Ive been here several times , and every time has been excellent service and awesome food. Thanks for keeping up the standards. You guys are awesome.

Very friendly young staff member when I called today to see if theyd play Canucks game with sound tomorrow Sunday. An unusual start time of 930 am for my Canucks as on the road and I will be in Kamloops from out of town. Football Sun has taken over and a real shame as that is a US sport and Kamloops is in Canada as far as I still know! I got a NO darn after she asked a manager. A let down so best I can rate is 3 stars! Hockey is still the superior sport to many CANADIANS! In general it is too as much faster! More energy it brings.

We had such great service on Oct 17th !!. Our server Dehl was superb...and as usual..the food was awsome.

This was our familys first time going to this restaurant, and we all enjoyed our meals. The service was great, and my husband commented on the atmosphere, stating that it was a quieter atmosphere than other restaurants.

I made this a stop on a road trip through BC and was not disappointed. Sat at the bar and bartender gave me great suggestions on food and drink. Was able to watch some hockey and enjoy good company. Would return if traveling through again.

Had a wonderful family dinner with the kids at Match, Kamloops this evening. We frequent the lounge side regularly, so one of our first times in the restaurant side. Abby, our server was so wonderful, attentive, and lovely. As regulars to Match (lounge side) she by far provided the best service we have ever had. She made our evening! food was wonderful too.

The waitress was so nice and friendly with us. Great atmosphere, the food was perfect. Kid-friendliness: Theres no playground for kid but theres a family area.

Expected more. Expectations are never a good thing. It was fine.

Food Poisoning Warning: July 5 We were staying at the hotel nearby so came here for dinner and ended up wishing we hadnt. 3/4 of our party got seafood and it all tasted very fishy and off, we had the cod tacos, halibut tacos, and calamari. None of us could finish our food because the taste was so bad. My husband, who is immunocompromised, became violently ill shortly after eating here. He had only eaten half of one cod taco and he had watery diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting for 34 hours. I also had diarrhea the next morning, having eaten the halibut tacos, and my mother, who had the calamari also fell ill, although neither of us to the degree that my husband was made ill. I reported the restaurant to the local health authority. I dont recommend eating here at all. This ruined our vacation and seriously harmed my husband, who was significantly weakened by the food poisoning and had to have his chemotherapy delayed.

We were staying at a hotel in Kamloops and decided to order some takeout. One of the dishes we ordered had rice and we told them we were staying at a hotel and they did not put cutlery in the bag. We get back to our hotel, and there s no restaurant in the hotel, so stuck eating rice with fingers. I got annoyed with that. I decided to walk across the street to the gas station to get some taco chips that I could use as a shovel for my rice. The food wasn t bad but then I called back later that night to put another order in and told them , not to forget the cutlery this time Explain to them that I had to eat with my fingers and then go buy taco chips to use as a spoon and all I get is OK sorry what would you like to order? The guy honestly did not care at all. Charging Prime dollar for food and don t even even give you the basics and then when your phone they could care less it s just take your money and get out

Had a great mothers day dinner with my mom here before spending some time in casino. We really enjoyed it!

Took my dad on Father s Day for dinner, and the food was amazing, but the service was even better. Our server, Emily, was fantastic! She was super friendly, helpful with the menu, and was just overall made our experience wonderful. I will definitely be back! Thank you Emily:)

I would like to specially should our Cass at the Kamloops location. The Canucks game was on, they were busy, but Cass was on it. Made us feel like her only table. This girl plus the happy hockey atmosphere made our night.

Half rack was only 4 bones when full should be of 10-13 bones. Salad was cut so large and bowl was too small to mix so it was hard to eat. Meatballs were dry and had zero sauce.

We came here on a Sunday. Tuna stack and hand apple pies were delicious. Calamari could use some salt. Burgers were good. Service was friendly.

Good food and good staff. The only very large complaint I have is the forced 18% tip with our big group for our staff party. The forced tip was $150+ The large group should be satisfactory plus any optional tip. We are also forced to tip 18% on the tax too.

