We had the 3 course special and it was a lot of fun and a great value! Date night for $150 plus tip and including 2 rounds of drinks. Bonus was early Aubrey Plaza impersonator was our waitress. Highly recommend .

Happy hour food is mid. Staff a drinks are nice. My drink special, with no listed price, was still $16. Youre not that great to be charging $12+ for your cocktails.

New brunch menu has just launched. It was delicious, the new drink menu is also delightful. How can you go wrong with a PB & J Old fashioned??

Service was agonizingly slow. The staff was unprepared for what must be a nightly train group that was certain to arrive at dinner time. My husband was about to pass out from low blood sugar so he got a bag of chips since our dinner had still not arrived 50+ minutes after ordering. You would think they would offer the chips complimentary for the inconvenience of our wait. But no, charged us $3.00 for a little bag of chips. They never apologized for the poor service or seemed like they cared about it. Food was meh.

Very suprised at the poor quality of the service. From the kitchen taking 45 minutes to only get 3/4 of our meals out then 25 minutes for the remaining dishes in a very non busy restaurant to the autograt added without the server telling us was just disappointing. I ve worked in the industry as a server so typically give grace to situations but this was just something else. Go to still co down the street.

Went and had some drinks and the bartender Ash was truely amazing from her customer skills to serving us the drinks we ordered. Ash was very friendly and very welcoming when we arrived!

1. Went this past Monday and waited over 1 hour for 2 appies - I am not exaggerating at all! We ordered by 9pm, were seated at 830pm, and realized at 10:20pm our appies still have not arrived, and guess what, they arrived at the same time as dinner. At this point I told front desk I would like to speak to the restaurant manager because our server barely came by so I couldn t ask her for the manager. The manager never showed and we were there for another hour eating our not-so-good dinner and appies at the same time, oh and the dessert at the same time to avoid waiting another hour. I believe I was told the manager s name is Heather, but who knows. 2. My husband asked for his wine glass to be brought out at the same time as his lamb appetizer, and the wine arrived about 10-15min later by someone other than our server, and he declined it because he couldn t enjoy it with his lamb. 3. I told my husband do not say anything to our server about our experience because it s not her cooking the food and causing the delay. He would have made her cry if he said anything to her. She also did not ask how our experience was but when we were paying she asked if the manager came out? We said no, and she didn t seem to care either. A normal thing to do at this point would be to get the manager, no? She obviously was aware we had asked someone else to speak to one. 4. We realized while waiting that there are events in the ballroom and the receptionist at the hotel confirmed the kitchen staff are busy with the events. Restaurant hostess should have informed us the kitchen is quite busy today due to hotel events and we would have eaten somewhere else with our two young kids. Also, when I asked for a table at 8:30pm the hostess told me it s a 30min wait for a table for 5 adults and 2 kids but I asked if they could push two empty tables side by side that were in the middle of the restaurant, then she went to check in the back if they can do that, and they did. By the time we sat down everyone else in the restaurant was done eating and had left. 5. We were the only ones eating dinner at 8:30pm in this restaurant so we felt very neglected and wondered why. We were there for 3 hours **eye roll** 1.5hours of it was waiting for 2 appetizers. Two of us did not eat more than a couple of bites of the pasta because it was not good. My husband got his dinner to go because the experience here was, well you get the idea. I didn t even order a main because I forgot that I hadn t done so because the wait for the beet salad/appie was soooo long. When we paid we decided not to leave a tip because of this entire experience; if it was good they would have received 20-25%, instead I left $10 because the two kids meals came out before anything else as I had requested because I had to feed them dinner in a timely manner before they got fussy. Normal service usually entails staff asking how was your meal? Would you like anything else? I apologize for the delay. The only interaction we had with our server was ordering, asking how much longer, and may we please have the bill. -breakfast was included in our stay and I tipped $15 cash for a free meal because the server was nice and I didn t wait 1.5hours to eat. -talked to the restaurant manager Colin upon checkout today and he apologized and confirmed the kitchen staff was quite busy with other events Monday evening. Too bad we were not informed of this then. 6. The delta hotel is very nice and clean and staff are super nice everywhere. Eat somewhere else to avoid disappointment.

