Waitress was embarrassed to tell me that there is a .99 charge for hot water, food is very good tho small portions and to get any condiments there was also extra charges. Great service, good food , turn around time fair.

Go to the white spot the triple Os by Costco. And get the exact same burgers for way less.

Food was meh, prices for things a bit high for quality, taste and serving size. Host & Waitress were both very friendly. Not super busy but dinner rush starting, got very loud.

We live in Calgary where sadly, White Spot is no longer, so anytime we are in town we always stop in. The food is always exactly what you expect, comforting, and typically service is good. Only complaint would be that they don t have many vegan options -we have vegan family members so -if they did, we d likely come more often.

Only complaint we had is we ask for hot water Only! but lemons were on the side, after paying the bill we realized later we were charged 2.50 for those two slices. Proper thing to do is ask us first!! Pretty Chezzie White spot

Asked for extra mayo and relish on the side. When she didn t write it down I asked again to make sure I had extra condiments on the side. She still didn t write it down and when I got back to my hotel room, there was no extra and there was hardly any on my burger. It was extremely dry and I ate most of half and the rest was in the garbage. It would be nice if they would actually listen to your order. I have had no problem eating inside, but this is not the first time I ve been disappointed with takeout.

Gluten free is so not gluten free...apparently you still have to ask for it to be gluten free even if advertised as such. Sick before I left building...omg...I rarely get poisoned at white spot....so go there often....but will be way more vocal now...lol

We were there twice for breakfast during our stay in Kamloops. Breakfast menu is varied. We tried different options, such as Nats Hearty Breakfast and Big Denver omelette. Everything was really good and also the service.

We passed through Kamloops twice for our summer vacation. The first time we stopped there the staff was so friendly and great with the kids I had no choice but to visit them on the return. The staff remembered us and asked about our trip. Food came put surprisingly fast and the server were always on top of making sure we had everything we needed. When we used to live in Kamloops this place was a favorite to visit. After 8 years away we passed through and the place is still great service and food. Our server, Ken, was a great guy and looked after us perfectly. His infectious smile and very professional attitude was a breath of fresh air. He made our dining experience a treat.

Tom was our server. He did a phenomenal job and ensured my family was happy throughout our entire experience. The turkey breakfast avocado wrap had an excellent combination of flavors and the crispy smash browns were tasty.

I wouldnt recommend the beef dip after it was recommended by the waitress. Grissly beef and an excessive amount of butter on bread. It was terrible.

The food and service was excellent, however when booking for 9 people (5 adults & 4 children) they insisted on a booking fee of $15.00 per person. My grandson picked this restaurant because it was his 5th birthday and he wanted a pirate pack. We tried to cancel the reservation right after it was booked but the manager could not give a refund of the deposit without permission from the owner. Did not hear from the manager until much later and we were advised he could not get a hold of the owner. We kept the reservation but when trying to bring in a specially made birthday cake we were told we could not bring it in with us. Very very disappointed with this policy as other restaurants that are of much higher caliber would have allowed the cake. I have NEVER had to pay a deposit when making a reservation at 5 star restaurants for 9 people. This is a good way to lose customers. I wont be supporting White Spot in Kamloops again.

We were passing through Kamloops on a trip to Alberta, and stopped by for lunch. It was a fantastic establishment with a fantastic waiting staff. The food was also great and they had a wide selection of burgers, burritos, drinks and desserts along with a lot of other meals. The speed was entirely reasonable considering the amount we ordered, and the place was clean and welcoming. The prices were also pretty good compared to other similar restaurants, and they had special deals that save money. All in all I would describe our experience with White Spot Kamloops as a great place to dine and would recommend it to passerbys and locals.

1st and last time I go to this place.my wifes burger was good but I had the beef dip and it was so full of grissle and fat I couldnt even get a bite because griddle was so tough it would come apart even when pulling on it with my teeth.Fries were good but dont order the beef dip.Gravy also was just Oxo with water thickened.Very disappointing,I wont be back and either will my friends.PS service was good.

Avo bowl does not use an avocado crema like the menu says. It uses an avocado queso. They also make it like a soup instead of drizzling sauce on the top. Too much sauce.

The absolute best service, the food was so fast. I would highly recommend here to anyone. We came prepared and brought a bag of toys and snacks for our toddler and we didn t even need to touch a single thing. Our waitress was incredible.

Great breakfast!

Was visiting Kamloops and went for breakfast before heading back to the lower mainland. We are long time white spot customers. The only omelette on the menu was a 4 egg Denver. I asked for a 2 egg cheese omelette. The waitress said they don t do that but asked the manager who said they will but for the same charge as the Denver. It wasn t about the money as much as the lack of accommodation to make the customer happy. I found it odd that it was even an issue as have never had a problem before. I just chose the breakfast sandwich instead and was not greatly impressed. I suppose I don t like relish on a breakfast sandwich. Also, the hash browns were pretty much burnt. The waitress was sweet though so we did tip.

