Ive been going here my whole life. Ive moved away from Kamloops but always make sure to eat here whenever I come back.

Love this place literally try n go there everytime I go to Kamloops

I was greeted very well by friendly staff. I was unsure what to order and the staff member working had many great suggestions and even a great vegetarian menu. I definitely will return. Vegetarian options: Great menu with alot of vegetarian options and fair priced. Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level building with alot of seating options

Very disappointed in tonights takeout. Not only did they say 20 minutes, and it took 60, penne + meatsauce tasted microwaved. I swear they wait until you open the door and then start your order. Apple empenadas tasted like the filling was straight from a Dole fruit cup. Tangy and sloppy. May have to find another place go.

Fiod is consistent as always. The sauces remind me of what i had when i was little going to Senior Froggy. Staff needs to slow down when speaking to customers. Otherwise was a great food experience

Ordered our food at 845, they close at 9, bathrooms were locked and refused to give us a key stating they were closed. We didnt get our food till 925. So had ti wiat 30 min for food.When asked again for bathroom key, itwas refused. Got food home, pretty disappointed considering the 50$ bill for 2 people, youd think food would be better. Wont ever go back!.

My family and I have been visiting this restaurant for years. The food is to die for! The atmosphere is unique and authentic. When visiting from out of town, Señor Froggy s is a must stop every time!

Favourite tacos in Kamloops

It was our first time in the restaurant tonight....My husband ordered a Burrito, he could barely eat half of it because it was pure mush and was put in the microwave after is was made for way too long...why put it in the microwave? We also ordered some nachos with beef. We get those, no beef...They get taken back to the kitchen. The cook doesnt make new nachos, just piles beef and more sour cream on top....wow...I ordered a soft taco with NO guacamole and extra sour cream....I get, LOTS of guacamole and NO sour cream....sent that back...they made it right that time, but waaaay too much sour cream. They also heated the soft taco in the microwave for waaay too long and it was mush and waaaay too hot...I had three bites....it was horrible. We did get good service and the employees were very apologetic. We were given a $5 off coupon for their mistakes....which we left with most the food we couldnt stomach on the table....$5 off coupon??? Lmao If you want Taco Time at triple the price, you found the spot...dog food

Best place for Mexican fast food since 1983!!

The food is no longer good. It used to be very good but now its pre made and I believe they microwave a lot of it when ordered. Everything Ive had in the last few years has been terrible. The corn salsa tasted fermented. Im sorry to report this as it used to be great, now just another taco bell fastfood taco.

Very lovely lady working behind the till and the food was delicious!! They are very good at dealing with modifications. Plus the Mexican atmosphere was much needed during the long winter season. Highly recommend this place. Will be back!

I love this place. I love the people . I love the food. Excellent wheelchair access. I can see why people of all ages and stages go here. It has a very welcoming atmosphere and has a wide range of Mexican food. I had my favourites and was introduced to a few more. I don t know if it s the surroundings coupled with the staff, but I noticed the elderly (my mom) really relax. For these reasons and mor is why we will be returning.

food was ok but my god do these staff seem stressed. i don t blame them, they look overworked. the cashier dude was doing like 8 different things at once trying to keep up with orders. they only had 3 ppl working too. a cook, server, dishwasher. that s wild for a saturday night

They have great food and service. They are fast, friendly & courteous.

Dont bother going, SHRINKFLATION is in full effect. Youll get a full adult meal and they will casually give you a plate 6 across that youd question using at the kids table on Thanksgiving. Genuinely felt almost insulted after what they charged and spending few minutes deciphering their menu just receive at most a 1/3 of a helping they used to offer. Tried other locations to give them benefit of the doubt but was just as bad. Dont give them a dime, literally go buy an 18 pack of burritos for the same price and quantity of food and avoid the disappointment.

Best Mexican food in kamloops

When I went there. Service was a lot better.

Drove significantly our of our way because we had a coupon. We did not ask for soft tacos but were charged $3 to upgrade to soft tacos. Our options were beef or chicken and then were charged $2 to upgrade. Maybe there were bean tacos but we werent given that option. A 16 oz fountain pop like you get from Costco for 89 cents is 3.29! The bill was overcharged on top of this and the restaurant was dark and not pleasant to be in. We regret not just going to Pacific Taco in Sahali. Its WAY better!

Ive had the hard shell tacos and rice and beans five times now and never had a problem with the food or service, a great family restaurant.

Ordered our food, they missed a part of my daughters order. They said they would bring it... they never did. Wont be back..

They messed up on my order 4 times! Had the recite. In their hands an could have looked at what i paid for. My tators were cold by the time they got it right. They messed up my taco and only fixed one. I asked for no lettuce extra tomato. After the fourth return i gave up an ate it. Only gave 1 loaded Mexico fry when I paid for 2. Very UN happy! Dietary restrictions: My body does not digest lettuce properly. I asked for no lettuce

I have been going to Senor Froggys since I was a kid. The food has always been great! The staff are friendly and service is quick.