I was skeptical to come back here as my last visit we had subpar food and service, (just after COVID openings) but we could not get into Atlas without a reservation last Saturday and the football game was on the TVs so we decided to give it another chance. Glad we did. Neither of us found it easy to watch the game on the corner multi-screen big screen so I would not come back to watch a game. The service we received was excellent and the food was very good. I had the turkey sandwich and it was fresh and delicious. The tomato was crisp and juicy. My husband had a beef dip they customized for him with some sauteed veggies and he was very happy with it. Would recommend for some drinks or a casual meal, especially if you are interested in hitting the casino after.

We originally ordered from skip the dishes and they messed up our order. When we called the restaurant and explained the situation they comped the order and free cake. Nick was fantastic and explained what happened it was the drivers fault but even still the restaurant went above and beyond.

Has potential, but service in inconsistent, hardly any vegetarian meal options, and cardboard takeout boxes are not compostable.

Half the appetizer menu was not available and the lettuce wraps hade a filling of mostly pickled banana peppers...was frankly disappointed.

Had Cajun seafood spaghettini. Was very good. Fresh ingredients include seared Ahi tuna, Cajun shrimp and roasted garlic. Very nice balance of spices. Will seek this out again Good and pleasant service! Parking: Accessible parking close to entrance Wheelchair accessibility: Had a 100 yr old mother-in-law. She found navigating very easy!

This was so bad! Table of 6 at 8:30 only table in there after 9pm. The dried ribs were more dry than rib, the french onion soup was poor and the calamari was cold and tasteless and part of the order was wrong. Halfway through the meal (9:40) we were told we would have to be gone by 10 due to minors in our group (16) this was never explained to us at the point of booking. After expressing our disappointment to the serving staff ( not their fault). The manager never came to the table to offer any apology. We had been offered a $10 return voucher for our next meal..... never going back, worst meal I have had in Kamloops for 20 years.

We are in town for a hockey tournament, stopped in for lunch and inquired about making a reservation for dinner that night, the gm was outstanding and was able to fit us in (35 of us) on such short notice, exceptional service!!

The food is edible but weird and kinda awful. They have an obsession with garlic pieces at this place, even the Caesar salad has garlic. The pizza its deep bath on honey which isnt a nice experience. The waitress forgot about us and our dessert, we had to wait around 30 min until we got our dessert and theres only 6 tables in the entire restaurant.

After experiencing such awful service and terrible food recipes couldnt even give a good rating for atmosphere despite having a good layout for a sports bar. Seriously... who puts honey on a pepperoni pizza and makes customers wait over an hour for a dessert. Pathetic.

Dined in with 6 people. The pasta was dry. The burger was ok. The fries are soft and not enjoyable. It took almost 10 minutes for all entrees to be served. I think it s open still because of the casino. Duffys is nearby and everything is done right I ll keep going there.

We had reservations for a birthday party once we ordered. We had to wait over an hour and a half for our food. I got a beef dip that didn t get any of the fixings that it listed in its description and there was only enough sauce for half the sandwich. Once I was given my glass of water, I tried to order a drink multiple times, but only saw the waitress. Once our food was ready. We also ordered a poutine that was cold and very greasy. When each item is about $22 it was quite disappointing Kid-friendliness: We called ahead of time to ask specifically if it was kid friendly, they did have high chairs, but the straps were broken (so not super safe.) kids are allowed in the restaurant till 10 PM so that is nice.

Food was good . Service was slow once we ordered our drinks and meal we didnt see a waitress until the end of the meal and had to ask for the bill. Granted that was nice too in some ways .. the band was doing sounds checks and the place was busy . But I would go back again for the food

Ordered the chopped chicken peanut salad via Skip. Added shrimp. Salad came with no chicken or shrimp. Over $25 for a bowl of lettuce.

