Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews in Kamloops

Took forever to give us our food, waited for 90 minutes, no ketchup. Only good part was the hockey games and that the lady had given us a discount. Do not recommend

Awesome Burgers and Fries were great what else can you say. Edit: The review of 4 stars was a few years ago. Food is Ok now but chicken tenders were way too salty and the burger was barely cooked. But the thing that will keep me from returning was $4.89 for a watered down fountain drink! The total bill before taxes with a bacon cheeseburger and clucks & fries was $47.87. Ridiculous.

We will never go to Red Robin again, it was absolutely the most disappointing experience we have ever had in a restaurant. 1.) We made a reservation, and they did not have a table reserved for us. 2.) Our drinks came but the milk requested for the tea only came after 2 further requests. 3.) The meals for the kids was below standard, the pizza was cold, the mac and cheese was a solid lump, the mandarin oranges were out of a can and basically mush. 3.)The chicken in the cajun chicken burger appeared to be a formed processed piece. 4.) The food took an hour to come to our table, and the restaurant was not busy. Other patrons had come, eaten and left before we received our meal. Again, we were expecting a happy time with our grandchildren but were so disappointed.

Burger was a little pink, showed server and they corrected it right away with fresh fries and apologized fantastic service to take care of their customers so well

The service was ok the food wasnt great. We constantly had fruit flies flying around our food and ourselves. I killed 8 of them before the food had arrived. I let the waitress know of the issue. I ordered coffee, the waitress said we don t have coffee. Our food arrived and the fruit flies were relentless. I couldn t eat my salad as the flies were in it. If I wasn t so hungry we would have left. The carpet was sticky and the restaurant is not clean at all. The washrooms were filthy. We won t be back.

Fairly disappointed in the quality with our last two visits. Went this evening and got two kids meals and a burger. Kids meals came with maybe 5 fries? They are bottomless so wasn t too worried at first but after one kid had finished his and I had finished mine it took over 20 minutes for a different waitress to come back around for us to request more. No offers for drink refills for either kid, had to request one for myself. Both visits were not doing dinner rush . No offer for dessert for either kid and by the time we got our fries we had to ask for and wait on the kids were tired of being there.

Please bring back Red Robin to Alberta! I love Red Robins I havent been to one in over 7 years because I live in Alberta. It made my day to see that Kamloops still has theirs. This is the best berger joint hands down. Bottomless drinks and sides . This place is like a corner stome of my childhood. Im happy that the look feel and taste are all the same from way back when.

I had an appetizer it was okay. Also, I like to collect points with the Red Robin app. Last I thought I was collecting points. I see I did not receive any from my visit to the restaurant last night. I thought the waitress had entered it in. I would eat there again but not very often. I was disappointed in the service last night.

My GO-TO burger spot. Recently had the Royal red robin burger and it didn t disappoint! The patty was juicy, the toppings were fresh, and the burger bun held it all together perfectly. Plus, the bottomless garlic fries are a great touch. Definitely a solid spot for a satisfying burger craving.

Would have given more stars on dinner and service however stars were taken away for the following reasons. 1. My beer came out about 5 minutes after ordering it my wife s drink 15 minutes later when ordered together 2. Our food sat in the window for a great length of timeThen the food runner and the host then stood talking while holding our food for a great length of time, this combination left our food luke warm. 3. The host went onto break by the bar, there was a napkin on the floor and instead of bending over to pick it up he used more energy kicking the napkin under the table. LAZY and no consideration for his teammates. Not a team player.

Food is overpriced as nothings included...you have to ad sides at your cost. I ordered the Salmon and it was awful and really small...served with a tiny tiny bowl of mushy broccoli.

We were here for dinner at the end of September 2024. Very nice staff, very large restaurant, in a beautiful original Canadian/American style. Large selection of dishes, perfectly priced. Food came relatively quickly and was very tasty. We can definitely recommend a visit !

Super pleasant server. Thankful for the ability to have a great gluten free meal. :) Dietary restrictions: I love that I could get gluten free options easily and that the portions were good size. Also the bun surcharge for gluten free bun options is always difficult to deal with at least it wasnt too much.