Swiffers are relatively cheap.. maybe want to dust the cobwebs off the ceiling and lamps? Filthy window sills. I just hope the kitchen was clean. Olives dont belong in pico, señor.. and wheres the cilantro?

I would give this place a 100 out of 100 Just need more sour cream on the crispy burritos and the supprimo fries

Great little place with wonderful Mexican style food.

Was awesome when I was a kid, decided to get it for our family, big mistake. Ordered online, get there in the said 20mins, but apparently they forgot our order, should have just left then, but figured it would be worth the wait. 45 mins later! Finally our order is up, so at that point just grabbed it and left, get home to 4 hungry kids, and half of our order is missing! So drive back down, they literally throw our stuff in our bag..72 dollars later and 1.5 hours outta of my life. Food was cold, and not the portions I remembered. Wouldn t recommend.

Went to senior froggies today for lunch 2 of us $55!!! I ordered the supreme fries and this is what I got for $11 very disappointed in the price and cost of this lunch.

Every time I visit Señor Froggy I feel like Ive taken a little trip to Mexico. The food is always fantastic, the atmosphere is terrific and the staff are super friendly.

Zack is 10/10 his customer service is exceptional! He definitely makes the restaurant a nice friendly atmosphere to be in. Everytime we come back we hope is he working!

One of my favorite places to eat

Went for lunch with my grandma who has gone there for years. She had the taco salad and I had a burrito. Delicious food and a great atmosphere!

Authentic, basic Mexican food. Nothing fancy but really good. They have a salsa buffet that is very nice! Staff very friendly. Taco Salad is loaded ! Very good Food

I really enjoy this place, food, service and atmosphere. The only issue is they have never expanded out of Kamloops and I believe they would do great if they did. I have been eating here since I was a kid and it is in my top five best places to eat.

Your ad says nachos are what made you famous .seriously????? Stood around for 10 minutes and never acknowledged. I ordered their large nachos online for $18.50 an 70 minutes ahead of when I needed to pick them up and finally acknowledged and handed a tiny portion of ice cold nachos, no salsa, no sour cream, no guacamole just hardened cheese. In the photo you will see some pico de gallo which I had to pay extra for. So these cost me basically $22 with tax. Soggy chips on the bottom, stale on top. What a joke!!! Also, I saw one of the staff members at the salsa bar lick their fingers while filling up a couple of little containers of salsa for a customer .. Last 3 times we ordered here our orders were totally wrong or items missing. We tried Senor Froggie, we really did, but no more -too many other Mexican places in town!

We were not familiar with Senor Froggy and stumbled across it as we drove thru town .It turned out to be a good, quick, fast food joint. We enjoyed our tacos and a chimichanga.

Usually great meal but...Ordered take out tonite. Told half hour and should be ready, they were backed up some. There within the half hour and got our food. Tried to give us pop instead of the bottle water ordered. Got dinner and holy heck...not up to standards tonite. Hard taco was wet...and I mean wet, Soft taco looked like someone stepped on it, Could not even pick up mexi fries, as they were just mushy pieces of fry, Ordered some their yummy hot sauce and did not get any... Called back to have it remade and unfortunately no better on the 2nd go...

Ordered crunchy chicken burrito, got two beef crispy burritos instead. Was told I would have to pay again get the crunchy burrito. Didnt want to spend any more $$ so I went home with the beef crispy burritos to find out that they didnt even have cheese in them. Not worth 7$ for some plain ground beef wrapped in tortilla....

Good as hell food

Amazing Mexican food! It was fairly pricey but for the quality and amont of food it was worth it.

Staff was friendly enough and food was good. Was kind of plain fast food type sitting area and bare minimum for cleanliness. The last time we went the server at the till didnt ask about sour cream or salsa and also made a mistake by not making the fries supreme. I dont think we will be back.

Use to love coming here every time I came into Kamloops. It was good until now. The mexi fries were soggy and not cooked long enough. The original salsa taste so bland; I dont know if they changed the recipe or not. Definitely not what it used to taste like. Yeah the food gone downhill

Has been a great place to eat for years, but last week was a downer. Looked like whole bunch of new staff from out of country. Tater fries were barely cooked, fell apart when picked up and my hard tacos barely had anything in them. My daughters pickle chips were thrown on the dish with ranch dressing, but zero lettuce/salad with it as usual. Might be just another sign be better to eat at home after the pandemic messed up the restaurant industry. Was pretty sad to see things that bad; daughter and I been going for years, always been good before.

Not happy with the service at all. Family of 4 (2 hungry kids) and jus got seated to enjoy our meal and told to leave before finishing our meal . Even 1/2 hour to closing shouldve at least let the boys finish eating.

Absolutely the best Mexican fast food I have ever tasted! And I pride myself on trying them all. From the subtle fresh cold ingredients mixed with the beef in the soft taco, to the salsa made consistently perfect, to the potato skins, and so much more. This place does it all and does it with pride in a town without many actual Mexicans. If youre in Kamloops you have to try it. Before long you will be making a return pilgrimage like I have for the past 20+ years. Long live senior froggy. Often imitated but never replicated, why? Because its clearly made with significant amounts of love. Dont listen to my gushing hyperbole: try it for yourself and be converted.

