Honestly the worst Pizza Hut. My delivery took 2 hours. I tried to call the store and they kept hanging up on me. Its really unfortunate what happened to the Pizza Hut chain. I will never order from Pizza Hut again.

Would leave no stars if I could.The food was delivered but left on the step in the rain, no knock on the door or a call! Couldn t even get a refund for it, got a credit for next time, not even a legit one it s written down on a sticky note that will probably get lost in a day.

Bring back the pan pizza! Your normal crust pizza taste like .

Parking: No warm welcoming to customer. No friendly service. Dining area is not clean. Speaking another language. Louder, no respect to dining customers. Playing music in their language. This location needs lots of improvement from head office. Best to ignore this location.

Shilpa is amazing and made me change my 1 star review to a 5 star review. She s a hard worker and a true Pizza Hut standards follower who takes pride in my pizza and believe me I m picky when it comes to food. So thankful that this location has a hard working woman like you. You are management material and should train every new employee at this location. Thank you for the best pizza ever! This was my first time ordering food from Pizza Hut. From the fellow who answered the phone to the delivery driver, I couldnt have been more impressed. The food arrived hot, earlier than expected and delicious.

The food quality is consistent pizzas are well-prepared, with generous toppings and a crust that s crispy on the outside but soft inside. I like most of their menu but I personally prefer Chicken lover pizza , supreme lovers and along with that cinnamon bread and garlic bread.This Pizza Hut is a reliable choice for satisfying your pizza cravings with good service and tasty options.

Do not order from here!!!! If I could, I would give it a zero ***0***. Ordered pizza and wings for dinner. Went to eat the wings and there were absolutely rotten, disgusting amd tasted like straight vinegar. When I called the store I was offered a 20% discount on my next order. That is absolutely ludicrous. All I asked for was new wings and they refused and then told me the manager is not available and they would call me on Monday(its currently Saturday). The associate spoke to the manager while I was on hold so I was lied to and refused escalation of the issue. I know not having my business wont make a dent in your profits, but the treatment of customers like this is no wonder Pizza Hut had to file for bankruptcy. Hangry customer.

Customer service was really good, everyone was very polite and helpful. The atmosphere was good. It wass my first time trying chicken liver pizza, I really loved it and the cheese crust was really good.

Their crust is the best anywhere. Their toppings are lacking in dimensions. Everything is shaved thin so you dont enjoy the flavours and textures as you should. Their prices are higher than many other places. For the prices, the toppings should be of higher quality.

In the last couple of months, the delivery person from this branch twice left pizza at the doorstep without ringing the bell. So it was completely cold when I discivered it. Will not order from them again. Food

We decided the try the new Handcrafted Smoky Tri-cheese Blend pizza. Its so amazing!!! Ive always been a pan or stuffed fan, but the new handcrafted crust is exactly what they say in the ads, light and fluffy! And the cheese and sauce is epic, as always!

Tried Pizza Hut for first time in a while, and now I remember why I usually order Lorenzos. Took a pic of the bread. Looks like they literally threw it into the box. Do better Pizza Hut.

Ordered on line for ASAP delivery. Called immediately to cancel and got through to Montreal Customer centre. But they couldnt cancel the order. They also said not to call the store as call would only be routed back to them. Then the Hazeldean Store did then call saying they were running late. I asked for the order to be cancelled. They said they would try and get it delivered earlier. Im still waiting...

Tried phoning the store to cancel an order that was mistakenly placed. Even though I phoned immediately after the order was accepted, I was put through to a voice line that said the store was already closed. The website does not offer a way to change or cancel orders online, so if the store really is open, its not cool to have the phone lines down. If it really is closed, its not cool that the website and Google have the wrong hours and are accepting orders they cant and wont fill. Either way, I hope they like getting a chargeback.

Worst ever experience ordering pizza, such a bad quality pizza with absolutely minor amount of toppings. Also, driver forget to deliver drinks and when we called for refund, they said driver is on the way who came after half hour. Such a terrible customer service and unprofessionals working at this location.

