Love this place! Staff are super friendly and skilled. The free music nights on Tuesday s are great and they always have an interesting cocktail to accompany the artist.

One of the best spots in town, prepare to cozy up at the large bar that takes up the majority of the space and be social while taking in cocktails that are excellent (shout out to our bartender Carlin) the tapas style food is wonderful as well!!

Unbelievable perfect appys and cocktails in a cool atmosphere. Dont miss the ceviche-like mushroom salad and the arancini!

I was so impressed with the atmosphere and vibes when we got in there that I wasnt expecting to be blown away by the drinks and then again by the food. Fantastic and unique flavours I havent had before but felt so familiar at the same time. Dietary restrictions: Dairy free

We love this spot! If you are looking for expertly crafted cocktails, snacks & great staff, look no further. The only downside (as a customer) is the fact that its generally pretty busy, but thats for good reason! This is one of our favorite spots in Kelowna

Loving the vibes and tasty treats at Micro Bar & Bites! Loved the Espresso Martini and the Sangria. The sliders were amazing! Ash and Caleb were very attentive and welcoming. Cant wait to stop by for some live music! Swing by for a bite and say hi!

The food and drinks were very special and tasty but the Octopus was very chewy and the stake was full of gristle but the rest of the food was very good

Excellent service! Very friendly and attentive. The food is average. We didnt order them, but the breads looked great! We didnt consume cocktails but they looked very good and interesting. The dessert was very good!

Best night out we ve had in years. Food was spectacular. Wonderful intimate atmosphere with a U-shaped bar perfect for socializing. We went on a Tuesday to enjoy some live music, which was also fantastic. Service was terrific.

I actually didnt have a great experience here. I was here a while back waiting for a friend to finish an appointment and there was a young girl and young guy working. I waited so long to get greeted and seen others that came in after me get served first that I had to stop one of them and ask for a drink. I finally got a beer and never got checked on after so I left after one beer. It was less than $10 but I gave the guy 6 Toonies because I had so much change and he made a ridiculously rude comment. Im sorry but considering I got terrible service and still gave a good tip I dont think he should have been that concerned of how I paid. Money is money. Maybe thats just the Okanagan attitude from what I hear but its certainly not impressive.

Great food, cool space and atmosphere. Their cocktail list has a lot of wonderful options but I was a bit disappointed there was not a single non alcoholic option. I asked for a coffee and was told that they dont have coffee and my only non alcoholic option was water. I was part of a small group and was the only one not drinking. I would go back, but would love to see an option other than water. Single cup brewers are very inexpensive but I also understand this is for a minority group visiting a cocktail bar.

Had a wonderful time, my partner and I went twice during our weeks stay in Kelowna. Kieran is fantastic with recommendations and taking care of guests. Wonderful drinks, will be coming back.

The food and drinks are fantastic.

Just two suggestions for management, please add (relocate) higher coat hooks. There are no books high enough that keep your coats from dragging on the floor. As well, add purse hooks under the bar. This will keep purse/bags off the bar and will provide a lot more room .

Great value on drinks during Happy Hour and the food was delicious as well. Highly recommended!

Such a great spot for happy hour and small bites

My wife and I came for a date night and what an awesome choice. Quaint small bar atmosphere with only a couple booths otherwise you snuggle up and make friends at the bar. We had some incredible cocktails (Isla View, Reporting Live from NYC, Silent Like the P in Swimming) The tapas were excellent, had the Smoked Salmon Spread and Sundried Tomato Tapenade with the Parmesan Herb Loaf and the Grilled Pita. Try mixing these two dips if you like tomato and salmon, I found it awesome. Then had the Grilled Octopus which may have been small on quantity but was PACKED with flavour, definitely recommend. We finished with the Deep Fried Burrata Cheese which was amaaaaaazingly good. Very satisfied with the taste, drinks, service with excellent recommendations, and atmosphere. Definitely recommend

This is my favourite spot in Kelowna for cocktails and eats. The menu is constantly changing to keep things fresh, but you can always get an old fave made perfectly. The best staff in town that make you feel at home every time.

