Our server Maslynn seemed extremely unhappy to be serving, was a bit snappy if we had any questions. Felt very unwelcome the entire time we were there which is kind of a let down considering we were excited to go out on Halloween. Over all unpleasant service and a let down on an experience.

Service was great, food was exceptional, we had a great expirience! Two dirty bikers who been in the road for 6 days and we were welcomed by the sweetest hoastess who ended up being from Canmore. Our server was a gem as well. Cant say enough good about this place. Food was spot on too. Update*** came back Oct. 2nd with my wife and again they nailed it!! Our waitress was AMAZING!! Her name was Mariah, and she was on point! Love this location. Ive been to plenty EARLs locations and im not a huge fan except for here!! The staff here are second to none! Ill ride out from Calgary just to hang out here because its worth it. We had the spinach dip n chips/bread, and it was awesome!!!

Bella is a new server so I was told and I just wanted to say she treated our family so good I will be back she even remeberd my two year Olds name when we left and said bye to her its the little things that matter plus the food was so good price or not you pay for what you get and this place is worth it

I cut my eyebrow open in a fall and quickly went to earls for first aid stuff, the lady greating was very quick to help me get my injury covered, im very grateful to her she deserves a raise !!!!

Had amazing dinner.

Stopped for a soup and salad lunch. Service and food ( clam chowder and ceasar salad ) was above expectations. Throughly enjoyed it.

Megan at the bar was fantastic! Very attentive and friendly. Manager Sam was also amazing. The steak came out wrong but they made it right immediately and I felt very appreciated here. Had a large group for a birthday. From the managers that assisted with the reservation to the servers that took care of us, the customer service was exceptional. It is a great experience every time we come to this location.

Dropped in yesterday for lunch. We had our little dog with us. Wonderful patio which is dog friendly. Food and service was awesome. Even offered water for our little dog.

Everything was great until I found hair in my food. Staff was really nice and apologetic about it. They even replaced my food quick and gave a salad to make up for it. But then, they ended up charging me for it anyway. Respectfully, that s not how I would be handling my business.

My husband and I recently went to Earls and had a fantastic experience. We had tremendous service from Alicia and Layton, and our food was fantastic. My husband has his usual Kung Pao and loved it. I had a cajun spiced steak which was absolutely delicious -and they were very accommodating in allowing me to change up the sides. If you havent had steak at Earls, please try it. They have some of the best steaks I have had in a restaurant. A bonus in the exceptional wine list! Thanks Earls!!

Great experience at Earls today on Summit Drive, friendly, courtesy, the ambiance top notch. The clam chowder soup is best ever and so were the dynamite rolls. Thank you.

This Earls is nice. It has a good layout, and the atmosphere is fairly lively. I had a server named Derrick. He was attentive and very helpful. The food is as good as any other Earls out there. Food : 4/5

We moved from Vancouver to Eastern Canada June 29 and our first stop with our doggie was lunch on the patio at the Kamloops Earls. I made reservations over the phone with their very funny and whitty manager Stefan. The over the phone contact was exceptional and we were not disappointed. Upon arrival we were treated like famous people and most staff came to pet the dog much to her delight. Our waiter Mathew was fantastic, the food delicious and the service quick. We felt sad leaving the lower mainland but these 2 people made us happy. Thanks guys Dietary restrictions: There were gluten free options for me

We love Earls, but had never been to this location, in Kamloops. The food was very good, the service very good. But holy smokes was it loud. We had a hard time talking to each other. The bar area, where the music is playing, is in the same room as the dining room. In the dining room the music isnt as loud, but people have to talk loud to have their voices heard, so the whole room is still incredibly noisy. This made for a not as nice experience at Earls as we are used to. I would not go to this location again.

Getting too expensive.

The service provided was unsatisfactory. The burgers and wings I ordered were of poor quality, comparable to ordering from a high-end restaurant and dining at a fast food establishment. The patty had an unpleasant odor .

We hadnt been to our Earls for ages, and we were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant has been nicely updated since our last visit, and the chairs were comfy. I didnt catch our waiters name, but he was great. The food was excellent, the real star of the show. Will be visiting again soon!

Our server was worthy of 10 stars . She was personable, friendly, and professional. Her attention to detail was noticeable on an evening where I was out for dinner with my sister for the very first time after discovering each other online. My only regret is not having her name to include in this review. She was great!

great menu options

$70 for a 12 once strip with powdered potato s and a few greens is a bit outrageous. Their prices keep rising and their portions keep shrinking. Not sure how anyone can afford to visit earls much longer Food

Nest Ginger Bartrnder I have ever met. Mentioning that he is a ginger is an inside joke between us. Trust me, he knows. Absolutely amazing experience , great seafood platter. I will drop in again.