They send warm beverages and when I call them to ask what am I supposed to do, the guy on the phone says do you want me to advise you really? Tries to mock me and make fun of the situation.

Mainly serves as a takeout restaurant, but there are a few small tables inside for a quick dine and dash. There are no servers; its more like a fast-food restaurant now.

Just ordered three pizzas online tonight. One was supposed to be without cheese, but I forgot to select that option when placing the order. However, they kindly prepared one without cheese free of charge. Thats what I call excellent customer service!

Worst experience Ive ever had trying to order pizza. Placed order at a non-busy time, and after an hour, was informed via email that my order was cancelled. Re-ordered same order and called to ask what happened, but couldnt connect with the store, only the call center? Was told that the original order had been delivered, but it was absolutely not. After hanging up, original order was delivered even though the communications said it was cancelled. Tried calling the store again and ended up back at the call center, tried to cancel the re-order, was told it was cancelled and that the store would call me, but then the order arrived even though I was told it was cancelled. So frustrated. Will NOT be buying from Pizza Hut again any time soon. Get your systems fixed and your act together.

Service and pizza are great at this location

I got a notification my order was delivered so I went to check and it hadn t been yet. My driver waited for me at door despite me checking the box for contactless delivery and typing in the notes leave at door . I tried to tell him through the door to leave my order while I desperately tried to calm my dogs down, he still waited.

Avoid this Kanata location at all costs! Delivery takes an hour to get cold and burnt pizza! I called to tell them the pizza was burnt, so they promised to send another one - but that never showed up! They have no integrity and this location is run by those who do not meet Pizza Hut standards! Shame on the owners here!

Update: Their new location just a few doors down and possibly new ownership has resulted in a much better product more in line with what the franchise offers elsewhere. So my words below are no longer relevant Not a good Pizza Hut location. I keep giving them a chance due to proximity and they never miss an opportunity to disappoint. Ive tried Pizza Huts all over the world and this one is the second worst Ive been too, narrowly edging out Northern Edmonton. Franchises are expected to duplicate company results to create consistency, this one cant seem to reach the lowest bar of taste replication with other Pizza Huts. Go elsewhere.. just about any place will be better.

Large pizza appears to be a medium one, disappointed with the way this has been made. It is only bread. Think before ordering.

the worst pizza I ever had. The Large Pizza Hut Pizza I have ordered tasteless, dry, NOT enough tomato sauce, undercooked and it was cut to 28 slices. The Pizza arrived cold and took more than 1 hour. Pizza Hut having south Asian (Indians) staff who are international students and not experienced in making this type of food..

Got 2 large pan pizzas, the toppings on the whole pizza were lesser than what you d see on one slice. The slices are cut disproportionately.

placed my order online - it was ready on time for pick up but as someone else mentioned, there were so few toppings on my pizza! One entire slice had absolutely not one single topping on it. I also asked for light cheese, and certainly didnt get that. Tons of cheese, and very little toppings. Disappointing when you spend $20 on a small.

I love there pizzas and different options they have. My favorite one used to be there butter chicken pizza. Starting from January 2022, they have discontinued that pizza, not sure why. Due to that reason only I am giving them 4 stars. One of there best offer which comes multiple times in an year is there $5 $5 $5 one, so u buy 1 pizza for full prize, then remaining upto 3 pizzas u can get for $5 each. This is there best deal according to me. Just one request again, Please please bring back butter chicken pizza.

Ordered a large veggie pizza regular crust 1 flatbread cheese pizza Hershey Cookie pizza Got 2 medium pizza, 1 Veggie 1 with stuffed crust, 1 with bacon, we don t eat bacon so it went right to garbage No flatbread pizza No bread sticks Cinnamon buns Hershey cookie pizza So the only things they actually got right in the whole order was the Hershey cookie pizza! Assuming the veggie pizza had no meat, we started to eat it and found more pork! Very bad experience for our family! Called manager and he said to call Uber eats for a refund, even though it s their mistake. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, NO IDEA HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS. I can see this place going out of business very soon. Safe to say I will never order there again. Don t order unless you want to waste your money and get the wrong stuff and no consolation from them.