This is a regular spot for me now, I bring all my friends here who haven t been because they are always blown away by the delicious food and beauty atmosphere! Amazing cocktails and super talented staff. I try to come here at least once a month or more. Best cocktails (and mocktails too) in Kelowna :)

Considering how small the Micro Bar & Bites is, we feel REALLY lucky to have gotten to sit at the bar on a Saturday night, though, to be honest, it was unfashionably early (7:15pm!) Also,full disclosure, my husband and I were the oldest people there and have gray hair!!! We are staying in a nearby hotel and had a busy day visiting family after 3 years away. It felt like we had returned to Spain. We ordered 2 glasses of Cava, garlic bread, tomato tapenade and a tofu and veggies dish and it was all superb!! The tastes were vibrant and delicious. When we return to Kelowna again, this will be our first stop!

My friend and I came from Vancouver Island and stumbled upon this place. From the outside the interior lured us in. The staff was genuine and knowledgeable about their assortment of foods and drinks. Speaking of the food and drinks. Everything was phenomenal. We had the tender bison bavvette with capered anchovies, shrimp, and smoked salmon spread served with flatbread. We ll definitely be back!

The services was phenomenal, Brenna was able to make the highest quality recommendations and offered witty charisma which added to the experience. The food was beyond delicious and beautifully plated. Both my friend and I were really impressed with the flavours. Next time I m in Kelowna I would come back here without a doubt.

We came across this place by chance while visiting Kelowna and we couldn t have been happier. Seriously some of the best food and service we ve received on this trip. Getting to watch the chef in action was such a unique and entertaining experience. Oh and the drinks were also incredible! Exceptional. Cocktail menu, hard copy was one of the best menus I ve ever tasted. Food menu is sharp. Service is great. Kieran (spelling?) awesome, so was the woman who sat us first inside, and then moved us to the bar. And then the woman who took our order of Ferraris. 5 star experience all around. Worth every penny.

The place is nice and the service is excellent, the bartenders are very knowledgeable. We were very disappointed by the food, good but way too expensive for the portion given (I know it s a tapas bar, but the portions were very small even for a tapas bar).

Unbelievable! Everything Ive tried is soooo good! Their Turmeric Chicpea Hummus is divine, and the special of the day Duck Confit Croquettes are incredibly good! Delicious! My group shared a bunch of dishes and we loved them all, especially the popcorn. We only wished the halloumi had more halloumi. Our server was awesome too, Brennan (I think?) picked a drink for me and it was great. Will definitely be back again!

This was the only place open till late which was a great fact. What is the point in being in a wine city with all pubs closed early . This is small pub but with a great selection of drinks. The staff were very friendly and helped us to choose oir wine . A great variety of drinks. The taps were delicious too. There was live music too. Parking could be a problem because it is in the city centre Parking: Parking is free after a certain time period .. Kid-friendliness: It is not a kids friendly place . It has a pub set up , wirh bar stools and a counter .

Sitting at the bar at Micro makes you feel comforted. Comforted because it feels like you are sitting at a friends kitchen bar as they prepare you food and drinks with love and attention to detail. The uniqueness of the bar, the drinks, the food, and the overall experience is unparralled in Kelowna. Kaidi and Bryan and the entire staff strive to ensure you have an enjoyable delicious visit. This is definitely not a hole in the wall. It s one of Kelowna s most creative spots!

Portions for tapas were miniscule and food was rather bland. Not sure how you are supposed to share gnocchi when you get 4 to an order(and they were tough). Sauce work was incredibly heavy on the butter and cream and light on the seasonings. Acid was missed dearly in the 5 tapas we ordered. The place is one big bar so service is prompt at least. Kid-friendliness: 18 over only. No kids .

Stopped by this bar on a recommendation by several people I asked around town. I didnt really know what to expect, but what I received was great cocktails (never shaken) and great tapas style food. The atmosphere was dark and cozy and the staff were very versed in the art of the drink and food. If youre ever in kelowna, this place is tops!

