Tough Sunday night for the Kanata North location. Fries undercooked (which are normally outstanding) and wrong burger prepped. Not something we would expect for $20 burger combo.

One of the reasons we chose Law and Order (Kanata North) for take out is the fact that they cater to people with celiac disease. We were very specific in our order, but somehow they screwed up. My son who has the disease ate a quarter of his burger when I started questioning the look of the burger bun. I called to confirm that the order was correct and they said if we ordered for celiac that, thats what I should have received, then I asked them if their gluten free buns had sesame seeds on them, they said no. My sons hamburger had sesame seeds on it, which means they disregarded his severe allergies. Hes going to hurt for a week now. I am very disappointed and also angry. Dietary restrictions: Claim on their site to cater to people with Celiac disease but found a way to ignore a specific and detailed order. Cannot trust them anymore. They clearly do not take dietary restrictions seriously enough.

Burger and poutine were bang on - great menu with many options. Friendly staff, fast service. Parking can be tight. Top shelf!

If you like smash burgers, I would definitely recommend giving this place a try! Service is quick and food is tasty!

If u like homemade real beef burgers like ur Mom or Dad would make...ur absolutely in the right spot .. perfectly cooked to order as well..onion rings to die for.. perfectly cooked and not full of grease...Awsum friendly staff as well...100% would recommend

we ordered a burger bar for a birthday party and the servings were huge! we really appreciate that you seperated all the ingredients due to lactose intolerances!! also the gluten free buns are one of the bests you can get, not too dry and hold together

Big fan of law and order! Its a work dinner favourite for sure... For the most part its been awesome! There were a couple times I ordered and the burger that I always get was made wrong and another time where we didnt receive our drinks. I could tell the staff were new and learning but still happy

Just went in with my 2 boys and we all left extremely satisfied and content. Serving sizes are incredible for what you pay. Ive ordered from here using Uber Eats many times and, honestly its good but, coming here to dine in and be served fresh vs have it packaged amd delivered is a night and day experience. The presentation of the Burgers is on point. The fries are so crispy on the outside and very fluffy on the inside (No Flacid Fries at this place), and they are like a steak cut. Extremely well seasoned. If you like vinegar on your fries like I do, these fries are so perfect, its like Im eating salt & vinegar chips. I had the Innis Inferno, my kids had the Cheese Burger each, and we shared a large fry between all of us; we are so stuffed! The staff are very friendly and take care in preparation of the food and service; bathroom was super clean , no one would feel awkward about it. Idk, I dont have anything bad to say about this place; I plan on returning for dine in more regularly; best burger place in Kanata North imo Parking: Its in a strip with other restaurants so parking can be competitive Kid-friendliness: Super accomadting to my 8 and 11 year olds

I have always enjoyed food from this restaurant until tonight. We spent almost $60 and the food was awful. The fries were burnt and the gravy also had a burnt taste. The burger was the worst I have ever had. Instead of this being a go to restaurant it has now become one I will never use again

Good burgers, but a little disappointing tonight. A bacon cheese burger came without the bacon, fries were mostly little bits. Regular burger and the other cheese burger came as requested, and these were good. We are too far away to go back. Will try again another time though.

First time trying this place rhippo burger was huge biggest burger I had and poutine tasted good worth coming here and they had Dr.pepper my favorite drink. I ordered 3 combos.

Now that I know about this place Ill come here and five guys burgers both five starts rhippo burger is bigger than five guys. So give that a try when you try here but beware if you can finish it I know I can.

The food was really good! I wasnt a fan of the fries but fries are a subjective thing when it comes to food and my wife loved them so thats all that matters. A wide variety of burgers and one of the few places you can get a decent hot dog too. Oh, and you can get beer here too. Vegetarian options: My wife is a vegan and she could easily get food here

Ordered the rhippo and Swiss and mushroom. Burgers taste really juicy and fresh, oil dripping off the patties. Fries were crispy, just over salted.

Food was excellent and staff went over the top when I misplaced my wallet and called they searched the garbage and watched the security footage which resulted in me being able to get my wallet back.

This was my first at a Law and order burger shop but I was seriously impressed. The burgers are tasty, not overdone, and comes with all the toppings I like like lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. The fries were super hot, crispy, and overflowing. Cant say enough about the fries. Best of all the prices was reasonable compared to a lot of burger joints.

I had a 1/4lb cheeseburger combo with fries. Wasnt cheap ($16 with tax), but it was good and filling. Fries were a tad too salty for my taste, but had great texture. The cheeseburger tasted like Dairy Queen, but better. Would recommend if you are craving a good burger and fries.

Highly recommend their poutines! Great tasting fries smothered in tasty gravy and cheese - you can t go wrong. Also suggest getting the 1/2 lb burgers vs the 1/4 lb; the patty seemed drier and crispier around the edges in the 1/4 because it was thin.

Got their Rhippo burger, chicken burger, medium fries, and a pogo. Everything tasted great and was packed really nicely. Would come back just for the fries, they were nice chip truck style.

Their milkshakes are absolutely amazing! Staff is so friendly at the cash! Although when I went in I had ordered no mustard no mayo no cheese and to add bacon to my burger and my requests weren t fulfilled with my burger sadly I m hoping it was just because it was during a busy time for them.

Burgers and hot dogs are pretty good but when you order online, the website doesnt prevent you from choosing items that are already sold out. So, expect to order chocolate milk shakes and dont get any. Thats why the rating is 3 stars.