It is now only possible to order online and with maximum of 5 toppings. When you call, it will direct you to order through the website or app. Tried to order half and half but it stopped me at 5 toppings. I tried to call customer service and waited for over 10 minutes until I finally decided to hang up and just order from Gabriels instead.

I stood at the cash waiting for 7 mins to order. I watched an employee make 4 pizzas without asking what Id like or even acknowledging my existence. We were 3 feet away from each other. It was only when someone else who was on a break in the back came up front that I was finally able to order. Hopefully the pizza will taste better than their service. Usually I always order from the Bells Corners, Robertson Rd location, theyre great over there.

If u want cheese in the crust, don t order from this location. I recently ordered 4 pizza with cheese in the crust and it was a total joke. See the pictures for yourselves. Basically you re not getting what u paid for.

Good quality pizza, better than other pizzerias I have tried in this area. This location is quite busy and may deliver with some delays especially on weekends. They are trying their best I guess. I will give them 5 stars if they improve their delivery service and become on-time.

Delicious as always. They dont skimp on toppings also. If I go to a Pizza Hut, Im ordering the classic cheese pizza, classic veggie pizza, or a classic pepperoni pizza (with hot peppers) with Burning Hot Buffalo Wings (best spicy wings of the top competing pizza chains) and the garlic bread with cheese. Yes, Pizza Hut is greasy but its a tasty pizza that is worth the set back in calories on a diet.

We always had good experience and friendly customer service. But this time today I guess they have some supervisor or their manager he was extremely rude, racist and not at all cooperative. We placed order for triple treat box, we are vegetarian so we asked to replace the chicken with something else. We always were replaced it with something else. But this manager/supervisor had been racist and behaved with us badly. Never gonna order from pizza hut again

The pasta was delicious even though it wasnt hot. I ordered the contactless delivery which apparently means they deliver it to your doorstep and in no way contact you so that you know that it has arrived. Not sure how long it sat on my stoop before I found it. Also annoying is that I prepaid and tipped the delivery driver. Wont be doing that any longer.

I live between the innovation location and this one so depending where I m driving home from I hit both . It s hard to believe they are the same company . This location is very stingy with toppings . Here is side by side comparison, both ordered in the last 7 days . Avoid this location !

If this location manages to stay afloat I ll be super surprised. First tried to order to this location online to get the online only daily pizza deal and the triple treat box. Then it says Error could not calculate your order . Then I call this location the guy was super not impressed and said he could help me. So then I show up place my order in person, get quoted 15 minute wait time, pay full price did not get any of the coupon deals because they are online only only to wait 40 minutes for my order. Because they made the wrong dessert. Not impressed with pizza huts new online ordering service! Even less impressed with the action taken by this location and it s staff for mediocre pizza I don t see Pizza Hut making it any longer I m today s world. It s stuck in the early 90s where this was acceptable. Will not be back to this location or brand.

I felt really bad for the limited staff in the restaurant. They have to deal with, I m assuming, chronically grumpy customers. Whomever is the manager / owner of this location needs to take note of these negative reviews. I love pizza, but I m not willing to put up with miserable service AND pay for it. Fool me once, shame on you!

Normally very Good but the last 2 times its been made really sloppy. Unfortunate because used to always be good and now seems hit or miss depending how busy they are and whos making it.

You basically get seated for the buffet, they take your drink order, but they never come back for refills. So, $3 for a one-time fill is pretty unsatisfactory. They updated the interior a while ago, but the bathrooms are pretty grungy and cold.

Bad service in this restaurant. I ordered pizza to pick up over the phone, they ask me about my name and phone number and they said we will call you when it s ready. After half an hour I went there and wait for 45 Minute but nobody called yet. When I asked them about my order they said we did not make it yet.

It says my pizza has been in the oven for 1 hour on the tracker and there is no answer at the phone number.... 10 rings then busy signal it sucks that I prepaid for this on the website on my credit card for a contactless delivery. how do I get my pizza or my money back?

If there were negative stars to this branch specifically of PIzza Hut, I would give it. I have had instances, where i ordered food from them which was never delivered. Their customer service was absolutely horrible and half the time, they dont bother picking up the phone. Bad BRANCH Customer Service & BAD BRANCH Management.

