Walked out without eating because the staff is too busy talking to take orders

An employee, Manisha, was so rude. When we asked her to grill our sub, she told us she couldnt because it would make the machine dirty. Having tried sandwiches from many Subways, this was the first time we received such a ridiculous answer.

Busy at lunch, but quick service. Standard subway store.

Very friendly and hard working staff

The customer in front me was the same nationality as the staff, so he was favoured with huge portions of ingredients while they were very cheap with me, my sandwich was dry and hard to eat.

I just had the turkey sandwich and found something white and hard with in the meat. It was absolutely disgusting. My girlfriend also found some in her turkey sandwich. I tried talking to one of the workers about it and told me there was nothing they could do about it. They told me that there is no way that it was possible. They worked almost laughed in my face which I found extremely disrespectful. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

The female employee gave me attitude when I saw her key in my sandwich twice and threw my receipt onto the counter instead of handing it to me.

Staff had a difficulty understanding my son has an allergy to nut & egg so all foods he eats must not touch egg . They either have bad communication or staff is untrained. After you ask them for nut free or egg free we also had to ask them to change or replace there gloves. They also charged us extra on my orders I did not ask for like extra chicken and cookies. For 2 salads, and 1 wrap costed us just under $40???

What the hell do we have to tip for? a Fast food Joint.... Tim Hortons doesnt request a tip, Mc Ds and all the other joints dont ask for TIPS... What the heck do they do that warrants a TIP?

First thing change the gloves more frequently please. You are adding cross-contamination to someone else s food. I and colleague has some dietary restrictions, i m vegetarian and she is allergic to dairy and red meat and they didn t bothered to change the gloves. Secondly, they add veggies like salt and pepper sprinkles on your sandwich. Additionally the veggies are not fresh at all. I had to take all the veggies out and eat the bread only. Worst experience ever. Never going again!!

The staff here makes this place an unpleasant eatery. The lady sprinkled a few lettuce and I had to ask for more twice. On the second time, she almost angrily told me it should be enough and I told her it was not. I doubt their gloves are clean as they cleaned and do all sorts of stuff besides making sandwiches with the same pair of gloves. They dont seem happy here and dont seem to like one another so the whole place doesnt feel good. This is a busy location mainly because there isnt much else around and its right off a main road. However, its just not a pleasant place to have a meal. It was my first time here and the last time too since I dont enjoy asking repeatedly for more veggies and Im skeptical about their dodgy hygiene.

Tried to use a coupon and received no discount for the correct product. Said to just use it next time, definitely not worth a 20 minute wait time.

What can I say, just a standard Subway store. Clean, fast service, decent quality sandwiches, reasonable prices, nut/peanut-free dining experience (except for the cookies). Ample parking outside.

Good as usual

The food is pretty standard Subway food. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. One young man was preparing mine and a friend s sandwich. I asked the other young man who was walking with his arms folded on his chest if he would wrap my sandwich as it was getting cold. Not only did he flatly refuse and told me he was busy, but he was rude and aggressive. The young people working here are not friendly and and welcome any opportunity to be evasive, followed by a very negative attitude. I will not go there again.

It was a good place however I could find some places for improvement like the place was pretty small and since there was mostly a rush every time I go there it should be a bit bigger also the service wasnt bad but wasnt good either, they should give a smile normally though to make customers feel better but it wasnt a bad place either you should go if you want to eat a sub.

This Subway location is the best Subway Ive been to thus far, the have good portions and the staff and Manager are always so friendly. I live in Bridlewood where I am close to 2 other Subways but prefer and will always go to this location instead

