-Food was alright -My steak was bone dry (I had to as for BBQ sauce) -Cajun fries are very good -Steak was tasty (a little too much red, I asked for well done) -took ages to get our food. Took around 20mins just to get appetizers and another 20 mins to actually get our food which we ordered along with the appetizers. Food was good and tasty, Cajun fries were great. Would recommend to someone not on a time crunch. Vegetarian options: Entire plant based menu Parking: Decent parking options. Hubby and I went out for date night. Food was amazing and the drinks were great! We will be going back!

We went before a Senators game. The food was good but the service was average.

Great ambience but food and service was disappointing, considering the price. Caesar salad had over salted croutons. Sweet potato fries were also over salted and dry.

The food was really cold, inedible, and even when we asked the waitress for the bill, she forgot about us even until we called her several times, and she didnt apologize either. Insanely disgusting piece

We had a large group for a family dinner. Menu had something for everyone in our group including a vegetarian and a vegan and a toddler. The service was a little disappointing as they seemed to have all the table seating numbers wrong. The vegan order was sent out with just lettuce leaves and tofu (none of the other stuff included) and then they sent the wrong sauce (peanut - which was not a part of the meal and thankfully no one had allergies). We had to wait a long time for desserts to come out. And then had to ask for the bill - half my group had already left. Overall, not a great experience - especially since they did nothing to reduce the total of the bill when we had to ask for them to fix the same persons meal three times.

My only complaint is that it was a bit cold at our table on from the fan.

Excellent everything. Not more to say....

So far, we have eaten here 3 times and enjoyed every meal.

My favourite fish tacos, absolutely delicious. It was quite a wait for the food and some of it had cooled off but the service was otherwise excellent. Not too loud, clean, lots of parking.

I was with a friend, we came back in the Kanata Milestones because we had enjoyed our first time lunch over there. The deacons time it was a super good as the first time. It s A super ambiance, extraordinary food and excellent service Food

We came here for dinner last night. Service was extremely slow - it was about an hour before our meals arrived. The couple next to us, who sat down after us, received their meals about 15 minutes before we did. We were never asked if we wanted more drinks despite my husband s glass being empty for at least half the time we were there. When I asked for a takeout box, we were given one with water in the bottom and had to request another. We planned to order dessert but decided against it since we didn t want to wait another hour.

Was there Friday September 13th with a party of 10. Restaurant wasn t full nor was patio. Our service was terrible. It took 1.5 hours to get our food and the orders were wrong, food was cold and had to be sent back. One person decided to keep their steak dinner that was well done, not medium rare like he ordered because he didn t want to wait another hour for his dinner. We weren t asked if we wanted coffee or dessert and had to keep tracking down our waitress. Bills came for each couple and they were all wrong. Everyone was very disappointed in our experience and the food.

This is usually our go to place, but today was a real disappointment . Our salads were such small portions for 18 dollars, arrived with six pieces if beets and six pieces of tomatoes, a hand full of mixed greens and had no goat cheese and no pecans. The steak for an add on was another 18 dollars which was so small. Ive had this meal so many times before and today was a disappointment. My daughter had the same salad with a shrimp add on and she got four small shrimp for $ 11.00 add on. It will be a while before I go back. Went back ....food so salty. I mentioned it to the server and she pretended she didnt hear me and walked off. She was just rude.

Took my son there for his birthday. The food was awful and the service was pathetic. They also had a rodent crawling on the floor.

I have to give the food 3 stars here, and Im being generous. I ordered the wagyu meatloaf, and Im pretty sure it was 2 frozen hamburger patties obfuscated with gravy. It was apparent by the congruence of shape and even-ness of width of both pieces. So it felt lazy and dishonest. I wouldve preferred a real meatloaf

If u are going for ambiance then go here. However for a good stake or nice meal please count me out. Although we ended up being given a discount for the stake that tasted spoilt I wasnt impressed because I was actually hungry.

Ordered the blue cheese burger, fries were soggy, burger patties were massively over cooked and my party waited just slightly under 2 hours for our food. Restaurant was not busy at all. Our waiters were great though.

