The best pizza in the city, hands down! The dough is perfection, the ingredients are always fresh, and they re super generous with the cheese and toppings. Their garlic dip is the best I ve ever had! The menu is packed with delicious options, and the portions are huge everything is so filling and satisfying. I highly recommend trying their pasta; it s fantastic! The owner and staff are super friendly and always make you feel welcome, and the food is prepared quickly. Overall, amazing food and top-notch service.

My favourite pizza place in Ottawa - somehow they nail a tasty, crispy, yet chewy crust for me. Discovered during the pandemic and they re the only pizza I go for now

Pizza was the Cheeseburger one with bacon. It was a bit too greasy, but thats probably due to the type of pizza it was. Still good though. Also got some boneless wings which were somewhat overcooked, way tougher to chew than I prefer. All in all, its a decent place with good pizza.

Absolutely amazing pizzas and incredible service. The people that work there are amazing! As a former Montrealer, I find this pizza as close as you can get to a Montreal pizza. It is so full of ingredients and tasty. Without a doubt, this place is the best pizza place in Ottawa. I really didn t want to give them a good review because I didn t want everyone to find out how amazing this pizza is but I had to tell everyone how amazing they are. The combination with extra pepperoni and mushrooms, well done is our favourite! Also, we bought the gluten free chicken pesto pizza. We do not like gluten free but this one changed our mind. I would like to take the time to really praise this location. They deserve a big shout out and I cant say enough great things about them. I had a really great experience overall with this restaurant. Initially, we had a hiccup with our order. Not only was this resteraunt so quick and attentive to a customer reaching out, they went above and beyond to make it up to us and have us happy and feeling like valued customers. I really have to praise this level of customer service and care for customers. You dont always encounter that with some resteraunts in my past experience, so it was such a pleasant surprise. A big shout out to Younis and his team for working hard and being dedicated to what they do and serving their customers. We loved the food and service. The pizzas come with good fresh toppings and a good helping of cheese! Delivery was quick as well. We will definitely be repeat customers as we feel we found our new pizza place! We highly recommend this pizza resteraunt to anyone who is looking for a good spot. They will take care of you.

This is a top shelf pie. I am a pepperoni and cheese guy, even though I made the rookie mistake of forgetting to ask for my pepperoni on top this was still an amazing wheel. Great crust which is on the cheesy side if you like that cheese bun crust style, the cheese itself tastes like a quality product and very moist. Pepperoni had a great flavour. The sauce to me was right in between sweet and acidic which I loved. Oh, and the garlic sauce .the garlic sauce! Just get it, you won t regret it. Great work, Lorenzo s Kanata

I have been to Lorenzos Pizza quite a number of times and I love their pizza. Pizza tastes yummy and their service is very friendly. I recently had pizzas, chicken wings and pasta delivered to my house and it was so tasty!. They are very consistent!.

Came to watch a senators game from Montreal and wanted to try Lorenzos a while. The large Donair Pizza was fantastic. Pillowy dough and fresh ingredients. The guy at the counter was very nice and made the experience great. We will be back!

This pizza was too amazing for a good picture. We ate most of it immediately. The cheese, sauce, and crust were all amazing, but the pizza sauce was to die for! I want to own the rights to the pizza sauce and keep it all to myself forever and always so I can be the happiest person on the planet! My only word of advice is DONT order a small. Ever. Its pretty small, and while its filling, youll want more. Guaranteed.

Came to this place because of all the good reviews. Got a takeout order of pop curds for a whopping $17, with under 20 curds in the order. Ended up paying $17 for food poisoning. Sitting on the toilet as I write this review. Would not recommend to anyone but my enemies.

I am one of those lame people that love a solid plain pizza now and then. It also can be easier when dealing with vegetarian/meat lover people in a group. Many places arent great at making a cheese pizza. Lorenzos nails it. I started visiting reguarly during lockdown #1 and now wont go anywhere else in Kanata. Each time I order for friends, they ask where it is from.

We ordered a Greek salad (the small and it was huge and fresh!! And the salad dressing was oh sooo good!), the garlic cheese bread and our pizza were also delicious. Their pizza sauce is so smooth and tasty! I had to call the restaurant with a question about my online order and the gentleman we spoke to was super nice and helpful. Overall a great experience. I just ordered the pizza. It is absolutely amazing. Best pizza we have had since I ve been in Ottawa the last two years hands-down. The photo gives them no justice. Definitely 1010% recommend Also, they weren t taking orders online because it was a little bit close to their closing. But I called and he was so accommodating.