FOOD POISONING BEWARE I will never eat here again and encourage everyone reading this to avoid it as well. After eating here for the first time in years I got food poisoning a few hours afterwards. More details below. Back around 2010-2015 I would frequent this location and had never been disappointed, I must have went to it at least a few dozen times during that time period. The last afternoon I developed a subway craving and decided to visit this location. As soon as I entered it seemed to have come under completely new management since 2015 or so. I didn t think much of it but should have listened to my gut and just left. Service was slow as mentioned by other reviews and the server seemed quite slow and generally incompetent. It took her around a whole minute to put 4 slices of cheese on the sandwich and when she applied the sauces there was literally half a cup in one glob on one side, she just stared at me aimlessly until I told her to spread the sauce. Perhaps she was under training but the above just screams incompetence - it s making a sandwich at the end of the day, a 10 year old could do it. Anyways I had the sandwich, it was alright, the cold cuts might have seemed a bit on the old side but it tasted 95% standard subway so I enjoyed it. Fast forward 3 hours and I m feeling nauseous and throwing up worse than I had in years. I woke up the next morning feeling sick. Posting this at 5am so I might update depending on how I feel on the following days, but regardless this location should be avoided. FOOD POISONING BEWARE

The manager and assistant manager at this location are the ruddiest I ve ever seen! Manager was handling a situation with a little bit of rudeness and then the assistant manager jumped in when it was not called for and made the situation worst! I ve worked retail all my life and when a manager is dealing with a customer, the assistant manager should not chime in when they are not asked to help! And a manager should allow the customer to finish what they are trying to explain before they say anything and to never tell them to stop talking. Maybe they both need to take some proper management courses and customer service courses and how properly handle situations.

Very disgusted and disappointed with the manager and assistant manager. I had a situation this afternoon where my Apple Pay was declined by their machine and had to use another card. I checked my account afterwards and found that the charge actually did go through. So I went back up and started to explain that the charge did go through on my account even though it was declined and I used another card. The manager would not allow me to explain that I used another account. He told me to calm down and to stop talking so he could look at my receipts but had no knowledge as to what he was looking at. Told him to not to tell me to be quiet or to calm down, as I m trying to explain what was going on. Then the assistant manager decides to chime in and start telling me that I need to calm down and stop yelling and he doesn t like how I m talking to the manager. I explained I do not like how I m being spoken too. Even the cashier was trying to help and explain it was 2 different accounts. Finally the manager stopped and listened. He then understood and I got a refund. Never in my life have I ever felt being talked down to and dismissed with what I was saying. Telling me I was wrong when he wouldn t listen in the first place. I will never go there again for how poorly the manager and assistant manager treated me this afternoon!!!!

Am I supposed to tip my sandwich artist?

Avoid this subway specially if you are vegetarian . i went to by subway around 8:15 pm today ( oct 15th ) and noticed employee let fall chicken pieces in the lettuce bin and just took them off . he didnt bother to change the lettuce which was contaminated with chicken. when i asked he said this is allowed and very usual to get mixed non-veg with vegetable. so many vegetarian might be eating non veg unknowingly. may be vegetarians should stopped eating subway . Bun was also not fresh.

We usually good service here but today I asked for a side of ham (ordering a ham sub) in a bag which I have done many times at this location and every other subway Ive been to. Employee didnt acknowledge my request and put extra ham in the sub. I asked again and she proceeded to give me a side of mayo. I said do you not understand that I want extra ham on the side? She didnt reply but the other employee said they dont do that and its a rule. I said I have always asked and never had issues. He very arrogantly told me again they cant sell a side of ham. I asked for the manager and he said he was. Mandeep is his name and he then ignored me. I said I would complain to subway and I have. Unfortunately we wont be going back to this location. Expect the unexpected from this place.

This is a busy subway weekdays at lunch when I go here... but they typically are well staffed, efficient and the line moves fairly quickly.

Please train your staff. I got tiny amount of veggies today in the name of lettuce (Bread was visible, it was so less), 4 pieces of cucumber. 4-5 pieces of green pepper. 5 olives in the name of Olives. The lady was so tough, even after requesting she was not adding veggies. Very disappointed and disheartened today. I am a regular customer of this location, have not had this experience before.

I just started coming here a few weeks ago. It is hands down the most friendly Subway Ive been to recently. The lunch staff is so friendly and fast.

The subs here are just amazing, Ketan is a subs magician, kudos!