Terrible customer service, management, and food.

I had a great time dining here at Cordo Resto. The food was amazing and the service was unreal. Definitely would recommend checking this place out.

Been there a few times, two times we have not even been greeted at the door and waited for ten minutes nobody arrived, then we left. One time that we actually made it in the food was very underwhelming while prices insanely high.

Really liked Cordo a number of times I visited but didnt enjoy the last visit and havent been back. I had ordered the pasta with veggie meatballs. Not only did they bring me meat balls, they charged me the higher price on my bill. Even after bringing it to the waitresses attention they refused to charge me the lower price for the thing I had actually ordered, and also couldnt eat since I am a vegetarian. Really disappointing visit.

Cordo is my favorite restaurant! My husband and I always choose it for date night and we often take others when we want a special meal. The food is unique and always delicious. Our service is great and we always feel well taken care of and even while busy, we are never ignored. (Weve had Tristan a couple of times and shout out to how fabulous he is). So glad that Kamloops has a restaurant like this. Dietary restrictions: We have a lot of different restrictions and they label well and accommodate every need. Kid-friendliness: Had a kids menu and were so accommodating with our kids. They enjoyed it and they are 10, 5, and 3

The service and the food were excellent. I loved my gin flight.

On mothers day I went and witnessed as the manager confronted and screamed at a guest, I later approached her and asked what happened. She said that she had gone to visit with her family but didnt eat anything, then when the bill came she was charged $58, she went to speak with the manager after the waitress refused to help and the manager screamed that everything was advertised and its her own fault then later changed his tune and didnt make her pay, not to mention my service wasnt great staff seemed standoffish and cold, the food was subpar and kinda chewy. Overall unpleasant day Parking: Mediocre.

Its a restaurant with a very nice atmosphere. I chose this restaurant because I wanted to invite someone I had helped out for a meal, and the atmosphere was very nice, and I was able to sit comfortably and have a relaxing conversation. The staff at the restaurant were really kind and attentive, so Im really glad I chose this restaurant. The food looks very nice and the prices are reasonable even though its inside a hotel. This is a recommended restaurant.

We have been going to Cordo since it was Blue Lounge, same chef, approximately every other week until a year ago when the menu changed, the prices increased and the food quality was not to prior standards. We have been three times since last May, and each time was a disappointment. Last Saturday night was the worst. The spaghetti dish was tasteless and overpriced at $32 for the serving, and the fish and chips is one piece of sole whereas in the past it has been a better quality of fish (cod/salmon) Service has always been excellent, with a special shoutout to Tristan, Montana, and Heather for your service over the years. For a Saturday night, the restaurant was not at the capacity it has been in the past. We like to support local, but we wont be returning.

Nice cozy restaurant nestled inside the Kamloops Delta Hotel. I had the brunch here and the vegetable omelets was so delicious. Perfect balance of taters and fruits. Ill come back again for this brunch. Service was outstanding.

OMG, OMG, OMG .went there this evening with a friend to celebrate her birthday. Beautiful atmosphere and decor. The food was soooo good!!! The service, well, exceptional. The waitress was attentive but not hovering- and lovely with a warm smile to welcome us. We weren t hurried at all (but it was quiet in the restaurant). We shared a starter - okanaghan pear&radicchio salad-which was absolutely delish! The spicy maple pork belly-was to die for - so melt-in-your mouth ! Then we were brought a palate cleanser, okanaghan cherry & watermelon sorbet before our entre- and it was divine. My entre was-and the Handmade Parmesan Gnocchi which was light on the tongue and flavourful and quite a large portion, but because it was so light and airy, i didnt feel stuffed and ate the whole plate . And for dessert- well i have never, ever, had cappuccino icecream (more like a gelato) which was that GOOD! It was exquisite along with the macaroons (light as air). Thiank you to the Chef for an EXCELLENT meal. You really have created a show-stopper menu. You are very talented and my taste buds are still dancing hours later. This is the best restaurant I have ever experienced. Worth every single dollar (and not overpriced i might add) I would highly recommend you go!! You will not be disappointed.

