Twisted Steak in Kamloops

I was under the impression Happy hour gave you reduced prices. I was charged full price for the meal and had $2 off for a beer, but Fridays already get $2 off so that was no Happy hour discount. The waitress even said those were Happy hour prices. The Happy hour sign out front is very misleading and false advertising. And the food was below expectations. In you want great meatloaf and mashed potatoes, go to Romeos. Twisted Steak has gone downhill.

Consistently great food and service everytime! And dont get me started on the amazing desserts! Good menu selection to cover a wide variety of dietary needs/preferences.

Our first visit!! We ll be back .. my steak was cooked perfectly the servers were all very friendly and quick .. and the restaurant was very classy ohhh and the chocolate torte was off the scale good !!

looked forward to family birthday steak dinner for 6 . what a let down,... 3 of us ordered the 12oz rib eye, we got two and a new york strip. when we asked a passing waiter he agreed the steak i received was indeed a new york. out comes our server to tell me the steak we are looking at is for sure a rib eye cause the chef told him and we were all wrong in saying its a new york strip. i was ok to start eating it anyways but the waiter kept talking so i decided the chef should have a boo at this strip so i sent it back. out comes the chef to sit beside me and explain how this end cut of rib eye ended up looking like a new york strip. they sent out another rib eye... this time blue rare that no one wanted to try , everybody else ate already and i just wanted the bill to get out of there. too bad that our experience for almost 450 bucks was so shitty.

went for dinner tonight and the service was terrible!! My meal came out and the others had eaten 1/2 of theirs when mine arrived not a word from the server. Service was poor and we were the only table there, more interested in talking to the other server. With everyone wanting 20% and higher tips these days EARN IT!!

Amazing atmosphere with a great spiral staircase to get to the main seating area. Great menu selection from steak to pasta to burgers to seafood.

Come often we we always have a good experience. Tonight there was mix up with food but our server Justin who weve had before was excellent took care of us and we left with a full belly and some great memories!

The meal was poorly presented. A cob of corn is not a vegetable you would think to get at an upscale restaurant. It is a BBQ vegetable. The meat was not cooked to the degree asked for. Service was very good.

Always a top notch experience. I had the crab and prawn stuffed mushroom caps, and the blackened chicken entree. Of course we also had delicious drinks and dessert ! The atmosphere is nice, the service is great, didnt have a long wait for service/food/drinks. Definitely recommend. One of, if not, the best places to eat in the city

3 of us. Steak was good, fish was dry to the point of being a wood chip. Waitress got a new fish, it was just as dry and over cooked. Chicken was burned on the bottom and edges. Moral being, only order steak at a steak house.

Had a wonderful birthday meal with my wife (Cajun steak and steak Oscar). Both the steaks were cooked perfectly medium rare and the food was delicious. Service was too tier and our server Olivia was attentive and pleasant. Would recommend and will be coming back!

We decided to try Twisted Steak and the food and staff were so attentive. Olivia was our waitress and she was wonderful! Checked on us to verify our food was to our liking. My husband had the blackened chicken and I had the Mediterranean Haddock both dishes were so delicious! Topped off dinner with chocolate cake. We will definitely be back

Disappointed. Were out for a special occasion on a Saturday night and Twisted was a letdown. Service was so-so, tomahawk steak was ordered medium rare and came nearly well done (way over-cooked), and the place was practically empty. Sadly we won t be back.

This is the second time we have been to Twisted Steak. The first time we had peppercorn steak and pistachio crusted salmon. We enjoyed both of those meals so thought we would return for our 45th anniversary. This time we had NY Steak and Prime Rib. The first thing that was off was the seasonal vegetables that was just corn on the cob. Everyone eats corn on the cob all August every time they bbq, I dont expect it at a steak house. That was definitely sub par. My husbands steak was full of fat and gristle and very salty. My prime rib was good but I found the stuffed potatoe very gummy. Overall just not worth the cost.

My order came out cold, then returned with bacon, third time was perfect and received a drink on the house. Steak sandwich was really good

Got the prime rib and I gotta say they made it beautiful. Cook to the way I like. Also like the seared cabbage with squash ginger puree. Would recommend to people going to Kamloops.

Ordered takeout. Couldnt follow instructions. Allergies to pork products. And they put a nice piece of bacon on the burger. After specifically saying no pork no bacon in capitals.

