So I ordered the teriyaki chow mein with chicken and I wanted the smaller size. When I got back to my hotel. It was the bigger size and there was no chicken in the chow mein

Disappointed. Butter chicken rubbery and 2 of our meals had a burnt chemical taste. Poutine was great. Food : 2/5

Edit to reply to owner I looked and you have many infractions over the past few years . That s not convincing . Blaming past employees for the reason health Canada did this to you is being dishonest. It s how you run your company that s giving you infractions. With your logic , I can call and claim anything I want about any restaurant and health Canada will come close them down. If that was true, I m sure your place wouldn t be the only one with disgruntled employees making false claims . I m inclined to belive that you are being dishonest about why this happened in the first place . Passing the blame and acting like you did nothing wrong will not make your food and business better in any way. This is just going to keep happening over and over again because it s clear you cut corners . Interior Health issued the order to the restaurant at 1-2300 Baron Rd. on Oct. 24 after an inspector found inadequate temperature control, a lack of access to hot water, improper sanitization of utensils and food contact surfaces, poor sanitation practices, inadequate pest control measures and insufficient hand hygiene. The owner seems to be dishonest and the food here is gross . I ve went once and wondered why it was soo bad compared to other locations I ve been to in other places . Makes sense now . Stop coming to Canada to ruin our food. Just please . I miss good quality fast food .

After hearing that someone has been bashing this business on the news, I figured I would leave a review to show my love & support for Wok Box. Our family absolutely LOVES eating here. Our favourite dish that we seem to order the most of is the Buffalo Chicken Poutine, has to be the best poutine I ve personally ever had and I m a total poutine connoisseur. We also really love the Butter Chicken here, seriously soooo good and creamy. Best place for quality comfort food. Door Dash & Uber offer lots of deals for buy 1, get 1 which is cool & affordable. Portion sizes are great. Would 100% recommend this place.. The only thing we wish could change, is for there to be more Wok Box locations around the Okanagan.

Food is okay, but very very unclean on the floor and tables and under the stove looks like it hasn t been cleaned in a month as a restaurant should be multiple times and more daily. Honestly was scared to even eat knowing how unclean and unsterilized it is.

Cook has lack of cleaness and hygiene problem, not only touching my order with bare hands also other things shirt, phone, head while cooking...disgusting. I didnt even touch food and left without tipping. He says something with a language i couldnt understand but i assume something unpleasent of not tipping. Food is tasty and not expensive

This was hands down the worst pad tai I have ever eaten and I ordered an extra one for take out. Terribly sweet and they forgot the boiled egg. When I enquired I got given an ice cold blue half egg in a bag. The firecracker noodles were so awful, no flavour except what seemed like a whole bottle of scirracha thrown in. Hands down a complete waste of money. Makes you wonder why at lunch time the place was empty. Never again. The person who received the take out threw his food in the bin and complained about the same thing.

I absolutely want love wok box. They have such amazing food and always taste extremely fresh. My only issue that I have with this specific location is that they always seem understaffed. Though, thats not to say that I dont always enjoy the food that they prepare.

The food is delicious but the restaurant and bathroom were absolutely filthy. Didn t feel very nice sitting in there to eat lunch. None of the tables were wiped and dirty dishes were so piled up in the dirty dish bin. It wasn t even busy. We were the only ones sitting in the restaurant! It would be nice if they had a change table in the bathroom for little babies who are still in diapers. Kid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly in the sense that they don t have a change table in the bathroom. They do have high chairs and child options on the menu which is awesome.

So good! Our entire family had lunch here this afternoon and we all left full and satisfied! Something for everyone including my picky daughter. Staff were friendly. Food was hot and fresh. We will be returning for sure. Highly recommend.

I was new in town recently moved to Kelowna. I always have heard about Wok Box but never been there. I had a very good experience there I met Aakash who made me comfortable by explaining all different types of items available. Briefly explained different types of sauces- which is gluten free and also we just have to choose one type of sauce flavour and subsequently we can choose our protein and whether we need it with rice or noodles. I had a good lunch starting with the appetiser followed by main course and he also Offered me Sweet Bao Buns which is amazing in taste especially with Cinnamon Sugar. I wanted to have Crispy Green Onion Cakes, how ever I forgot to tell him but when I told Aakash later he immediately changed and bought me a crispier one. I loved the experience there. Had a very good conversation with staff and also liked that they were treating me like I am at my own home. Super friendly. I would recommend to visit once and do Dine In.

I went to wok box last week for the first time, didn t really knew about menu. The guy Davinder explained the menu briefly. The food was really tasty. Overall it was a great experience . Thankyou Davinder and Wok box.

Visited wok box today , the spot gives extraordinary service and yummy meals.one of my favourite restaurants around town. Got good and rapid service by Cook Davinder . I asked him to made his favourite meal .So , he made pat thai for me i got little terrified when he makes fire that was really insane though . He was so polite to me . Went for lunch today and had the Korean beef Bulgogi. The rice was nice and fresh, the vegetables were cooked properly, nice crunch and not soft or overcooked. The beef had great flavour and I was impressed that there wasnt a sauce overload. Atmosphere is typical of any of this fast food style type of restaurant but was nice and clean. Staff were friendly. Recommend for a quick pretty healthy lunch or snack.