They have changed the glutten free options. Very limited. Their old menu was amazing. And they had a glutten free fryer and you werent worried about cross contamination as they were amazing Dietary restrictions: Not much

We had such a great dinner with our amazing bartender Cassie! She kept the good vibes going all night, and served up some delicious drinks. Would 10/10 recommend sitting at the bar when Cassie is working. <3 <3

Food was amazing. Our server was great, made eye contact and helped celebrate a special occasion. They were very accommodating to let us watch the hockey game. The energy for the hockey game was electric between patrons and staff alike. Was wonderful. Parking: Parking was easy and lots of options for small and larger vehicles. Kid-friendliness: We were at a share table and there was a tween at the other end. Seemed happy enough with their stay.

About 9:30pm - I just had an Angry Chicken (slightly spicy Thai dressing) Lettuce Duo and a glass of wine. It was quite small but that was all I needed. And it was delicious. Service and atmosphere were good. Ill have it again.

Wonderful service,food was delicious

I was in town for work and alone for the evening after meetings ran late. Wanted to order some takeout, and Im a sucker for the blackened chicken pasta- but I always request some extra cajun spice on the side to give the alfredo some kick. Would have ordered online, but thats an extra detail that doesnt translate well through doordash items. Called in the order speaking to one of the managers, Sam, and took the opportunity to take the dog on a lengthier walk from the hotel to the restaurant. Got home to discover that the cajun spice and my reason for calling in wasnt in the bag, and just decided to call in just to politely pass on the feedback for attentiveness. Ill be damned if Sam wasnt at my hotel door within 10 minutes with the cajun spice. Weve had nothing but good experiences and had been previously saying that we need to make more of an effort to try more of the new dishes at Earls, but this one puts it over the top. Rare to see that level of customer appreciation these days, so kudos to you and the team. Keeping this place as a priority for my visits.

Consistent quality

Our visit didnt start out out great. food came out wrong. Pizza was way overdone. Drinks were wrong. But our server Carter was a Rockstar, as was the Manager, didnt get her name sadly. They took full responsibility for the errors, made it all right, fixed everything, took alot off the bill, and sent us on our way with a gift. I have been to many many Earls over the years and the Kamloops location was by far in my top 2. I highly recommend. Kudos to Carter.

Came here for Mother s Day. The place was packed with four of us sitting by a table just opposite each other. We could not carry on a conversation or hear each other. The music was so loud, it was totally over bearing. I looked around the room and saw elderly mothers sitting isolated with families unable to hear or talk. It was so sad to see.

Best restaurant in town I popped in for a bite with my daughter and had a fantastic experience. Happy hour from 2om-5pm every day! We had the spicy chicken lettuce wraps and spicy tuna roll. If you are spicy enough, get the sauce on the side. It was delicious! And 60 bucks including tax and tip!

Tonight I took my mom for a belated mothers day and my son for his birthday. Steffan was our waiter and he was amazing. Very patient and and made great suggestions for my mom whos appetite is very small and really made my son and I feel like we mattered. Great job! The food was great as well!

Megan made my birthday so lovely! The atmosphere in this restaurant was perfect the seats were super comfy, the lighting was gorgeous. But seriously, Megan was amazing as a server and I wish I lived in Kamloops because her service was TOP TIER. Such a bubbly, caring server. We couldn t ask for a better one. Everything was Excekant

We had a wonderful night here, last week. Dana took care of us and we appreciated her excitement when we would order something she personally liked. She was attentive and professional. We will be asking to sit in her section on future visits. Prime rib was cooked to our liking and our Salmon entree with the feta caper aioli was perfect! We also enjoyed some fresh oysters (not to meaty) a nice bottle of the house Chardonnay and some sticky toffee cake for dessert

My wife had the lettuce wrap. The lettuce was old and very flimsy for a wrap, but the worst part was they put so much hotsauce in it that it was almost uneatable. I had the bacon cheddar burger with fries. The waitress said I had a choice of fries so I chose the garlic fries not realizing there was a $3 up charge. With a $26 burger and a $3 upcharge for the fries made it an unbelievably expensive burger that wasnt that spectacular. I dont think I will ever darken the door of Earls again. We go out for dinner every Tuesday and Friday. There are far better places to dine. Tom Currie

The West Coast Prawn Pizza is absolutely the best pizza Ive ever had anywhere!! Its so good just thinking about it makes my mouth water!

Its busy and noisy, so probably not the place for a quiet, romantic dinner, but the food and service are both excellent!

The drinks were amazing the food was good also had the BBQ Ribs and added the Lobster tail to everything was delicious. Dis regard the ply boards and Blue Tarps lol it really adds to the Hidden Crack in the wall place

As a celiac, this is a great place to go. I had an amazing meal. The staff are fully aware of cross-contamination. Thanks earls for facilitating a meal out for me and my family. The food was sooo good. Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options. They also have one of the best detailed allergen menus online. It has the complete break down of what allergens, or may contain could be in each menu item.

Ordered a burger, which turned out to be sub par, the patty was not even done well and the fries were soggy. None of my friends enjoyed their food either.

Found hair in the pasta I ordered! I didnt felt like eating anything else. My partner ordered tachos and fries but after finding hair in my pasta we questioned the hygiene level and atmosphere of the kitchen where all the food is being prepared. They should get inspection done. After showing the hair to the server and asking to take away the plate, the manager apologized and didnt charged us for the pasta which I dont think was the best step to try to resolve the issue. I was expecting full refund of the entire food since we literally didnt eat at all and packed the remaining tachos and fries in a box which we unfortunately had to dump on our way out. Bad experience- bad food. Will never recommend dining or ordering from here.