We come pretty much every week for dinner. We were excited to try the new Little Italy menu tonight. I ordered the garlic Shrimp Alfredo and it was tasty. My husband indeed Nonnas Spaghetti and meatballs. That was not so tasty. There were lots of small pre-made frozen meatballs in the dish but they tasted awful. I had half of one after my not picky partner complained and it tasted like bologna from back in elementary school. If youre going to call it Nonnas spaghetti please make one or two REAL meatballs for the dish. Not my typical experience here. I normally love the food. As usual the service was amazing.

Im giving 4 stars for the overall experience. I would give 5 stars if it was just based on the food. Cooked perfectly and delicious. If it were on the service i would give it 1 star. 10 minutes from the time we were seated to when our waitress actually showed up. She only dropped of menus and left. Another 5-7 minutes shes comes back for drink orders. Another 10 minutes to get drinks and finally take our order. Food came out in a timely fashion by someone that was not our waitress. Didnt see our waitress again until we were done eating. Asked for bill and that took another 10 minutes. ** just for a note, the restaurant was dead, over half the tables were empty so there was no excuse for poor service**

We go to match often for happy hour. We were put at a table which was great. We had a large booth for two people. We had the most lovely server. We then had a couple of drinks and a couple of happy hour appies. We then had another server who was super rude and came over and stated we must leave the table as is was reserved. She moved us to another table and said we must leave by 6:15. I then said can you just put us some where we don t have to move in case we stay. She said no. Basically kicking us out. We flagged down our first sever to get the bill as we were not being helped anymore. The first sever asked why we moved and was mortified by the story. I then asked the people at our table if they had a reservation and they said no . So we were booted for them. Not sure what happened but it was not good.

Weve been getting take out evryday for almost a week from Match. After being evacuated and sent to kamloops, getting our food from here was the highligh of our entire stay. Everytime the food was amazing and the staff are so friendly and attentive. Thank you so much to all the staff

I sat at the bar and the service from the bartenders was very good. However when I got there I stood next to the sign that says please wait to be seated for so long that when I was finally approached by a staff member I was actually on google maps trying to find another restaurant. I bet it was at least 5 or 10 minutes before I had the slightest acknowledgement. I had chicken wings. They were supposed to be hot wings. There was the tiniest few drops of sauce on them. I was scraping the plate trying to find more. The sauce itself was good but it must be very expensive because it was ridiculously spare. If those are your chicken wings please just get them off the menu. Its clear that whomever made them just didnt care. Guys at the bar good service. The server that brought me the wings didnt bring any implements or napkins. Perhaps Im intended to eat them like a dog? The bar guy was able to get me some napkins. Guys at the bar great. Match eatery.... well.... not so much for eating.

Service was a bit slow and the chicken wings where mid. Played some pool and had an okay time.

This place cuts corners. My tacos were full of cabbage and had 3 tiny pieces of dried chicken. The salsa on the side was watered down and the Cesar was absolutely disgusting- undrinkable. The tiny slice of lemon was dried up and they still served this. Prices do not reflect the quality of the food and I doubt anyone in that kitchen is proud of what they are serving. Do yourself a favour and eat at home instead.

Havent been to Match for awhile as last time we dined the food was not that great... Decided to give it another go... Chairs/tables definately need refinishing, service was slow and returned my dish as chicken was rubbery and undercooked. Server could have been a bit more interested on customer service.... Probably wont return this was just my experience hopefully others had a better experience

Stopped in on our way through to the island. Really lovely compared to the one in Edmonton, AB. Absolutely fabulous thin crust pizza. Great service!

Will never go back. Pizza was inedible. Had 1 piece and told the waitress to throw it out. The steak tasted more like salted pork and it definitely wasnt a prime cut with a tablespoon of mashed potatoes and 4 rock hard carrot pieces for 32 dollars. The worst part was we had a 100 dollar gift certificate and our food came to 68 dollars so they pocketed 32 dollars and to top it off the wife tipped her another 10 dollars for the drinks we had. Definitely feeling ripped off.

Passing through town so stopped in for a beer. Wanted to compare to our local Match in Courtenay. It was only 3 in the afternoon. Bartender and 3 other staff, talking away at end of bar, not even acknowledging me. I had to speak up to get my beer, then had to do it again when I wanted a 2nd. Well Courtenay wins.

