Breakfast plate is lacking, bacon was so crispy you could crumble it into dust.

We found the servers to be friendly and efficient. Food was good. We ate on the patio - nice to have that option when traveling with a pet.

Service was slow, but the lemon tart was incredible, and so was the coffee.

I was in today for my lunch break. It was crazy busy and unfortunately something happened with my order. One of the staff noticed I had been waiting and dealt with is ASAP. They were so kind adding in my bag a surprise bakedgood as well as making me a latte(no-charge). They were super apologetic. I will definitely be back. Mistakes happen and I apricate you going above to make sure I left happy. Great job Pandosy bread co!

Awesome local spot for a tasty treat or coffee. They have also been very nice to allow my kid to fill his water bottle on super hot days :-)

Coffee & baked goods are fantastic!

We had ice cream here and it was delicious! Tiramisu gelato - nice size and my daughter got a cookie on top - made her day.

Amazing sourdough sandwiches and soup combos. We have ordered group lunches for work meetings and everyone has commented on how much they enjoyed the fresh sandwiches and homemade soups. The only challenge I found was when eating in at lunch time on a week day it can be a challenge to get a table due to spacing. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There are many options, vegan or not. Different soups and a dollop of couscous. One of kelowna s top rated bread and sandwich stops for good reason!

Bread Co. Is an excellent breakfast/lunch place, and has maintained quality food over several years. Its usually busy, so timing is everything. They also make bread & pastries for sale, and theyre delicious -- buy some to take home!

Food here is excellent. Its all made to order, so it can take 12-15 for breakfast items. Probably the same for sandwiches at lunchtime. But worth the wait.

Great place for a terrific sandwich, though a bit pricey.

Very underwhelming and overpriced sandwich. 14.50 for a roast beef sandwich that had maybe 2 slices of meat. The coffee leaves a lot to be desired. Would not go back.

The food was yummy - lots of options, the service was friendly and it had a nice atmosphere. The coffee was good too. I would definitely go again.

Pastry always on point. Yummy! And if you need to do an office treat its the perfect place to stop and choose from a wide variety and get everything boxed.

Food was ok , the speciality wrap was tasty , staff very nice. Their ice teas - well selection of 6 only 1 was actually tea! The iced tea tasted like the powder stuff; very disappointing; maybe I should of asked for black tea iced.

Quality breakfast, lunch options and baked goods at reasonable prices. One of the only places in Kelowna you can find a good selection of breakfast sandwiches and wraps. Such a good selection of hearty sandwiches as well. We have never been disappointed at what we receive here. Small patio out front is perfect for eating with your furry friends. Wish they would bring back their tropical bran muffin; it was such a nice twist on the plain bran muffin!

Nice spot for a coffee to sit or go. A nice walking distance from lake if you want an active coffee break. I had the cappuccino & croissant. Pastries are really fresh & well done, obviously, but be sure to get the house jam along with it. You will not be disappointed. All the sandwiches I saw looked really great, so all items on the menu should not disappoint. My friend says the Horchata is excellent.

Really good gelato. The sandwiches were delicious too and the service was really friendly. 4 stars because we got our sandwiches to go and received a veggie sandwich instead of the roast beef we ordered.

Went here for breakfast a few times during our trip and it was great every time. The food is so delicious, even the simple stuff, the pastries are amazing and great coffee too. The food arrives in about 10 minutes which is awesome as everything so clearly freshly cooked. Everyone is super friendly and all in all a great place for breakfast, coffee and pastries.

Just had the Bread Company egg salad sandwich at the hospital perking lot and it was the worst egg salad sandwich Ive ever had. What happened????? They use to be the best, wow put the egg and lettuce back on it for $7.50

Every time Ive been there, Ive enjoyed my sandwich. We always get a loaf of bread as well, and I have yet to get any that I didnt enjoy.

Disappointing, our butter croissant was massively over-proofed and had a terrible texture.

Highly recommend this shop. The Mexican burrito and caramel macchiato was great for a filling breakfast.

The food is always amazing and same with the drinks, however they don t seem to care that scooping ice with a glass container is both unsanitary and could possibly kill someone; the glass can chip and break off into the ice and it looks the exact same as the ice. As a barista it disappoints me to see them do this (and see it as an inconvenience when pointed out.) Despite this blatant negligence of safety, if you get the drink in a plastic cup you re probably gonna be fine.

If I could negative stars I would. Im not sure what was worse... the rude customer service the tasteless food or the fact that the whole restaurant was disgustingly filthy; covered with old food, hair and most likely mice. As a local it was sad to see...and for the last time ever!!