Atmosphere and service is incredible but prices went up with inflation which is fine but quality went down. I have been a loyal red robin customer for years and quality severly went down. Our service was nice, friendly and speedy which is impressive because when we were in we had to wait for a table. Drinks were overpriced but good and food is OK. I dont know if Ill be back, I dont think so, thanks for the effort Red Robin Kamloops.

Walked in on a Monday night at 430 and the place was sooo dirty we walked out. Could also see into kitchen and also looked filthy.

I ordered for me and my family through Uber eats after being evacuated out of Jasper due to a fire. All the food was really good but when the order got there it was clear no one double checked that everything was in the bag. We ordered an extra fork for our Caesar salad which we didn t get as we are staying in a hotel we had nothing to use to eat the salad. I also ordered an extra honey mustard poppyseed sauce for my clucks and fries. I did not receive the sauce and was super disappointed because my sister got 2 extra sauces with hers and received both. Uber eats was nice enough to refund for the sauce. It was just a little disappointing having not received everything we ordered after waiting an hour for delivery to arrive.

It was good, not great. I had their bonzai burger and wings. The teriyaki burger at Original Joes is soooo much better. The wings were very good. The fries not so much. Too big and mealy and limp. Skinny crunchy fries are so much better. I dont think I would go back.

Honestly you can t go wrong with the Kamloops Red Robins. The food is always tasty, the staff is always friendly, and they always bring out fun appetizers to make a dinner out with the family fun. Try and get out in Sam s section, he is so friendly and attentive, he makes the whole experience that much better. We visited Red Robin on Monday after 4 pm. In the kitchen, there were three staff members: two males and one female. Unfortunately, except for one male staff member, none of them were wearing hairnets, including the female staff member with a long ponytail. This was very unhygienic and unprofessional. I ordered fish and chips. Unfortunately, the batter was undercooked inside, and the fish seemed to have been previously cooked. The bottom part of the fish was dry, hard, and not fresh at all. I regret not returning the food, but I ended up picking at whatever I could eat. Overall, the place definitely needs some work done. It looks very dark and dirty, and the overall experience was disappointing compared to how it used to be.

The atmosphere was nice but the restaurant was very loud and busy. Our server was very nice and knowledgeable though, and the food was fairly good. The gravy on the poutine got gelatinous very quickly though which wasn t great. Overall a good experience. Wheelchair accessibility: This *restaurant* is wheelchair accessible but you would likely need to transfer to a booth seat (which are raised off the ground a bit) or have to pull up to a table. The bathrooms are not accessible. If you were to go here on your own and you need to use a wheelchair, there is no button to hold the door open. The bathroom also has narrow areas that would be hard to navigate in a wheelchair.

The manager needs to stop hiring teenagers with attitudes. The first time I went there I bought lunch for $22 and I gave the waitress $40 and she got pissed off at me that I asked for some change back. She did everything to not give me the change back so finally, I had to make a point of it and go up to the bar and ask for my change back and she told me they didn t have change so I told her to find it. I went back there again. I ordered the spinach dip. The second time I went there and it was ice cold. The Parmesan cheese were still hard on top and it was so cold. I couldn t eat it. Not even warm. I told the waitress that it was ice cold and I was given attitude again and she told me that if I want to send it back that the kitchen has to make an entire new dish. I told her to just throw it in the microwave and I got nothing but attitude. I will never be going back to this place again I m not going to my heart just to get attitude by milenials. I use the bathroom And it was disgusting. The paper towel hanger was hanging on the wall with one screw, and there was no paper towels in it so I walked out of the bathroom was soaking wet homes and politely asked for paper towels and the girl said I m just getting on shift, ask somebody else so I went to somebody else, and ask for paper towels and told her there was none in the bathroom and she rolled her Eyes and gave me attitude and said she would put some fresh paper towels in there when she had time to do it so I told her I wanted some now to dry my hands so she got pissed off and grab some paper towels and gave them to me. Nothing but a bunch of young kids attitude, full of entitlement.