We were going to try eatting here again. We had a terrible experience a few years ago. It was the second night in the new building and we waited for an hour and a half for our food, it was cold, we attempted to use a gift card that we had and the waitress as well as the owner didn t know how to use them on there new systems. As a result we were never offered any compensation off our bill or anything to make up for the bad experience. I also ended up with food poisoning really bad. Reading the recent reviews will never step foot in the doors again

4 of us went in for dinner and it was the best service and food we ve had for a long time. The lovely young lady looking after us was Olivia. She was such a gem. She definitely deserves a raise.

Enjoyed a fantastic meal with top-notch service this past weekend. The wagyu steak (steak, not the meatloaf) & wasabi lime tuna were both melt in your mouth perfection! As for cocktails, the raspberry painkiller, grand & honeybee margaritas were tasty accompaniments along with the warm, inviting atmosphere inside the heritage train station. We came in late off the Rocky Mountaineer and thankfully the staff welcomed us with open arms. We were able to get good, quality food quickly. A huge thank you to our server, Justin, who went out of his way to make sure we had a great meal. Despite us coming in late, he never once made us feel rushed or unwelcomed. A true professional and someone I think Twisted Steak should be proud to have on their team.

Have to highlight the medium rare Ribeye that I had here. It was excellent and one of the best I have had. I may say that I have been to a fair share of steakhouses in my time but this one stood out. Vegtables, service and starters was all also very good.

We just had a lovely lunch date at Twisted Steak. Our server Olivia was prompt and friendly. The food was so delicious. I had the Korean Chicken Sandwich - the sauce was so tangy and the chicken thigh was cooked perfectly. My husband has the Steak Tartine (with black pepper spread ) and Chef Derek came out to recommend the Espresso Ice Cream Cake for desert - Amazing! We definitely recommend this local spot for any occasion. Thanks guys!

We took our moms here for a belated mothers day dinner. The atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. The red wine sangria was delicious. We did have an issue with one of our dishes but the waitress apologized, took it away and offered a replacement immediately. We didnt take her up on it as we realized we had ordered enough food but she made sure to take it off our bill and send us home with a complementary dessert! The issue itself wont be memorable but the way it was handled will be! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I ordered for pick up. I was told I d be on a short hold. Listened to all the conversations and calls. My pick up time was 5:30, got cold food at 5:50I ordered medium rare and got cold well done. Not impressed

The best ribs in Kamloops and maybe that I ve had in years. They both smoke their ribs, and make their own bbq sauce. Both flavours were out of this world. Travelling edmonton to Vancouver, I would plan the dinner stop here. The rest of our group of four had a New York that was perfection, a delicious salmon, and perfectly battered fish and chips. With two bottles of wine and one pint, the entire bill was $275

When I walked in, I had to wait for 5 min by the sign we will be here momentarily and then I walked farther and ask a bartender for assistance. After this I felt like they forcing me to rush with the order. With a crab meat they didnt provide that pike to take meat out of the shell, no basket for the shells, just 1 napkin where cutlery was stored... Its would be ok for roadside restaurant, but I thought its something more fancy than that. Food was ok.

I ordered off skip the dishes, so Im not entirely sure what happen but I didnt receive one of my items. I ordered the Mushroom risotto and the prawn cocktail, but only received the Mushroom risotto. I did receive a refund in skip credits, but it was still a bit disappointing. The Mushroom risotto was okay, but it did taste a bit off/had a strong taste so Im not sure how I feel about it.

Justin was our server tonight he was exceptional!!! Very kind and fun to talk to, he knew the menu perfectly and made us feel right at home. The owner let me in on a secret recipe which made me feel super special!!! 200% best date night spot, dinner out, spoil your loved one this is the place. well done, thank you for an excellent meal finally

AMAZING!! Justin was amazing and gave some of the best service Ive ever had! He literally made the experience perfect! The food was perfection! We all had one appetizer, main and desert and everything was phenomenal! We are from Alberta, on a golfing trip and we will 100% be making sure we come back! Huge shout out to Justin! 10/10!!

An ok experience steak was good, but the sides were not, one meal came out very over cooked. They replaced it with another one that was also over cooked. Dessert was really good.

Our waiter wasn t the best I ve had there , they expect tips but don t try to see if you need anything extra , drop the food off and run . The asparagus was hard and almost going to seed tasted awful. My steak was supposed to be medium rare. It came back as blue.. was very disappointed with this meal .

