Ordered the family size Mac and Cheese,with half lbs of brisket and the Chicken Alfredo pizza.Took about an hr so was pretty hungry when it showed up.Unfortunately the brisket got forgotten.The rest of the food was delicious and a quick phone call and a half hour later and a whole pound of brisket was delivered along with 3 cans of pop and a sincere apology.Great food and even better service.
Ordered pizza and homefries for the convenience, we are around the block from Black Pine. Fries were way too salty and the perogy pizza was also oversalted. the holes in the salt shaker must have doubled in size since the last time we ordered.
Went in for a birthday meal, knocked at 2pm. Was told they werent ready to open and we waited till 2:30 before they opened. The Pizza was 10/10 amazing, we had the flame thrower, not alot of spice but alot of flavour. The poutine was french fry soup, gravey was good just way to runny for a poutine. And the pulled pork sandwich was very greasy and the corn bread was a brick. Our waitress kept disappearing but someone we believed to the cook came to check in on us a few times.
I recently visited Black Pine, and I’m thoroughly impressed! The ambiance is cozy yet sophisticated, making it the perfect spot for any occasion. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu with excellent recommendations. Every dish was prepared to perfection with fresh ingredients and beautiful presentation. It’s clear that a lot of thought goes into every aspect of the dining experience here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable meal!
Super great food, super great service! Can’t believe this place isn’t busier. Brisket pizza was a crowd favorite, and the cornbread was 10/10
What a lovely experience we just had at this little gem. 😊 Welcoming, super friendly service, and so very helpful. The food was incredible, packed with flavour, cooked perfectly. We had pizza, wings and potato salad. Everything made from scratch, including the sauces. So tasty. The prices are very affordable and the portions were large. We had to take food home with us. This little place is wonderful with a warm vibe inside. We definitely will be coming back again the next time we are in town. We highly recommend! 🤩
red sause based and burnt hawaiian pizza, $32 platter with 2 small slices of brisket, $28 platter with less pork than a subway sandwich. Fried zucchini stick was mixed with half box of fries. Ordered because they were close to where we stayed but pretty shocked about the price-food ratio.
The pizza was amazing! The pizza topping was bbq beef , lots of cheese , onion, bell paper and a delicious souse. We dine inside, was a nice place to listen music and have food.

Ordered a pizza and wings the pizza had a soggy crust and the wings were small maybe from baby chickens idk will not be going back either way.
I havent had much of their food. Tried the poutine a year ago, and it was good, but their black pine bacon cheddar burger and fries are absolutely top notch.
Hubby and i had a great dinner tonight. Brisket and pulled pork to die for . Super homemade fries and loved the fresh coleslaw
Don t waste your money for convenience!! Pizza was like cardboard and very little meat. The pepperoni says pepperoni and more pepperoni you d be lucky to get 2 pieces of pepperoni per slice.
Disgusting pizza, burnt and directly into the garbage, dont bother save your money
Food was amazing, it was just me and my girlfriend eating in, I was surprised there was not other people here. Great brisket and pulled pork, highly recommend anyone comes to try the food here!

I love westsyde and always support local businesses. However the black pine pizza place is terrible for there pizzas. Burnt and my order was wrong the last 4 times . Even a credit was given for how bad the pizzas were. Do not buy from these guys unless you want burnt and screwed up
Best Food we ve had since moving to the Okanagan 2 years ago!, had the Superfood Salad & the Bao Buns . both incredibly fresh & delicious. Server was awesome, aussie gal, just a delight . Will be going back for sure!
You want real pizza? This IS the place. Excellent. Love supporting true, local, small business owners. I live downtown Kamloops and will drive to Westside for Black Pine
The prices are high for the quality/amount of food you receive. Havent been impressed with anything on the menu. I give service a 5 cause theyre nice.

We checked this place out yesterday, as we just moved to Westsyde and oh my goodness! Absolutely fantastic experience. The food was excellent, the service was exceptional and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our kids are forever obsessed with the Mac & Cheese from there and the pizza was dynamite. Cannot wait to go back to this little gem.
I was wonderfully impressed by The Black Pine compared with previous incarnations of this restaurant space. The dine-in portion is cozy and well-renovated, food/drink options are plentiful, and damn was my meal ever good. I think Im going to be a regular!
Incredibly high prices and a little burnt pizza.
Brisket Platter has only 2 pieces of meat but it prices 32.5 dollars before tax. Pulled Pork Platter also contains only about 5oz but worth 28 dollars. Too overpriced.
We had a wonderful time and had delicious food. Can hardly believe we have never heard of this place. Cant say enough about the food and service. We will be going back and bringing friends and family.
Excellent BBQ, generous portions, friendly staff, cozy environment, I recommend the drive from anywhere in town!
Went to the dine-in section and ordered the family platter - brisket and chicken, fries, slaw, corn bread - all delicious! The corn bread and chicken were some of the best I ever had. Really enjoyed our experience here!

This was a good place to order pizza and p/u. Seems they have priced themselves out of the market. Too bad. $30 pizza, 5 wings for $12?? Holy. Too bad.
We orderd alot from Hermes pizza before it changed name to Black Pine. I love the new menu and the food never disappointed. I orderd the barnyard pizza and it was amazing with some wings. Unfortunately wings werent 100% and I called and told them and within 15 mins they drove fresh ones to my house. This is why Ill always stay local your awesome thank you so much!