Service was slow despite there being less than 20 people in the restaurant before 9:30, for reference they close at 11:00. Drinks and food were slow, and cold. The mashed potatoes tasted like dehydrated instant potatoes, which was disappointing for a $35 plate of food. Prices were high and portions were small. The chicken was pink, and the meatloaf was saltier than McDonalds French Fries. Our servers did not check up on the table, more drinks would have been ordered if they did. Disappointed as it was each of our first time going to Milestones, won t be rushing back.

No complaints. Food was excellent, service too, though it wasnt busy yet so cant say if youre one of dozens of dining parties.

A most enjoyable Fathers Day dinner with my daughter

Went today with my wife and daughter. This was the worst dining experience I have had in years. It was so bad all my wife and I could do was laugh. When they brought the food they never came back for a table check. My wife wanted hot sauce that they forgot three times and she eventually had to go to the back from the patio and get it herself. They brought the wrong beer and then forgot to bring the replacement until the end of the meal. My wife brought the new beer out with her when she got the hot sauce. The burger bun was very stale. When I mentioned it I wasn t trying to get it removed from the bill I was just letting them know and the girl gave me attitude like I was trying to get something for free. They offered us free dessert so my daughter got ice cream. It came out in a filthy dish and we just sent it back and told them not to worry about it. I saw the manager and brought up the couple things that had gone wrong and she just made excuses and didn t seem too concerned about it at all. No attempt to rectify any of it or even make much of an apology. They took $15 off of a $135 bill as a gesture for the food quality issues but made zero attempt at addressing the brutal service. It was easy to tell that the staff has the same careless and worry free approach as the management We used to go here quite a bit but this will be the last time. What a shame because the menu and location etc are great. Lots of great options in the area. Avoid this one

This is the first time we could ever dare eating out as a family due to my sons multiple food allergies. The staff was amazing at taking time to listen to us, taking allergies seriously and doing everything they could do to accommodate us safely. We are grateful for the team from the waiter to the chef and also to the manager of the restaurant who approved the safety of our food. We did feel safe and enjoy a delicious dinner. Thank you very much. Dietary restrictions: Tree nut, peanut, sesame, mustard, mango and egg allergies accommodated safely. Very impressive.

Nice dinner location. Not too busy for a Sunday evening. Ceasars were $7 on special. Chicken Penne, Shrimp Scampi and Two Patty Smashed Burger for the three of us. Staff were attentive but not pushy. Although we did not partake, desserts looked yummy. Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible.

If you have a gift card, good luck!!! Had to pay out of pocket because the card doesnt seem to work on their terminal. Food was decent ,but for the price Ive eaten at better establishments..The manager did give us a 20% discount thankfully. Needless to say, we wont be going back

Food was certainly good, and the atmosphere is clean and classy. That said, we waited about 35 minutes to order and then the food took another 25 minutes to arrive. All in all our lunch was two hours long and over an hour of it was just waiting. It would have been nice if the servers were checking in on folks more. Ill be back but this is not a fast or even quick restaurant.

Im very disappointed that they removed the Chicken Parm from their menu. It was the best in town. What a shame...

Have visited Milestones more than once This one did not do the trick. Service louse, food unacceptable. Will not return.

I attended happy hour with a group of coworkers. Upon receipt of our bills the 9 of us noticed we were billed full price for all of our our drinks and food. When we brought the billing issue up our server said she would need to send the manager out. The manager, Jaden, then came out and said that none of the servers wanted to deal with us due to our rudeness. I asked when we were rude outside of questioning our bill. Jaden then said she was there because no one else would deal with us and asked how I would know given that I didn t even know how much I had drank. I had consumed 3 glasses of wine and questioned the prices on the bill not the quantity of glasses. I also witnessed rude comments made to others in my party but leave it to them to report their own issue. I have never posted a review of any restaurant but feel this is necessary given how incredibly rude the manager treated our group. Despite having been a regular at this location I will not be returning to this or any other milestone location.

I ve been to hundreds of restaurants, and never experienced such poor communication skills and rude behaviour, so disgusting ! Never again

Went for a BD dinner (which I specified when making the reservation) and to watch the game. The TVs were on, but no sound even though there were several people at the bar watching. The food was good. Waitress and service were awful. No one came to ask us if we needed anything once the meal was served, or even if we were pleased. Our drinks were not refilled and we not offered dessert. I sat with my plate in front of me until we finally gave up and went to the bar to ask for our bill and a different waitress brought it to us. Very disappointing. We left and went to another restaurant in the centrum for drinks and the game.

