Best burritos in Ottawa. Ingredients were fresh and Ive never been disappointed with the quality or taste. Vegetarian options: Tofu and vegetable tacos and burritos are available for those who prefer not to eat meat or animal products. Dietary restrictions: I believe they have gluten free options available. Parking: Lots of spots available at dinnertime.

I have been going to this particular location for a few years now, today I went in and ordered a large burrito bowl, but I got a small (paid for a large) and the amount of food was incredibly skimpy... Im used to not being able to finish all of the food and that was my plan for $16.00. Super disappointing visit.

We eat here about once a month and it s always a good experience. Very friendly staff; they fill up your items with meat and toppings, very generous portions. Great value for what you pay, we and our kids are always happy.

Look up at the ceiling - black filth near the air vents, the lights over the food are caked with dust and dirt... nope, I used to like it, but I cant go there anymore.

I had order 5 burrito bowl and 1 small burrito, chips and salsa out of which i was missing burrito and salsa. Also, all the other bowls were not even half in quantity with no rice in any of them. Very terrible experience with this location. Spent $120 for order which was not even worth for $20. And the guy who made the order, his name is jason. Worst ever person to make food. People in the morning are the best, but dont go at night.

I think this place has the best burritos in town. At least once a week I drive over from work and grab a massive large chicken burrito. I mean SERIOUSLY massive: when I order this sometimes people point and laugh at the staff member trying to fit everything into the burrito. Its a little pricey, but genuinely good quality food and friendly staff. I dont know what they put in the burritos, but I just cant stay away. I think Im addicted at this point.

I swear these guys always overload the bowl when you order a burrito bowl, and I m all for that. Finally a burrito place that doesn t skimp out on meat, cheese, and VEGGIES of all things

Good fast mexican-like food

I have been here a handful of times and usually it s been good except for one time when it was just alright. A common problem is overstuffing the burritos - though that might just be the whole wheat wrap breaking apart as it s more fragile than the white ones.

Got the burrito, they warmed up the pita but had cold meat and salsa inside... the meat was stale ..I got sick had to throw up..this place used to serve good spicy burritos 2 years ago...no not again..

Glad I discovered this place. Food portions are generous lots of options to put in your burrito. Staff are friendly and the store is kept clean.

The only place burrito place around town that offers tofu & actually marinated it properly. The sautéed veggies are seasoned well. Huge portions for the cost. Definitely will come back for an easy gluten free & vegan meal. One thing to note is the website specifies they have corn shells & you can get them as your salad base. But in store they only have flour tortilla

I ordered from skip the dishes because I have small children asleep I live 5 mins away when my food got here it was freezing cold and when I called the perSon on the phone he didnt know I wanted my meat heated up , now I usually dont complain about fast food but cold food is not acceptable I hope that whoever is working tonight is taught how to properly heat up trays of meat in a steam table . Ive worked in the service industry for 10 years and have never had a coworker make that mistake . Do better. people spend their hard earned cash to try and enjoy a meal and then have to deal with that , that is not a business I will be supporting.

Maybe change the hours on your google listing so people don t have to get yelled at because you re not actually open at 1000. Also maybe lock your front door and post your hours where they can be seen. Not going back.

They closed too early. It wasn t even 8:45 and they didn t take my order. I was right there when she turn off the open sign. I requested her but they simply refused. I work with food industry too but never did something like this. Seriously no service at all.

If you say you have halal options they shouldnt be next to the pork and where it can drip all over the halal beef and chicken. You cant say halal and then have pork that is misleading and a lie. Touching porc and they touching beef or chicken means youve spread pork juice and fat onto the other meat. Its gross.

There is a Halal sign on the door, but I was surprised when I found pork on the food preparation area! Simply ignore the Halal sign! This restaurant connot guarantee you a Halal meal, as fat pork easily can drop on the other meat and beans. Not going there anymore!

Asked for extra salsa and they wanted to charge for it. Burrito was over stuffed. Good and bad as it makes a mess but i was full and it tasted great

Ordered the steak burrito. Price, amount, and flavours were good! Only negative was that there were a few veiny, inedible, chewy cubes in the steak I got. A bit of quality control, but otherwise the food was great.

They have vegan option loved the tofu! Salsa was really spicy, and I love spicy food. They do have milder salsa.

This place is all about the quantity of food they give. They just smash stuffs to our bowl and wraps. If you say you want more meat, they will just drop an another chunk of it. This is what I like about this place. The quality is also superb. I love the burrito bowl with shredded beef, rice and veggies here. It s large in quantity for the price and it s kinda healthy compared to other fast food chains I guess . The staffs are really friendly. They have both outdoor and indoor seatings. Overall, this is an excellent place to grab lunch as the service is fast. Tip : Don t go for the extra large burrito bowls, the quantity is almost same as for the large bowl. The drinks are expensive here, so check price before buying.

Best burrito Ive tried, hands down. Hope they open franchises in Toronto. Never thought Id find a place I like more than burrito boyz. The hot salsa is actually spicy and tasteful. I had the tofu vege burrito and highly recommend it. Great options for everything. Look forward to having it again when Im back in town

I ordered on uber eats and the food was delicious. I also asked for a frowny face on my sister burrito wrapper and it gave my dad and I good laugh.

It s the second time we order and what a disappointment, again. We ordered from here to support local, through one of the food ordering apps. All three of our burritos had the wrong toppings, like completely wrong. Half were missing and others were added that weren t requested. Had to make the kids a separate dinner because one had hot peppers and the other veggies and sauce they don t like. Really too bad that they don t make the effort to put what is ordered on their food. The app forces you through a form where you have to pick what you want. Why bother if you re going to put wherever you want on them? Won t be returning!

Consistently been one of the BEST burritos and tacos in Ottawa! Always fresh and delicious. Their spicy salsa and fresh jalapeños are actually spicy! Adds an incredible kick of flavour to all items on their menu. Highly recommend this place

this was the worst quesidilas ever. over stuffed, fell apart. the chicken was cut into chunks not strips. the presentstion was horrible. it looked like a heap of garbage. our kids opened the boxes and didnt even touch them. how awfull. if we received this presentstion and quality as a dine in it would have been sent back and we would have walked out the door. we will not go back to this establishment again.

Best $10 ever spent

I get the negative reviews now. Ordered some nachos from these guys, didnt receive any condiments. Nachos missing ingredients, and got half the meat I would normally get. For $20 what I got was laughable.

I m giving it 1 star because my burrito was very cold. Furthermore, they gave me so much rice and so little steak as a result they deserve noting more than 1 star.

Their website clearly says guacamole is included with veggie burrito without tofu. Their display board also says it. But they want to charge for guacamole. Things have changed in this outlet, they dont honor whats written in their website and want to charge more. They also dont give a receipt. Old review: Love this place. Consistent quality always.

Great burritos made before you (Subway like). This spicy salsa is actually spicy compared to other places.

It was OK, the Burrito was sloppily made and was quite a bit spicier than I was expecting, a huge plus for some but an unpleasant surprise if you ( and your kids ) arent expecting it. The pork wasnt listed specifically as being spicy.

Burritos are top notch, double bonus because of the halal chicken, would be a triple bonus if the ground beef or steak was halal. Very tasty chicken burritos though. Definitely recommend
