Great atmosphere, food and staff. One of my favourite places to go!

The fact that they have a jukebox you pay to hear songs you request, only to have staff members skip the songs you paid for, and claim that it doesnt match their vibe and not give the money back. Please refund people their money if thats the case, and get rid of your communal jukebox if certain music doesnt fit your environment. The fact that I spent over $20 to have every song skipped is absolutely unacceptable, considering you have a jukebox thats paid requests only. I am not the only person who has noticed this at the kelowna location.

Ambiance is great, it s also the only bar open until 2am. It is very expensive though. A beer is $10. If you re loaded, this place is great.

Me and my partner love trying all the burgers and sandwiches of the month and poutines of the week. There have been so many delicious meals, this month in particular with the roast beast was so taste-tacular that I had to leave a review. Thank you Leopold s :)

Ordered through Door dash, so cant comment on service and atmosphere. The food was fabulous! Beef Dip (made with short rib meat, not crappy deli style sliced meat) and Deep fried Cheesecake - YUM! I ordered Dill pickle salad with the beef, and I was envisioning a salad made of dill pickle. No, its a kale-like salad with dill pickle on top. Make sure you select the dressing too! I didnt because I didnt realize the dressings listed, were for the salad. Yes, as the restaurant said during my order online, that the Beef dip could be soggy with delivery - the bun wasnt overly soggy - I mean, you dip it in the au jus anyway, so it was great. The deep-fried cheesecake is DELISH! It is not your typical cream cheese, overly sweet, cheese cake you might know. To me it is like German baked cheese cake - really good and light on the sweet! It had caramel sauce drizzled on it and was an excellent end to my meal. At first you might think its rather small, but it is just right and doesnt leave you feeling over full. Well worth it and Im looking forward to going to their restaurant to experience it in-person.

Their instagram knows how to get me through the door. Make it in every so often for their burger of the month, September and November have been fantastic. Looking forward to this years Christmas cocktails!

Food is always delish and I have loved going to other Leos. However the bathrooms and general cleanliness of the restaurant in the Kelowna area is a bit of a turn off. All in all good food and service just could use a bit of cleaning.

Owner asked about my experience... On our way in there was someone passed out on the sidewalk very close to the door. He didnt look well and had his cheek on the sidewalk with temp down near 0. Told the doorman and he said hes been there a while and theres nothing I can do. We suggested calling the police non emergency line and the doorman seemed to have no idea what we were talking about, and took no action. We ended up getting help for the guy ourselves. But yes, the beer was cold.

Food is always amazing! We have had a couple times things have gone wrong(wait time or miscommunication) but they always rectify it! They go above an beyond and are always friendly with great service! We absolutely love the vibe too :) Vegetarian options: Salads cauli wings and others! The service was good and Happy Hour is all day on Monday. Very pleasant staff. We ate on the patio with our small dog - good to have that option.

The poutine of the week is always soooooo good

I had never been here before but I had a glass of wine and the pulled pork sandwich (I subbed regular fries for the waffle fries) which were both really good. The bun was toasted so it had a nice crunch to it! Some of the pulled pork was a bit dry at times but other than that no complaints about the food. The inside is really cute with Christmas lights strong across the restaurant from side to side and anything and everything you can imagine plastered all over the walls.. theres a lot to look at if youre there by yourself! Only complaint about the atmosphere was the mosquitoes and fruit flies... but I was sitting by the window so this could be the reason for that.

We tried this recently, it was our second time coming back to Leopold s. I want to give a shout out to Jeff, who was on point, throughout our visit he knew the right way to approach the customers, he gave us the right recommendations as well And he did all of it, while being the only server that time, and while manning the bar as well. Will recommend 10/10

The honey BBQ wings are fire!!

The burgers were fire! We ordered the smash burger and original for take out and both were great. Fresh toppings, enough sauce and the crispy outer edge of the burgers were an added touch.

Went during the summer of 24 had a great evening. Sat on the patio and met some pretty cool huskies, their shy friend and their Nanna and mom. The food was really good, reccomend the blackened chibatta.. and highly reccomend their dill pickle fries! Up ante and make your fries dill pickle fries on the side!!! Will be returning for our date nights in the future so we can try the rest of their menu since it was hard to decide our first visit. Kudos to the waiter that was working the patio... he rocked it.

I can t say anything to the food! I ve never had any food here! The staff are lovely of you take a minute to be a real human and engage with them. As I wold expect in my own bar.