Initial review: overpriced for average quality. Noting that it was the only restaurant open on Christmas eve for dinner it was not the first choice, but the only option. Things started off with slow service to get drink orders in and delivered. The unique cocktail was decent, but for the money the ceaser was ho-hum with not even a celery stick for accompaniment. There was a rebound with the service and the server was very friendly and polite. For food our party had the CBD burger and the rigatoni. Starting off with the burger its paired with the sadest kitchen made pickle Ive ever had. Like no crunch, no flavour and just unappealing. The burger at $26 should be just so much more than whats offered. It was not really well rounded. The pork belly adds some sweetness, but the beef was bland. The rigatoni had an unappealing texture that matched that of pulled pork. All in for two entrees and two drinks your into a $90 dinner. I would rather have spent that elsewhere if elsewhere was open. They did offer to remake the food and bring a complementary drink.

Their menu usually has some great hits on it, although sometimes with the seasonal rotations it s a bit worse than average. Amazing services and great atmosphere though. The take out options are fantastic.

We came with group of people to celebrate my friends birthday. It took the food to come out, the burger from their kids meal is super dry, no mayo,no tomatoes or lettuce. My son cannot even eat it and he is 6 years old and know that the burger patty is super dry. The chicken cacciatore is super spicy(like eating East indian dish).And who put black pepper to a french fries for a kid? Tha burger and fries is from the kids menu. Super disappointed.

Been here for dinner once, drinks several times. The fish and chips is amazing, I cant stand when you order it and its mostly batter. Cordo gets an A+ for theirs. As for the bar, the bar staff all clearly work very hard but I have to commend Ashleigh in particular. Shes super prompt to get you something when you sit down, makes great recommendations if youre looking to try something new, and you can come in having the worst day, and shell get you laughing and feeling good with a few bad jokes and a few good drinks. Definitely recommend Cordo, its clean, well decorated, foods outstanding, bars excellent, portions and prices are great, and the staff are top notch.

Had an absolutely amazing experience here, the food was fantastic and more so, the service from Ashleigh was some of the best I ve had at a restaurant. Great atmosphere but it was the service that really topped off the night. 10/10 would recommend.

We come here regularly for a group dinner and they service is fantastic. We always request Shanon as our server and she makes the night ever time. She even knows our off menu drinks by heart. If you want to have small group gatherings she is perfect and the food is always fantastic.

A mixed bag experience. A family event in the private dining room, for 14. Tristan, our server did a good job of handling the various requests and service pressures, and was attentive. More knowledge of the components of the menu items would have been an asset, however. There was a variety of items ordered, with the special of Prime Rib dinner being the best choice reported. The prime rib was cooked as requested. The hamburger plate was just OK. The halibut dish, was a big disappointment - a little pretentious with heavy handed, unbalanced seasoning, overly acidic with whole grape tomatoes and pickled whole olives in a tomato sauce with a puzzling background of flavours. The halibut, a small portion for the cost, was so over seared that one side was tough to the point of uncuttable and the rest cooked to bone dry consistency. (this was brought to the attention of our server). A roasted squash soup with truffle oil, promisingly presented on the menu, was once again over seasoned and heavy handed and the delicacy of the squash and truffles were lost. For the cost of the items, and the reviews, we expected a good presentation across the board. Dietary restrictions: One guest was unable to eat certain seasonings and oils, and requested the halibut be simply prepared, and a simple wild rice accompaniment was suggested by our server. The bowl arrived with only a whole tomato garnish and once again dry, overcooked fish and no salt, pepper, butter and lemon were used in preparing it as requested. Flavorless. A delicate touch with the fish, some creativity with the limited requested seasoning would have gone a long way to making it palatable

Went there last night. Ive always enjoyed their breakfast. Thought me and my boyfriend would try dinner. Fabulous meal. The problem. It took 45 min for our dinner to arrive and 20 min to get a glass of wine. We approached the manager about the concern. She ensured a gift due to the inconvenience and made us wait another 5 to 10 min for that. Worst service we have had in a long time from a pretty good restaurant.

