Very consistent quality, portions are generous, service is very prompt and selection is broad. We prefer this location to the one downtown.
Excellent service, food, and green tea! Had a lovely dinner here. I was going to post a pic of the full menu but only got the specials.
Had tofu teriyaki. It was a big portion and delicious! It came with miso soup and rice. Good comfort food! A man, who I think might be the owner, works there too and personally comes around to make sure that all is well with your order. He is super nice and seems to genuinely care for the customers. My only thing was the music was a little off for me...
Food was fine but portions were on the smaller size. Prices are a little bit higher than other sushi restaurants in the area. Service and atmosphere was good with multiple people ensuring our table, and the others in the restaurant were taken care of.
Just head straight to the special rolls. Skip the basic ones, those makis you get in a platter. I ordered takeout one night and that was just a disappointment. While I understand food prepared for the North American market can be quite bland, those basic rolls were just a travesty--lol! The special rolls are where it's at. The creamy avocado and crispy, uhmmm, thing (supposedly there's bbq eel and spicy tuna in the Ogopogo roll--just couldn't identify) were a nice combination. Takoyaki was good too. 🐙
Server was pleasant to deal only reason for two stars. Management not understanding. We Unfortunately ordered the salad roll which consisted of 90% deep fried yam. We had ordered two. When I asked why something called a salad roll which had listed deep fried yam as an ingredient, we did not expect 90% greasy yam. It was a grease bomb with microwaved reheated yam. When sharing our dislike of it they just said well that’s how it’s listed it’s listed as an ingredient. Nothing we can do, We had ordered all vegan no mayonnaise options $22 worth of deep-fried yam. Vegans go somewhere else.
Dined-in for dinner. Our gyoza appetizer was tasty. We were disappointed with their seafood yaki udon, expecting it to be on a hot plate like others we've had (and like a yakisoba). It was swimming in sauce and aside from 1 mussel on top, the remaining seafood pieces were very tiny in size. We wouldn't call it a seafood dish. The chirashi donburi was a more satisfying option, with a variety of sashimi. The price point at Momo is decent, and the service was good and attentive. Even the manager went table to table to ask how things were. Would give 3.5 stars for the food, but 4 including the service.
This place was fantastic. Great servers, the owner Peter made sure to visit our table too. The quality and quantity of food was excellent. Loved the yam rolls and the party maki trays are a great value. Prices are fair, especially for the great quality. Special rolls are creative and loaded with good stuff - not just cheap veggies and rice. Loved the location and the food, will be back.

I double check with the server I don t eat any raw food they still put the raw salmon on the sushi. I say at least three times when I order them. I even ask them just take them off the sushi. They come back say it s not raw. After I try they are raw. I even have an allergy after I came back home. Never coming back

I ve been coming to momo sushi (pandosy) for years and each time the food is fresh and delicious I ve only now realized I haven t left a review! The owner often comes around to the tables to ensure everything is good, it s wonderful to see how passionate he is. My favs are the mango chicken roll and chicken roll (that teriyaki sauce is delicious). Tried the new salad roll and though not easy to eat with chopsticks, it is a new fav! Vegetarian options: They have a great selection of special veggie rolls that other restaurants don t really have. And it s fresh every time! No soft cucumbers!
Great service, delicious food. I always enjoy Momo Sushi. Some favorites are the spicy tuna salad and the crispy crispy roll, and cant go wrong with spicy tuna salad.
Had gone there and i have never felt more unwelcomed. The gentleman that worked there which had no one there at the time Point his finger to where we should sit. We ordered and ate. Portion was terrible. So then he comes back and puts his hands on his hips and ask if we would like anything else. I have never felt unwelcomed.

My boyfriend and I have been to this Momo Sushi location many times. We typically order the sashimi, takoyaki, and a few rolls. Dinner has been enjoyable each and every time! Food taste great while the staff and owner are friendly/caring.

Best sashimi salad ever! So fresh and delicious and light. Great unagi as well! A little dark inside but a great place to eat and hang out! Food
The staff are pretty friendly and they are quick. That is the only reason I didn t give a one star. I have been to this place 4 times now and every time my sushi has been warm. I originally thought it was an off day so I decided to go back multiple times to give it a second (and third and fourth) chance. Not only was the sushi warm but it was also served on a warm plate. Truly the most off putting taste and texture. I WILL NOT be coming back.
Average at best! Service is terrible they gave my take out order to someone else. Then told me they ran out of tuna. Really Momo Really!??