Every drink took half an hour to come, the bill took 20 mins. Beer was flat.

I can honestly say that I haven t had such bad service in a very long time. I cannot remember the last time I didn t tip. The service was exceptionally bad.

Absolutely great Meals. My wife and I have tried several items on their menu and have really enjoyed everything and are eager to try alot more of their menu. THE POP ROCK CHERRY EMPANADA is easily one of the best desserts I have ever experienced with my time on earth. Vegetarian options: Delicious!! great side salads too!

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Jeff, and let me tell you, he was beyond amazing! From the moment we sat down, Jeff was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, often before we even asked. His friendly demeanor and upbeat energy made the entire experience so much fun. What really stood out was his sense of humor he had us laughing throughout the meal, making it feel more like hanging out with a friend than just a dining experience. On top of being a fantastic server, you can tell he s extremely talented in his craft. Jeff brought a special touch to everything, making our visit truly memorable. If you re lucky enough to have him as your server, you re in for a real treat!

Took my wife for a bite couple nights ago, 2nd time for me, 1st time for her. I raved about it after going with my 2 sons for Fathers Day, both are meals and service was great, even ordered take-out as we left for late night treat. Parking: Parked right around the corner.

Service was absolutely garbage. Waited 30 minutes for water, then waited almost 20 minutes to order food. Food was good as always but 1/10 for everything else.

Leopolds is my favourite comfort vegan food place. I appreciate the plant based options they have and their wings! So good! So many flavours to choose from. Salt and pepper and smoked applewood are my faves.

Don t get me wrong, really nice servers, busy night so understandable on the wait times. But over an hour wait for food is absolutely ridiculous for 3 people. If short staffed was the reason, there should ve been a limit to how many customers came in instead of this being thrown on to the staff by management. Business is business but not a lot more will come when this is part of the experience

Celebrating my Sisters birthday was even more awesome at Leopolds.

Our server Sky was amazing. It was the wife and myselfs first time at a Leopold location. We had our kiddos with us and they had a blast also. Go say hi to Sky and enjoy a great atmosphere and even better food.

Ive heard great things about this place but the food I ordered tonight was barely edible! A huge disappointment after spending so much money hoping to have a great meal. It was late in the evening so maybe thats why, but still no excuse!

Food was the only good thing in this establishment. They have a jukebox playing and when we ve paid for the song to play they turned it down and stated they are closing. It was still before 2 am and the manager Jordan stated it s been a policy since 2 years ago . Well, this is my First time being there and you should let the patrons know about your policies before them wasting money on the jukebox if it s been 2 years of you knowing about this. Poor customer service and poor management. Will not be coming back. Please train your management properly .

Go ahead to Leopolds in Kelowna. Where you get rude service when the bar is dead, do not recommend.

Waiter was ignorant and assumptive (thought we were drunk when we hadn t even had a drink prior to coming in) as soon as shifts changes the new bartender assumed we should be served and wouldn t even ask if we wanted the bill!!

Everything is great if you dont mind waiting 45 minutes for a drink or hour + food. Waitresses are in the back the while time and come out when they feel like.

I love how they have a monthly selection of poutine, breakfast, burgers and chicken sandos. Easy to please everyone. It s a great place when it s not crowded otherwise it ll take a while for them to acknowledge you re there and get you seated.

Had the burger of the month and it was pretty lame to be honest. Zero seasoning on the meat and the Mac n cheese piece was bland only 2 small pickles Idk coulda definitely been better

Came here a week ago on the 29th. Food and overall atmosphere were pretty chill and we were sat quickly. Server took drink orders from two of us while the rest of the party needed a few minutes to look at the menu. Server never returned to take our order and the very friendly bartender came over and asked if the rest of our order had been taken. He took our order and thankfully the drinks came out quickly. We put our food order in and waited what seemed to be a long time but we were willing to give benefit of the doubt because it was a wing night. Our food came out wrong (we ate it anyways) and my friend s food didn t come out at all. We couldn t flag down our server so we had to get up and find her and she told us the kitchen screwed up and they were making a new one. My friend waited a further 20+ minutes for her remake by which time everyone else was done eating. We d have been absolutely fine waiting if any of this had been communicated to us (we all work food service - we understand), if it had been taken off the bill, or even just a simple sorry for the wait had been offered but it seemed like our server was more interested in chatting with their friends at the table directly next to us. We had wanted to order more drinks as well but we never got a check back after the food was dropped off (by someone else). Food was tasty and reasonably priced. The bartender and host were both nice though so hopefully it was just an off night but with so many other local places in the area I d probably just try someplace else.