Great food at very reasonable prices, the service was fantastic and our server Billie G was super friendly and was constantly smiling and looked like they actually wanted to be there unlike some other places around town. My New York strip was perfectly cooked to my liking and the ahi tuna that came with my wife s order of Cajun seafood spaghettini was done to her liking too! Overall this restaurant ticks all the boxes and having the casino next door is a great after dinner bonus for a bit of fun.. Parking: Hundreds of free parking spots are available

Second time dining in,second time was disappointed. Service was great,however food was inedible. Had the fish and chips,chips were cold and mushy,fish was overly battered and as such was deep fried so long the batter burned and was rock hard. Even the coleslaw was under seasoned and underwhelming.

I really love Match, the food is great (the margarita pizza used to be way better when they used whole cloves of garlic instead of chopped bits) but if you try to order on Skip The Dishes you will probably end up hungry with a refund. I hate leaving this review because I love this place, but it just keeps happening again and again and again. Im sorry, Match. :(

The waittess was very informative. The taco special $13 was a great deal. I wish the flour tortilla would be warmed up more. I liked how the cook offered to split the burger by offering two x3 oz pattie& bun as we shared. I wish the fries were temperature hotter as well. Overall, I will come back!

Was with a group so expect food to take a bit longer . My order was wrong but I was accommodating and said thats fine I will eat what was brought out . No apology no discount . Very rude waitress named Marie who tried blaming me for the mix up . Havent experienced such a rude server in my many years of dining out . Also the manager made the excuse that the server was new . Terrible service, dined in for thanksgiving with 6. We finished our entire meals before a steak dinner came out. Server blamed us for putting an order in late, but it was the first order to go in. The manager provided no help when it came to dealing with the problems at hand.

Out of our party of 6, the food was meh, nothing special and my mac and cheese was just gross tasting. . The service though was great. Our waitress did a fantastic job. The atmosphere is non-existent. Do better.

Pretty umimpressive really. Although the service was good the quality of the food was pretty average and the portions were all small. Why is cheese an add on for a burger that costs over $20 and then they forgot to put the cheese on it ? Wont be going back.

My dad and I went for dinner, our order didnt end up getting to the kitchen, the manager went and got our order again, and it came quickly. We understand that these things happen, and they still gave us $10 off, free desserts, and a $10 gift card each. Definitely will go again. Amazing staff.

Ordered a full rack of ribs for takeout. Two forkfulls of coleslaw. About 8 French fries, unseasoned. Ribs nothing to write home about. Glad I tried takeout before going in for a full dining experience

had a mix up on my skip order, skip didnt even respond so called Match, manager was very kind and apologized. I know stuff happens so I was not upset with Match, they re-did my order and got a delicious chocolate cake as a bonus. Manager was very polite and nice to deal with and I appreciated that. Unfortunately, I can t do one five star rating for all of the options (breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, other) because all are worthy of 5 STARS! One of the best patios I ve been on in Kamloops with good service, lots of TVs, a great menu and bar service that is two thumbs up. Can t wait to go there again!

Horrible kitchen . Waiter was excellent food was sent back only a 2 wraps. Both went back. When it came out again it was still wrong. Being over 1 hour for nearly a empty place. We wont be back.

Frequent Match often when in town, there are many items on the menu that I enjoy, I especially really enjoy the Champagne Green Salad with Cajun Chicken Breast. I visited the location February 23rd to catch up with a friend and we had the most amazing service from our server Brooklyn. Only thing I would recommend is please up your game on the craft beer and seasonal beer selections.

Waited almost an hour to find out our wings were given to the wrong table. Then once meal arrived the bun was burned to a crisp, but chicken was barely warm. Wifes chicken was also cold. Very disappointed, though server was trying the best they could. Kitchen has been going downhill lately.

Ive been there twice the first time the ribs were off, bad or actually starting to rot. The meat was turning green. Today I went the ribs were so over done. That the meat was as hard as a rock. When I complained they asked me if I wanted a job cooking the food. That was a first and the last time Ill eat in that hole. McDonalds is better!