Cordo is a Restaurant that I love to visit when in town visiting with friends and family. The food is absolutely fantastic and never disappoints. Love that they have very tasty GF choices, thank you. The atmosphere/ambience is warm, friendly, and cozy. The staff are very attentive and make the experience even more special and welcoming.

As we were in Kamloops and this was first restaurant with 4.4 rating popped up on google. We had a chance to try their brunch menu. In which I had chicken skillet with egg , my friends had chicken club sandwich and then some fish from platters. Food was really good and tasty. Fries , fish and everything was fresh n crispy. However , they didn t had bartender at that hour and we order their honey girl n kiwi virgin drink where as I had matcha made in heaven but all the drinks were flat with no taste. All the drinks tasted same ( I was bartender so I tried em all) . I was really disappointed with drinks Anyhow other then the service , cleanliness, food , price was good

They say they close at 9:30 pm. Went to grab something to go at 9:20 pm and they said they did their last call early. Ok so say you close at 8:30 and not 9:30 pm.

My gf and I came for our birthday dinner. Food was top tier. My gf is a vegetarian and she was impressed with the veggie bowl. I had the lamb which was good with the orzo salad. Cordo has generally been one of the better places to eat in town but over the past couple of years the quality seems to have been going down. My boyfriend and I went for his birthday dinner with my family. Their new upscale menu is super pricey but we thought it was worth a try. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. We ordered the roast chicken, lamb shank, risotto and the beef tenderloin. The food took a long time to come out, however, the biggest issue was that the beef came rare to medium rare when medium was requested. They did offer to re-make the whole dish instead of just re-firing the steak. After 15-20 mins, the new beef came back even less cooked than the first one. For $50, we expected far better and the manager was only mildly apologetic. The person who ordered the beef didn t end up eating it because we had already finished eating by the time the poorly re-done beef came back so it wasn t worth sending it back a second time. While some people may like their steak that way, it was inedible for the person who ordered it as it was clearly rare in the middle. The other dishes were pretty mediocre. The chicken was very basic with no seasoning and the cheese sauce was so thick it couldn t be poured out of the container it was served in. The lamb shank was decent but the orzo that came with it was severely undercooked. The risotto was very herb forward which had mixed reviews at our table. I will give credit to the restaurant for taking the steak off the bill and giving 25% off for the remaining dishes, which we appreciated. They also gave some discount vouchers for future use. We aren t really sure what has happened to Cordo but we won t be going back anytime soon. The prices are as high as they get in town and the food is definitely not worth it.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover this lovely restaurant. We had a wonderful late lunch out on the patio and then moved inside to the lounge for drinks. The staff were all so accommodating and kind. The food was excellent! We had burgers and salads and if the lunch fare is any indication of what they have to offer then I cant wait to experience dinner.

We were at a popular breakfast spot close by and ended up leaving (lack of service) to go try Cordo instead. From the get go of being welcomed so kindly to the time we left it was fantastic. Our waitress, Heather was incredibly friendly, polite, attentive, gracious and accommodating. While the breakfast was wonderful, Heather took the spotlight. Thank you for the great experience. The lineup for an amazing breakfast should be at Cordo, not down the block at the other place we were originally at. Cheers!