Super yummy pizza on our second attempt at ordering following A+ Customer service in response to an online order glitch. We had an online order glitch the first time we ordered, when we called about 30 min after our order was supposed to be delivered we found out they had a glitch and they never received a print-out for the order. I could tell when I called they were working through the dinner rush but the person on the phone did provide genuine applogies and solid customer service in the midst of what was clearly a busy time. We ended up canceling the order and were promised a call back later to arrange the refund. Needless to say were pretty disapointed. Later that evening Adam called me and worked out the refund and followed up with a coupon for our next pizza order to be on the house! We ordered the very next day and were not disapointed. We used the same online order function and it worked like a charm this time. This is the best pizza we have had in Kanta, thick crispy crust and lots of cheese!

I have yet to be displeased with the food and the service. The place is clean, fast, efficient, friendly, and they take pride in what they do. The owner is highly social and a down to earth guy. I drive 25 minutes from my are to there just to order from them. Do yourself a favour and try it!

I picked up an order here for a friend who was having a birthday party. I dont know if he was the owner or a worker, but the person who made the pizza was super friendly and welcoming. Its people like him that make me want to return again and again. The pizza was great -- especially the real bacon strips -- and the garlic bread was yummy too.

The pizza was so delicious with generous toppings and great crust. The guy working the cash was so friendly and helpful. He was very considerate and provided all customers there with a warm and genuine kindness. I will definitely return!!! Its my new favourite pizza place in Ottawa!

We were looking for thin crust pizza and came across this pizzeria - what a great find ! Chewy dough, flavorfully tangy sauce, and was piping hot upon pick up. They have green olives which I havent seen offered in many pizzerias. We ordered cheese and customized vegetarian (green olives, mushrooms, and green peppers). Both were delicious. Definite repeat

I love this place and I will always love this place. I went to high school nearby and for four years I came here at least once a week for lunch. I never learned the owners name but I knew I could always count on him to make a delicious slice of pizza. I dont just love this place for the deep sentimental value it holds, but for the pizza itself; yeasty, crispy crust, bright and acidic but not too sweet sauce, a heavy coating of cheese. With garlic dip on the side it is simply a beautiful thing. Although I graduated high school three years ago and Ive eaten pizza at many different places in different cities, this is the one I will always come back to.

Had a short stay in Ottawa recently-- Lorenzos seemed to have the local love I look for in a pizza joint so I absolutely had to check it out! We ordered a small pepperoni, spaghetti with meatballs, Caesar salad and fried cheese curds through their website. No issues as we set up to pay on pick up. The pizza was delicious, decent level of salt and savory in the cheese/pepperoni, sauce had some sweetness to balance it out and stuck to the pizza instead of coming off in one bite. Lorenzos does a bit of a larger crust which we appreciated as their house garlic dipping sauce was excellent; it was very mild, reminded me a lot of donair sauce from the east coast. The pasta, while well seasoned, was a bit watery. My girlfriend found the meatballs a bit spicy, but if youre accustomed to even mild hot sauces like Sriracha levels, probably wont be an issue for you. The deep fried cheese curds is something I havent tried before and while its pure endulgence, oh man, oh geez, it was good. Its cheese curds covered in a seasoned batter youd find on mozzarella sticks, delicious! Caesar salad wasnt anything too special, I always appreciate when restaurants include a lemon wedge as Lorenzos does, they do a good chop on the lettuce though, not too thick! Im very glad we tried out Lorenzos and would wholly recommend them to anyone visiting the greater Ottawa area!

Where do I begin?! I first tried Lorenzo s like 3 years ago when we moved to Ottawa! And they are definitely a 10/10 spot. Consistently good and they always use fresh ingredients. Their pizza crust tastes so fluffy and fresh and you can tell it s quality cheese, not the cheap stuff. The staff is always friendly even while they re super busy in there. And the delivery drivers are always kind. So far I recommend the wings, chicken fingers, Spaghetti and Meatballs and any pizza (I ask for the toppings on top of the cheese). I can t wait to try more items on the menu.

I ordered the Donair pizza and the Canadian, both were under cooked with a dough taste. The donair pizza is in no way a donair pizza. Both were very greasy. Way too expensive, I expected at the cost a very good pizza. Not even close. I will never order from this place again. I recommend finding another place.