I visited at wok box on new year and unfortunately, it was not a great experience. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed disinterested. The food was bland and lacked flavor, and the portions were quite small for the price. Additionally, the restaurant was not clean, and the ambiance was not inviting. Never going there or recommending anyone.

Really accommodating with food needs! Kind, polite. Store is clean and organized. The wait time was a bit long. 20 minutes when there wasn t much people in the store.

Ordered a wor wonton. Terrible experience. Returned the first bowl. Tasted burnt. They made me a 2nd one. Didnt taste burnt this time but the wonton didnt taste cooked and pork tasted raw. The veggies were all raw. They gave me a 5 dollar coupon. But why would I return? *my first experience was not satisfying* I only gave a second star because he at least tried. But they should really learn how to cook Asian food*

Ordered Pad Thai take out and paid extra for additional shrimp. When I opened Wok Box there were a total of 4 shrimp and almost nothing else besides noodles - the dinner was 95% noodles cost approx $18.00

Miniature to go box. The regular size is not bigger than my hand and that cost $13. Never again. Also dry noodles dry chicken and they take forever . Also the bathroom are horrible and the place is not that clean

I was really disappointed in the serving sizes for the price, but even worse than that, they literally have the most disgusting bathroom Ive ever encountered in a business. The urine, hair, and garbage everywhere were clearly not a one day thing. The urine itself was probably weeks old and collecting fuzz and other assorted vomit worthy grossness. My Noodle dish tasted good, but Id never set foot in there again. Ever.

Tried their Singapore Noodles and Egg Fried Rice. Noodles were good but opt for the veggie instead of the chicken as their chicken is crunchy, not cooked properly or maybe its something to do with the quality of the chicken. But they are very generous with the cashews and celery. Fried rice is ok, nothing special or tasty. Just about ok. Overall not bad but could be improved.

Food is not good. I hate it and also I specifically told them not to put sweet sauce for my daughters but my daughters could not eat it because of the sauce. If I could rate it zero I would. Worst Thai food ever.

I ordered through DoorDash. I ordered a sumo sized Kung Pao and a poutine. Unfortunately, I only got the half size of Kung Pao (even though I paid for the full size). I ve been calling the restaurant for almost an hour but it only rings busy.

Used to go here quite regularly but it had been a while. Went in to pick up food for family of 4 to bring home. Got three regular sized meals and one kids meal. There was one person waiting ahead of us but it still took 45 minutes for food (they could have been short staffed so we didn t hold that against them). At one point a huge amount of water began to pour out of the pop machine - I tried telling them but they ignored us even with large puddles forming all over the floor. Finally when we got our food we asked for the juice box that was supposed to come with our 7 year olds kids meal but they argued with us saying we didn t get a drink because the child was not here and those meals were only for 12 and under. We explained that we were bringing it home to a child but they were very rude about it. Eventually they let us have it but it was silly we had to fight for it - they had no problems taking our money for the kids meal when we ordered it. Food was fine.

The butter chicken is just next level. I would love to go here every weekend.

I used to order from here once a week, but wont be back for a while after my last 3 take outs... First disappointment was when I ordered a noodle bowl with Xtra veg, and got mostly bok choy, 3 incredibly think slices of carrots, and 2 tiny pieces of broccoli. Second time I tell them about what happend, and asked that I get some sort of variety, especially because I asked and paid for extra, although I dont know what any charges were because they never staple a receipt to the bag. I guess Ill have to ask for that too if I decide to go back. Tonight I thought Id try one more time. Mostly bok choy and onions again. Its also hard to communicate with whoever answers the phone. I always have to ask, is this wok box, after theyve answered. It was supposed be 3 bucks off tonight too....no idea if I got the discount or not, the chicken dumplings get smaller every time I order them, and like most place in Kelowna these days, the customer service isnt the greatest.

I was in Wokbox and i would like to say they did a good job in bringing good delicious food to their customers. The staff and crew are very accomodating and friendly. The food was so delicious that i will surely recommend to my friends!! Keep it up guys!! see you in my next visit!!

Young lady took our order and got it wrong. We were charged double. When we asked her to make what we actually ordered she got upset. When food was ready she slammed it down on the counter. Was very awkward and uncomfortable. Food was good but will not be coming back

Smooth seats and a sunny view

We spent $25 on 2 wonton soups- the wontons were raw as were the shrimp and all vegetables. Needless to say we threw them away and went elsewhere for dinner.

Ordered pad thai and Mongolian beef rice box. Pad thai sauce was different, noodles was over cooked and soggy. Worst pad thai ever! Mongolin rice broccoli wasnt wok fried. Taste wasnt Mongolian flavor at all ! Spring rolls wasnt good either! Wont go again !

Paying for my hunger with a classic bout of Montezumas Revenge. 1000/10 do not recommend. Unless you need to lose 5lbs in one day, then this is the fad diet of a lifetime.