We dined at Cordos last night and found the staff and service prompt and professional. Our wine glasses were topped up not only by our server but other attentive staff. I had the Spiced Lamb Shanks, kudos to the chef/cooks it was absolutely amazing. Our server had no problem offering choice to one of our party asking for substitutions to their meal. The ambiance was good and the only thing I would change is to have a few large plants between tables to muffle the chatter of other parties as it was hard to converse and hear my table mates at times. A wonderful dining experience, thank you to all staff.

Ordered the elk steak, medium rare. Came out well done and dry. Advised the nice server of the issue, and only rectification was to provide a 15% discount on the steak. Was easy to see that the meal sat under the salamander heater for way too long as the purée was dried out with a skin that had developed over it. Manager did not even come to table to see for their self.

Had a nice evening with some delicious food and good wine. The service from Vishavjeet was really great. Thanks!

Excellent food and atmosphere

I had an amazing culinary experience. I had the pork belly starter, and elk sirloin main. Both unreal. Arguably the best pork belly Ive ever had. My server was Shannon, didnt miss a touch. Extremely knowledgeable, kinda, aware, funny, the whole package. 10 out of 10. Compliments to the chef!

I was waiting for my food 30 minutes and they didnt give me anything, so I would like to know how much time they take to prepare food and kind of service is that. I will never visit that place again.

My husband and I just got back from our amazing anniversary supper. The food was exceptional. I had the trout and my husband had the tenderloin. We are ranchers and are fussy about our beef. My husband was very pleased with what he was served. It was done exactly as he asked. The trout was exceptional as well. No complaints from me. Our waitress (Emese) was wonderful. She helped us with our decisions. We will be back. Thankyou

I recently discovered this restaurant after being in Kamloops for over a year. It has such a great ambience and the meals are spectacular. There menu caters to everyone, Gluten free, vegan, pescatarian, meat lovers. we had a total of 4 meals and it they were all good. I would say the non-alcoholic drink wasnt impressive, hence the 4 star, felt like sparking water with syrup but if you do drink alcohol they carry a lot of options. I hope the management is able to include mocktails in their menu. The staff was excellent, very well mannered. Would definitely be going back, and if you reading this, GO to this restaurant!! I took more videos than pictures so I cannot upload them here

This is one of my all-time favourite places to eat at!! The food, drinks, and service are phenomenal.

I have personally hailed cordo as one of my top favorite restaurants in Kamloops. Anyone I meet that its coming to Kamloops for the first time, I recommend this restaurant to them. The food is always stellar and the quality of the bar and craft cocktails are sublime. The level of service is professional and courteous.

1 star for the really excellent appetizers (lamb, octopus, maple pork belly) and veggie risotto, and 1 star for our lovely server who tried to make our evening as pleasant as possible. Everything else about this place was disappointing: from the garlic prawns add-on that they had the audacity to try and charge $15 for even though they were neither garlicky nor prawns, to the under-seasoned meat and fish mains, to the fact that they didnt even fire entrees until after we finished appetizers so we waited another 45 minutes for food, and that on Savoteur this was listed as having a dog friendly patio which wasnt actually true as the dogs had to be tied outside the fence.

This place is the reason I developed a love for Caesar s. I went in there and was served by Ashleigh and she made it perfectly! And was so friendly as well. I definitely will go again, and I ll bring more friends.

I was not a regular but have dined at Cordo a dozen times since they opened. Good enough to be in the handful of fine restaurants in Kamloops but not the top. I went back this week and I can tell you they have upped their game significantly. Everything was fabulous. Service was great, food was amazing. Every dish was over the top in taste and presentation. Bravo Cordo.

We typically go elsewhere for dinner downtown Kamloops. We decided to try something new for our date night and wow did we ever experience the most amazing dinner! From the minute we walked in to pre dinner cocktails to post dinner mint chocolate! Our server was the most memorable.... Tristan was beyond professional and so patient, knowledgeable and kind. We shared the meatball for appy and pumpkin risotto and prime rib for dinner!! It was absolutely the best meal ever! The wine was paired perfectly and LOVED the large red wine glass! Restaurants never have the proper glasses! Ambience was with lovely music and not too loud like most restaurants! Hands down.... 15/10!!! Thank you!

