All around amazing. 11 thumbs up 👍. We used the app to order three meals, but when modifying the last one, it changed all the combos to fries, not their tasty wedges. Someone there understood that I had made the bone head mistake, and they were able to correct it. Such great and amazing service. My kids were so happy!

My family and I have gone to Mary Brown often and we always leave happy and full , Unfortunately I'm not sure when they decided to shrink the portions and increase the prices ,all my tenders were tiny , and cost me over $50 for a 3 piece and a 5 piece combo , this is absolutely ridiculous. I'm NEVER going there again
I love Mary Browns Chicken..it is the best fried chicken around. It isn't greasy and the spices are awesome. When I was a kid growing up we had a restaurant named the Forge which they made the same chicken and wedge fries..it was extremely delicious..thank you for opening up in the Ottawa area!!!
Great service and excellent quality chicken. Always a pleasure when Mansi is there. She is so polite and friendly. She remembers me as a regular customer. She greets with a friendly smile and always get my order just as I like. This is not common at all store that is why anytime I’m visiting Ottawa area I always come to this location Thank you for the great service
Got two snackers and it came to 9$. These are very small. I don't have big hands. Absolutely not worth that kind of money for a tiny chicken strip and a bun.
Mary Brown Friend Chicken is my favorite. I like the chicken pieces here better than KFC or Popeye’s. Their taste is better and unique. The pieces are bigger. However for chicken sandwiches I find Popeyes are better. The taters in this restaurant are never too salty. They are just right. The gravy is good. However charging 2.29 for a small gravy is ridiculous. Maybe next time I’ll skip the gravy since the chicken is tasty enough. You must order their Cole slaw. It’s very creamy and better than the others.
The webpage menu was annoying but the app was good to use and convenient to order take away. The order was ready when I arrived and they politely apologized for being out of a drink. The shop was clean and bright which is always nice. The food was good although I heard one complaint that the buffalo chicken buger was just drenched in sauce tha ovepowered the taste.

Mini Mary was only half a sandwich for $4. Thats crazy. The picture on the menu shows a full sandwich. I also got food poisoning from something after eating there. Had to rush to washroom. Maybe the sauce they used was contaminated or expired or the chicken was bad. Never going there again.
I got food poisoning after eating from here, sauces they use in sandwiches may be expired. Also they only wipe tables good lord, some customers sneeze on the chairs and leave their stuff behind, no one seemed to care about cleanliness. I think staff needs to be trained or cross contamination, and cleaning of the restaurants both.
Its Mary Browns, its delicious, its halal, and the taters are my favorite thing on the menu.

Has more space than other marry browns in ottawa. Customer service on point and very affordable food. They cook their chicken better as well.
Got Mary Browns last night and there was quite literally a pebble/rock in my taters. I almost broke my tooth biting down. So incredibly unacceptable. That was probably the most disgusting thing Ive ever found in my food before. I really hope someone reaches out to rectify this situation because that is the biggest health hazard Ive ever experienced while dining out.

Got take out at Mary Brown s in Kanata, ended up getting the Batter s Box six piece meal with taters, gravy and biscuits. I was able to choose 3 spicy and 3 regular pieces of chicken and as usual, everything was delicious, juicy chicken, tasty taters, even the biscuits tasted like home made. Did I mention that all this food was only 21.99 plus tax

Ordered for delivery. ordered 4 pieces, the box had two. I called to complain. The lady that took the call immediately went to manager and I could hear him say that there is no possible way they could have made a mistake and talk to the only delivery option skip the dishes. Bag was sealed and clearly the tape was not removed previously so they lied and hide behind a 3rd party deliver. I resnt them basically accusing the driver or myself for something that was clearly their fault. I will never trust them for delivery again. Thieves. I will also be emailing corporate for the managers clear environment of theft and poor customer service.

Worst fast food chicken Ive had. Chicken is overcooked and dry. The Original sandwich had too much mayo, and was overall pretty flavorless. The Spciy was actually spicy, but still not good.
I order Big Mary Mondays frequently for my team at work and it s always consistently fresh, available at the designated pickup time and served by friendly people!

Stopped in for the second time at this location. Food is OK, nothing special, and the server could be a little more enthusiastic, had the new k crunch just ok it was put together very sloppy a little more care in preparation would be nice. The thing that gets me is the price. Too expensive for what you get. Then they prompt you to leave a tip. 29.00 dollars for 2 sandwiches, 1 fry and 2 drinks its a little much

It was our first time to try Mary Browns. Actually, was great. Server name Prince was so patiently explained us the different available combos and recommended us perfect meal with reasonable price too. We were impressed. I am hooked up to this now. No more KFC or POPEYES. I wish and I will study how to open one Mary Browns in my town.

It was my first experience at a Mary Browns. Food was good. Lots of patato wedges were given with the meal. It was a bit loud with the crowd at the restaurant.

Online order for courier delivery, always long wait, inexperience, poor communication & service naver seen orders ready to pickup at the time arrive to the restaurant, today disregarded the coworker by another worker just because she attempt to help me. I try not to visit this restaurant as much as I can.
My son and I always go to Mary brown for chicken tender. We ask for a cup for his juice. The cashier refuse to give us 1. Like how cheap can you be. Never go back to this location again. Cheap and rude staff

Great fried chicken, way better taste and portions than KFC. The Big Mary sandwich in all its versions is fantastic, but expensive. If you wait for Monday its half price. Fried potatoes and the chicken pieces are using the same coating and it gets salty after a while. I dont get the fried potatoes to cut down the salt. Still great chicken
This is how much popcorn chicken you get for $12. Why can t they fill that tiny box? I m not on a diet! Keep skimping on the food and your customer base will be skimpy too!

Not up to par with other locations. Stale potatos, icecold mac and cheese (apparently thats how it comes) and soggy chicken. Avoid.
