Great pizza but leaves a little to be desired

Great food!

Awful food, very soggy , raw not cooked well and tasteless pizza. Worst pizza I had have ever in my life. Wastage of money spoiled my whole mood today. I will never come to this place again.

This is one of the best fast food restaurants in Kamloops. It is not the best pizza youll ever eat, but it is still good - its pizza! The cheesy bread is delicious. Its also super inexpensive. Where else can you get a meal for $10 in Kamloops? The main reason to eat here is that the staff are some of the kindest and most welcoming people in the city. I always feel respected and taken care of. Peters is my favourite but Im lucky to say Ive had positive experiences with every one of them. If you are just passing through, its worth stopping buy just for the inexpensive pizza. If you have the opportunity to be a regular, though, you absolutely must - you will be treated as a friend. Vegetarian options: Limited but reasonable, cheesy bread is great

has been my favorite pizza place for years now! love love love the pesto pizzas they have here:) and they almost always have a wide selection of slices ready to go!

Ordered to pick up, got back to my airbnb and the crust was wrong, pesto drizzle was a drenching, and the pizza was cut very strange until 6 pieces rather than 8. Luckily the new location where I live in SK is much better.

The best cauliflower pizza from any chain that I ve ever had. I hate being gluten free but this place makes it just that little tiny bit easier.

Fresh slice is my wife s favorite pizza chain. We have gone to this place couple times and always managed to get food poisoning. When we ordered a pizza last night, it really got my wife stomach troubled- not to mention she never gotten sick from eating before for over 20 years. We decided to put a stop on Kamloops store, do not recommend this place to feed your family

I ordered a butter chicken pizza on Friday evening and when the pizza arrived it was burnt I called the store and ask for a refund and they told me to come in for a new box on my arrival I was told to pay for a new box on a discounted price the staff speaking to me said it was my error that made the pizza burnt if you knew that why did you then tell me to come in store for a new box I left home hoping to get a new box but I just roamed aimlessly back and forth and most painful part is I have nothing to eat and I didn t even get a refund I will never eat from this place and I ll take as much customers as possible with me because of the treatment I got I will not let this slide easily I promise

One of my friend order halal pizza and guess what you got pork pizza. We are there 5 year old regular corporate customer and feeling sory to hear that new management is worst. Please be sure before you eat that you are getting what you order.

This place used to be amazing when the original guy owned it. They sold it now the new owners are lazy. The place is dirty. No use of gloves or washing hands when going from money and mops to food. They don t put new pizzas out tell the old dried up ones nobody wants are sold out They put a washroom is out of order sign up the day they bout it and it s still up. Just don t want to provide a washroom for the restaurant which is breaking the law. Shame to see a good place go down the toilet so quickly

Great pizza and super fast service! The inside isnt fancy but its clean, which is what matters most. Kid-friendliness: The casual atmosphere makes it a good choice for kids.

Today in the evening I went to pick up the order for doordash i was having a big bag with me but a person with cap demanded the pizza bag which was okey but the way he behaved was not acceptable, he was so much rude and out of his mind. He don t know how to talk or behave with customer or people who are working in the same field. I felt kids have more sense to behave with others than this employee.

Its the only pizza place I like in kamloops.

App screwed up putting in the wrong time for pick up. Store called and owner was quick to change the date and make sure my son got his soccerball that was included in the promo. Great restaurant and best pizza in town!

Pretty average pizza. The crust was kinda chewy and the sauce and toppings were underwhelming. Overall this was just a meh pizza experience.

Called in and was told to use the website. Tried to use the website and was told (At Checkout!) that you didnt accept cash - only credit cards (there wasnt even a paypal option at all). So I ordered from Red Swan Pizza instead and it took me 5 Minutes compared to the 15 it took me to Not get anything but frustration out of you.

The craving hit, and Freshslice was there. Getting the mixed variety whole pizza is easily the best part about this chain. Why settle for one flavor/type at another pizza joint when you can have 4 different pizzas in one at Freshslice?

I went to Freshslice this afternoon along with my husband. We ate freshly baked Spicy Butter Chicken pizza. It was delicious and outstanding texture.

Great place for pizza by the slice. Its a perfect lunch spot and the pizza is delicious. Take it and go, not really the place youre going to sit and eat unless youre on your own.

Making the road to Vancouver for my friend to take his plane to go back to Quebec, we stopped in Kamloops for one night and we hear about this restaurant so we tried it and it was absolutely the best pizza eat in okanagan we got served by Aman. I can tell you that guy deserve his paycheque!

Will sell you OLD AND COLD pizza. We are regulars and ordered a Large 3 flavour pizza yesterday. I got home we were so suprised with cold pizza. We had to microwave them. Called them on the phone and even lied that they pulled the pizza from the oven in front of me. Yeah right I was watching one of your employees grabbing from the glass display for the flavors to complete my order. You should be ashamed to what you re doing. We are paying extra compared to other pizza places. Really messed up how this place has turned into.

Good sloppy, greasy, cheap ingredients, mundane, spoiled toppings, burnt crust, dried out, fruit fly infestation gunk for after the bar folks. Will definitely have again and then regurgitate said nourishment half a block away in street. Yum!