We had an excellent experience here for our staff Christmas party. The food was excellent, and the staff were accommodating with our party and seating.

We (a group of 5) went in on a Sunday afternoon (3:30ish). The staff who greeted us told us to have a seat in the lobby as we had said we were just there for a drink (the restaurant was empty). We were seated after moving tables so we could all sit together. It took about 10 minutes to have our drink order taken, at which time we also ordered a charcuterie board. About 20 minutes later our food came..... no drinks. We finished the charcuterie ... it a beautiful presentation but was a snack for 1, maybe 2 people for $44. And then our drinks arrived. Being parched as we were, they were finished quickly. No one checked on how the food was or if wed like another drink. We had to track down someone to pay our very expensive bill and then had to wait to pay. This was our second visit, with the same experience....poor service, pathetic portions=never again!

The food was great at Cordo. I recommend trying out a flight of gin if you go there. You choose a mixer and a gin, and they have a good variety to choose from. The food and dessert was good too. We had the beef tenderloin stroganoff, which was a delicious modern twist on an old classic.

Great little restaurant for the location. Food was nice and fresh and better than we had expected

Everything i ve ever ate there has been perfection. Great service and great atmosphere. I absolutely ADOREEE the Caesar salad, it s amazing.

A nice place for cocktail hour, but it definitely has hotel bar vibes! Unfortunately the service was extremely slow.

Wow. This restaurant was just incredible. We ate here on Feb 05, 2022 I m actually writing this while waiting for my bill. Our waitress was Mai and she was just a doll. She was the sweetest and most accommodating server. She really made a good impression and set the tone for the night. The food was 10/10. We had the Gathering Board to start and then some Gin flyers. For our main we had rigatoni. JUST WOW! So good. Will be back next time we re in Kamloops.

Always a delightful visit. Super friendly staff, perfect atmosphere and beautiful decor. I am always impressed by the cleanliness of the bar, wine library and restaurant areas. I would highly reccomend this place to anyone looking for a creative cocktail, share plates with friends, or an amazing dinner.

Visiting from out of town. Ordered crispy pork belly eggs benny with soft poached eggs. Eggs were poached hard. Crispy pork belly was soggy thick cut bacon. Almost no hollandaise sauce and stale falling apart english muffin. I returned the entire order and was refused a refund. Almost 20$ in the garbage.

Everything at Cordo is spot on. Their gin flights are great, the food is amazing, and the service is always super helpful. Great work everyone!

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Kamloops, BC. The atmosphere is chill and laid back. The service we received from Shannon this evening was outstanding! Shannon knew exactly what the menu was and made great recommendations. She was very bubbly and we loved her service. The food is absolutely amazing everything we tasted had amazing flavours and the portions are really large ( had food for later).

Dinner was lovely. Went here as a celebration for getting my residency and the waitress was so kind and even gave us dessert as complimentary to celebrate!

Wonderful brunch and lunch spot. They accommodated a group of 7 of us as walk-ins both Saturday and Sunday for brunch right away. Delicious food and very friendly service. Will definitely be coming back next time were in Kamloops.

Great service, great drinks, great atmosphere, twice in a row I got the steak and it was like eating a truck tire. Very tough and was even difficult to cut with a steak knife. If you go, get anything but the 42 dollar steak that should be 4.99.

Really nice atmosphere. Good service but a little disappointed on the food. It was not necessarily how they advertised. My fav appetizer was the trout tartare. I was very disappointed on the duck. It was not cooked properly and it was not tender at all. I was excited to try the Trout and it was not my fav either. The Privato Merlot was a good choice.

Awesome Dining Experience. Went to Cordo for date night. The place was full, great to see. Our diet had us being picky when we ordered. No problem! The pork belly appetizer was incredible, as was our meal. Every bite was outstanding. The only thing better was our server, Shannon. She really added to the great experience. Thanks for the top notch dining experience. Everything was perfect.

