Absolutely disgusting customer service and hygiene. They made us wait 45 mins to pick up our order even though they said it will be ready in 25 mins on call. The employees do not wash their hands, and use the same hands they pick up calls with to create the pizza bare handed. When we got our order, they put the wrong ingredients on our pizza even though it was clearly mentioned on our receipt so we asked the employee and he said he ll bring out the owner. We waited 8 mins for the owner to come and when he did he was yelling. He rudely asked us how he can help us and when we told him the situation he very disrespectfully said he can remake the pizza with another 20 min wait or give us a discount. We went with the discount since we ve already waited nearly an hour at this point. The owner threw a $5 bill at us while leaving the room. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Very disgusting.

Delicious pizza, made quickly to order. No complaints.

Whomever the waitstaff was should be trained in Serving It Right courses. The patrions outside in the patio were obnoxiously loser drunk loud, swearing, and slurring their words. I could understand if it was late at night on a Friday evening. Real sad when a family is trying to enjoy a nice stroll in the afternoon no less.

Came here to grab a quick slice as it was past 7 pm no coffee shops where open but this place had a great server and the pizza was good for the price if your downtown and want a quick slice try it out

If you are looking for quality pizza in Kamloops this is the place to get it. Easily our number one choice since we gave it a try 3 years ago. Excellent ingredients and excellent service. Shop local and support your locally owned pizza joint. It might be a little more expensive than the usual chain but you get what you pay for and it is 100% worth it.

Didn t even order pizza from here lol but probably don t order pizza and avoid this place at all costs as their delivery driver called me unbelievable slurs and profanities and became aggressive for not allowing her into a building I was also delivering to that you need to be buzzed into, which she was not.

Nice simple pizza with a root beer for me and red wine for my wife. They were super busy and short staffed, but the waiter let us know right away. We stayed and had a wonderful time!

One of the greatest fine pizza restaurants that has opened in kamloops. The food itself is delicious. The atmosphere is what I like the best. This restaurant has a large collection of board games on a shelf by the entrance, which any patrons can use while they are dining. Food : 5/5

Stopped in for a delicious Tuscan pizza and a craft beer after a day of travelling. Pizza Pi has a laid back vibe with great tunes. Service was super friendly, Thanks Greg We will stop in again next time

Tonight we decided to try your establishment so we ordered the sweet and spicy.. idk if I am missing something but it was a baseline pizza. It wasn t awful but it wasn t great either. It was food. Pretty disappointed with the wait tile was told it would be 30-45 it was over and hour and 15 minutes later. Place isn t cheap either for what they re offering 2.5/10 stars

Pizza wasnt good. Lettuce in salad was looking pretty bad. Alfredo sauce was like water. Honey garlic wings were good but they were tiny. Really expensive for what we got too

Worst experience ever. Drove all day and was starving when I got to the hotel! Pizza Pi came recommend and what a JOKE!! $53 + tip and delivery fee $63.79 for a chicken ceaser salad that maybe had a 1/2oz of chicken, mushy fries, burnt wings that were supposed to be salt and pepper but because they were burnt you could not taste anything but burnt! When I called for a refund I was told we cant do that because the driver is too busy and no manager around. They then said possibly cash refund, but apparently the owner was called( after 30 min on the phone) and he said no refunds and its their policy basically. Ive never seen such horrible hospitality industry treatment! TERRIBLE experience again and owner must be making bank on this side rip off hustle. Update: they only slightly redeemed themselves as the pizza they gave me was good.

Cheapest pizza? No. But here you get what you pay for. Quality. The gourmet dogs are bussin on god, no Vegetarian options: Veggie and vegan options on virtually the entire menu

It is possible to enjoy food outside, which is nice at night and you will enjoy the weekend and fair atmosphere. The pizza is made to order and baked, this flavor is not found in chain pizzerias so it is perfect to feel at home and share a beer with friends and family. Kid-friendliness: There is no problem with the admission of children. Although they do not offer them, there are several board games available at the entrance that will make the wait much more enjoyable and entertaining.

Long wait for 2 simple pizzas (50 mins) mid week and over 50CAD is not what I would call value. Midweek visit with no one else waiting is just not good business.

Not sure what happened here. We have enjoyed coming here for years. Tonight not so much. Only 3 other tables. Waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order then another 10 for warm beer. The pizza had better still be fantastic.