Missing items from online delivered order. It took an hour for someone to answer phone at store. Was told that this location was no longer doing orders at 7pm. Then i was put on hold for 10min then they hung up on me. The food we did get was delicious but the very poor customer service is not worth it. Highly not recommended.

Wort service ever.......took over 30 minutes to get served. Waitress was very dismissive. Waitied another 30 minutes before our pizza arrived at our table. Waitress never came by to ask us how are pizza was or to ask if we wanted a refill on our beverages. Never going back there.

Worst experience Ive had in a long time! Had the buffet but had to wait for cheese fingers, pizza and then wait for dessert! Also, no one came by to even ask if we wanted a refill on our drinks! We wont be going again

I was really disappointed this time which about 2-3 weeks ago. I was too disappointed to write the review then so I am writing it now. Pizza hut was always good to me but this time I just could not let it go. I placed an order online with my usual account. I ordered early at 3:30pm to pick up my order for 6:15pm. It was well im advance. The last time I did that my order was ready as soon as I got there. This time i come in at 6:15pm on the dot. They said it would just be a couple of minutes. Ok that is fair. They seemed to be really busy but then they said a few more minutes. Well a few minutes became 20 minutes and then eventually a half hour i thought the whole point of ordering early was to not have to wait. I may as well have just ordered right when I got there. Not only was it late they almost forgot one of my pizzas to which i said there should be one more pizza. Guess what that became another few minutes. To top it off? I had 2 orders of boneless wings to which I got regular wings, and they were not even the right flavor! I totally should have checked it before I left the pizza joint as I found out when I got home. Lesson learned. I was very disappointed this time as like I said they have always been good to me. I really hope this does not happen the next time I go there, if I ever decide to go back again.

Stay away from in restaurant dinning. This place is absolutely horrible. Delivery/Pickup, not bad. Today my son and I tried to go in to have the buffet, but clearly they were understaffed. After waiting 5 to 10 minutes for a table, Im told to just sit wherever I want. The problem therein, is all tables were not bused from previous customers. They cleaned up a table, but again the restaurant was maybe half full and could not keep up with buffet pizzas. A cheese pizza came out, grabbed two slices for my son before they all went away, half a combination came out, a Hawaiian came out and a veggie. Seriously, just stay away. This isnt the first time we experienced this horrible buffet. Want a pizza hut buffet? Go to bank street location. The Hazeldean location is horrible.

For the record this was my preferred Pizza Hut in Ottawa since I moved here 4 years ago, I ve had plenty of good experiences here but tonight has made me forget all about them. The restaurant was moderately busy, but nothing major. There was our table, along with another 4 or 5. We ordered our drinks, a pasta dish, a calzone, a large pizza for the table and one to take home for their 5$ deal. Around 45 minutes later the first pasta dish arrives. No plates, no forks, no napkins, no drinks. About 10 minutes later the pizza shows up. They dropped it off and before we could ask for plates, forks, napkins or drinks the waitress had left. To their credit, I m guessing they thought we didn t like the look of our pizza (Which we didn t, but that s a different story) because one of the waiters said he would put another one in the oven and make another, but we explained to him that the reason we didn t start eating was because we didn t have the plates or cutlery, so we requested that along with our drinks. About 5 minutes later, they brought out the most depressing calzone you ve ever seen, it looked like a panini that someone took a hammer to, and again, no cutlery or drinks. They finally came back with the drinks and forks after another 5 or so minutes. No napkins, but to be honest we were just happy that we could start eating. The food was terrible, really nothing to say there. Once we finished the waitress asked again what we wanted on our medium pizza to take home. As it turns out. She never put the order in the system so we had to wait another 30 minutes for that pizza to cook. We would have just told them to forget the second pizza so we could leave, but the whole reason we went to Pizzahut was for this 5 dollar deal on the second one. This is a choice that we definitely regret. This was honestly the worst experience I ve ever had dining out, and I will not be returning to this location, or any Pizzahut in the future.