Ordered through skip, the restaurant forgot a main item. I contacted them, and I was told to phone skip. Not impressed if the restaurant forgets a to send a item dont blame the delivery driver. I was told nothing we can do Last time ordering from this place, they could have at least offered to send the missing item.

Had a burger and fries. Asked for extra crispy fires and they were. They were great! The burger was good too. Food presentation was lacking tho. Service was fine . The atmosphere of the place in my opinion is very unappealing. I might return for fries. Certainly not a place Id go for atmosphere.

Was hoping for a nice date night according to previous reviews, visiting from out of town. First of all, not an inviting atmosphere.... no warm smile to greet you, or wish you well on your way out... food was good, but maybe were comparing to our local steak house back home, where everyone matters! We were very much looking to Twisted Steak. Having eaten at every possible place in Kamloops we were excited to finally try TS. Took 10 mins for someone to greet us at the front desk. 12oz 47 dollar Rib Eye had 4 oz of inedible fat. Ive had better steaks at pubs. A ribeye should be an inch thick for almost 50 bucks. This was a half inch at best and had enough salt for 5 steaks. . Embarrassingly bad. The veggies and potatoes were good but its hard to screw up that. The crème brule desert was a solid 4/10. The only saving grace was the great server we had. For the same money go to Atlas and cross this place off your list of places you want to try but havent. Pub quality at best food at restaurant prices. What a waste of money. Edit. Had a Mr. Mikes gift card so I went there for lunch. Decided to have the 14oz Rib Eye for 47 bucks to compare it to last nights ribeye. There is no comparison between the TS and Mr. Mikes. Yes, the Mr. Mikes 47 dollar ribeye was that much better. It didnt have 3 or 4 ounces of fat hanging off the end and it looked and tasted like a proper ribeye. Im hoping TS just had a really off night . Edit 2. What is the point of a generic cut and pasted response from the owner asking you to email him, so you do, and he doesnt have the courtesy to respond. Im beginning to think this wasnt an off night but rather the norm from TS.

Was craving steak so we thought we would try Twisted Steak. My steak was very good as were the vegetables and the garlic mashed potatoes also very good. My wife had steak from the features menu. It could hardly be cut with the steak knife and was impossible to chew. We told our server that the chef probably could have maybe cut the steak up, separated the meat from the sinew and maybe used it in a different dish. For a steak house we were pretty disappointed. We don t go out for dinner much as it is often an underwhelming experience.

Worlds worst service. Went there for Mother in laws birthday and they completely ruined her dinner and everyone elses dinner with a crappy attitude. First mother in laws stake wasnt cooked right as she asked for well and got a blue raw stake. Then they gave her the wrong side of potatoes as she asked for loaded but got a garlic mash like side. When we politely asked the server about the stake he just took it back to the kitchen to be put back on the grill (not sanitary nor food safe). Then we brought up the potatoes as well and he brought her out a new potatoe as well with her stake and just plopped it on her old plate which was full of blood mind you from before. The stake was still raw but now burnt on the outside, we brought this back up with the server and he rolled his eyes and walked away. When the bill came around her meal was still on the check. When the grandmother went to pay he hovered over her the whole time as she was trying to pay. She ended up giving him a 18% tip by accident before she realized as he was trying to point things out to her and once she paid he grabbed the machine and just walked away without saying anything. Worst experience ever!

Needs an update, but its a heritage building so it would be expensive. Food was all around good. Kid-friendliness: They have a very reasonably priced kids meal. My daughter had the kids spaghetti for $10.

Disappointing. This used to be our go to restaurant for a nice night out and quality meal. Unfortunately our last 3 visits have left us dissatisfied and searching for a new place. Our last visit was a date night for my wife and I which doesn t happen often enough. After being seen to our table, we asked for appetizer recommendations and decided on one. We ordered drinks and entrees and after 10 minutes were informed that it may be a while. After waiting 30 mins, the server informed us the entrees would be another 15 minutes or so. We inquired about our appetizer, were advised that she forgot to put them in. We did eventually get them, and they were good. Sometimes things just happen. After another 20 minutes after completing our appetizers my wife s entree arrived. It was average at best but the steak was at least cooked to order. It took another 10 minutes for my entree to arrive. Unfortunately my sides were not what was ordered and the steak, which should have been a medium rare, Chicago outside, was hard, dry and cooked well done. It was missing my Oscar topping and the baked potato. The vegetables were dried out and lethargic on both dishes. Presentation was more of a diner plate rather than fine dining. They asked if I wanted another entree, however by now my wife was half done her meal. I declined and returned it. The disappointing part of this visit was not only the complete dinner being wrong and overcooked, it was the fact the serving crew could be overhead chastising me for ordering my steak medium rare Chicago. They could be heard stating that I should ve been told that ordering it Chicago, I shouldn t expect the middle to be a medium rare (even though my wife s was as ordered). If they can t cook a steak to order, they shouldn t present themselves as a steak house. Any chef with even the most basic of cooking skills should be able to cook a steak to order. As far as presentation, if you aren t proud of your dish, don t send it out. As stated the last 3 visits have had significant mistakes including presenting dishes that were clearly left under a heat lamp, dried out, bruised vegetables and bland flavours. I am not sure what has happened here, but for prices that represent a more upscale level of quality, it has been experiences that reflect a bottom end chain restaurant. One of Kamloops best places has become a place to avoid. It will take a significant overhaul before we come back.

