Tried their burrito and tacos. Portion size was good and taste was better than other bigger burrito chains. It was flavorful and had fresh ingredients as well. Will definitely come back again! The only reason for the 4 star is because we placed an online order and when we arrived at the pick up time mentioned on the order, it was still not ready.

Great place! We had a burrito bowl and a large burrito. Everything is fresh and very tasty. Most importantly, the service is great! The owner is such a nice person with a smile on his face. Great great service! We felt very welcomed at this location. Will definitely be back!

I went in and got the same order than I ve gotten for about a year and a half which costs 9 dollars. I went in one time and I got the exact same order I ve always gotten which is double meat. And when I go to pay they say it s 15 dollars. I then looked for more money however I only brought the 10 knowing every time before It s 9. I didn t have anymore so I just stood there while they ignored me. Firstly they offered my food to another costumer saying want this other one? When I had already given 10 dollars. So they were going to give food away that I gave 10 dollars for. Then I said I want my money back since I don t have enough. Then about girl who makes the food(with glasses) comes over and says. It s 15 and I say I ve come here for nearly 2 years and get the same thing everytime and everytime it s 9 dollars. The woman becomes more angry when I m simply telling the truth saying she should know since she works there. But I went there maybe last week with her working and it was 9. I then say well I want my money back because I m not going to give you 10 dollars for something I didn t get. And she angrily gets my money and says about 5 times don t ever come in here again. Terrible server. Absolutely rude. I think I know how much it is since I go there so often and the fact she is so rude shows how bad the people who work there are. I do not recommend going.

Terrible service. My sister ordered me a poutine that s 9 bucks, and has been for over a year and a half. After my sister ordered, the girl said it was $15 and refused to say why the price was $15. Then this sever girl took the $9 and just held up the poutine saying does anyone else want this?? My sister had to ask for the money back she didn t even owe at that point. Then the girl said to never come back here over 5 times . Meanwhile the problem is all her fault. Worst service ever!!

I was looking for a spot to satisfy my craving.. love how you can customize with any toppings and the different sauces offered aside from sour cream and salsa. I ordered Burrito xpress tonight for the first time and was extremely impressed with the quantity and quality of the food! They did not skimp out on toppings on the nachos (13$) and the quesadilla was enjoyed by my son. They also gave us extra salsa and chips for no extra cost. I could not believe the price of the nachos (13$) as the nachos were comparable to restaurant nachos you get from restaurants like Jack Astors where their prices are 28$. Will for sure be ordering again and encouraging others to order as well :) very excited about this restaurant in our neighbourhood!!

Great service polite and professional staff, really delicious tacos I got the beef taco and it was on corn tortilla it was great tasting , my husband got the burrito bowl and amazing quality. My only complaint is that they don t serve hard shells and they don t have mango salsa but other than my favourites it was really good and hit the spot good price too I recommend!

I was hosted by KomalPreet and she was excellent is preparing my vegetarian burrito and Nachos. The food is absolutely amazing, everything I tasted melted in my mouth. Absolutely the best Mexican meal I had while in Ottawa. Totally worth it going there and try their dishes. They have their in-house made Mexican Hot Salsa that no other restaurant can match the taste. Highly recommend!

Found this place accidentally and am really glad I followed the google reviews! The food was delicious and portions ample. I had a chicken burrito and it was perfect. I think Id like to try the tacos next time! I will absolutely go back.

Not sure what all the hype is. The only positives I can say is our Burritos were ready at the appointed time and were large for price. But while the fillings were flavourful, they were stone cold. Cold meat, cold rice, cold corn. cold beans. You cant just warm a burrito in the microwave, because it goes soggy. First ordering here and last. Ill be returning to my go to burrito spot just down the street.

Experience deteriorates on each visit. Today, Burrito available but quesadilla not available! While waiting for order being prepared, checking online for quesadilla at same place with pick up now on Uber eats, its available!! Few days back, order placed via Uber eats for pick up, marked available for pickup on app after 20 mins, when reached at restaurant, the answer was by mistake it was marked ready for pickup, its not even started and wait for 30 mins more!! Chipotle app based order and drive down to pickup would be comparatively deterministic, time efficient and more tasty treat!!!