Great little place for coffee, lunch, or whatever is your fancy. Had the Tuscan Chicken Sandwhich and Gelato as a desert! Service was spot on and friendly. Definitely a place you have to experience

This is a great place for breakfast, lunch and morning and afternoon snacks. The Grilled Three Cheese with cheddar, Swiss, and Havarti cheeses, tomatoes, Arugula and herb mayonnaise on grilled sour dough is delicious! There is also a great kids menu and gelato. While youre there pick up a loaf of bread or a jar of homemade jam! We visited and dined-in three days in a row and will be back!

They do not take allergies seriously!! Said drink must be dairy free. Chose coconut milk. They screwed it in even when verbally saying coconut milk. I was very specific this was an allergy and they needed to be careful when I ordered. It tasted off so I returned to them. Turns out it did have milk in it! This isnt just a lactose intolerance this is a Amador alleefu to casein the milk protein!! No sorry no care in the world of what they just did and no refund offered. I have reported to the health board the workers need to be better trained or let go! What if it was someone with an epipen

I wish I could give more stars because I do love it here, very nice cafe and seating area, great food and drinks! But unfortunately nearly 90% of the time when I come here, it s the same girl ringing me in and the drink is wrong nearly every single time. She acts like it s my fault when I say the same order every time, she doesn t apologize or tell me a way to order it so it makes sense to her, and definitely she doesn t offer to remake it. My boyfriend ordered a large in a to go up and he got a medium in a porcelain mug the barista as usual said he only paid or a medium so she wouldn t fix her mistake. Very disappointing when I come here so often.

All I can say is yummy. The little tarts they have there taste so good I could literally eat them for days. Not to mention that have delicious pastries.

We are from vancouver and we ordered so many of their sandwiches and panninis they are super kind staff and the place is good for small groups ! Very fresh orange juice ! Reminds me of Mexico

First time trying out Bread Co. I was with a friend. She got a brownie heart which was very rich and chocolaty. i had the apple caramel cheesecake which was incredible. creamy and sweet it was my fav! would recommend

This is not vegan-friendly. The best they could do for me was a piece of dry toast with slices of avacado and diced tomato for the on-special price of about $11. The staff was friendly but not knowledgeable. The restaurant was clean and busy. We just moved to the neighbourhood the night before so didnt know the other options in the area.

I m local and come often, usually they have awesome service and great food. Today I went in and was greeted by a very rude young lady working at the front, i ve always felt welcome but not sure if she is new or what the case was, but she was very short, and rude disappointed as it is such a good establishment :/

Good atmosphere to come to eat or have something to drink, as soon as you enter the establishment you feel a cozy atmosphere, there are families and elderly people enjoying a good time. The desserts are very delicious, the one I tried this time is a lemon cake 10/10, it is sweet but has its acidic touch, I will come back next time to try more of their dishes.

Amazing food had a very reasonable price it was $24 for two lunch meals quite delicious I definitely recommend the avocado and egg on bread that was cranberry pumpkin seed it was so yummy and Ill be definitely be coming back hope they keep up the good work

Highly underrated breakfast here. Cajun chicken sandwich and French toast were to die for.

I frequent here because its close to work. Unfortunately, the service is always sooooo slow. Today the line up was out the door and theres a staff member putting pastries in the case, completely oblivious of the people waiting. One person at the tills while the owner is trying to train a new employee. The baked gooded here are awesome and the owner is wonderful. Prices are high. The one thing that would help the service is to switch to table ordering so the counter is free for those who want a quick coffee or bakery takeout.

On our first visit we had the daily special-a turkey and brie sandwich with the soup of the day and a beet salad! Both meals were exceptional-fresh and delicious. When our party of 6 had a mixup with our order, it was not only corrected very quickly, but also, we were gifted two pieces of loaf bread which were so flavourful!

Great brunch. Good selection of brunch items and they are reasonably priced. Had a breakfast burrito and coffee. The coffee is great as well. The patio outside is great on a sunny day.

Ordered a bagel. Got a toasted bun with cream cheese on the side. Asked if there had been a mistake. Was told that their bagels don t have holes because they make them in house. Disagree. This was just a toasted bun cut in half. Bagels are supposed to be soft and have a chewy texture. This literally crumbled to dust when I took the single bite that I punished myself with. $5.50 for a $0.35 Kaiser bun they are calling a bagel.

For breakfast, Croissant Sandwich, Türkiye Sandwich, Ham & Cheese Sandwich, Broker Lissoup, Pecon, Cinemon... by ordering. I ate it. It was great. The taste was clean and fresh. Cherry coffee is also delicious...recommended

I ordered the Mediterranean Egg Sandwich and was speechless it is so good! My boyfriend had the Chorizo Egg Sandwich and agreed it was out of this world. We split a Latte and a pastry- everything was 10/10! Would recommend this cute little place over Starbucks or Tims any day (and hey, I love Tim Hortons as much as the next guy)!