The food was good, it came quickly and we enjoyed our meal but it felt a little formal. It was a nice place at the hotel to grab breakfast but we didnt try lunch or dinner here.

I had breakfast at Cordo on Wednesday. The food and service was outstanding - I had the keto bowl with a side of sausage. Highly recommended - great way to start the day. Stylish decor as well. Definitely worth stopping by.

Yummy food, really enjoyed the gin flight. My roasted squash risotto was tasty, save for one piece of squash could have done with more cooking. Nice atmosphere, and no rushing on a busy night.

Went to Cordos May 28, 2022. We traveled from Chilliwack to celebrate a birthday. We were very disappointed with the food and service this time. We were a table of 12 (+2 children) and no one like their meal. Three of us had the spaghetti with meatballs and couldnt finish eating it because the sauce was so spicy. Spaghetti sauce isnt supposed to be that spicy! Two of the orders were 30+ min behind all the other orders. Two of the orders of fish n chips were burned. The server didnt ask why the 3 spaghetti dinners werent finished... We wont go back there.

My first experience here was great but each subsequent visit has been increasingly disappointing and yesterdays was terrible. The seasonal menu was uninspired and the prices were outrageous! I ordered the ling cod and my husband got the chicken sandwich. Both were bland and overcooked. Our waitress was fantastic but when we went to pay the bill we chatted with her for a minute too long (not her fault, she was just being polite while we were speaking) and she was reprimanded by two supervisors. Apparently theyre oblivious to the labour shortage that is crippling the industry. They wont be open long once their staff realizes that they can earn more money and receive better treatment elsewhere. I do not recommend this restaurant as a place to dine or work. I will not be back.

Had one dinner and one lunch. It can only be said that it is just to satisfy the hunger. The chefs level is too poor. The burgers are not as good as McDonalds , the pasta can make Italians mad, and Lin cod can be fried and cooked like this, which really fails this fish .

Our server was Tristan who was lovely, they were very friendly and made great recommendations for the gin flight. The food was amazing, we had the butchers block charcuterie plate to start, and for dinner had the prime rib special. The prime rib was flavourful and cooked perfectly!

Super lovely staff, even the newbie server Emese. Energetic manager. Very accommodating of food sensitivities, a fabulous atmosphere and rather large portions. We all have gourmet lunch for tomorrow!

Actually one of the best brunches in town. Clever, above average menu and a really good staff. Coffee and related offerings come from the attached Starbucks kiosk, staffed by an excellent barista.

The location was in a great part of downtown with parking on the street. The service was awesome. And those cocktails were pretty good. Plus they had a wonderful selection of BC wines and beer. I always like to support local! For cocktails, we had * John Lennon & Yoko Coco (this wasn t bad but a little sour for my liking) * Ginny from the block (highly recommend, very alcohol forward) * Revelstoke lager (love this beer so much we tried to find it in a liquor store) * Woodward cider - raspberry (made in Kamloops!) For our entree we shared a Charcuterie board. This is the reason I gave 4 stars. It was OK. The meat selection was odd and all pork?? Would have been nice to have a sweet offering such as honey or a jam. The baguette that came with wasn t cut all the way through and we only had bread knives to cut them which was a pain! Cordo, if you re reading this, cut the baguette all the way through or make sure u add a sharp knife to the board so your customers can finish the cuts easily !

Had a great time here when I was staying in Kamloops. The craft gin flights are a great twist and very delicious. Thank you to the bartender Ash who gave a great suggestion and was super friendly.