I work downtown and have been coming here for lunch pretty frequently for the past year and a bit. I usually get a cheesy bread and a drink since I m a simple eater and it s really tasty! Only once or twice was it a bit over done, but overall the quality consistency is pretty good. The staff are really kind and it s in a very good location- perfect for a quick bite!

Food is very good, however I have a small suggestion. Since your wings are breaded it may be worth looking into serving the sauces on the side for the customer to add on and toss in the container themselves. Because by the time the wings arrive to your home they are soggy . Other than that I have no complaints !!

Has traditional toppings and specialty pizzas by the slice/allready made & also made fresh by the whole pie!! There are a few new and different flavors that may surprise you...but you cant say until you try. Great option for a quick bite on the go, clean and bright atmosphere, friendly staff and clear view of the prep area n ovens as well as fountain and bottled beverages.

ordered the butter chicken pizza the crust was the thinnest iv ever seen and there were hardly any toppings on it i am so disappointed with this pizza use to be one of my favourite pizza places. i called back to tell them how bad it was and the lady i talked to said there was nothing they could do about it. we will not be ordering from here again this was the worst pizza iv ever had the $5 pizza from save on is far better than this pizza don t waste your money on fresh slice pizza

I got a coupon in the mail that says 3 medium 2 topping Pizzas for 20 dollars. I made my order for the medium Gluten Free crust due to my allergy. Employee had to call a Manager. Tells me manager cannot do the deal for Gluten Free. I have seen coupons in the past that say Gluten Free excluded, but It does not say that anywhere on this coupon. Never had issues with coupons in both Vernon and Kelowna. Fresh Slice in general is great so this is nothing against the food or the employees. But due to this experience at this location and it not making any sense why I was denied, I have to give 1 star. Picture of coupon added to review. Also whoever responded to this tried to cover themselves by saying they no longer offer gluten free in medium because it is a 11 inch crust. This is just a way to try to give a reason for denying me. I ordered this same crust with same coupons from Vernon and Kelowna Fresh Slice locations. They have 2 size choices in there pan crusts. Medium is classified as 12 inch, and they have XL that is 16 inch. being that the gluten free crust is only 1 inch smaller than the medium it clearly would fit that size best. It was just poor service that did not want to honor a coupon. While they tried to look for a technical reason after receiving this 1 star review. This review was originally in July 2020 as shown in coupon photo. Just had to edit it give more information due to their response.

I opened the box to literally the worst pizza cutting job I ve ever seen. I called in to ask how dumb the person who cuts pizza is, and the lady blamed it on a trainee. I said ok well somebody is training them, so the person who looked over the trainees work and still sent it out, has to be just as dumb as the trainee then. She said I m the one that looked over the pizza and sent it out LOL hilarious. As for the pizza, not terrible, but not great. I mean what can I expect. It s one of those pizza places where you can walk in drunk with the wrong choice you picked up from the bar, and order a cheap slice. Actually, if I was drunk this would be good pizza. I also ordered wings. Terrible. The texture feels like they were boiled in water then half a salt tossed in not nearly enough sauce. Luckily, I make my own hot sauce so I put the wings under the broiler for FOUR minutes and added a bit more sauce and they were great, but good quality of the actual chicken when cooked properly isn t on the pizza joint, it s on the farmers who pump all the steroids into it that me and this pizza place allow to happen, happily. I get it s a pizza place, but the extra couple minutes to make food properly would keep me as a customer. The dumb neglect and lack of quality control, will have me never coming back, until I ve had one too many beers downtown and some 4/10 I got wants pizza.

Ordered a half butter chicken half bbq chicken today. It was the best pizza I ever had in Kamloops. The staff was so friendly and polite. Surely ordering another one soon.

The pizza is fine its just a bit to greasy for my preferance. Also the design your own pizza is a bit of a scam. You have to include sauce and cheese as one of your 1-2 options. However, if you want cheap pizza by the slice yhere is nothing better in downtoen Kamloops.

The worst pizza in Kamloops so far, doesnt taste like pizza at all. We ordered a Meat Lovers pizza, and its the worst ever, the topping doesnt come close to other meat lovers or all meat pizza in town. The pizza tasted nothing like a usual pizza, and it had some weird sweet taste to it. It was just soggy, and tasteless. I thought at least the crust would taste better, nope, the crust tasted like a bread crust or worst than that. Fresh Slice pizza tastes way better in Vancouver, 100% better than Kamloops.

I enjoyed a couple slices and made a sweet video. Love it.

Good pizza

Super quick and easy basic pizza. Their dips are good and I have a great view of the passersby while I eat. From homeless people to snobby coffee nerds coming out of The Vic across the street. Great views will keep me coming back.

I find with the thin crust it effects the amount of toppings so I didnt love it. I had a really bad experience for the very first time from this place which is one of my favourite.the crust was so thin not even rise which made it difficult to eat really hard to chew and even take a slice out and also I asked butter chicken grizzle but I can t see any and this is a cheese pizza.