This place is the absolute worst restaurant in Kamloops. Last summer when I had met a friend at match to have dinner I was racially profiled and completely verbally abused by the manager, I knew he was treating me different because of my ethnicity and the way I look (tattoos on my hands and short fade haircut, brown skin) I went to use the washroom and had already paid for my meal and drinks ($70 later even though the food was terrible) Out of every single other person in the restaurant I was the only one he had harassed about showing there covid passport. Even after I had already eaten and paid for my meal and had shown my vaccine card already and had been sitting in the restaurant for about an hour. I watched my friend come back from the washroom and had no problems getting back in, I must have watched a good handful of other people come in and nobody had harassed them to show there passport. He picked me out of a crowd based off the way I look and was completely unprofessional and it was just a disgusting experience. I will never return to this restaurant and I tell every single person I know not to go MATCH (unless you want to be harassed and treated terribly and have terrible food, along with the chance of being racially profiled. All this restaurant ever does to respond to complaints is say We are sorry that you are disappointed but appreciate your feedback. We are committed to providing you with a great experience and hope you give us another chance in the future This place should be shut down.

Good fish tacos and service.

Worst food I ve ever tasted. I wish I could give it a zero. Burger patties were dry, crumbly and flavourless. Except for a slightly fishy taste . Vile The bun was slightly burned yet soggy at the same time. The Caesar salad was in the same container so it was nice and warm, wilted and disgusting. The other side order was fries, well the half cup of oily, limp, undercooked potato grossness. Awful food, overpriced and not even edible. Would have sent it back but ordered delivery because of being stuck here with a broken leg. So disappointed! Do not waste your money.

The food was excellent, everything was spot on from the Ceasar salad, Calimari to the charbroiled steak. I would recommend this place anytime.

Took my spouse for Happy Hour drinks to the Kamloops Matchs Pub at Cascade Casino on Mothers Day. They were advertising a complimentary drink for all mothers on their web page. You only got the complimentary drink if you asked for it. It was never offered by their staff who acted as if they were not suppose to be offering it their customers. It was only a small Mimosa about 2 ounces of champagne and 2 ounces of orange juice. An hour into the Happy Hour which goes from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm daily, we overheard the bar manager announce to her staff that Happy Hour had been canceled for today, reason being that the free Mimosas were costing the Casino too much money today. We were sitting by the bar adjacent to the area where the bar tender mixed drinks and had not seen any Mimosas being served. We complained to the staff that you cannot just cancel Happy Hour without informing your customers. It is advertised on the menu and on their website. No one was informing the customers, we only overheard the Manager telling her staff. Suddenly my wifes wine went from $6.75 a glass to $13.50. I guess Cascades Casino really didnot want to honor mothers with a free cheap drink and that they feel that they can change menu prices at a whim (without informing their customers) even after their customers have ordered and consumed their products. Pretty poor business ethics. Will not recommend anyone going therefor anything unless you like being screwed by the Casino.

Delicious and very affordable.

We came in for brunch on Mother s Day. I hate leaving bad reviews but the breakfast was so bad I still think about it to this day and it s been a month since Mother s Day. There wasn t one person out of the 10 of us who enjoyed their meal. The hollandaise on my benny tasted like plastic butter. It was served with hash browns that were literally just mccains tater tots from a frozen bag. My partner had Chicken & Waffles and the chicken was soggy like just so gross and soggy and the waffles were dry like a Kamloops summer. Overall the food was just flavourless and awful. Highly recommend another restaurant within kamloops.

Was in town for work on a one night stay. Came to Match Pub thirsty for beer and an empty stomach. Lucked out and waltzed in during happy hour and ½ price wings Thursday. Paced myself and indulged in a couple happy hour entrees, two servings of hot wings and 3 beer. Beer was fine and food met expectations (hot wings werent hot enough for a psycho like me), service was at least on par but not noteworthy. Food took a little long but the place was on the busier end while I was there. Satisfactory experience and revisiting this place is not out of the question.