I found it pleasant. The sever was so nice and very attentive. The food, though, was not up to my standard or expectations. The stuffed potatoe was cold, the vegetables were not done ( still too hard, I dont want mush, but they should at least not be almost raw). The only item on my plate that was ven close to expectations was the steak! Im not sure I will go back. Might to see if it was just sn off day??

If i could I would give @twisted steak 20 out of 10 100%. Celebrated my 60th birthday. We had the 10 oz filet with port reduction and house made blue cheese..it was melt in your mouth pure perfection. And the rack of lamb was amazing. Justin was are server and he rocked. Very perfessional and informative. I definitely recommend and will be back. Parking: Parking was a pain , but worth it

Had the most amazing anniversary dinner here last night. The Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Mushrooms are a must have, trust me! And the Wagyu Meatballs are really good, but the sauce they come in is absolutely delicious. We both had the Filet Mignon (I had the Blue Cheese Filet) and they were delicious. The perfect medium rare and so buttery tender!! However I have to say what really made this dining experience so fantastic was our server Justin! He is hands down the most friendly and attentive server I have had in years! We will definitely be asking for him next time we go there!!

Great first dining experience at Twisted Steak! Came as a group of six at the last minute and they found us a perfect spot. Ordered five steaks and salmon, all of which were cooked to order and plated perfectly. We ll be back again! Great for special occasions.

Would have been 5 stars. But first steak was cooked part quality I wanted. 2nd had a medallion sized piece of fat ( 5oz of my 12oz prime) tasted great but..... if I had been a little less hungry I might have sent it back. So overall excellent food etc. But quality control last them full stars

One of the best restaurants in town

The New York steak with shrimp was extremely flavorful, well marbled and perfectly cooked! A generous amount of side veggies were also included. Would definitely eat here again.

The seafood pasta was AMAZING and our server I believe Justin or Jeramy in the lounge on st.pattys day was super kind, friendly, attentive, funny and just down right sweet!!! Thank you for a wonderful time it was my first time eating there.

Outstanding! We popped in for a quick dinner in the lounge, cozy booth for two, greeted by all the staff as we walked through to our table. Eclectic wine selection, I had a smokey white wine, that put a very interesting touch on a perfectly cooked sweet potato crusted salmon. The menu is extremely broad for a steak house, by that I mean there is far more than steaks. Im already decided on my next visit!

Certainly missing a good steak house in Kamloops. Our experience was good but not great. Service was good, not great. Atmosphere for a dining experience was lacking. The quality of the steaks were disappointing. Tenderloin should be just that, tender, and mine was chewy. And it should be a thick cut to allow for a proper cook. It was a thinner cut, not the best steak. The rib eye was the same, too thin. It makes it very difficult to cook it perfectly. It was rare vs medium rare. But to send back for more cooking would have overcooked it and dried it out. The other thing that was really disappointing was the prices for the sauces for steaks. It was a minuscule container and was $6. For the same amount at the keg is is $2, at a restaurant in Victoria I was just at it was 10x the amount for $3.5. Didn t feel the value for money was there overall. But of course everyone should try it for themselves as we all have different expectations.

Place looked great, service was not good at all, waitress forgo our appy order waited 20 minutes to come back over and ask wjat we had ordered, then almost forgot to take our entries orders, being steak place it should have been great food, ordered the dry aged bone in rib eye and the fat was burnt on it steak was ordered medium rare got it well done. Appies were good.

