. 2nd time around, the refried beans were piping hot, but the chicken was cold again. The chips and cheese was the most pathetic thing Ive ever seen. Ive had more authentic Mexican food come from a Doritos bag. They gave me a $5 coupon for my next visit, but I wont ever be going back.

Was visiting Kamloops and came here because people said it was great. The staff were good and the food came pretty quickly. Unfortunately, the food was pretty bad. I got the original burrito or something and it was 80% refried beans and it had clearly been microwaved so the texture of the entire thing was really just mushy. I also asked for salsa but they forgot, which was extra annoying since the food was already so bland. Also got the tater tots and they just tasted like oil. It could have just been bad luck, but I wouldnt recommend.

I love this place! I visit family BC from Ontario and always ask to go here. They have great food. Slyvia is the sweetest lady! I recommend it to anyone looking for great Mexican dishes. Especially the chimichanga!

Absolutely amazing, best fries Ive ever had, even the pasta is better than that of an Italian restaurant, even though it is a Mexican restaurant. This restaurant is an amazing place to eat at, and truly deserves to be the best Mexican restaurant in Kamloops.

This is a great place to go for Mexican inspired food. The service is always good, the food is consistently good with decent portions and lots of options to choose from. I feel its one of the best Mexican places in town.

Absolutely disgusting food. I ve been there twice and that is the last time. First time was decent at best second time I ordered baja tacos and the chicken was as so burnt it wasn t even edible yet I was given 2, $2 coupons for my next visit. Like I ll ever eat there again. Should be ashamed of yourselves for serving such garbage.

Ive been going to Senor Froggies since I was a kid. Its always good and always be good! The salsa bar is a real treat!

The food is always so good I never had a complaint, the employees they dont have much of when I go there but they always have a positive mood and the place is always so colorful and fun!

The lady at the counter was lovely .. but the good stops there. Incredibly over priced. I got 2 tacos and a small mexi fries and it was $18. The tomatoes tasted like they d started to go bad, lettuce was soggy. Mexi fries were soggy and not deep fried well. I ve had it before and it was okay but this was terrible and I won t be going back.

The food at this location is greasy, soggy and it all tastes the same. They have forgotten many items when we do takeout. We will never go back there.

This place is disgusting. Horrible food and extremely over priced. Just because you call them mexi fries dosent change the fact that they are just tator tots. Mexi fries are fries with toppings like sour cream, chives, salsa ect. Do your self a favor and eat literally anything else

i wasnt impressed by the quesadilla. it was dry, flavorless. the last time i went there, the chicken enchalada was smaller, less moley sauce, smaller serving. plus the flavour has changed,wont be going back. its a shame as ive been a customer for over 30 yrs

Was happy to see the hand washing station available for patrons. What I wasnt happy about was the very rude customer service at the front. The employee had an attitude when asked a few questions about some of the menu items. We ordered 2 tacos as it was buy one get one 50% off on Tuesdays. Also ordered a burrito. The food was pretty good. And the wait time was okay. Was it worth $30+ for the food we got, not really. Unless they address the attitude of their front of house person we will not be returning. Also they didnt care about a Vaccine passport for done in.

Food was made quickly and tasted amazing. What especially stood out though was the staff while also being very friendly, I overheard an employee mention that one of the online orders didn t have hot sauce added but maybe they forgot to click the button, so they added it anyways just to be safe. It s the small details like this that stand out to me and show a level of care and consideration for guests to properly enjoy their meals even if it s a faceless person ordering through a computer. Truly shows the mentality of a local business.

I used to make a point of going here every time I was in town. I ordered a chicken soft taco & it tasted & looked like there was beef in it. I like their frogger salsa but thats it now. I won t be making a point of going here every time I m in town. This used to be my favorite place, kind of disappointing.

Food was over packed in one bag, everything squished and falling out of wrappers. No labels to tell burritos from tacos. Unusual to have it so bad.

Fresh yummy foor better than any mexican resteraunt Ive ever eaten in. The only downside is they took their business off Door Dash and Skip almost assuming customers all have vehicles to pickup food when not all do. During Covid they had their presence on delivery services but stopped. They dont seem to want everyones business and guess only people with vehicles to pickup are valued. Its a pitty because I love their food and would order it in more often.