A bit more than pub food. We were able to reserve a table for 6. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The service was great. For a pub experience in Kamloops, Match is 5 stars. We left after listening to some live music. Great night out.

Service was good but, it took 15 minutes to get someone to come take our drink order and it took 45 minutes to get our appies. We didn t order dinner because it took so long for appies we thought the meal would take longer. I ordered a bulldog and it was terrible, not in a proper glass and the margarita wasn t slushy. It was our date night and we were extremely disappointed. We usually go during the week in the day and it s always amazing. It was busy but not overly and they had lots of staff on. Just disappointing we will do date night somewhere else next time!

Stopped in for a quick bite after getting in late from a long day on the road. Had truly terrible service from the moment we sat down to when we left. food took 45 minutes to come out and when we were finished our plates and empty drinks sat on the table for half an hour as our server did all of her closing transactions. She also complained about other tables and her lack of tips right infront of us. Very disappointed. Only good thing was the wings were very tasty.

Terrible food. Server was nice. Raw chicken. More than an hour wait for our food. Mediocre drinks. They tried to help with bill but we still ended up paying $60 dollars. Not recommended.

Service was good, but did not know what purified water is. Still serve the chlorinated tap water. The complimentary poison! Quite loud , hard to have a conversation. Beef sirloin was very good, dinner bun was spongy.

Excellent service. We had many questions for our server, if she didnt know she found out quickly with a smile.

Food was ok. Dirty sticky tables. Poor waitress service probably cause she knew she would get minimum 18% being a larger table. Dirty dishes left on the table, etc.

I am pretty sure everything I got was frozen in a box before they warmed it up for me. The portions were small and the prices were high. The staff was nice which is why the second star.

Went for a family dinner where mandatory gratuity was added due to the number of guests at our table. Service was very slow which extended our time here considerably and the server mixed up all of our bills. If a mandatory gratuity is being added, they should at least extend another server to ensure the service level stays satisfactory. Slow drinks, missed drinks, forgotten drinks, long waits for appys and food.

Went for dinner on Saturday night around 6:00 pm, restaurant side was full, we got a table in the pub side. Ordered our food fairly quickly, yet waited around 45 before it arrived. I ordered a spicy Hawaiian pizza, claims to come with chunks of pineapple, ham, banana peppers, cilantro, tomato sauce and cheese. Once the pizza showed up at the table (3 other guys ordered pizza as well), it really looked like a badly burnt frozen pizza, and it tasted even worse. I was starving and was not about to wait another 45 minutes to see if the next one would be any better, so I ate this one. I swear there were 2 small chunks of pineapple on it, didn t taste any ham, no tomato sauce, and no or very little cheese, however there was lots of cilantro and banana peppers. This was beyond doubt the worst pizza I have ever had , and my friends all said the same about theirs. One guy in our group had the nachos and they looked quite good, another guy had spaghetti and it also looked pretty good. I only give it one star because of my meal, it looks like there might be other things on the menu that are ok, but it s definitely off my list of places to go.The waiters was very busy, but did a good job keeping us hydrated.

Ate here last night, and let me save everyone the trouble. DONT. Simply the worst over priced food, served in an overly dark environment where the TVs are so bright and the lighting so low, your eyes are constantly adjusting. Seating is awkward and cramped, with live entertainment that added to the train wreck, driving us out before we could finish our meal. Food arrived after a long 1 hour wait, pasta was cold and my rare steak, burnt to a crisp. Everything was bursting with flavours of salt, salt, and butter... And nothing more. Service was spotty and our server never came by once the meals were tabled. If she had, we wouldnt have even been able to talk over the plundering, stumbling rendition of Alanis Morissettes One Hand in my Pocket, and other 90s classics you had successfully forgotten. 2 meals and 4 drinks came to $106, which wasnt even worth half of that. Final take away, we wont be back again.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, waited half an hour just for them to take our drink order and when they finally brought them to the table another half hour later the drinks had no carbonation whatsoever, so we sent them back, then 20 minutes passed by and they still hadnt brought our drinks, then finally after 10 more minutes they were brought to the table, so we ordered our food, we waited 30 minutes for them to bring me the completely wrong burger, so I sent it back, half an hour later they brought me another burger which was also completely wrong, at that point I decided leaving was the only option because I wasnt going to wait another half hour just for them to get my order wrong again, definitely will not be going there again, horrible service.