My son and I went out for dinner on a rare occasion to talk and enjoy a relaxed Friday nite dinner. We ordered a lot of food, he, 6 different items, and me a full dinner and an expensive bottle of wine. Within 10 minutes of enjoying our meal, the waitress brought the bill and expected us to pay as we were just digging into our meal. Then we were interrupted several times by 2 different waitresses and the owner trying to rush us. Within 20 minutes, we were told they were closing and they wanted us to leave. I asked the owner if I could stay and finish my meal and he laughed and told me what time it was, and told me they closed a half hour ago. If we would have been told when we entered that we only had a half hour, we wouldve chosen another restaurant. Ive never been treated so poorly. Although the food was good, this was unacceptable when youre paying over $100 for dinner. We had to box our food and leave in the middle of our meal. So disappointed. This ruined our time together. Will not go ever again.
Fresh Ingredients, delicious sushi! I have been going to Momo Sushi for many years and Peter does such an incredible job making sure the quality and consistency is there for customers. He is such a kind person and it is so nice to see the love that goes into their food. Thank you Peter!!! Dietary restrictions: I have an uncommon food allergy and Peter and his staff are always so accommodating.

My sushi was good. I had the basic rolls. I was looking for the fancy rolls. I found them but many with crab. I was looking for spicy tuna rolls and not many. My friends who took me love it there but they get the same thing every time. Food

Terrible food, got chicken donbori bowl and I could not even eat a small portion of it. The chicken was very badly cooked and low quality.

The rolls, the udon and the yaki soba we had were all good. The dining area is comfortable. The service was prompt. The food came quickly. It was Monday. By 6pm there restaurant was almost full - popular place. Parking: Street parking (free during weekends)
Love coming here whenever I m visiting Kelowna - the sushi is so fresh and tasty and never disappoints. The staff at the Mission location are the friendliest and very attentive to tables! Fast service and 10/10 food!
Food was okay but not the best. The service was amazing but restaurant was rlly dark and I could see properly. Vegetarian options: There was a lot of meat free options.

Glad I found this place on my recent trip to Kelowna! Delicious sushi - ordered 3 rolls and each was very good! Perfect rice to filling ratio and yummy sauce on the crispy California roll. Will definitely be returning next time I visit!

I placed my order at 5:00pm as soon as they opened for a pick up at 7:00pm. My boyfriend had to wait 25 minutes from when he arrived to receive his order at 7:20. I am sure it was forgotten because I had prepaid and was the first order. I understand things get busy as I have worked in the restaurant business myself but also a well enough run one to understand it is first come first served and how if other people have to wait longer because other orders are in first, that is not bad customer service, that is how the world works. They will be hearing from me tomorrow.

Best sushi place in town! It s a bit more expensive than I m used to in Vancouver but great quality. Fish is really fresh and they have great signature rolls.

Good food. Servers in a hurry, floor and tables not that clean, manager + staff moving tables around for 10 min... beside us eating. Fast food, not a pleasant dining atmosphere at all!

The food is always wonderful here, as well as the staff. Our orders have always been perfect, and they have a lot of vegetarian options. Only downside is I never recommend dining in at this location. Its very (very) small and a often busy, especially during dinner However we love momo sushi.
Fast service. Good food. They deep fried a roll on request. Best sushi Ive been too yet. Still have a lot of places to try though. I would go again and recommend it Kid-friendliness: Had 3 kids sat in a semi enclosed position so it was good.
ordered the mango chicken roll the other night, was not worth it for the price. just gave me a chicken teriyaki roll with cut mango thrown in the box for $12.

The maki sushi dinner was awful to say the least. The chicken was undercooked and the tuna tasted horribly out of date. Additionally the gyosa is what I could only describe as microwave quality at best. 100% would not recommend
A restaurant that provides excellent service, food, and overall value! Definitely a go-to place when you are in Kelowna. The food are very tasty and beautifully prepared. I love the service at the place and everyone is so friendly with the guests and always takes care to offer the best quality! I highly recommend this place.
We love everything weve had here, both take out and dine-in. Theres something for everyone, even if you dont like raw fish. The soups are amazing.

I ve eaten here lots in the past but my recent takeout food was inedible I called to tell them today and there response was maybe because it was closing soon but thanks for letting them know. The sushi tasted off the small bits I did eat left a terrible taste in my mouth for a while afterwards, almost tasted like detergent.
Used to love Momos. Ive been going since the only one was on Westside. Just left there not 10 mins ago. Terrible service now....super disappointed.