I love the people at the counter. They are cute and friendly. But I really dont like the bites, among everything that I had ordered there, the best ones by far ware popcorn and fries. I love the cocktails though; specially during the happy hour.

Micro is normally really hard to get in due to how small it is, but once you get in everything here is fantastic. Both the food and drinks are top notch and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and quick and the atmosphere is cozy and communal. Coming from Vancouver, Micro gives me a little piece of home. Highly recommend coming here. It s certainly worth the wait.

Imagine: Its cold, its snowing like your in a 90s anime film, they seat you in the cozy window nook. Youre parched, and your toes are thawing. The setting feels like a chalet atop a ski hill. The fries are salted generously, memories of uncle Reemus appear. The steak was saliva-provoking. You dont love every cocktail you had, but in the least, they were all interesting and afforded an experience. I highly recommend Micro, especially in winter. The service is excellent. Try it out.

Some of the best cocktails Ive ever had. If youre lucky enough to be served by Ash, ask to go off menu. You wont be disappointed in her creativity and artistry. She makes mixology both an art and science. Kadie runs a great restraunt. Food is fast, simple and enjoyable. The drinks are topshelf. The staff are are fantastic and the atmosphere is enjoyable. If you have fond memories of your high-school Cafeteria, try the fries. Theyre better than that.

Omg. The charcuterie board was perfectly picked out and the pork was delishh. Older crowd than I am, but my gf and I had a good time. The server was amazing too. The staff here were awessssome. Super friendly and quick and explained the menu extremely well. We came at happy hour so it was relaxing and not crowded. High five to the kitchen for preparing amazing dishes to try. Pricing of the dishes was decent. We will definitely be back.

This place is my sweet spot: great service, tons of tapas, amazing cocktails. Any dish in the menu is pretty good but to me the burrata, the kebab and the gnocchi were outstanding.

Stopped in because every other bar was super busy on Canada day, Darcy was our bartender and did a great job suggesting drinks for us and very charismatic. The Moscow mousse is one of the best cocktails I have ever had. Definitely recommend stopping in if youre in the area to try some truly unique cocktails.

We moved downtown a few months ago and have been figuring out some of our favourite places for cocktails and good food. This is one of our go to stops. We love the small local places where you can get to know the staff and have a consistent experience. Micro Bar has great cocktails, friendly service (shout out to Brenna) and a good selection of food. We really like the set up of the bar which induces conversation with people. It is an all around good experience for a couple casual drinks.

A very nice small place to have a fun evening. The food is good , the drinks are great. The bartender is quite handsome and lively. We tried The diplomats daughter which is rum based and was really good. We also tried bartender special Mocktail which was super refreshing. Food as name suggests is micro bites but its quite tasty. Price is decent-ish / not too expensive.

Awesome place for cocktails, most of the seating is around a large U-shaped bar where you can get to know your neighbors and your bar tender all while drinking amazing cocktails. Highly recommended as a stopping point after having dinner elsewhere as the food options are small and limited (but extremely delicious!)

Micro is easily my first choice of places to be. The staff are really knowledgeable and friendly. The tap list features amazing beers we cant often find in the valley and the cocktails are hands down the best in town. Dont even get me started on those french fries....

Visited the outdoor patio and had a lovely time. The service was amazing; extremely accommodating, and friendly. I will definitely be back!

I barely give anything less than 5 stars, however we didnt have the best experience visting this restaurant. We are from Vancouver and we stayed in Kelowna for one week visiting restaurants and places. Staff was friendly but they were not on the same page with each other. Everything took a very long time and the food wasnt the best tasting food. Unfortunately I wouldnt go there again when there are way better options avaliable.

What a fantastic place to go to. Didnt have any food there as of yet but darn, the drinks are what got me big time. My friend had suggested this place and I have it a try. The drinks and the ideas that go through each cocktail is mesmerising. I had the Samurai Jack which was amazing in many ways. They even come up with designing how the ice sits in the glass. Oh and dont forget to order the popcorn there. Youll thank me later.

