By far the worst pizza I have had- I and my friends couldnt even finish one slice of this pizza, it was so full of cheese and dough and so few toppings. The crust was undercooked and it caused stomach ache for me. We had to throw it all away. Would never return.

Dough was undercooked and too thick to chew. Only tasted cheese nothing else. I wish I had a picture from my bin where I threw their whole unbaked dough and cheese (who would call that a pizza?) This place is going nowhere, their disinterest to provide good quality and tasteful pizzas is appreciable. Food

I have been eating Willys since the OG location on Hazeldean Rd in the early 90s and my order tonight was very disappointing unfortunately. It was close to an hour and a half before I got my pizza which was very cold and not the same Willys quality that I have loved for so long. (Didnt even go light on the onions as asked) Had similar experience with my last order as well or what not have left this comment.

Ordered to hotel...was quick and still super hot. Pizza was good and lots of cheese.

I ve been ordering from Willy s for at least 10 years. The quality is always great and I find the service is excellent. They use their own delivery team who do a great job too. Wings are much better than you might expect from a pizza place

Grabbed a medium Willys Supreme pizza an hour before they closed and it was the BEST pizza pie I have had in a very long time! Lots of cheese and toppings and the leftover slices were fantastic the day after. Glad I discovered this place. My new go to pizza place!

I have lived in kanata for 13 years now.! There s lots of good pies out there but Willy s by far takes first place !!! Not only is the pizza delicious all of Willy s food is extremely consistent! You re going to get the same great pizza 10 out of 10 times and that for me is the secret to great food . Staff will make you feel like family!

Newspaper on the chicken wings felt uncomfortable and unsanitary. I understand that it is a style although it felt unsatisfying. As well, the dough ended being too soft to get it felt raw while the honey garlic wings I ordered came in with barely any sauce on top

Sad business very sad. No management at all. Make up charges along the way and change prices when ever they chose. When you ask they get all smart full of attitude and defensive.

They accommodated delivering food very quickly for 35 people for our baseball team. In addition, they helped talk through the order on the phone, then provided plates for our salads. Lastly, the group of 35 loved the pizza as it was thick and loaded with toppings, and the salads creamy Greek dressing was really tasty. Great job.

Always great food. Always too much though hehehehe. Love the pizzas and the burgers and the fries. Great menu. Whenever we order we always aim for leftovers so plan for that. The prices are decent especially when you consider their pizzas are great as leftovers the next day.

So first off I just want to thank the staff and owner at Willy s pizza for making myself and my husband pizza every Friday. Working during covid is mentally, and physically exhausting especially with all the safety protocols they must follow I have been coming to this location for weeks and the staff always have masks and follow the covid protocols. I m greeted with a smile and it s so lovely to see. The pizza is off the charts. Fresh toppings, generous cheese and of course amazing customer service. Thank you to the owner and the staff for filling my tummy and always making me feel welcome!

Picked up our pizza and the guy cooking was not wearing a mask.This had us worried. Pizza was great tho, I m second guessing coming back if they re not following protocols

I ve read a few reviews here and I see a common trend of complaints about masks, I hope you folks understand there are health exemptions from wearing masks some people cannot it s their own medical health. As a long time customer of Willy s I firmly believe they have all measures properly in place having been there monthly for the BBQ Chicken pizza! There s plexiglass through out dividing the staff from the customers, masks on all staff at all times even with Willy s written on it, hand sanitizer readily available and automatic doors on all public access points bathrooms included. The food is amazing the best pizza in town you get what you pay for and quality is what you get! The staff are always warm and welcoming, the service is fast and efficient, and quality control is on point and the foods always hot! Cheers to the staff for providing to the hungry people during this whole pandemic!

I must say willys in Kanata is awesome.... I ve tried other places and willys is still the best... now I have ordered from willys on Richmond rd, sorry to say no I didnt enjoy it at all... I even ordered spaghetti the sauce was bad.... same name but Kanata location spaghetti was awesome sauce great.... wish Kanata would help them out give them some tips

Their menu may look like a typical pizza places, but everythings done very well! The garlic chicken is our favorite pizza, and I also really like their wraps, fries, and Greek salad. Portion sizes are very generous! The owner and staff are great too.

Lots of toppings, especially cheese & it s good cheese. Always delivered hot by a friendly driver. Stoped in the other day for a slice. We were not disappointed, they were awesome.

I usually order from another location and get my pizza well done so the cheese is crispy, but they werent doing it properly all the time so I tried this location for the first time to see if they would do it properly. Called them and specified that I wanted the pizza well done and the person agreed and asked if I wanted the cheese crispy. I said yes. I go in and look at the pizza and the cheese is very white and stringy but not at all well done and not crispy at all. I asked if they could put the pizza in longer as because it wasnt well done as they agreed upon. The person who put my pizza in glared at me for 5 seconds and said nothing. So he was mad at me and giving me the death stare because I wanted him to put it in longer even though they were the ones that didnt follow their own instructions. If you wont follow cooking instructions, then why offer it? Just say you cook it one way and thats it. Very Annoying. Going to try another pizza place. Dont want to deal with the death stare when they make a mistake. Pizza is good when its cooked Well done though.

This was my first time ordering from Willys and I decided to order online for the convenience. The app was easy to use and placed my order no problem. Received an confirmation immediately that my pizza would be ready for pick-up in 30 minutes. When I arrived there was a bit of confusion and I had to show the confirmation on my phone. Well it appears they missed my online order but apologized and got it in the oven immediately. What impressed me was the Manager / owner apologized and handed me a gift certificate for the entire amount. I always believe you measure a business in how they handle adversity and difficult situations with respect to their customers and Willys went above and beyond! Oh ya the pizza and onion rings were awesome!!!! Thank you for the great customer service and we will be back.

Just driving through the area and had a craving for pizza once I checked into my hotel, called Willys for delivery to the hotel and it was delicious!! Excellent customer service. Wrong pizzas were delivered so we called and they saw how the mistake was made. They quickly fixed it and sent the correct pizzas over. Delivered by the owner himself. Ordered last night to see what all the buzz was about and was highly disappointed. was told 45 min for delivery and food showed up almost an hour and a half later. Pizza was ice cold, had barely any sauce and the dough was dryer then the desert. basically I paid for a giant pile of cheese and toppings. Definitely my first and last time. Would not recommend.

I ordered and prepaid for a large pizza at 4:00 and it arrived at 6:30. It was supposed to be 60 minutes on a Friday evening. Unfortunately for me I bought it as a present to surprise my son because he was angry with me. I told him at 4:45 to expect a pizza shortly. Now hes even more upset with me. Thanks Willys! Lesson learned, dont prepay and dont prepay a tip . Also dont try to get your son to forgive you with a pizza from Willys.