We were a group of six showing up late evening ... most of us hangry from a long day on the motorcycle. We were hungry and tired and happy that our waitress was quick to oblige. Happy bellies - all of us. The mushroom soup was lovely and finished up with a slice of key lime pie. Friends ordered appetizers, drinks and full meals. It was a great evening.

Visited this place yesterday to celebrate my sister-in-law s graduation. Jacob was very polite and professional. It was great experience.

Delicious food, good service and great atmosphere.

Terrible, expensive, experience. My wife and I sat at the bar only to be crowded by a staff member dining at the end of the bar who didnt have the good sense to move down when there was room to do so. This was followed by the bartender continually inattentive due to her chatting continually with said staff girlfriend. We ordered terribly over priced food, me the steak sandwich $26 or $28 dollars for literally 4 bites of steak and huge amounts of bread and French fries. The steak ordered medium rare was chewy as gum. My wife ordered fish tacos which were good and a Caesar salad which she didnt care for. This place is over priced with sub par food and service there are better options out there.

Significant delay in getting main course after appetizer. After waiting for an hour, we had to have it packed to take home. No apologies/concerns from the server who was nonchalant about the situation.

Tam the hostess was great. Our server Lea was great. The prime rib was the best I ve had in years. Calamari was cooked perfectly, delicious. Milestones has took a turn for the better over the last few years. Cheers to the cooks who are doing an amazing job!

The appetizers and main dishes were really delicious and cooked perfectly. The cocktails were very disappointing, they didnt take good at all, I had a hard time finishing them.

Vegetarian options: I had the roasted red beet salad all ingredients was fresh and very good. Food

Went in for lunch with my team today, Told the waitress i was very hungry as i hadnt had breakfast and to recommend something that was generous and with a lot of protein. She recommended the Mediterranean Chicken meal. When the plate arrived, it was two pieces of grilled chicken breasts, seems as though it was warmed up in a microwave and served, no other sides to the plate, left the restaurant disappointed and hungry.

Visited recently milestones in Kanata, the food was amazing and hostess super nice. I have to admit this milestones surpassed all our expectations and was a hands down a 10 on 10. All the meals we all ordered was amazing including their starters and salads. Food was so tasty, cooked to perfection and and was absolutely delicious. Everyone raved how good the food was after leaving.

Perfect place for casual/formal dining. The taste is amazing. Tried wham bam shrimp and green thai curry bowl. Both recommended Food : 5/5

We had a great time! The food was delicious and service wonderful. One of our favorite spots to eat!

I made a reservation by phone, because it was not possible to make it on line. At first the reservation was for 8 chairs for 17:00. I called back to change it to 5 chairs for 17:00. When I arrived, they did not have my reservation and stuck us at a bench seat with two chairs. The person was completely lost as to what to do or how to find the table I had reserved. Staff desperately need training in hospitality. Steaks are very tiny. The place really does need renovations to brighten it.

In Ottawa, this is a good restaurant for a great meal. It is expensive, but prices are fair because they have truly mastered what is on their Menu. Food and service wise, you will likely not be dissapointed, at least by Canadian standards. A sorepoint is how small booth tables are but the restaurant layout allows free unencumbered movement, but there are precautions to bectaken into account for accessibility issues. You should call ahead if that is a concern. Washroom areas are clean. Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian oprions. They have some fkexibility. Parking: Choose your restaurant visit times carefully. Kid-friendliness: Not adequate at all. Nice staff, they will accomodate children, but its not the place for toddlers or infants. Wheelchair accessibility: You need to call ahead and inform yourself just before visiting.

The sweet chili bowl was very good. The steak however was a real disappointment. The knife was dull and unable to cut, the server was no where to be found, the potatoes were cold, one carrot was cooked the other not and the green beans looked pathetic and were cold. Really. You could do much better. Its not pleasant when one is sorely disappointed in all aspects of their meal.