Outstanding. A perfect pair to a summers night out. Appetizers were amazing and generous. Entrees were perfect. Its obvious that some thought and planning went into the elements of each item. Cordo makes sure the food speaks for itself, no excessive garnishes, no 2000s-style art squiggles of sauce on a plate. I had Humboldt Squid with tzatziki and cold marinara dips to start. Its no exaggeration to say that the squid was perfectly done and the best Ive had in years. My entrée was trout meunière with spaghetti squash and brocollini with a beet puree. With a big, cold glass of Chardonnay, these all were excellent on a hot summer night. Servers were awesome and left us to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere during our meal. I will be back.

Great food and cocktails but unfortunately the service ruined it all. We had a large table but the restaurant was not overly busy. We often sat with empty drinks, no orders taken, had to walk up to the counter to ask for service. Our server did not seem phased at all since she knew she was getting an autograd of 18%.

My wife and I walked in (no reservation) on a Sunday night for our anniversary. We were greeted quickly and politely and seated immediately. The host and the servers were very polite and friendly. Drinks were a tad slow to arrive (5 minutes for a diet Coke - not great but not horrible) but thats our only complaint with the entire dinner. The meal itself (we both had the steak) was VERY good - and a generous serving of sides as well. The veggies were perfectly done and very full of flavour ( I suspect they were locally sourced ) . Smashed potatoes were the best weve ever had! The steak was not the absolute best Ive ever had, but was VERY good and perfectly cooked. We left full and very satisfied. Decor is a little upscale. Guests ranged from casual to dressy. Not really somewhere youd want to go in tank top and flip flops, but anything above that would seem fine. They have an outdoor seating area as well (borders on the sidewalk). Pricing is a little on the steep side but not terribly so. Its not somewhere wed eat in on a regular basis (mostly due to the price) but certainly a great place for a special dinner. Well definitely be back.

One of the best places I have ever dined at. Extremely delicious food and a great ambiance with such a humble and friendly staff who made us feel great. Truly excellent. I would give more stars if I could because they deserve it. A special thank you to the chef!!!! I wish more restaurants could serve food that tastes this good.

Delicious food - excellent service - beautiful setting!

It s a bit challenging for us to find a dog friendly patio in Kamloops. Fortunate, we found this amazing restaurant. Although our dog couldn t be inside the patio with us, he could stay outside beside the fence. The food was delicious and we d definitely come back again!

Okay. Wasnt really thrilled with the meals, but decent. Very loud and lots of echo.

So good, the food was fresh and delicious. Calamari, beet salad and blistered tomato starters were epic. Great atmosphere it felt like eating in restoration hardware. So relaxing.

I just want to give a shout out to Emese. She was our server tonight and she was absolutely amazing. With being celiac she took extra precaution to make sure my food was safe. So I would highly recommend this place with anyone that has celiac and if you get Emese as your server you are in excellent hands. The food was so great and I will definitely be back. Thank you Emese for making this experience a great one

CUSTOMER SERVICE, from the second I walked in, was very friendly, welcoming and attentive. Food was excellent and atmosphere, save for the very tired toddler in the back, was perfect. Highly recommend to anyone. Ill definitely be back.

I just want to express our sincere appreciation as we had a large group reservation (that Cordo was so welcoming to book without hesitations or deposits) and we were seated in a stunning private room. The food was fantastic as usual and the built in Starbucks is such an asset to this restaurant. Our waiter was SO kind and sweet. Thank you Cordo

All good, sat by the fire place as requested. Wine choices were exceptional and taste testing a few whites was also provided.

M-I-C-H-A-E-L is amazing as he mastered all things behind the counter early in the morning as 2 bus loads raced through to catch our train. Thanks for my perfect matcha latte.

Very good service and AWESOME staff

I missed the prime rib but the stroganoff was quite flavourful and the local wine from Harpers Trail was delicious. Our server was friendly and polite but a bit slow and forgetful. Fortunately we were not in a hurry so it worked out. Hopefully next time I can get in early and try the prime rib!

Great hotel restaurant, brunch is fantastic!

I have been here several times and the food is always decent; not the best, but also not the worst. My only criticism would be the food is often under seasoned. The service is really good; warm and welcoming.