My friends and I had an absolutely amazing time and experience at Micro. Our server, Brenna went above and beyond to make our time here special, fun and very memorable. She had such great vibes with not only our table but the whole restaurant. The drinks and food were 10/10 as well. We will definitely be coming back and hope we get Brenna as our server again!

Fantastic tapas menu. Need about 3-4 tapas per person if eating for dinner. We had the Salmon Spread with herb loaf, bocconcini, carrots, prawns, smoked pork belly, and calamari. All dishes were really good. Highly recommend!

Stopped for a cocktail and a snack before our dinner reservations a few weeks ago. We ended up staying for 3 drinks and a second set of appys because everything was so dang wonderful. Ashlynn our bartender was fantastic! The food was to die for and the cocktails were top shelf! Of all the places we are in Kelowna, this was by far my favorite! I will definitely go out of my way to go back!

I would give Micro a 10 star rating if I could. We had such a great experience here while visiting Kelowna. Its an adorable little bar with a real intimate atmosphere. The small plate portions allows you to try many different dishes and not get full too quickly. I loved everything we ordered. The highlight of Micro though, is the staff. Everyone working here is so lovely and personable. Ashley made me the most delicious mocktail because I m pregnant. My husband had a few different cocktails and loved them all. I have zero complaints. Go here and have an awesome time.

Liquor is way over priced. Terrible selection. Went there on a Friday at prime time and there was only 7 people there total. By far worst experience in Kelowna 18 bucks for 2 beers and no one in sight. Overheard the staff saying wheres there xmas rush?

Pretty good selection of beer..! As the name says this place is micro but in downtown you are looking for awesome beer with smiling faces this is your spot.

I m always pleasantly surprised at the interesting drinks that are served here and the friendly service. The bartenders seem to enjoy their jobs and the staff doesn t rotate that often (I like when an establishment keeps their employees happy). No complaints about the food. The duck fat popcorn is always a good go too.

On a casual Saturday stroll I wandered into this piece of paradise. A tall drink of water was standing behind the bar and his name was Kozy. My Caesar was made to perfection and the appetizer delighted my tasted buds. A slice of heaven in Kelowna. 10/10 double Kozys salary.

Great bar in downtown Kelowna away from the ruckus of the waterfront spots but with excellent tapas, unique cocktails and exceptional service. Amazing vibe and delicious bites. My favourites were the calamari, fish taco and the beef meatball was absolutely divine.

Poor at managing expectations. After chatting with the first wait staff we waited outside for 25 min only for one of the staff to signal from inside the bar that the kitchen and bar was closed.. On a positive note they are very good at ignoring people. Even better was that my head wasnt decapitated based on said hand signals. For people fasting this place is top shelf.

We have had nothing but great experiences when we go to Micro Bar! We make a point of stopping in during our annual visit from Victoria, and yesterday we happened to pop over for Happy Hour. We had our furry friend with us and we were all greeted happily, and sat out on the patio. Service was perfectly timed, and we felt very COVID safe. I enjoyed the French 75, which came in the most darling stemless coupe glass, while my husband enjoyed a simple G&T, followed by Yall Cant Handle the Truth, also served in great character crystal glasses. Fantastic drinks. Fantastic food. Fantastic service. The coconut salt on the margarita was a surprise and so delicious. Taster flights of beer also available. The gnocchi was pillowy and ever so light. The tofu was great. We ate every drop of the basil noodle thing sauce. The tomato and cheese curd salad was good, but the curds would be better at room temperature than cold. Lots of options for vegans, vegetarians, and everyone else.

Exceptional food and services. I ve bring friends here and wasn t disappointed. The food was perfect in every aspect, also good wines and beers. A bit pricey, but it s worth it. Unfortunately, I can t say the same for the raudz restaurant.

We always come here for a drink. Wines are rotated frequently with a good selection. The service is always phenomenal and the atmosphere incredible. A true Kelowna gem.