We had the worst steaks of our lives there. They were served cold, meat was so tough that it was impossible to eat. I doubt the cuts were the ones that we asked for. Mashed potatoes were awful like made from the box, vegetables were not steamed well and were tasteless and unpleasant to eat. The whole meals were served cold. And yet, you can look up the prices there for the steaks. Absolute failure food. When talking to my friends and colleagues today everyone said oh never order steaks at Milestones. I wish we knew. We could say it of course there, but we had a family event and didn t want to spoil it. But lesson learned, will never have dinner at Milestones again. The service was very very good and everyone was nice, the atmosphere and ambience was great. Unfortunately this is not enough for a good restaurant

I have been really hesitant on writing a review but it was such a horrific experience. I am a server as well and have worked in the restaurant industry for years so I am compassionate with servers but wow. We were not seen on Valentine s Day for 15 minutes and drink times were over 10 minutes a drink. The server paid no attention to us and the wait times for an extra sauce or takeout box were ridiculous. I understand it s a busy night but her section looked to be about a 3-4 table section and service was lacking in all. A friend of mine was also in the section and said the service was horrendous as well. When you get 3 rounds of drinks, appetizers, main courses and deserts you expect better. Keep in mind we tipped well.

Cold food and very slow service. They blamed it on a busy kitchen, the restaurant wasn t even half full on a Tuesday evening. Don t go.

The food is of great quality. The service leaves a lot to be desired. The brunch menu is excellent.

Had the 7 ounce sirloin with a side of vegetables and caesar salad. The service was great, very attentive. But the portion size was so small on a huge plate. The steak was small, minimal vegetables and the salad also a small portion with mostly core pieces.

$300 for a single round of drinks 3 meals and an appetizer tax and tip is a touch insane.

Made a reservation through OpenTable for a date with my husband. Food was great but the service (by Sabrina) was terrible and confusing. She never did a quality check, or offer us anything after the plates were dropped at the table. We were hoping to stay a while and have another drink and dessert before our movie but never had the chance. We were just left to sit there awkwardly for 40 mins at an empty table with empty glasses in a quiet corner of the restaurant where no one was passing through so we couldnt flag anyone down. We ended up just leaving money on the table and left because our movie time was coming up and there was no one to help us. They also canceled our reservation on OpenTable, which Im assuming they did so that we couldnt leave a bad review?

We had a great Galentine day

While Ive only been to this location once in person, which in of itself was a bad experience (Food was cold, and took too long). My family went out to eat here and brought me back a meal. Whatever you do, dont order the chicken sandwich. Sloppy, messy, reeks and its unappetizing. Can get a better crispy chicken sandwich at most fast food joints. Please dont waste your time and money here.

Where to start, my Caesar drink was nasty tasting then I ordered a coke and it was brought to the table nearly clear. There was no carbonation nor any syrup so it was pretty much a tonic water. I ordered the steak sandwich and the meat was still bloody very uncooked do not recommend at all. Would rate 0 if I could + took 35 to get served .. than another 30 to get our food ordered.

Food was mediocre, our seating was basically a hallway. The server was really nice and made the extra effort, but thats only one of three possible good things. And the food took a really long time. Despite it being only 430 when we were seated, it took till 7pm for our dinner to end.

Food and atmosphere was great! They were able to accommodate my group of 7 right away without reservation (for Saturday brunch). There wasnt too much selection for brunch choices but I was pleasantly surprised with my dish. I ordered a California Benedict and it was very delicious. There was just one hiccup where I requested no mint in my mocktail. It arrived with the mint but luckily my kid didnt notice it. I would definitely come back.

Very nice chain upscale restaurant. The service is quick and super nice. The food is fresh and well made, I ordered pasta and salad. Everything was tasty and fresh but nothing too exciting. I really enjoyed the drink (god help me cant remember its name) . Overall a very good place for a nice meal, 100% would come back

We arrived 10 mins late, but were served promptly. Our waitress finally took our order for our drinks. 20 mins later a different server brought our drinks. After about another 20 mins our waitress took our order for food. 45 mins later the server that brought our drinks brought our food. Unfortunately it was all cold. Cooked to perfection, but if they had brought it out 15 mins previously it would have been a great meal. They did compensate usgreatly for our meals, but this did not make a good first impression.