Took a chance while travelling though Kamloops on this Pizzeria. Unfortunately between the 9 of us, we were all disappointed. The order took an hour and a half and the pizzeria did not seem very interested with taking an order or delivering. We also had to provide land marks near the hotel as they had no idea how to deliver? The pizza itself unfortunately was found to be bland, one pizza had little to no cheese and most were burnt on the bottom. Honestly the most flavourful item was the dipping sauce that came with the bread sticks. Very frustrating as the reviews from years ago looked awesome including the pictures of the pizzas, which is not near what we received this time. We should have listened to the last few reviews in the recent months. Its also expensive. Id look elsewhere.

Although the menu options look interesting, the pizza lacked flavour. One star for the friendly service and one star for the crust and tomato sauce.

Had 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni slice. Crust is perfect, with a nice crispy texture. Pizza itself is just a little too doughy for my liking. Cheese and toppings are delicious. 1 pizza slice was VERY filling. Couldnt get through a full slice by myself.

We had a nice night here m. There was a live performance and the restaurant was clean and well decorated. The staff was brilliant! So friendly and extremely attentive. The food was good but not anything super special. For a night out, it was pretty enjoyable time.

Do yourself a favour and buy a frozen pizza at walmart. If you want to spend 80$ on two mediocre pizzas at best then this is the place for you! I called to tell them about the quality of food and the missing toppings and the manager could care a less. Offered no refund for a wrap that was horrible, 3 people tried it and couldn t stomach it. Terrible food and terrible standards, stay clear.

Got a pizza and sat down, me and my friend were the only people in the shop which was kind of nice. Pizza came out quickly and was really good quality! Would definitely eat there again but I dont know if I would sit down again. The service was ok but at one point they played a song that was literally someone singing kill all the white men over and over again, even if it was a joke it made me pretty uncomfortable especially being the only white man in the store.

The sun was out, it was warm. We had our backs to a window with the sun on our bodies. Enjoying delicious pizza and beer on a wonderful Friday.

Out of town visitors not recommend! If your looking for a gourmet pizza on great vacation it s NOT at PizzaPi! Pressure to tip. Charge for additional toppings that are not added and laughing refusal at minor compensation request. Likely going out of business.

Well 25-30 mins for pick up turned out to be 50 mins I guess that can happen. However the Pie was terrible. 1/2 Pepperoni/ Greek with extra feta good thing I ordered extra feta or there wouldn t have been any at all. The pizza was dry as hell. Sauce bland and not much of it too bad we brought pizza to our friends house for dinner.

We called in here for drinks and food whilst in Kamloops. The restaurant was very quiet when we arrived. We had a lovely friendly welcome. Staff were very helpful when we were ordering and the pizzas were delicious and a good price. Local drinks were also sampled and supplemented the meal well. We would highly recommend this place to others. Thank you.

We had the cheeseburger pizza, and wow, what a pizza! Started like a burger, ended like a pizza, a perfect mix of our two favourite foods.

I would not order from this place. We got 2 pizzas, 4 cans of pop for 80 dollars. The Bbq pizza is good, the ham and pineapple (no brainer pizza) tasted like it was sitting there for 2 days before delivering. We also ordered 2 sprite, and they gave us two gingerale because they didnt have sprite without talking to us about it first. We also ordered a cheese dip, which was tostitos cheeze dip from a jar. Upon complaining, they offered us 10% off our next order

Delicious food. The chicken quesadilla was perfectly cooked. Crunchy on the outside and hot and scrumptious on the inside with a generous serving of ingredients. The Canadian Classic pizza was also delicious with a perfect thin crust. Great vibe at this place and the service was excellent.

Bad service

Very disappointed. I ve had pizza from here before and it was good but we had to wait two hours for delivery (when it said it would only be an hour) and then the pizza came and the bottoms were totally burnt. I m not sure how they made it out of the kitchen but these weren t good at all.

Pizza is pricy but decent, if you can get it in a reasonable period of time. On average they will take a half hour to hour longer than quoted regardless of whether its pickup or delivery.

Pizza showed up an hour late. I had cancelled it, yet it still showed up. Feeling bad, I paid after the driver told me ask for a refund. When ordering I explained that this was my first time ordering from them, and went with his recommendation. Pizza was good, but probably would have been better fresh and hot. Sorry, but wont take the chance again.

After rave reviews from many friends in the Kamloops area I finally decided to give Pizza Pie a go. Unfortunately it fell far short of not only my expectations but even the minimal requirements for a decent pizza. It arrived within an hour as promised but was thin cold and had to be heated up. Additionally it looked like it had been sitting around for hours.Was expecting far more for 50 dollars. I would have honestly rather had a five dollar Hot n Ready from Little Cesar s.

Stopped by yesterday, did takeout. Pepperoni 4 cheese with a few extras. As usual, nice thin crisp crust, tasty sauce, and high quality toppings. Pizza was ready on time. I think that some people reviewing on here should take a few minutes out of their day and pick up the pizza themselves. Keep up the good work gang!