We try to visit on Saturday but they where now open. Both the sign our front and website stated they open but once we got there the closed sign was up and no lights on. I get that hours change but at least post it so customers know

Incredible food and great service.
Food was good, ordered takeout. Overall seems overpriced but biggest reason for 3 stars is their prices were wrong on the online menu. Went to pick up and it cost $10 more than their menu suggested. They claimed we updated our prices and online might not have changed . Doesn t even say anywhere that online menu might be subject to change without notice. I regret not having argued the bill and ordered from somewhere else for better value. For reference, the Sashimi A was $7 more, prawn tempura $2.50 more, Rainbow roll $1 more than advertised.

We love Momo sushi and we have ordered a lot of takeout from their Mission location. The fish is always top-notch and their rolls have the right ratio of rice to fillings. Today, though, we dined in for lunch and I was so impressed by the service. All of the staff was extremely friendly, the food was so fast, and the chef himself came by to check on us midmeal. It was the kind of service that really builds customer loyalty, and with their excellent food quality, were becoming very loyal! Thanks, Momo!

Good sized chunks of sashimi
I ordered beef teriyaki with California rolls The beef teriyaki was extremely greasy, there was way more grease then sauce.. I m not a fan!
Was very unhappy with my order, i got home and my bento box was missing the tempera, the lettuce in the salad was all welted, and the mango prawn roll (pic below) was a mess. This is the second time ive ordered from momo, i will not go there again.

For some reason this location will never quite be as good as the down town location (been going to the downtown one for almost 10 years). However, its still very good sushi. The sashimi is fresh and the sunomono is on point.

Just a poor service experience tonight with no attention when trying to order anything additional. Waitress staff talk amongst themselves rather than serving or helping out. Food was good just poor service.
small portion size..slow service.. the servers dont even know what they are doing... menu said the combo comes with miso, but it wasnt even served until we asked for it at the end of the meal..
There were 10 of us at 2 separate booths. We ordered a number of appis but the tuna tataki and Gyoza stood out. The kids loved the udon. Crispy crisp and spicy tuna rolls were also favorites. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Staff were all wearing masks and friendly. Overall food was delicious and came reasonably quick considering it was a revolving door for take out. Will definitely come here again next time we visit.
Great food. I felt sorry for the one waitress in the restaurant though. A lot of work for one person during lunch.

I moved here from white rock bc 3 years ago . If I m going put it s going to be sushi nothing else. I ve tried many places here in Kelowna. So far momo on Pandosy ONLY. Has been excellent . The owner is super kind and comes to your table. Like any great well established business we want consistsisy (Spell check not working). Personally there food is great and there prices are very good. There tuna is top quality. There are now only two places I ll eat. Here and DOZO. Out on glenmore There spicy tuna salad is great. Thx Ross
Music was horribly loud and quite annoying. The wait staff were not attentive at all. Nevertheless the food was super yummy. I can see why they do a big take out business. I wouldnt go back to sit in the restaurant

Ive been to Momo sushi countless times downtown and its been perfect each time. I have mixed reviews about this one, the first time I went a couple weeks ago was great, but this time not so great. I ordered the BC roll and dynamite roll and when I bit into them, the Nori was very tough and chewy, almost elastic, I had to pull it out each time I bit into the roll. I give it a 3 stars because last time was a good experience, and this time was not so great.
Sushi looked fancy, but was just ok. Worked out to be pretty pricey and service was inattentive.
I can not get enough of this place. We visit it every other day when we are in town. My favorite are the Spicy Veg roll, Spicy Tuna roll and the Tuna Nigiri. Try the Tofu Agadashi (sp?) as well! The fish and rice are so incredibly fresh. My kids love it too! Staff is extremely friendly. Thanks Momo!!!

Momo Sushi has been my favorite sushi place for a decade. Ive been to most sushi places in Kelowna, but nothing ever stacks up to Momos. Amazing rolls, amazing tempura, amazing teriyaki, amazing miso soup! The BC roll is the best you will ever order. Always awesome food, and great prices.

Very good Japanese restaurant. Great place to eat with your friends and family. The location and parking are all convenient as well. Portions were decent and the pricing is about average. I would give this place 5 stars if only they had wifi.

The manager is very kind and respectful to the customers, employees are nice and sociable. My meal came with extra flourish and made my experience much more enjoyable. Parking can be kind of a pain. A great economic sushi restaurant