Booked X-mas party for 13 people room that we had booked was taken and service was very poor. Been here more than a few times and have not been impressed. Spot is good for a drink and thats about all. This is unfortunate for the main attraction in Kamloops.

Have always had a good experience! The breakfast Ceasar is always great and you cant go wrong with the Nashville hot chicken sandwich

I have to say, this is the second time I have been disappointed at this establishment. This time it took half an hour to get drinks half an hour to order my food afterwards my food took an hour to come out. It was cold,and my friends chicken was barely a chicken it was more like three little pieces cut up, we had no quality check on our food. We had the flag down the other waiter to get more drinks and our food right. It wasn t that busy and we were not the only table in the restaurant to complain! I love the food here so it s not a one but they defiantly need to improve!

We used to come frequently to Matches, at least once a week. Unfortunately since about July there has been a decline in food quality and portion sizes. I typically dont like to leave negative reviews but the staff said it was the only way to express the decline in food quality. We hope that this will help the kitchen step up their game.

I got a chicken burger for myself and the kids chicken quesadilla for my sister and it was awful. I could tell from the first bite that it was microwaved. They microwaved the chicken. I am no chef but I know for a fact you do not microwave chicken. Unfortunately I got take out so I couldnt send it back. Yall need to do better, I am not paying $40 to eat microwaved food.

I went for dinner with a group of friends and all of us had a terrible experience, in terms of food and service both. We are reasonable people and tried to kindly approach the manager, during which we were for one, never apologized to, second, all we received was defensiveness as a response, third, we waited half an hour to order, and lastly the manager NEVER returned back and just sent our bills but was walking around to other tables. Extremely unprofessional. We ate some of the food as we were hungry, but it literally tasted stale, microwaved out of a box, and expired. When we questioned the bills, we were told you ate the food you have to pay . It was NEVER about the money. We pay what we owe but what a rude accusation.

Not just that you greeted me when I was in the parking lot amongst ready to go home. I showed how much you care for your customers! Very impressive! Last but not the least the food was really good!

Bought the Turkey Dinner on skip the dishes. If I paid $22 for this and this was brought to my table, Id have sent it back. Vegetables are barely cooked, turkey is dry, stuffing is worse than stovetop boxed stuffing, and theres no gravy. Worst turkey dinner Ive ever had, I may as well just go to Dennys if thats the quality Im going to get. Been on the road for two weeks and I was excited for a decent meal from a high rated restaurant. Tragically disappointed.

An unexpected pleasant surprise with this place. Located in a building with two other restaurants and a casino, this place has something for everyone. I like the sports bar atmosphere at Matchs where they offer a nice selection of appies and full meals. They even had a live band playing the night we went. Friendly staff. Covid compliant. After some eats we tried our hand at some penny slots at the casino and walked away with a couple of bucks. I think we found our new favorite place for Friday night dates. Looking forward to trying the other two restaurants. One looks like semi-formal dining and the other formal with fireside atmosphere.

This was an absolutely terrible experience and meal. This place is either spot on, or absolute garbage. Its ironic that it is located in a Casino because eating here is exactly like gambling. Could be good, could be terrible! After waiting nearly an hour for our food in a very empty restaurant, the food was not only sub-standard, but my Beef Dip was ice cold. After the Cesar salad substitution, the beef dip came out to just over $20. For the price, I would have expected significantly better. The Cesar salad was terrible - who puts balsamic reduction on a Cesar salad?! Fish and chips looked absolutely horrific (was told they were OK but nothing special). The dry ribs looked absolutely pathetic, portion size was terrible for the $13 they cost. They were flavourless and lacked seasoning. Finally, the service was atrocious. The waitress was borderline rude, if not dismissive. We will not be back.