We were seated right away and our server was quick and polite. Once she found out we were they for a quick dinner and going back to the hospital to be with our son she made sure our food was out to us quickly and also sent us with a free dessert for our son. Amazing atmosphere! The third Earls I ve been, and so far have the best dining atmosphere! The service was really great too and accommodated my request to change the Cajun chicken to plain salt and pepper flavour so my 9month old baby can eat it! However he forgot my yam fries BUT we ended up not needing it since we re already full The ribs was the only ohmaygosh food meaning I will definitely order that again. The pasta tortellini dish was okay as well as the chicken noodle dish. Both were cooked ok, but something is missing to make them ohmaygosh food.

Great space and atmosphere, friendly service without a doubt. The food however: Ordered the 14oz ribeye and frites. Fries....meh, it was a sprinkle at best and they needed salt. While the steak was cooked medium-rare, it wasnt seared at all. Almost like it was braised or suis vide cooked(grey outside) but without a sear. Maybe too much variety on the menu? Sushi, seafood towers, steaks...

Our server Allisa J. made up for the very rude girl at the door. When we came in, the doors were open and no one was at the desk so we just stood there and waited to be seated. A young girl came, mumbled something, seemed to be annoyed by the open doors and didnt even greet us properly. We followed her quietly to the table, where she literally slammed the menus on the table, grabbed the two sets of cuttlery that werent needed and left. I was really shocked and was so close to just leave again. BUT then Allisa, our server, showed up and really made up for the bad start. She was so sweet and friendly. Usually, I hate the small talk as no one is really intersted anyways, but Allisas questions and interest seemed so genuine. We ordered the BBQ Ribs and the Tuna Poke Bowl. The ribs were delicious, I just wish the potatoes were a bit smaller and I only had two tiny pieces of bacon. The Poke Bowl was fantastic. Alissa, if you are reading this: Hello and THANKS from the couple from Vernon :-D that was there on Monday afternoon. Sept 4th. If you are Alissas boss, give her a raise and let her train the other grumpy looking servers and especially the young one at the door.

We dine at Earls often. We have noticed a HUGE increase in menu pricing. We totally get inflation and rising costs for labour. BUT, what I don t appreciate is the fact that portion sizes have decreased by 30-40% on top. Everything for the size of our drinks, to appts to meals. That s not right. Charge more fine, no problem. But don t try and create more profits by thinking we don t see what s going on. Last nights meal was a prime example. We will dine elsewhere.

My steak was so TUFF ( medium rare) I returned it AND the gravy on my perfectly mashed potatoes was pure salt lick. I sent back the meal and they offered me a dessert. I said no thank you I appreciated the offer. I was disappointed I was hungry and craving a steak . I would class this as a 20-30 years old fancy hang out with a great atmosphere but no quality food. Sorry ..

Great BBQ Ribs.

I ordered the spring greens and grains salad, and it was a giant pile of lettuce. The salad was supposed to have grapes (I found one sliced grape in the entire salad), almonds, feta, radishes, and quinoa (almost none of everything). So I basically paid $15 for a very expensive bag of lettuce.

The food was average, and the presentation was poor. It was so noisy that I actually couldnt wait to get out of there. It has more of a noisy pub vibe than a restaurant. Our server was very friendly though.

I came from out of town and as I walked in the hostess s would open the door for me and greet me! I sat at the bar and was served by an incredibly nice server named Cassey. She was very easy to talk to and made me feel welcome. After sitting there for a few minutes, I could tell that she had built good experiences for the other guests around me. I ordered the tuna poke bowl, which was delicious and very affordable. Overall, I will definitely be returning in the future and I highly recommend it!

Food was good, if not a bit pricey. Had the Bangkok bowl with Shrimp and it was good. The service was decent, as we were sitting right beside the server station. The atmosphere was loud as there was a birthday party going on with a lot of lovely young ladies. Was fine, everyone there were having fun. We were almost done anyway, so it was ok.

Thank goodness we were seated in the enclosed porch area, I could not have stayed in the main restaurant with that music, Im too old. I had a not particularly fresh dynamite roll sushi my friend had overly eldente linguini with grilled chicken. The waiter was charming and attentive.

This was my first time dining at this establishment. I am very impressed with the service and am especially impressed by our server Jakob, he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Would definitely recommend in the future.

Great dinner with my grandson!!

We were staying in a hotel down the road and ordered take out. When we opened our order in our room we noticed one item missing. We called and the staff were extremely courteous, as they were unable to refund the item they had the kitchen re make said item and a host delivered it directly to our hotel. Staff went above and beyond. Kid-friendliness: Amazing kid menu. And the staff can help with customizing kid options to suit picky eaters.

Came in with 50 + people ... service was outstanding and food was great! We were in and out under an hour & 1/2! Great job!
