I recently tried the Philly Steak and Cheese sub and was impressed by both the quality of the food and the overall experience. The portion size was generous, the flavor was excellent, and the customer service was prompt and attentive. It was a positive dining experience that exceeded my expectations.
Had a nice meal at Firehouse Subs raising evening. Service was excellent. Our subs looked like they really took attention to making them look and taste great. The server was friendly and quick to serve. Staff took attention to keep the place clean, including a washroom check, and I could see additional staff in the back checking their products, Everything you could ask for in a dining experience in a smaller establishment. KUDOS to firehouse subs.

The subs here are amazing. Ashy always pas special attention and has spot on gold standard customer service. If you have tried their subs I strong suggest it, very fresh ingredients and filling.
Today, I went to Firehouse Subs to pick up lunch for my staff. I've been doing this for the past few days with no issues at other locations. However, when I went to the Connecticut location and ordered three large subs, I was informed that the location does not honour what the company's website says. Even if you order three large subs, you will only receive three medium subs. This was disappointing, as the website clearly states otherwise. When I asked the staff about the discrepancy, they were unhelpful and did not offer any explanation. Upon receiving my order, I saw that there was a medium sub in place of one of the large subs that I had ordered. Despite what the receipt said, the policy at this location is clearly not in line with what the company advertises. I will not be returning to this location again.
Went here for lunch today and it was amazing I got a large as I skipped breakfast but I couldn't finish. Will be going back 100% best subs hands down.
Garbage! $100 for dried out over done food meatballs were burnt and dried out chicken was gross we asked for extra mayo they gave us none on our subs best part of the meal was the cookies that s pathetic would never return!

The food is amazing. I had a young man help with my order. I wish I had got his name. He was incredibly patient and helpful with my order Id like to give him a shout out. He also gave us an extra pickle and crackers for our soup. Truly appreciate.

This is the worst experience. My husband ordered a kids sub combo for my son. When they got home, there were no vegetables and sauce for the sub, just plain bread and ham.As we are both sick , we are unable to get anything else for supper!

I went here for supper, I ordered the small Firehouse Hero sub. It was delicious. Great atmosphere!
Blown away by this sub. Tried the New York Steamer and the Italian, both were very yummy. Pickle was good and not too garlicky. Bread was better than othe sub places, white and whole wheat. I already cant wait to go back.

Delicious, delicious subs!!! We LOVE the Turkey Ranch - the bread is fresh and the meat is heated to the perfect temperature. Staff are also the nicest people love this spot! Also love that I don t need to drive to Barhaven anymore for a great sub!!!

Outstanding customer service. Staff went above and beyond to ensure that my young girls were acknowledged. They treated them as important customers. Food was great, service was quick. I absolutely love the sandwiches there. It s always fresh, the meat is warm in the sandwich and the cheese melted. I order the italian and it s my favourite one. For a fast food restaurant, these sandwiches taste really authentic.
We visited for the first time, expecting just another ordinary sub place, but we were very pleasantly surprised. The sub was EXCELLENT! Everything tasted so fresh and super flavourful. We chatted with the owner who was so nice AND she gave us free cookies. We will DEFINITELY be back.