I highly recommend Bread Co. and it s because of the food second and the customer service first! Once during a heavy lunch rush I placed my order and stepped aside to wait. As customers who came after me began receiving their orders I realized that perhaps my order hadn t been processed with the kitchen, so I politely asked whether my order was on the way. It turns out my order in fact hadn t been processed and I was given a courtesy pastry to add to my order. They didn t have to do this but it made me feel appreciated as a customer. Everything I got that day- the matcha latte, Australian meat pie, and (bonus) apple tart- were delicious and it s kept me coming back! The menu also offers a variety of sandwiches, pastries, and beverages, non-diary substitutes, and a small selection of ready-to-go food options.

Okay, three words Lemon Meringue Gelato!! I could rave about it more, or about the other awesome flavours. I could mention the bread, tarts, croissants, sandwiches, and so much more but let s cut to the chase: if you are anywhere close by, you d be sadly mistaken if you decided not to stop in. Get your butt in there, you can thank me later!

Just a very nice place to enjoy

Location is nice. Food is good and coffee is good. Parking lot is right there so you can always park - just dont leave to look in any shops as they will ticket you. All this being said, I cant say Ive had anything super amazing there. And there is nothing super special about the inside of the restaurant. Line ups are often long. I would absolutely go again, but its good to know what youre in for.

Came here on a brisk Saturday morning, still rumbling given I d skipped breakfast that morning. The long line fell short with the energetic purple hair girl running two tills all while working on orders. I got the eggsperience, an egg wrap. Paired with that a blended chai horchata, and a hot one for my roommate. We found a table and I eagerly slouched back for my unhatched chicken wrap, taking notice of the steamy croissant flagging me down from across the table. I caved, ripped a hardy piece and went to town. Wow. Never in my life have I had the pleasure of eating such a warm, soft, buttery and flaky piece of dough. It only got better when another bite discovered ham and cheese hidden inside this treasure trove of flavour as well. All jokes aside, every visit to this bakery ends wonderfully and everything is worth trying at least once. Thank you! -also, attached is a picture of an empty plate as I ate the food too fast to picture it.

I had the brie and turkey sandwich on cranberry bread, others had the Tuscan chicken sandwich and the Crispy Buffalo chicken. All were really tasty. I recommend this place and will be back. Their pastries look so good!!

What a great little place! A bright and welcoming atmosphere! Robust menu of homemade deliciousness from artisan breads to soups. On Mondays, small coffees are free with purchase of any baked goods. Making this a budget friendly destination.The spinach and pesto croissant was foody worthy! Highly recommend!!!

This place... is a diamond in the rough. Incredible sandwiches, awesome soups, friendly staff, awesome atmosphere and all around a great place. The only reason I m giving a 4 star review is due to the fact that the place is usually quite busy, at least every time I ve gone, which causes the wait time for the sandwiches to be on the long side. Overall I recommend this place to people who appreciate awesome sandwiches and a great place to meet with friends to chat over a coffee.

Gone here for years - both locations. They have an awesome gluten free bread and a cookie that I always have to get. Their sandwiches are outstanding, also a great place to go for breakfast.

We came here for breakfast as we were staying down the road for a weekend vacation. Between the three of us we ordered the Power egg sandwich, eggsperience #2 and the chipotle eggs sandwich. For starters, they only had one size coffee as they were out of the large cups, so we all settled on an overpriced medium. My power egg sandwich (which I added sausage to) and my Americano came to just shy of $17 dollars + tip. Naturally for that price I was expecting quality food. What I got was rubbery sausage crumble, the same kind you find on your corner store pizza. Don t even get me started on the eggs. Powdered egg patties? For $17? None of us finished our sandwiches. Needless to say at well over $45 dollars for the three of us to have breakfast sandwiches and a coffee, we were not impressed.

The food, location and staff are all very nice! My personal favorite sandwich is the Italian connection! Great coffee as well.

This is my fave coffee shop in Kelowna. It features a lovely patio and a fantastic drink and food selection. I will be back for sure.

I usually like most of what Ive had at BreadCo, but I got a veggie quickie today and had to remove most of an entire onion from it. Raw onion is for a bit of flavour, not to be used as a main ingredient. But this sandwich was practically inedible with the amount of onions they added, Im assuming as filler to make the sandwich look bigger. Ive had the veggie quickie numerous times and its usually good, so consistency would be appreciated.

I cannot rave enough about how amazing the chipotle breakfast sandwich is! It s so delicious! The perfect combination of flavours! I also tried the horchata coffee and it was way better than any latte I ve had elsewhere. Definitely will come back again and try more! Also the lady at the front counter is always very friendly with a big smile making my morning just a little less stressful.

Hands down best croissant I ve had, Buffalo chicken sandwich was really good and nice spice to it!