The best quick Burrito spot in Kanata. The staff there are very kind, they take the time to get to know their customers. The food is always prepped properly l, and most importantly, the portions are always consistant. They are very generous with the portions too. The value for money is by far one of the best in this industry. Ive been visiting this location now weekly for the better part of 6 months and Ive tried almost evrything on the menu. Nothing haa disapointed me yet. This visit I ordered the Chicken Quasadilla and a side of Chips and Queso. The Queso dip and all the sauces are made in store. The chips are fried in store as well which makes the a must have for me everytime. The Quesadilla was really good and served hot. They add lots of ingredients, anything you want on there, they will add it. It was very tasty and served with 2 side sauces which I went for their in house made Salsa Verde and some sour cream. I didnt get one this trip but if you love a soft chocolate chip cookie, theirs does not dissapoint. Its big too! I cant recommend them enough. The food is worth the wait on busy days. Parking: Enough parking spaces and no charge to park.

I ordered a chicken and beef quesadilla and paid extra for guacamole and they forgot it didn t find out til i was home. The beef is so chewy I never spent so much time chewing on beef before it was strange.. salty too. The mexican poutine is so bland and tasteless. Nothing is authentic here. I have no idea how this place has 4.9 stars, i would never return. So gross

I have only ever ordered from this place through Uber on days where I get busy and lose track of time at work, so I cannot speak to the accessibility of the location or anything like that. I have to admit, however, that the food is by far the best take-out food I have ever eaten. It truly does not feel like take-out, but like a homemade burrito. In the dozens of times I have ordered from here, the food has never failed to be fresh, nutritious, and flavorful (not to mention incredibly fast) I have tried other burritos in the city, Burrito Gringo, Mucho Burrito, BarBurrito and none compare to Burrito Express. It is a veritable diamond in the rough. Despite my remote interactions with the staff, theyve made a significant effort to acknowledge me as a regular and celebrated customer - often including free chips and salsa, brownies, or other treats, completely free. I hope to find a reason to pick up a burrito in-person soon, because I am absolutely certain that staff are extremely pleasant individuals.

I have an amazing experience at burrito express today. I got a burrito and nachos. Burrito was massive in size, they offered a multiple selection of veggies, meat, sautéed topping. Chips and salsa was amazing I would say must try it. Staff was very kind, attentive and respectful. They are so helpful with the suggestions of fillers.The flavor was delicious. They use home made sauce which give a spark to the item. Portion and price was good. Excellent value for the money. I felt very full and satisfied. Definitely recommend.

Had this for the first time the other day and it was amazing. Ingredients were super fresh and I couldnt quite finish the full bowl. It was absolutely stacked to the max and the owner even gave me a couple of tiny donuts to try which were also very delicious. Would highly recommend this place!

Just visited this place while strolling down the block. But was am amazed by the taste, quality and quantity they have to offer for such great prices. Their burritos are massive, and I tried their poutine, for which I was skeptical at front but was stunned by its delicous taste (a must try item for yaall). This now is my hotspot every Friday night, and also when at times when I am comming back from work. The owner is super generous and trust me, you will be amazed how good delicous food they have to offer.

Doesnt really live up to the hype of the reviews. Im abit torn between 3 or 4 stars. The only reason why Im giving this a 4 star because my main Mexican fast food place has gone down hill. Please add more seasoning to the meat. If Im being honest my entire meal tasted very bland with minimal flavor. The queso cheese had no flavor either. Although the hot salsa was very good but, not super hot just very yummy. This place has potential of being really good. Hopefully with the amount of 5 star reviews they have things get better as they can afford higher quality ingredients. if the owner actually reads and replies to my honest review.

AMAZING FOOD, First of all Deep provided 5 star customer service along with giving me the best Mexican food Ive ever had in my life. Honestly, this locally owned place is far better then any other mexican franchise. This spot has the BEST Gauk and Churros + Price are very reasonable. 10/10

Best Burritos in the city! Honestly, we drive 40 mins to get Mexican food from them and it s never been a disappointment. I strongly recommend having burrito bowl and their fries. Great portions and amazing customer service! Keep doing what you re doing

Just incredible! Everything, and I mean everything is made from scratch on site. The young man working was extremely pleasant and welcoming, really adding to the overall experience. Very reasonable prices considering the portions and fresh sourced ingredients. Not a huge selection but what they do they do extremely well. Highly recommend this place!

We had an outdoor event with 50 people. Burrito Express came to the event and served just the same as if you went to their restaurant. Food was hot and delicious. We had the burrito bowls and churros. Very generous portions and everyone had positive comments about the food and the service. Thank you

I was so happy that there were vegetarian options, as well as corn tortillas. The food was delicious, and I was happy to learn that all the salsas, guacamole and sauces are made in-house! They even make their own cookies (which were SO good)! The service was excellent and the staff were so friendly. Im happy I found this spot and Ill be coming back regularly :)