Came out for a birthday steak dinner. ordered the dry aged ribeye steak w/ mushroom risotto and a old fashioned. It was cooked to a perfection (med-rare) best steak in kamloops as far as im concered. Good char, good moisture content, fall off the bone melt in your mouth great presentation. Great filtered ice cold refreshing water, not your typical kamloops city water restaurant. Stopped for an evening at Kamloops on the road trip home. I wanted to get prime rib but they were sold out by 7:30pm, so I opted for the dry aged rib steak. For $59 I got a 13oz steak cooked a perfect medium rare, garlic mash, and vegetables. The steak was juicy and flavourful, just like I expected. The server was friendly and came by often. Id definitely come back again, hopefully at an earlier time to try that prime rib!

Service was good, but food & wait times were mediocre. Waited nearly an hour for burgers. The wedge salad was bland and thrown together drowing in dressing missing some of the ingredients listed on menu. Unfortunately will not be back.

Absolutely one of the finest steaks Ive ever had. I had the snake river farms wagyu striploin. It just melted in my mouth. Shamus the owner takes a lot of pride in everything from the food to service and the new location is absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend this place for an intimate dinner or a for a larger party as well.

The mushroom risotto with garlic prawns tasted delicious. The portion size was quite large too. While it was on the pricier side, overall, the food, presentation, and friendly service amounted to a pleasant dining experience.

Weve been several times and have been happy with our food!

Waited too long! We waited 2.5 hours to finally eat. Was unacceptable for the amount we had to pay. Even took half hour to get a drinks. When our food finally came, the plate & knife was piping hot, so my plate was probably sitting under the warmer too long. I understand everyone is short staffed but they should not have so many tables open if they can t keep up. I d save my reputation rather than get a bad review. Won t be returning for a while.

Had a business dinner here. Great food, I had the beef short ribs and 2 coworkers shared a tomahawk and couldnt even get thru half and the other coworker ate a WHOLE tomahawk in record time! So mustve been the best tomahawk!!

We were in Kamloops on our way through and were craving a steak so decided to give it a shot. Debated on what to order and finally landed on the market price dry-aged ribeye. We shared the portion and added creamed spinach and cheese toast to round out the meal. The steak only had a few tender bits and wasn t good considering how expensive it is ($79), the stuffed potato looked and tasted like it had been prepped a few days earlier, the cheese toast was tiny and we didn t even eat the spinach as it was watery and just weird tasting. The manager did take off the spinach after overhearing the conversation with our server. This was a splurge evening for us and we did not feel at all like our money was well spent.

Amazing dinner. Started off with crab & shrimp stuffed mushrooms . Then the main course of Rack of lamb . It was cooked to perfection. Sides were delicious as well!

They need a lot of work just to be average.

The vegetables were woody, the garlic chef potatoes didnt taste like garlic at all, and the caesar salad should not taste fishy. The place was dirty (check posted photo) and felt more like an IHOP. The steak was ok (prime rib). The fresh pepper mills were all empty so the staff had to return to the kitchen for multiple tables. For a Saturday night dinner, you would think that they would have tried harder. Never going back because it was waste of money. Save yourself the buyers remorse that we have and go somewhere else instead. I gave them 1 star because thats the minimum you can rate them in order to leave a review.

Went here with my wife, originally from Kamloops, and had the best meal Ive ever had in this city. Originally seated upstairs but it seemed a little stuffy without much ambience or life. Repeated on the main floor a d loved it, a bit more lively. Bottom line, food is great. It was a pleasant surprise.

First of all, this place is amazing for their door. We ordered a tomahawk steak as well as other items and it was delicious. The wait staff were friendly and we were warned that it would be a 45 min wait. We enjoyed visiting amongst the 7 of us and had the stuffed mushrooms while we waited. The steak did not disappoint. Done perfect. I would have given a five star but, Unfortunately we had a small problem. I went to pay the bill and me being a guy just paid without actually looking at the bill. We were a bit overcharged on drinks and it was quite significant. After my wife looked at the receipt she noticed the mistake. And called right away. We were told the closing manager would call but the call never came. She had to take time the next day to get somebody. It was fixed by the owner and we are grateful for that. No harm no foul but Im going to make sure to check from now on.