I have eaten a a few of the Milestones restaurants over the years and this one in Kanata in particular is one of the best. There are lots of cozy nooks and even though there is a lot of chatter you can have a decent conversation. 4 of us from our company Keysight shared a table and I will say Christine was an outstanding waitress. She made an excellent wine suggestion and we enjoyed it. there wasn t a long time to wait for food, she offered helpful suggestions and checked on us often. I had the Iceberg wedge to start followed by the sweet chili chicken bowl. The iceberg had lots of blue cheese and bacon and tasted great. It probably could have been its own meal. The Chicken bill was well seasoned and balanced as far as rice and chicken. Great meal. I was pretty full after that. I highly recommend it. Everyone at the table agreed it was a great spot and we enjoyed chatting with Christine she had great energy and made it a fun experience . Make sure you ask to be seated at her table and tell her Tim sent you!

Love this location, it has a seating arrangement for everyone. From well lit, larger tables for families and business people to smaller more romantic tables for couples. Food is simply delicious and fresh. We had two different dishes including the Sweet Chili Chicken bowl and Mediterranean Chicken. Both were great and flavourful but the Sweet Chili one is at another level, well balanced and delicious.

Lovely brunch. Worth the extra few dollars. The atmosphere is wonderful and the food is above average.

I was in town for a wedding and they had a social at this place. The bar tables were all reserved for the party. The service was great and quick. Staff was very attentive. As an American I am used to extremally large food portions and I was not disappointed at all. Very good food, quick service, friendly staff.

I ordered a steak with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables. The vegetables were mostly zucchini and one small piece of another squash I cant identify. The garlic mashed potatoes lacked, well, garlic! It had a good natural potato flavour but was a bit on the dry side. Great with gravy. The steak was grilled to perfection. Unfortunately, the cook had no idea how to use salt. It was the dominant flavour which is really too bad because it was cooked so well. I recommend ordering the steak without salt and adding your own to taste. Pepper on the table actually came in a grinder. Finally, fresh ground pepper at the table. Why dont more restaurants get it?

Pleasant waitress. I got a delicious ale, I think its a Big Rig Alpha Bomb IPA. The WHITE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE was very good. SIRLOIN with fried potatoes was good, but no frills. Its nice to sit on the veranda, chat, spend time with friends.

I dined in a few weeks ago for a solo meal, Mikhaila was my service and from the get go I was pleased. She was very attentive to my preferred seating (it wasnt super busy when I went in so she gave me a couple of options). The menu has changed a lot since the last time I was here years ago so I wasnt exactly sure what I was looking for but asked my server what she would suggest, Also let her know im pretty picky when it comes to food lol. She suggested any type of burger and DEFINITELY get the parmesan fries as a side.... Anyway, I ordered a bacon cheese burger with all of the toppings and a side of parmesan fries**, Im putting stars next to this side item because it is literally to DIE for. Its so tasty. Im SO glad Mikhaila suggested those, or I would have just ordered regular fries, which im sure would have been great but not quite the same lol. TL:DR: Great service! (thanks Mikhaila), Great Food (thanks kitchen)!!! GO HERE, AND GET THE PARM FRIES AS A SIDE!!

Will probably never return. I was really excited to try the Smashed Black N Blue Burger with Wagyu beef. I have a gluten and dairy allergy so I asked for it without the blue cheese and bun. They put blue cheese on it. I hate sending stuff back but I had no choice... When I got it back, I noticed they forgot the mushrooms - one of my favorite parts. Then I opened it up and noticed the burgers were significantly smaller this time around and one of them looked like 1/4 of it had been cut right off. Had I been dining alone, I probably would have just left... I honestly felt really insulted. I didnt want to complain again though so I decided Id only say something if our waitress asked how it was this time. She never did. Im definitely regretting not saying something now though. It turned out to also be dry and flavorless. Ive gotten better meals at chip stands and fast food restaurants. Super disappointing experience. I just wish I could get my $47 back

Service and food was amazing and the waitress was very understanding of my sons allergies! The waitresss name was meghan.

Our waitress was either too busy or just bad, she did not give us side plates for appetizers, she brought our mains out with the appetizers, we had to flag her down to get anything to the table. The food was okay, with the wings being better than the mains we ordered.

Usual excellent food & service. Music a trifle loud & obtrusive for a good discussion

I don t even know where to start. I was feeling sick and decided to grab roasted beat and goat cheese salad. My husband picked it up to go. This is what I got for $23. The total quantity of salad doesn t even have $5 worth of food in there . No goat cheese and was missing most of toppings. Clear case of false advertising.look at picture to see what they advertise vs what I received for $23.

