We tell everyone about tomato pie because it s the best pizza in town. Tonight we had something wrong with both pizzas. To be honest we were disappointed but it still tasted good. Took almost 2 hours to be delivered so that s the main reason we were upset both pizzas were wrong. Still great pizza though

High quality ingredients, you can tell by how full you feel after 2-3 slices. Way better than any other pizza option in town. Food : 5/5

Went in to pick up Pizza ordered by my wife on my way home from work. I arrived during the pick up time provided online, paid for my order, then was told I would have to wait for up to 45 mins for my order. I was frustrated and expressed my concerns to the young lady at the counter and thought about just cancelling the order. When I mentioned this, she went to ask her manager if there was anything they could do to get it done faster. She came back advising that it would now only be about 20 mins if I waited. So I kept my order and sat in the waiting area. Shortly after, the manager came to talk to me about the situation. He explained what happened, helped expedite my order, gave me a couple of complimentary dips while I waited, and apologized for the inconvenience. So I never write reviews but wanted to write this one and give the restaurant a 5 star review across the board. And the main reason for this is due to the great customer service that I received after by the manager. He still understands what customer service is all about taking full responsibility for everything. He ensured that I left as a happy customer that will come back another day. And many people would be quick to only list the first part of the experience. Not how it was handled. So thanks to everyone at Red Tomato! The food was fantastic as always!!

A charming pizza joint with a fantastic crust and a secret sauce to travel to interior BC for. I will say the location in downtown Kamloops is a little rough but the crispy pepperoni makes up for it.

Pizza was very good, but there was no dine in option or washroom for customers unless you asked for it, which is not very convenient.

the reason it tastes so good is because the dough is fried in canola oil. they re too cheap to use a decent oil like olive oil. youre paying $30 a pizza to get seed oil infused slop. the success of this place is a testament to the idiocy of the consumer in Canada. Absolutely disgusting.

Seriously the best pizza place for anyone who has celiac or needs gluten free- they make sure to wipe everything down, change all their knives and have probably the best gluten free crust. I could eat here everyday!

AMAZING PIZZA!!!!! The crust tastes amazing with its being crisp on the outside but not doughy on the inside, the red and white sauce base tasted super fresh for both! They dont cheat on topping cause they were LOADED and I think one had a garlic drizzle which is heavenly! I hadnt gotten to try it so this is the first time and Im just blown away!

The owner dropped off some pizzas for my work to try!! First time having it. I tired the Chicken Club all I have to say is omgawd it was amazing. So good. Would definitely order from them the next time I want pizza. Highly recommend. And Im usually picky with my pizza crust . Loved it!!

Tried the establishment on Victoria Street in Kamloops for the first time today. And I am so glad I did! I have heard others raving about the pizza and they were right. I had the Trinity pizza and it was delicious! There was a lovely young lady working the counter tonight who was polite, energetic and pleasant. Will definitely be back.

Amazing! Im celiac and they bent over backwards to make a safe pizza for me. It tasted just like normal pizza! Its been a year and half since Ive had pizza from a pizzeria and I cant sat enough good things about it. Thank you to Tyler and the staff at Red Tomato for making pizza a possibility for me again. So excited to try another one soon! Dietary restrictions: Im celiac and have to be gf and df and they nailed both! They made my pizza in their cooler to avoid cross contamination even!

Tried the new Red Tomato Pie downtown location today! We had the vegetarian and the bbq chicken. Both were fantastic! I enjoyed the vegetarian better as the bbq chicken had a little too much sauce for my liking. The crust was amazing, lots of toppings and the flavors were delicious. Will definitely be ordering again!

Ordered the Greek salad on a previous occasion and it came without the dressing and was overloaded with olives. They gave me a credit for it. Tonight, we ordered pizza and salad. Well, pizza came but no salad. We will be thinking about continuing to support RTP. Not pleased

This is the best regular pizza I ve ever had. I recommend everyone to try this place! Kicko Hawaiian and Athena are my favourites so far. The nacho salad is good if you ask for less onions. I use a different salsa as well.

Edited May 2024: After 3 years Red Tomato Pies is STILL our only choice for pizza. Never disappointed with the quality and service. HUGE shoutout to Steve for making ordering SO much fun. Love his personality. Kamloops location has only been opened for less than a week. We tried calling in last night only to get a busy signal. After 20 minutes of trying to get through, my husband drove down and placed the order in person. Pizza was ready in 45 minutes and it was DELICIOUS! Definitely worth the drive to pick up. You guys just became our favourite pizza joint!

I have eaten there pizza now three times. Everytime Ive had their pizza its been amazing. Awesome taste, flavor, lots of toppings and perfectly cooked. Keep up the good pie making!