Hi there, I have been there around 5:30pm on Saturday July 20 with my family and we have been told to wait for 45min to have a table. The lady at the front desk took my number and told me they will call me when a table is ready. After 50min I didn t receive a call, so I came back with my family to see what was happening. I told the same lady at the front desk that I was there 45min ago and gave my number but no one informed me about my table. Whit out thinking She said We don t have a table for you . First of all if you don t have a table just let your customer know and don t waste their time for nothing. Secondly you need to educate your staffs how to talk to the customers in a proper way. I personally like Red Robin food a lot and we dine there almost every week, but because of such a behaviour I prefer to go to the other places. Thank you.

Great for the whole family

The food is always delicious at Red Robin. We are constantly trying new items on the menu at the Kamloops Red Robin because everything is so gosh darned delicious! Wraps. Salads. Burgers. Onion rings. Sweet potato fries. They will even lettuce wrap your burgers on request! We have never been disappointed when we grab a to go order from Red Robin! I swear the staff know me by name now because I keep coming back! And why not? The food is amazing and the staff is wonderful! If only you could somehow get bottomless fries when you order takeout :-) ... And now theyve updated their burger menu! With delicious and spicy burgers that I hope are here to stay! Try the Scorpion burger! It bites back!! Another great meal at Red Robin! The Pineapple upside down shake with Captain was a fantastic way to end the evening! Keep it on the menu! Back again! I have never experienced such terrible behavior from Canadians in my whole life. We were a large group of 11 people with an infant. We specifically requested a seat away from the door as it was chilly. There was a space for us at the very end but we still were given eye rolls by the server and were made to sit at the table closest to the door. We were told that the area was closed but after a while we saw few Canadians being allowed to sit at the same table. And this doesnt end here. As we all were new to the place, we had to go over the menu but the server made faces and then sent a brown guy from the kitchen over to take orders and serve but the server did come at the very end to get the tips. I believe that guy never got any tips. My folks and I will not be going there ever. Thank you. Vegetarian options: Little to none

Food... INCREDIBLE AS ALWAYS!!! Decent service... nothing exceptional, but the fella was nice and polite. Could have checked in more. The bathrooms, on the other hand, were extraordinarily disgusting. The mens room smelled like 3 week old urine, and my wife said the ladies room was equally bad. Dietary restrictions: Their App is fantastic for someone with allergies or preferences of all sorts. It eliminates choices based on filters selected. And even suggests things that could be modified to accommodate.

I decided to write a review, to warn potential customers to think twice... We had a reservation on May 11th for 16 people...weeks in advance. Surprisingly for a Saturday night, there was not many people in the restaurant. Perhaps why this particular Red Robin was basically empty, is due to the service and quality of food. Aside from waiting close to two hours for our orders. We dealt with an order forgotten, chicken being raw or cold, a burger chard on the outside and raw in the middle, side dishes forgotten, and fries being cold. Also, I asked for some mustard...I was given a bottle of mustard. The outside bottle was sticky, and inside of the cap was dried, crusty, discolored mustard. There was only one waitress dealing with our complaints, until I asked to speak to the manager. With everything that happened, and then having to deal with a manager who addressed herself in a rude entitled manner...I wish I had walked out with out paying my bill, because I later ended up getting a severe case of food poisoning. Not being able to leave the bathroom for over two hours. Think twice before stepping into this Red Robin...you might end up having your dinner in the toilet!

Went the other night for dinner. The nice thing about red Robin is theres a ton of space so you typically get seated quite quickly. Service was decent and food was out fast. Didn t stay to eat. Our first impression was a sad, tired, and dingy looking hostess station. We were taken to our booth and it didn t look any better. The table looked like it was wiped, but was sticky and the booth had a stale smell. The plastic menu s were also sticky with finger prints and rings from drink glasses. We lost our appetite and left without ordering. A good cleaning and a coat of paint would go a long way.

Last few times I visited the tables and chairs werent clean even though the restaurant wasnt busy. 3 times in a row eating here the food has been terrible, not sure whats changed in the last few years but its been a big disappointment I used to really enjoy coming here.

Went out for an early dinner with my sister. Customer service was great ( we were served by a nice lady known as Jessica and informed on the loyalty program by another guy called Arlsan cause it was my sisters birthday. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the food was also good.