Definitely not recommend more this place. Yesterday I went with my family, to celebrate my birthday, and since we arrived there, people looked like didnt want to reception us. Starting with the girl, totally grumpy, putting us in a high table outside, clueless to see that we were with our 2 year old daughter together, not safely to her. We asked to change the table, for sure, but she didnt like. We just didnt know if we needed to stay there, waiting for her, or coming to the Reception again and see what happened after this. Then, she decided to accommodate us in a right table, we could ordered. Second thing was with my moms order. Totally ridiculous. ONE small carrot piece in her vegetables, and some string beans, small piece of meat, and mashed potatoes. We requested to waitress to change the plate, but she couldnt. She just brought more vegetables and mashed potatoes, and told us that she didnt know what happened in the kitchen. If she doesnt know, imagine us. Terrible experience, terrible service, terrible birthday dinner.

Just got tuned away after having called the restaurant ahead to see if we could get seated. Young girl servers were giving us a condescending smile while turning us away. Will never come back.

Do you feel like a delicious roasted beet salad? I know I do. Unfortunately we need to look elsewhere because, even though they do have it in their menu, they actually serve BOILED beets, soggy and flavourless, instead of the crispy and seasoned ones you and I have in mind.

Very disappointing dinner!! We ordered 3 meals worth $30 each dish tonight plus wine for a total of $150 The summer feature Seafood curry was a joke...just a big plate of rice, barely any seafood. Both other dishes were cold despite sending it back it came out cold Disappointed by managers attitude...she comes out asking for feedback but then defends the food and raising her voice on us!! Definitely waste of money...not returning back to this Milestones especially because of the managers attitude...she was rude!!

I tried Milestones this Wednesday in Kanata and it was an amazing experience! On Wednesdays they have dinner for 2 options which includes one appetiser, main course for two and one dessert which I think is great option for 2 people!! We ordered Spinach and Artichoke dip and chips, Pesto Chicken Penne Asiago, Mediterranean Chicken and for dessert I ordered Carrot cake!! I loved everything but especially the Mediterranean Chicken which had alot of flavours and textures. It had chicken breast which was juicy and flavourful with goat cheese, chickpeas and spinach. The dressings on the side were soo good!!! A complete fulfilling meal!!! The pesto penne was good too and I enjoyed it!!!

Great spot, good hours. Had meatloaf which was a little heavy on the pepper. Requested not to be sat by children, and they sat us by a screaming child. Typically not an issue, but had just had a pretty stressful day. Overall, great experience.

Very nice a bit upscale with good atmosphere. First time eating here and very much enjoyed the salmon dish. Excellent service with all staff nicely attired and pleasant. Will return. Aug 24 still good. Dietary restrictions: Asked by server if anyone had food allergies. Parking: Huge lot.

My husband and had a wonderful lunch date today at the Kanata location. Our waiter Jake provided excellent service, checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our food and experience. The food was excellent and a great value for what you get. With one small issue that was taken care of immediately we were visited by a manager with an apology and offered a free dessert. We appreciated the attention to making our outing a wonderful experience as we aren t able to get out together often. We will be back to take advantage of their Wednesday night date night soon!

Everyone enjoyed their meal. If you like blue cheese the black and blue smash burger is great.

Food quality and quantity could use improving.

Ive been to Milestones a handful of times and its never really stood out. Everything has been alright and its never been my first choice but Ive always been happy to tag along. My last visit was particularly notable. I would preface this with the following: Im all for a greasy hamburger. Dry burgs are a travesty, so the following statement is not a product of me be adverse to grease.. But that Smashed Black & Blue Burger was by far the greasiest dish of any kind that Ive ever eaten. I struggle to believe that Wagyu and a handful of cheese could possible produce the amount of grease that covered every inch of this (otherwise decent) burger. Did the chef drop a bottle of canola oil on it? Not sure, but it was truly drenched. Typically having a strong stomach, I naturally wasnt feeling great later that evening after the sheer volume of grease that was consumed. Ill go back if the crew wants to go there, but something went really wrong with this dish, unfortunately. On the flip side our server Tiernan, Tyrian, or something Lannister-like (sorry, Im good at associating names but not the names themselves) was chill and the food was quick.