Ordered two pizzas for delivery and was told it would an hour. An hour later, I called and was told they were backed up and it would another half an hour. 40 minutes later, the delivery person showed up. I commented on the delay, but she said nothing. The pizza was pretty good, as well as being hot, but I wasnt happy that no acknowledgement of the delay. A simple, Our apologies for the delay would have been sufficient, but I got nothing. Disappointed.

Best pizza in BC. The place is very basic, no awards for interior design, but the pizza is outstanding and service fairly good. Whenever we come to Kamloops, we always stop in here for a pizza.

I would give this establishment zero stars if I could. We ordered pizza from here tonight. To make a very long story short. The pizza took 2 hrs to arrive. It was the wrong order when it arrived. Cold!! We were absolutely starving. When I phoned back to let them know our order was wrong. The solution was 30% off our next order. Big deal. Because they were to busy to rectify the situation. We are in the middle of a rush, the person said over the phone. Maybe, so. In other words you dont care. Which is how i felt. We paid close to $50 for the wrong order. Not satisfactory. Keep your 30%. My first time ordering and my last.

Real pizza. Worth the price

I was very disappointed with this restaurant. I made an order on their website for a large pizza and pre-paid for the order online before it was delivered. After I paid, I got forwarded to a page which showed payment confirmation and said the order would be delivered in 60 to 70 minutes. I thought it was a long lead time but was fine with it. Fast forward to 70 minutes later. The pizza has not yet arrived, and I just received an email saying that the order was cancelled by Pizza Pi. This restaurant should not take orders in the first place if they will not be able to fulfill them. I would have understood if they had cancelled my order immediately, but doing so more than an hour after the order is placed is not acceptable.

Wow, excellent saucy dough. I was really impressed with the slices we got today. Recommend this place for all!

Our pit stop from the Island to Calgary, we stayed at the plaza downtown another review I should make as the two gentlemen at the front desk were incredibly helpful, old hotel but super cool and clean! Anyway back to the pizza review, looking for a vegan place to eat and Pi Pizza was a walkable destination . I have never tasted such a great vegan and gluten pizza ever, truly mind blowing anyone Vegan or not should try this. My mother had a classic Hawaiian pizza, she said it was as good as Paul s pizza. Any Albertan would know that is a hard pizza to measure up too. Was friendly and accommodating as well will definitely get pizza again on my next visit.

Cant say how much I appreciate the service, quality, and imagination of Pi!! And every Band that comes through the Blue Grotto gets a taste. Nothing better than an after soundcheck hot dog!!

Was in town for the night. Tried for the first time. Satisfactory. Not many toppings for the price unfortunately and there was a huge air bubble in one slice which had no toppings whatsoever on that piece. Wont order from here again.

Went in this afternoon and asked if a slice had capicollo on it, as I cant stand capicollo and wanted to be sure it was pepperoni. Was told the slices available were only pepperoni, even though there were clearly two different kinds available. Took my first bite, realized it was in fact capicollo, asked for an exchange or refund, and was told I would get neither as Id already started to eat my slice. Spent $4.00 for a bite of pizza I didnt even want. What a joke, will never go back.

Was there during September for lunch, and enjoyed the pizza very much also had the best service. Not one place in kamloops has thins kinda of service this place is The best.

Sorry found my meal very disappointing, I personally found the pizza small and boring for $28 bucks, I could find the same in a freezer pie.

They seriously have the best pizza and the owner is so good to my little girl who loves their hot dogs with no buns. He continues to give us deals every time because my daughter eats 2 or 3 hot dogs at a time. He also gave my daughter a pizza pie shirt.

We are outside and a spooder fell on me but my husband got it out from my cleavage and the server brought me a scoop of ice cream with chocolate sauce. Pizza was good too.

We d call it a regular Canadian pizza joint with a higher price point - nothing extraordinary to report. We felt the pizza needed more sauce and the service needed to be faster for an afternoon with only 20% patronage. Avoid if any risk aversion to covid. Extra star for their mango & habanero sauce!!!

1.5 out 5 . Trust me not worth it go with the typical brands like pizza 73 pizza hut and they will make you a better pizza then this . 24 bucks for a cheese pizza not good at all.

Food is amazing I will say that but the last two times I have taken my family there the service has been bad. First time we waited over an hours drive a half just to get our food dew to there only being one server the second time was 45 mins before we got our drinks. Ppl came in after us and had there drinks and food before we did finally ordered our food and they forgot to write down one meal all together and we had to wait another 30 mins before my daughter got her food and not even a discount only got offered a free slice of pizza. Like I said food is great when ever you can get or if you ever do