Good. Except they made us eat in our vehicle after we traveled all the the way to Kamloops Just to eat there. Spent alot of money like $75. and got sent to our vehicle to eat. But food was great of course or we wouldnt of traveled all the way there just to eat at Senior Froggys

Filling is fresh and nice for the tacos, spices are good too but why this tortillas?! Its the cheapest one really, falling appart when you grab the tacos, buying good tortillas are the most important that the base of Mexican food. Save on is selling la tortillas factory try it and you will double business.

Consistently delicious food, friendly staff, reasonable prices. The fish tacos are a great meal.

Food quality and front counter service were good, my biggest complaint is that theyve made a desiganted smoking table for their workers right next to where they seat you. Due to covid they want sitting outside, which is fine, its nice out, but when youre trying to eat and have cigarette smoke blowing in your face ruins it, theres limited seating outside as it is, i dont think prioritizing a smoke table should be a main focus, plus, said table still has a no smoking sign on it, so you wouldnt even know sitting down? Theres no signs or anything warning you, plus its on landsdowne mall property which I know doesnt allow smoking on the public walkspaces. Complained to the manager and was given a very dont care attitude. Only giving two stars because again, the front service was good and the food was good, if it werent for those factors it would be a 1 star.

Great simple, north American style mexican food, awesome selection of fresh sauces and salsas.

Went for the first time. Down town location. As mentioned below the server acted like we were in the restaurant only to inconvenience her. The tacos were mostly lettuce, the enchiladas were completely soggy, not wet wth sauce but soggy. The tortilla chips were stale and chewy not crunchy or crispy. Beans were cold and had no flavour. the rice like undercooked packaged rice. Wasted my money. Not real or good Mexican food by any standard.

Ive never liked this location, but we were starving and didnt want to drive across town to the other location... Customer service is horrible and the food is even worse.. if I could give it no stars or -5, I would. Pretty disappointed overall. Wont be going back. I suggest going to the other location.

I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant in a very long time. The staff humiliated me by refusing to allow my service dog to be in the restaurant with me because she didn t have the words service dog on her vest. Instead I was forced to eat outside with wind blowing dust and leaves into our faces. Perhaps some education of the staff to people with disabilities (obvious stroke) would be wise. Have them google information on service dogs and note, they don t even have to wear a vest at all, let alone one with the words service dog on it. I had been a loyal customer of senior froggies for over 25 years. I guess this restaurant will do just fine without my money.

I would give this location a minus 1 if I could due to the service I had on my last visit. My fience and i ordered food, we were eating at the only table available at that time. When we were halfway through our meal my fience had got up to use the washroom so it was just me at the table. The girl working the cash register told me I had to leave the booth so two men that just ordered food could sit down. So I did because i was embarassed that she told me to leave. I gathered my shopping bags and waited outside for my fience. After I left the same employee knocked on the bathroom door and told my fience that he needs to hurry up because people were waiting for the washroom. I need to mention my fience has irritable bowl syndrome and sometimes takes a while. Next thing he knows there is a security guard now knocking on the door telling him he needs to get out of the washroom the he proceeds to open the door with a key provided by the cashier mentioned above. When the securith opened the bathroom door my fience was still sitting on the toilet with his pants down. How embarrassing is that?. I will not go back to this location due to this incident. We were never rude or disruptive in anyway, we were well dressed and clean and we are not bad people so I dont understand why she would do this.

I got my friend got sick. My lettuce was watery. I went there next day n described how my lettuce was watery. Making my soft taco watery. Manager told me they do t make them there. Thats all.

We decided to try Senor Froggys for the first time on Saturday, October 17th, 2020. The menu had a very good selection, and reasonably priced. The food was also very good; But I especially want to give a shout out for their amazing customer service! When I realized that I had lost an envelope full of movie gift certificates and cash, I went back to the restaurant at Lansdowne, hours later. Not only had they found it, they had kept it, on the off chance that I would come back for it eventually. They were so happy for me and had the biggest smiles that they had made my day. In these uncertain times, its so refreshing to still find people who are honest and caring. Thank you so much Senor Froggys. I will definitely be back!