My fiance & I always point out how busy it is every time we pass by, so we had to try it for our anniversary ! Weve never experienced fine dining, so we didnt come in with any expectations. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our food & had a great time. We were the only table eating by the time we finished, but it was in-between meal times on a Saturday. I had the baby back ribs with grilled chicken breast, dill slaw, and cajun fries ($30) & my fiance had the sirloin steak with cajun fries ($32). His order was a lot smaller than mine despite costing more, as you can tell by the photos. This & the prices in general are probably the only downside.

Not bad, we ordered the steak sandwich and Thai noodles, will come again..

Classic breakfast with sausage. Very tasty sausage and potatoes. Everything was good. Service was a tad slow due to large crowd, but our server, Tiernan, was awesome. Overall a good breakfast.

Location closes at 11pm but server said kitchen closed and drinks only at 9:20? That s poor practice and it leaves your returning customers open to repeated disappointment. Won t be returning until you get your basic business practices sorted. This is basic stuff.

Great restaurant in Kanata! Friendly staff, great food and great drink selection. I would recommend giving this place a try.

Delicious food every time I come here. I had the mushroom chicken, and it was amazing as usual

I had the squash ravioli which is my go to favourite. Not anymore. There were no little peppers and it was so salty I sprinkled it with lemon to try to cut the salt. It was still inedible. I had it a month ago and it was delicious so I assume it has something to do with the chef.

Milestones has always been a win for our family. The decor is on point, modern with a sexy flair. The food has always been excellent. Weve eaten lunch and dinner there many times. Given the high food prices, we find great value dining here. The staff have been friendly and responsive. I highly recommend it whether its a date night, girls night out or a family celebration.

A real treat...and Madi was a an attentive server...crazy for the chicken lettuce wraps

Adding another review for the last time we were there. We showed up 15 minutes before 5 and when the waiter came to our table there were still 3 minutes left for the happy hour, the waiter acknowledge that the happy hour hasnt ended but refused to serve us the happy hour items cause we are too late. Like always, food tasted fine, service just cannot seem to keep up with the price. Love the decor and the food is delicious. We did moved our table from the patio to the inside due to the heavy wind last time.. the service was really bad so I guess our server wasnt happy.

Milestones was attentive to the way we wanted our meals right down to no sauce (as requested). Place was clean. Staff were friendly.

The service was excellent, as was the food. Its a bit of a fancy decor and atmosphere, but customers were dressed in all different manners. The price was reasonable and there really wasnt any wait for a table or for the food. Everything was quick. I had the butternut squash ravioli and it was so delicious. I also tried to white chocolate cheesecake for dessert and it was delicious too. It was a great meal before going to the cinema across the parking lot on a date night.

If youve been to one Milestones youve been to them all. Like all the rest, its a 4 star experience. Tries a bit too hard to be fancy and upscale, but I cant hold that against it.

We visited here for a dinner time . The atmosphere was pleasant, very silent and a good ambiance . I never felt this concealed ambiance in any restaurant in Kanata centrum . Food quality is top notch . Also service by the staffs are too friendly. The mushroom soup is so delicious. We can see all the flavours in Thai green curry. Cheesecake is melting in the mouth. Vegetarian options: There is a choice of vegetarian options throughout the menu . Kid-friendliness: Definitely a family friendly place

Steak was cooked perfectly, other than that, service was slow, dont order cosmos from here

Great experience, really good food.

Food was good. Service was excellent. Nice restaurant overall and seems well very well managed. Had calamari to start - was good, but I would drop the coconut and lower the salt as it was too salty. The mango dip with it was good. Had virgin Caesar and my wife had strawberry lemonade - both were good - liked the fresh mint in lemonade. I had the prime rib - was supposed to be medium rare, but came very rare. They did cook it a bit more and was good after. It came with mashed potatoes, which were good, but slightly undercooked and green beans, which were perfect. Wife had the chicken parmesan on noodles - she liked it and said it was tasty. The noodles had a herb dressing. For desert we had the cheese cake with caramel. Was good. Got coffee with it, which was good but not hot... Overall liked the experience and would be back.

I had the Benedict by the Ocean. Basically, the Ocean patties are like crab cakes which are too grilled and blackened. Would have had the Classic.