This place has gone downhill seriously I used to love it when it was in the Aberdeen location the flavour of my steak just wasnt as good Im not I cook dont know why but it was noticably not the same quality the venue was very large and most of the restaurant wasnt in use and me and my company still had to wait about a half hour even though I had reservations and most of the place was empty just tables werent prepped even though they knew I was coming table service wasnt very good my water was empty the whole dinner and that is my drink of choice its not like I had anything different I was offered cocktails Everytime he returned I said I dont drink I asked for a refill on my water still didnt receive more water I just didnt feel that quality service I used to get kind of being treated like I mattered I just got served food after a unnecessary wait and then promptly the bill all I have to say is the price no longer fits the service and I was quite surprised because this used to be my go to place when family or something is in town but I guess il be finding a new spot. Dietary restrictions: Did not respect me being an open alcoholic and continued to offer me alcohol and politely didnt bring me more water it felt petty and like it was intentional but again he was polite I just didnt get what I had asked for multiple times and kept offering cocktails he didnt seem fazed but my table was shocked cause it just felt awkward

Food was fine, service was some of the worst that I have ever experienced. 14 people and they missed drinks, messed up orders, didnt clear our table, waited 45 minutes to get our bill and they overcharged us by $500.00.

This is the third time I have been to this amazing restaurant and I can t put into words how incredible the food, service and atmosphere are! My husband and I normally try different places each date night but we can t get enough of this place, we are hooked! If you haven t been, go now!

I am from Brasil and I ve been cooking for 10+ years. so my standard for steaks is very high, yet I can confidently say this was the best steak I ve had so far in Canada. It was perfect medium rare with very little grey band. The fat was seared perfectly and it was just absolutely delicious . The service was great and Cameron (I believe that was her name) was great! I had the brandy New York steak with shrimp. The only note here is the mushroom risotto, it was delicious, just a bit heavy on the Parmesan so the dish was quite heavy. Also the atmosphere was amazing, the building is absolutely beautiful.

Cameron was great! She made our anniversary dinner just that much more special. Dinner was great, steaks were delicious and cooked to perfection.

This was my first time here! Our server was super insightful and answered all of our questions about the menu. Cameron pointed us in the right direction to the meals that would tickle our fancy. She was bubbly and nice and my steak was cooked to perfection. And the double stuffed potato was amazing.

Hidden Gem! Shamus was able to help me out with booking the reservation for 30 plus people on the night of a Blazers game. He was great with setting the expectations and took time to look out for his team by letting us know with this large group it can be a wait time for getting our orders. The service was amazing, the food was fantastic and not one single complaint! I didn t know about this place and had tried calling other restaurants and they don t compare to how Shamus was able to help out with my work event! Thank you!

The best restaurant in Kamloops hands down. I have been working away from home for 2 months now in Kamloops. I have never had a bad meal from here. The service is phenomenal. The ginger chicken is to die for. The crab legs 10/10 the cheese cake is very very good. All around amazing. The atmosphere is fantastic. You will not be disappointed coming here

Our server was busy so someone else took our order, then the waiter(s) ghosted us and we waited over 45min for our starter and drinks. I heard another server ask on our behalf whether we were forgotten and our actual server had a spaz and shouted out that it wasnt his problem, cuz he didnt take the order, 5 minutes later we got up and left after still not having received any attention. Oh, and it was my wifes 40th birthday.

Used to be my very favorite restaurant for the Delicious steak but now My 5 stars goes to our waiter Justin. Twisted steak is very lucky to have him!! Went there last night for my moms birthday dinner and He gave us and everyone around exceptional friendly service made us feel welcome -and taken care of- glad we got him - would like to make sure he is working if we ever go back. My mushroom risotto was delicious- I wish the Warm Veg salad was still on the menu because its amazingly yummy. Probably wont get steak next time.

Absolutely horrible service. We were a group of 5, simple orders without substitutions. They proceeded to bring out 5 meals, only one of which was correct (and cold) and then came back a few more times with different dishes that we hadn t ordered. Took some back and forth until everyone had their meal. When the bill came, we were told they were very sorry for all of the confusion and they had generously comped some of the bill. What they didn t say was that they just ended up double charging a meal instead. When pointed out, we got another apology and a new bill. After checking the new bill when we got home, we realized that they had just shuffled the items around a bit but didn t change anything. Unbelievable, if I didn t know any better I d assumed we ended up on the set of Just for Laughs Gags. I m serious, it s been a few weeks and I still feel like I have whiplash from the experience.

The cook should be ashamed; the waitress was. Friday night Anniversary Meal. Poor presentation, half of the steak was fat, the Appies were forgotten and came out as we were putting the meat in a ToGo pack for our dogs, and the drinks watered down. $156 for a terrible anniversary dinner...we went to KFC. Better call BAR RESCUE.