Great avocado bacon egg breakfast wrap

Ordered turkey bacon and Brie for 2 people when it arrived looked great until you saw the bacon. The bacon was almost raw. Food

This was our regular go to spot for many years .until yesterday. We were seated by a very creepy host who couldn t focus on anything and made us uncomfortable and then handed the new menu. We were shocked to see how much prices have gone up. For the two of us to have lunch 2 entrees, one appy to share, and 2 non alcoholic drinks plus taxes and tip would have been $85. We walked out. Went to a similar restaurant nearby and had an excellent nearly identical lunch for $29 (including tax) I understand that prices have gone up for food. I get it. My family has had successful similar franchise family restaurants around BC for 40 years. But I will not willingly be taken advantage of and ripped off.

We were here for a tournament and arrived as a group of 17 (mostly older kids). We did not need a large table but simply requested four/five tables in the same area. It was not busy and tables were available. The manager refused to sit our group together and was rude with his response, referring to us as an unannounced party and was not willing to accommodate. Since Kamloops touts itself as the tournament capital of Canada one would assume the local restaurants could handle a group larger than four people arriving to eat. Apparently not this one.

Thanks to the amazing Tall server ( forgot his name) who made my kids day with his humor. Great food and family friendly place to hang out.

We tried to have a birthday party with a large family, and they said no outside food & drink policy, but we got birthday cakes and drinks for my 7 year old son. This ruling felt weird and ostracized our family out of a good memory. No other place we went to in the past never had this kind of policy. If you re having a birthday party. This is not the place to be!

Decent breakfast. Nothing too crazy though. Decent parking. Interior is a bit dated. This is a better option for lunch or dinner.

The dine-in experience is always good and reliable but the online order take out has been a nightmare 50% of the time often with order shortages, not done in time, and not adequate serving amounts.

Had late lunch today. Hair in my burger/fries. Manager insisted was a potato root. Said not to worry hed discount the fries. I wasnt happy. He discounted the whole Neal as he should have. I would eat here again. Things happen. Waiter was very good.

Ive only been here a few times. However, each time Ive stopped by, we had to wait for someone to greet us and seat us, and the servers Ive had so far arent the fastest. But as long as youre not super hungry or in a hurry, the food is super! The club, the burgers, substitute fries for their famous Zoo sticks! Battered and deep friend zucchini and the delicious dip.

I never EVER write reviews but I need to give credit where it s due. Was just here today (Friday March 8th) at the Sahali location. Around 1pm with my 3 year old. Our server I believe was Ken(I could be wrong but that s what my reciept says). He was hands down one of the best servers I ve ever had in a restaurant. He was very kind to my daughter, and just had such a positive, friendly and happy demeanor . I overheard him talking with other customers too and it s just so refreshing to see someone who genuinely loves their job and is putting out positivity and kindness into the world. Ken, if you see this. YOU ROCK. And you deserve a raise

Although I typically don t like breakfast places, this was one of the best breakfast I had. So much meatiness, cheesiness and egginess into this mix.

Everything was amazing! Came there twice for the last couple of days, and both times had an amazing experience! The first time, I ordered loaded beef deep, and it had so much meat and cheese on it and was so juicy! The second time, I got a turkey bacon deep and loved it even more! We were there for late lunch and found the spot thoroughly relaxing. The staff was attentive enough to let us know that the poutine we ordered has non-vegetarian broth in the gravy after they realized we were all vegetarians. They also didn t charge us for it in the end despite the fact we had failed to mention that we were vegetarians in the first place. Would go back everything we visit Kamloops!

The waitress we had was trying to do her orders really fast. So fast that she forgot to bring me my water or even to come by and refill my coffee. On my order, she didnt ask for my shredded hashbrowns do I was given other type of hashbrowns. I also thought pricing of breakfast was expensive. There are no senior rates.

The White Spot in Sahali is excellent, not only is the food good, but the staff are really friendly and wonderful. Ken was especially gracious and helped my friend right out to the car, as she has mobility issues. Thank you Ken, and thank you to all the staff to make this visit a very pleasant one.

Three years ago my comment was food is awesome. Went there on Sunday before 5 PM. I ordered the basic cheeseburger and fries and my wife had the chicken donburi bowl. Hers was awesome and piping hot. My fries were cold and I let the server know. By the time she brought out new fries I was done the burger and I tried really hard to make it last. If you are just going to replace the fries do it immediately otherwise replace the whole meal. I let her know I was done eating so wasnt really interested in the fries anymore. I figure they put the burger and fries up and then waited for the donburi bowl. Didnt get anything off the bill for that either although I didnt push for that. I usually dont even complain.

The White Spot there was fine. I had the Chicken Yaki Udon Bowl, which was an interesting choice of entree.

Had a horrible experience at white spot this morning with a horrible server Karen. They messed up our order and had to get it re-made and all they could offer was a 4$ discount. Very bad customers service....they are racist..specially the owner he kick us out he said to go other resturant across the road..when we asked for the owner for the name of his manager he said no need for us to know it...the manager dont know how to manage customers request....