Amazing service and quality food. ALL YOU CAN EAT FREE POPCORN. Never going back to McDonalds again. Very generous on the topping and amount, going to have to order the 1/4 lb next time. Peyton, Erika and Ryan put together my burger and fries in no time. Milkshake was much better than a Wendys Frosty. Definitely going back again.

Absolutely delicious! This may be my new favourite burger place in Kanata. The burgers and fries are both great and the service was exceptional. It was fairly quiet when we were in to eat here, but given the location I imagine they are very busy during the weekday lunch rush. Our only disappointment with Law and Orders Kanata North was that we tried to come for lunch on Sunday, but they were closed and we ended up having to wait until later in the week.

You need to try this place once! Fries are delicious and burgers are amazing. I would compare these to the Works burgers without the big price tag.

Just had 1/4lb burger & fries, sitting in. The burger was nice but the fries were way too salty and cold. Considering I was sitting in the fries should not be cold. Could not eat any of the fries due to the amount of salt and temperature. And no I don t want free food, extremely arrogant of an owner to belittle customers claiming that they just want free food.

Excellent value for money. Sometimes you just want a burger you dont make yourself and you want it to taste really good. Law & Orders is consistent and flavorful with large portions. The onion rings were tasty and crunchy. The front counter staff are friendly and the place was spotless. We enjoyed every burger we ordered.

I had the Barnyard burger and onion rings at this location, it was the best restaurant hamburger Ive had in decades. Flavorful and fresh. If I have a some minor quibbles it would be that to my personal taste I prefer a bun prepared with a crisp fried inside surface to provide more texture contrasts in the bite, and the chicken patty was perhaps a touch on the dry side, but its not worth taking off a star for that because it was very, very good.

I eat burgers everywhere I go, so Im pretty picky. The burger was flavorful and well cooked. I had the onion rings with in and they were also perfect. Ill definitely come back again. Happy to have found this spot so close to my work

Great burger may the best in town the young lady was manage all by herself in front desk! I also had my milkshake smashed on the floor and she was really nice told me all ok and she ofer a new one i felt so bad but this young lady she is outstanding! I will give 5 star even if the burger wasnt cheap at all.

Think... Chip Truck, but as a restaurant. Fries and gravy are very good. Burgers are good, but your standard burger options and taste. But the burgers are 1/2 and 1/4 lbs options, and they are true to their size. Portion size is huge, be sure to be hungry when you come. Service could use some improvements. Dont expect much in atmosphere... it is better inside on a cold day. And overall a bit expensive.. $70 for two ppl with one beer. Again, Chip Truck but as a store front, with good portion size. ... I might pick The Works before coming here, for better... well... everything.

Arguably the best burger in Ottawa. Their fries are twice cooked for that chip wagon flavour and texture. My wife and I both got the ¼lb bacon cheeseburger and were very impressed. Smash style patties and the burgers were well made (actually looked like the picture). The toppings were all well balanced. Poutine gravy was thick and rich and they were very generous with the curds. The staff were very friendly and the service was fast. They serve beer and have milkshakes. There gluten free options available.

A solid burger and fries! I have come back to Law and Orders a few times and its always been a solid burger place. The fries are fresh cut and generally well cooked. Prices arent too expensive, fairly standard for a casual take away food place in Kanata.

Amazing food! My favourite is the ringer and the onion rings. My wife likes the law burger. They actually mixed up the toppings on the two burgers and I had to drive back to have it fixed. They were so nice about their mistake and gave me some complimentary items. Probably the only time youll see a 5 star review after a mistake is made on the order!

I came today for the first time and the person who took my order was rude. She seemed annoyed of me the entire time. She didn t ask me if I want to drink anything until I had my order and realized that combo doesn t come with a drink. I was the only one in the restaurant, so when my order was ready she yelled from over the counter your checkin wrap is ready and went inside. I thought that s how they serve food here until more people came and she brought them food to their table. It was extremely rude. I didn t like it. It s my first and last time. The staff was rude and the food wasn t great either

Cannot recommend highly enough. As a celiac, I appreciate they offer gluten free meals (and even have a gluten free fryer for fries!) and if something does go wrong, theyll bend over backwards to make it right. Delicious food, made hot & fresh while you wait (they get busy because the food is SO good!). Amazing local business, go support them!!

I m so glad they opened a location close to me! Great food for a reasonable price. The burgers are fresh and tasty and even though I m normally not a big fries person they changed my mind with theirs. Looking forward to trying more items on the menu - will be a frequent customer going forward!

Had never had your burgers before today, and knew nothing about this restaurant. It showed up on a food delivery app so I thought Id try it. Youve got yourself a new loyal customer!! I had The Ringer and it was amazing. The fries were equally good.

I ordered the law burger, it was big and I was pretty sure I would not be able to finish it, but IT WAS SO GOOD, I devoured that thing. Erika and Ryan did a great job with the food. Would definitely be going back to try the other burgers. Writing this review is making me hungry.

An amazing place for a burger. The beef patty was fresh and they cooked it to perfection. I ordered the Law burger and the patty was cooked Smash style (flat with lots of surface space for Maillard reaction). Every bite was crisp and flavourful. The egg on the burger was also cooked beautifully, the yolk mingled with the bacon and beef to make its own sauce. The staff were fast and friendly and the chef personally took care of all the customers. A definite go to place for an excellent burger.

We ordered two bacon cheese burgers with poutines. We got one poutine and our burgers had no bacon and was the worse burgers I ve ever seen. When we called they told us to take it up with skip the dishes. Thanks for the terrible food and service
