Ordered medium-well steak but came out more on the medium rare side. However they did bring it back right away to recook. Service was great, Claudia was welcoming and very attentive.

The table should be able to move not be screwed to the wall as not everyone is small. Kid-friendliness: They have a kid menue Wheelchair accessibility: Theres no stairs and you can sit at table that will work for wheelchairs

My friend and I did not enjoy much our late night visit as some homeless people would be entering and sitting around. The food was way too greasy which gave us a stomachache right away. The prices are too high for the food quality.

After waiting and surprised my food came so quickly- I was right beside the kitchen but it wasnt or busy anything, and then all of a sudden, the food just came out and it was stone cold. They DID in fact, rectify the situation and the issue. Vegetarian options: Best hashbrowns

Claudia is an amazing server and makes our regular visits so enjoyable!

We were a very large group. Orders were taken quickly (even for the late arrives) and food was quick to serve. Bills not messed up which often happens in such a large group. Would definitely come back. Kid-friendliness: Good kids prices and variety.

Stopped in for an early breakfast. Food was typical Dennys fair. Our server, Diana was extremely efficient and very pleasant. Made the meal worth it.

Claudia was fast and friendly. She seated us promptly at one of our favorite booths and took our order as soon as we were ready. Great friendly service as always. We request Claudias section whenever we come in.

Awful service. Although this branch is open 24 hours, they tried to avoid giving us any service when I was there (1:30 am).I have felt discrimination because she served our shakes in disposable cups instead of glass ones and talk to us deferentially, aggressively comparing with other customers.

The place was quiet due to the time I went, the food was extrwmely good, but not quite five stars, my server Jayanga was excelent though, more then a little respectful, it was clear he was nervous, so Im writing here to express more professionally that he did infact, deserve the five stars review. Wheelchair accessibility: My partner is wheelchair bound, and the combined location, ease of access and suitable tabling (if available) is an added bonus.

My partner and I recently visited Dennys for the first time, and we couldnt be more pleased with our experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. Our server, Pritesh, was absolutely fantastic. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. We ordered a burger and chicken tenders, and both were simply delicious. The food arrived quickly, and you could tell it was made fresh. The burger was juicy and flavourful, while the chicken tenders were perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It was clear that care was taken in preparing each dish. Overall, our first visit to Dennys was a great experience. Thanks to Pritesh and the quality of the food, well definitely be returning soon! Highly recommended!

I went in to Denny s in downtown Kamloops with my family and had a wonderful dinner. The host Shamus greated us with a smile and was very welcoming and kind to us! The food came out in a timely manner and tasted delicious! Definitely will be coming back for more.

The quality was really good

Was quiet inside, which was great! Busy with take out orders, yet Pritesh, kitchen and manager were all great! Pritesh had great customer service, was super nice and food came up quick and hot. Having worked in customer service/food for 27 years, this is the type of person Id want working for me.

We had a great breakfast here. Food was really good and Dianna was a really kind and attentive waiter. She did a great job and gave us nice tips for our ongoing journey. It is a really nice Denny s, big windows and nice booths. We can really recommend this location.

Our server Rose was excellent. Attentive to her guests, chatty enough to be enjoyed but not so much to be intrusive, she knew the menu and was able to help us make informed choices and kept our drinks topped up.

Went here for breakfast in Kamloops at the end of September. Very nice reception, very nice and attentive service, food very tasty and quick. Enough parking spaces around the building. Definitely recommended Parking: Around the building, just look out for the Dennys signs

In Kamloops for a stopover on my freighter route. Was craving a slamburger and a vanilla milky shakey. Kamloops Dennys delivered! Pritesh was my server, 5 stars!

Absolutely terrible service got sat down and said server be right with you waited for quite a long time was really excited to have breakfast. Waited and waited asked the guy if we were gonna get service that sat us down he said o no one came by yet. Then waited another 10 mins and table of 5 that just got seated got service. Wow walked out been there a few times and this was so disappointing. 1 star is too many but I cant pick lower.

Went for breakfast and ordered country fried steak and eggs n lately no matter which Dennys I go to the white gravy portion is getting smaller and smaller same with the hasbrowns that portion size is smaller n smaller so Ive decided NOT TO GO TO DENNYS no more I would rather spend my money at McDonalds or white spot. If managers are trying to save money this is not the way. Very disappointed I am too bad too

Very nice servers but not able to handle the small amount of customers at 7pm on a Monday night. We watched one customer leave as he waited too long for his server to greet him The food was standard Denny s (we ve been many times to other locations) but the kids portion sizes seem to be very small at this location. Better to get the kids to share a breakfast than the palm sized bowls their food was served in. We were also offered new sausage as soon as it was placed on the table as it was over cooked. We didn t ask for this but it was very nice of the server. Im not sure how it made it from the kitchen to the pass, and then to the table but hey, they did fix it! We will continue to go to Denny s but something was off with this location unfortunately.