Weird place to not gonna lie, staff was friendly just wasnt our vibe. Started playing heavy metal and we just wanted to get out of there.

Fun, friendly, local hangout. Food until 1.30am! Great loud music & atmosphere of friends uniting over one too many. Attentive service even though they were slammed. Recommend the Scottish Egg. I look forward to going back.

drove from penticton to try this place and they weren t open despite being within their operating hours (according to google). no phones are answered company wide (yes you read that correctly) to even tell us when they would actually be open. no signage either. annoying.

Although you won t see it advertised as such, this is one of my favourite vegetarian restaurants. Recently switched to vegi and while I don t miss meat I do miss poutine. This place solves my worries and includes plant based options for their wing deal as a bonus. Highly recommend to any pub faring vegetarian

I just dined here, the food had good flavour but it was hardly warm. Waitress checked her phone more than our table, served the people that came in after us first. They were nice but didn t understand customer service. Everything took long and it wasn t even busy. I m sure it s a great place to get drunk? It s really cool looking inside!

This year, mothers day and my birthday lined up, and my husband and I decided that we would celebrate by getting something special. Leopolds Tavern looked incredibly promising, and it did not disappoint. We each got a burger of the month (as showcased on their Facebook page and Instagram account), macaroni and cheese bites (with Buffalo sauce, of course), boneless wings and some churros. Although the place looked incredible on paper, we are skeptics until proven otherwise, as such, we avoided ordering the bucket of bacon; this was a decision we came to deeply regret, as the bacon on our burgers was incredible! They were the perfect amount of crispy to meaty texture and the flavor was equally incredible. While I hit my capacity quickly into the meal, the Mac and cheese bites are anything but ordinary. Im currently pregnant, so my nose is working overtime, and their aroma, alone, told me that this establishment didnt skimp on the cheese compatability in this otherwise simple treat. I fully expect and anticipate these to make a quality leftover lunch later today. My husband may actually fight me for more than his equal share! The burger of the month was a Korean style burger. A creation that was odd, but intriguing. Both my husband and I enjoyed it so much. My only qualm is that I would have asked for more of the kimchi mayo they used. the fries were cold on arrival (thats the on the doordashers end, not the taverns) but still held good flavourful and crunch! Thats hard to do. I trust this quality to hold true for their poutines as well, and look forward to trying those in the future. We still havent had their churros yet, but are excited to get around to them very soon. One more thing I was pleased with was the quality of disposable ware the food was packed in. The sauce containers were especially sturdy and ensured that no sauce was lost in travel. I recommend this place if you can afford to eat out. This was an extra special treat for us and we will definitely be aiming to eat there again, maybe in person this time.

We ordered takeout via DoorDash. The burgers and chicken strips were very good! We tried three types of fries and the regular and curly fries were very disappointing. The garlic parm fries were good. Not sure if it s cause they were delivery though. Food

My favorite place in town! I love the vibe of the place and their food and drinks are amazing! The staff is always so kind and welcoming. They have a new poutine of the week every week and I look forward to what it is every week and its always really good.

I get takeout all the time the food is usually really tip notch . They must have a new chef or maybe the old chef just doesnt care anymore. **Attention Wheelchair Users:** My wife and I have been fans of the takeout from Leopolds since its opening. Yet, our attempts to dine in have been unsuccessful. In a move thats all too common in downtown Kelowna, the accessible lower tables are being replaced by high ones that seem to require a step ladder to access. There is one table at the front that accommodates wheelchairs, but its invariably occupied by non-disabled patrons, despite the availability of numerous high tables. When we ask the servers, the response is either a flat no space or an apologetic I didnt expect someone with a wheelchair. Is it really necessary to reserve a table at 4 PM on a Tuesday? This has been our experience twice now. We urge you to prioritize the use of your high tables for those who can comfortably use them. We kindly request that you instruct your staff on the importance of assisting patrons with disabilities so that everyone can enjoy your establishment.

Went to Leopold s with my family the other night and we were about to walk out. An hour into dinner and we only had our drinks, our server forgot to order our starter and only came to the table to get our food order after 30 minutes of already being in the restaurant. She also forgot one of our drink orders. It was a table of three and the place was not busy. Food was really good but the service is really lacking.