Pizzas from this place are awesome in taste. I feel their specialty is their crunchy and soft bite crust. Sometimes they take longer than usual for even take out. On average about 20% higher price compared to mainstream pizza outlets. Hard to find combo or deals from the place.

Best pizza I have had so far in Kamloops

Normally the pizza here is beyond great tonight we ordered our usual gluten free crust for my daughter. It really tasted different. Different in a bad way. It was definitely something to do with the dough. If RTP has changed the recipe for the gluten free crust. please go back to the old one. It was nice and crispy throughout and tasted great. Tonight there was a very strange flavor/aftertaste in the crust and it was really soggy. We love your pizza so please please please consider keeping the old gluten free recipe, it s what keeps our family coming back.

Williams Lake: But, twice now its been $90 after tax and tip for 2 large pizzas, that were good...but not $45 good. The Indian food in town is fantastic and a much better price point than RTP....see ya (sadly).

Best pizza takeout in town, we actually come from Sorrento just for this pizza. The crust is my husband and Is favourite part, it is so buttery and perfectly crispy. They always put in a healthy amount of toppings and cheese - weve never been disappointed but the food or service from RTP!

First time trying your pizza, it was great. Fresh tasting, great crispy but not overdone crust, flavourful sauce. Will order again for sure.

Without fail the pizza that comes out of this place is just the best quality. It is expensive but its worth it. You get what you pay for. Every time Ive been you can see the place bustling and the staff are excellent and take pride in their product. There is a reason why theyre so successful. There are a lot of overpriced places with fake reviews( looking at you pizza 64) but this isnt one of them.

We were driving from Edmonton to Vancouver and stopped in here on a recommendation from a friend, and I am so glad we did. We ordered the Kicko Hawaiian and wow, we both thought that is some of the best pizza weve ever had. The crust had a nice bite to it but was still pillowy soft inside, the pizza sauce was delicious, and they give you a generous amount of fresh toppings. I will definitely be coming back for more the next time Im in Kamloops.

We have ordered from RTP a few times. Its a treat for us as it IS a little more expensive that other chain pizza restaurants. BUT! Its totally worth it! My brother and sister-in-law were visiting from Kansas City. They are vegetarian and they couldnt get enough of the vegetarian pizza we ordered! They have travelled the world, and they said it was by far the best pizza they have ever had. ALL of the ingredients are always fresh and so flavorful. We love the different options available - not just your typical pepperoni or meat lovers.

I love pizza, I have it at least once a week so I definitely know good pizza and this here is good pizza. Comfort pizza. It is what Pizza Hut wishes its pies tasted like. The crust is great, sauce amazing, toppings plentiful almost to a fault, and cheese is good. In fact the only two possible complaints I could see a person having are that 1) it s generally an hour and a half to two hour wait, and 2) maybe sometimes they put a few too many toppings on, if that s even a thing. If we re giving it a a Dave Portnoy score I d give it a 9.2.

This pizza was worth the drive across town. Delicious. We had the Chicken Apollo, easy onions, double chicken, extra spinach, and olives on the side. Its not too often I tap put after three slices. This pie was loaded! Since I live across town, I asked for a call when they started my order, and they obliged. I arrived less than five minutes before it came out of the over. A very pleasant experience.

I am never disappointed in this place. Yesterday was my best experience so far though. Normally we order by phone or app but I wanted to pre-order, pay and pick up at a specific time and had several demands to meet from our group, they accommodated everybodys requests, everything was just as we ordered and was fresh, hot and ready on time. Not only were the staff super friendly, they also seem to all communicate really well with eachother. Thank you, RTP!

The Desert pizzas are OK, but they get tacky and hard to eat the next day. It may turn hard as a rock and you could break your teeth. If you re buying dessert here, I wouldn t recommend it all. Save your money on some other dessert. Parking: Street parking is not the greatest. You ll have to make a u-turn to face the right direction of the building.

Red Tomato Pie pizza is always a home run! Theres no better pizza in all of the Interior. I feel in love with it in Williams Lake and I couldnt be happier that its in Kamloops. Whenever the household is in the mood for pizza RTP is the only way to go.

Busy place had to wait for an extra 30 mins for my order. But worth the wait

We had a big order. We ordered two 10 pizzas. The Carnivore and the Loaded Potatoe. We ordered a Ceasars salad, chicken wings, chicken dippers, cheese bread and the cinnamon bread. Every single thing we had was amazing. The potatoes pizza was for me and my God was it ever delicious. Like wow. Definitely ordering from there again. It was just under 100$ and well worth every penny. YUM. 10/10