Hi, this is Tate and I cant believe their customer service. They dont allow you to sit beside the people you come in with. Imagine losing business and sales because you don t want people to sit beside each other. The indian manager didnt give out his name and the owner also didnt give out his name. If you dont want bad reviews then be a smart manager and a better owner. There was plenty of tables left and they were not reserved, an easy solution is to just let us use those tables and the manager was not helpful, I dont know if he is new or what not but i hope he learns from this. Or give up the business , yall dont want to give out your names because you dont want to be called out. All the other servers sees that its an easy fix but the incompetent manager cant handle a single problem, its ok yall literally lost some good sales. Thank you so much for showing us how to not run a business. Trash services and even more garbage management. Even a little boy would know how to make money. I feel that if your manager is not good, i bet the food isnt either. GoodLuck running that business.

They weren t able to sit my family. With the inability to accommodate to large families, they told us we aren t allowed to choose where we can sit. The manager, Karna, refused to help us and the owner just told us to go. They potentially lost a thousand dollars, because of their low quality service that made us want to leave. Even the customers dining in didn t understand why they couldn t accommodate to my family and I. Thus, I would not recommend going to this restaurant.

WE DON T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. We are a group just passing by, hungry and tired. When we entered the restaurant, we wanted to sit closer together as much as possible. There were many tables as it wasn t busy when we came in. We found tables that were close together and we were fine with being in two or even three tables separate as long as we were close, since we were paying separately anyways. But they still refused and said that we don t have the right to choose our seat. Just because we wanted to seat close together, they didn t want to serve us. The owner himself was the one who kicked us out and didn t want to resolve their problem. They are so RACIST AND RUDE. This is the only restaurant that has treated us this way. I would never go there anymore & suggest that you wouldn t as well. I wouldn t want others to experience this.

Had a great time at White Spot Kamloops. We sheltered from a hail storm and had me an O burger. My children especially enjoyed the Age of Sail cardstock boats their kids meals came in, and the ice cream at the end. Delicious food. Reasonable portions and pricing. Busy place likely for a reason :-)

I was just at your restaurant and ordered the Cesar salad and fish and chips. No where on YOUR menu does it say that the Cesar salad is an extra 2.99. It clearly gives the choice of Cesar, spot salad OR creamy coleslaw!! I chose the Caesar salad not the creamy coleslaw. I received both Caesar salad and creamy coleslaw then was charged an extra 2.99 for my Caesar!! The special menu DOES NOT stated there is an extra charge and that I automatically get the coleslaw. I was told that I should have checked the regular menu as it was in there. I am extremely disgusted with this. IT IS THE WORDING OF YOUR MENU AND LACK OF INFORMATION ON IT BUT I HAD TO PAY FOR YOUR INCOMPETENCE!!! I frequent this restaurant when I regularly come to Kamloops but WILL NOT return.

It didnt take long to see that this establishment runs under poor management, I felt very sorry for the staff. Vegetarian options: Good options for the vegans in many of the dishes, impressive! Dietary restrictions: Ask for a change or substitute and they will help as best they can, there may or may not be a fee, all depending. Parking: Lots of free space. Kid-friendliness: Cater to children just as well as they do adults, if not better, and thats a good thing. Wheelchair accessibility: No problem, very friendly this way.

Awesome service and a fun Waiter

We enjoy going to White Spot. Service is always good, food is too. However, they need to teach the cook how to cook the fish for the fish and chips. Sometimes is perfect, most often is undercooked batter. Tonights Oct 13, take out the batter was very, very undercooked and soggy. No coleslaw, very minor. But please, get the cooking of the fish sorted out. Is so good when done right. I used work at a fish and chip place, is not difficult to cook. Just need to learn the technique.

Came here for lunch service was good! The food was alright nothing special, but that s to be expected it s a chain restaurant. They also have the pirate packs which are super fun for kids! I always liked coming here as a kid because of it!

The chicken quesadilla left a lot to be desired, it was mucky and not great. Not like any quesadilla I have ever had in any other restaurant. Would not order again. Since this review A Manager promptly got in touch with me . He offered an apology and an explanation for the quality of the product. He also offered to reimburse the cost. We will go back another day and enjoy the White Spot Experience.

Popped in for the classic breakfast. Full on grease bomb. Plate was grease, sausages were coated had to use napkins to get it all off, hashbrowns were full of it. Come on man, who puts this on a plate?? Server spoke to manager that never even bothered to come speak to me? I was offered a new plate but after getting half way through it I declined and just finished the toast.A whopping 15% off, wow. Didnt even cover the outrageous cost of their lukewarm coffee. I am a retired Red Seal Chef, any of the dishwashers that worked for me would not have sent out this plate. Disapointed to say the least. Cross this place off my list.

After the worse service we have ever had there Sunday the 3 of Dec 2023 at 6 pm two out of four of my family got really bad diarrhea my daughter and me I am up till 142 am finally feeling better my daughter hopefully is on the mend as she has a trip to Australia, this was the worst experience in any restaurant in town we won t be back,and the only thing I ate that day was white spot no one from white spot ever got ahold of us so Iam not removing my review