Ordered a promotion sandwich and salad. Guacamole was in the name of both the sandwich and salad but if I wanted it I had to pay extra for it. Said nothing on advertisement about paying extra for Guacamole and I pointed it out to the employees they argued about it I let them argue and walked out

Went there a few days ago and I could not believe what was happening. This is the first time in my life that I have had to deal with such a horrible manager, I think I am still in shock. This man came up to me in such a rude and disgusting way, such a terrible attitude that I dont even know how to explain it. This happened literally for no reason. So disrespectful, I have warned my friends and family already and I dont care if I need to take a longer ride but we are definitely not returning there.

Companies need to be careful with the people the hire because their management is TERRIBLE. I do not care how much I love subway, I rather starve than having to go back and see the managers face with his disgusting attitude. Its a bye for me.

I have never met such a manager being this rude lol. This was days ago btw, went there to pickup what I ordered and wow, extremely rude behaviour and I decided to not fight back or be rude as he was because thankfully I was actually taught to have education and be polite to others. Was just told i could not have my sub after having a gift card to pay it with. I have used it at other subways before yet this one told me I could not use it because i didn t buy the gift card there.

Actually coffee and muffin were good but when leaving I ordered an additional coffee and muffin for my wife. It literally took forever before I got it. Cheers Moe

They are extremely stingy and cheap with their toppings. The owner is very rude when it comes to adding extra toppings, even when I am only requesting for two on the sandwich. Never going back!

Good face slightly slow service

Fell asleep waiting in line ... Only 2 in front of me, 3 workers behind the counter, took >20 mins to pay and leave. Found they went very light on ingredients accept lettuce; had to insist on double olives to get 10 black olive slices on a 12 inch sub (boring night so I counted). Think majority of business is during the office work day, they did not seem to care about weekend evening customers.

Nice and simple food that is well prepared and not too expansive. I like it once in a while.

This place is really clean I quite enjoy eating lunch here its usually pretty busy around 12 to 1 p.m. to all the offices in the area. They tend to keep a lot of staff for daytime but at night time the service can be a bit slower but that is to be expected due to having no other foot traffic that time of day. Overall I would say this is a clean place to eat lunch in a hurry.

Just like any other subway. Interestingly enough it is not necessarily faster to go at non-peak hours, because the staff usually isnt prepared to serve you at 3pm or other odd times. Meanwhile they seem to be pretty efficient at lunch time.

Fast and friendly staff, tables and seats are always clean

Staff are often talking on their phone (using ear buds) while serving customers which makes it challenging to understand when they are talking to you or the person on the phone. The last time I was there, items were thrown on my sub incredibly sloppy causing most of it to fall out by the time I got home. Twice now, Ive had issues with them getting the content of a kids pak correct. Not my favorite subway to go to, but will do in a pinch.

Went there at about 7:50am on May 16th after work. Got a foot long steak flat bread. Went home and about 3 hours later was on the toilet head spinning with vomit and diarrhea simultaneously. Was gone within 30 minutes. I ve gone here multiple times before and this is the first time this has happened which is really disappointing. I know they get more volume at lunch time, maybe in the morning they recycle old meat that s already expired, I don t know. What was insulting though was when I called and talked to Amy to see if anyone else had called in with symptoms, I was told no and that a bug was going around. As if I misinterpreted the symptoms of being on the toilet throwing up for 30 minutes. I don t remember that ever happening, then being completely fine afterwards and it not bring food poisoning lol, she was very disingenuous. Careful if you come here in the morning, their food safety may be lacking.

I had the cold cut combo sub. It wasnt bad but it wasnt great either. Prices have gone up slightly too so brace yourself to pay about $8 and a bit plus tax.

Super great staff every time I go in, and they arent skimpy on the toppings like some other locations.

This location has well planned the number of employees to match the demand during certain times of day. If you walk in during lunch and find 2 or 3 dozen people in line, dont worry. The staff are kind and patient in spite of long line ups. Internet speed is very slow though :(

Normally a bit of a line up (at meal times), but staff is friendly and will load the subs up with the toppings you want. Been here many times and the bread has always been fresh as compared to a few other places where I have had stale bread before. Ill be back.