The manager is amazing she found my wallet and ended up tracking me down and calling to report it to me Very thoughtful as we live in Cache Creek 80 km out of Kamloops and would have had to drive back in to get it. excellent service above and beyond THANK YOU see you next time we are in town

My daughter had you cater her wedding this Thanksgiving weekend. The food smelled amazing as you brought it in and set it up and tasted even better. The quality and quantity were top notch. Everyone had great things to say. We even had enough leftovers for my son to take home for church and then was able to feed 30 less fortunate people. Thank you so much for the amazing food and service. Definitely will be dining in next time we are in town. 2 thumbs up for sure

Very Poor service when they make a mistake. They would not fix the mistake. I wasted gas driving back to get it my order fixed and did not want to work on fixing my order. I would like to speak to a manager about compensation for the rude service and not willing to work on fixing the problem.

One star for the fact that the restaurant was spotless. One star for the very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, the food was absolutely awful. It wasnt the fault of the cook, it was clearly sub -par ingredients and flavourings. I hate to say so, as I know many consider this a Kamloops gem, but really dont bother giving this restaurant a try.

Showed up at 12 on November 30th, and what I got after paying $40 for what I expected to be the good old senior froggys experience, turned into a nightmare. As I approached the counter, the service was great! But the horrors I saw once I opened that brown paper vessel, has scarred me. What I had received was a LITTLE FROGGY BURRITO the size comparable to the childrens burrito, the mexi fries crawled from the depths of the swampy mire with no crisp to be seen. And the once wonderous delight of the fuzzy bubbles to quench my thirst have forsaken me, alas there was bubbles but it seems that they flavour was never there. I ONLY TASTED BUBBLES ON MY TONGUE no flavour of the refreshing orange crush or the Dr pepper. Just an overall disaster of a feast, even the kingdom of Ronald Mcdonald is more appetizing, very disappointed.

Used to love this place but the most recent time I ordered from here the food was quite different. I ordered a quesadilla and it was greasy and sloppy. Tasted really processed. My familys order of burritos were so soggy they were almost inedible. I dont know if this was just an off day but pretty disappointing, especially for what we paid.

I had the BFB (Big froggy burrito). It was more like a gas station Burrito then authentic Mexican food. Tasted bland and was almost like messy dog food inside. Didnt even eat it after only a few bites.

After almost 25 years I finally had a meat n cheese burrito combo. Yummy

Is it an authentic Mexican experience? No. Is it damn delicious? A resounding yes! I was in there briefly, but the service and atmosphere was excellent. If you are passing through Kamloops, or a local, I would definitely reccomend it.

My husband and l know we were not satisfied with service our tacos did not taste write l took my taco back and nothing was done. Hour later my husband could not get out of washroom and in evening l was also not well. Never had problems before but because of this l wont be going back. Thank you

Incredible food, but service is absolutely horrible.. Snotty front staff..Staff bringing their small baby in the back kitchen. Management needs to seriously retrain staff on proper safety precautions and people skills.

Everytime we come home to visit, we make sure to stop here for the delicious food and great service. The lady today went above and beyond to make sure everyone was looked after. Keep up the good work!!

Wasnt the same as it used to be been two years since Ive been there. The meals were definitely lacking in the quality they used to have. I hope things change they used to always be very tasty.

I have loved Senor Froggy for over 20 years. It is definitely the best Mexican Fast Food I have ever had In 47 years. That is the absolute truth. Before kids I used to go, a lot. Now , my kids love it as much I do. The customer service is amazing. All the staff work together and always have smiles on their faces. If youre ever wanting delicious food at a decent price , and plenty of choices , including vegetarian , go to Senor Froggy . If I could , I would give them 20 out of 5.

The food was absolutely delicious however the customer service really lacked. We had to ask for hot sauce 4 times before I went up and asked for it. My moms Mexi fries were forgotten about. I dont live in kamloops anymore so when I get to come back here I always stop here. The food was still very good despite the issues.

A really fun experience, Ill definitely go again (and have). A sit-and-wait fast food place serving Mexican and Italian fare. Not the most amazing food, but the servings are large and the service is top notch. Average cost per meal is between $10 and $20.

Always good locally owned and operated Mexican fast food. Everything is made in house and its always very tasty. A Kamloops staple for a quick meal downtown or on the north shore.

Look. I know its been very hard for businesses for the past few years but Jesus in froggy heaven I dont know how this place is open let alone publicly acclaimed. I got some godawful cold beans inside sadly unforgettable (in a bad way) toppings in a buritto that was wrapped with a tortilla that wanted to go back to the compost heap. The decor also made me sad. Its some late 80s, early 90s Chucky Cheesey vacation getaway plastico furniture look. The staff were great tho. Seemed like people having fun and were fun to talk to. This place just has to start serving Mexican food and not whatever I got.

No vaccine card was needed. Worst burrito I have ever had. My husbands $12 salad was all lettuce and maybe 3-4 tablespoons of ground beef. Inexcusable . Will never return. It was actually yuk
