A small piece of heaven in Kelowna! Food is amazing, beer is great and service is excellent. Architecture and decor is very nice(unless you are offended by dead animals on the walls).

I got a nice call today and that was a big relief and to now nix my last review I made and which I now cannot find to erase. The manager was warm and apologetic! I left a detailed msg many days ago and it took many days to get any reply back and in fact someone had erased my voicemail I guess and did not bother to call me back on my reservation and my new add on inquiry I was trying for. Thanks for the nice follow up call today after seeing my displeasure review...smiles. (: Back to 5 stars ya go!

Good vegan options, great cocktails and fun vibe.

For now until Im there next I have to go with 3 stars cause I called some days ago and left a very detailed msg and with my number to call back. Was important on my reservation made. Whoever listened to my msg needs to be replaced yes? Not good at all!

Made it clear my girlfriend had a peanut allergy and she was served food with peanuts in it.

They ll treat you like family here! Every time I visit BNA I sit right at the bar and the staff are so lovely and welcoming it s hard not to feel like you re in your home away from home. Great beer, food is way better than you might expect and above all everyone seems happy to be working there which makes me feel more at ease. Don t miss BNA the cerveza and the purple rain are my recommendations

The best desserts and service in Kelowna!!! We had the Basque cheesecake and the peanut butter pie - neither lasted very long. Delish

Staff were nice but the music was really loud, prices are expensive, burgers were okay, and the bowling lane near us was twice the capacity allowed which we found frustrating. Others love this place but I probably wouldnt return. Bowling is fun to try once though

Legit happy hour menu. I had the vegan pizza, chicken wings and a couple drinks. Its not often I dont enjoy my time there.

I was happy to order a gluten free bun for my burger and pay $2 extra but they didnt have any so wrapped mine in a piece of lettuce. They charged me the$2 extra and gave me no bun and did not offer to give me my $2 back. Its not the money but the principal. Would have been good business.

Stumbled into Hello Darling at BNA Brewing Co. and it s safe to say this hidden gem turned into the highlight of our night! Not only were the drinks smooth and the vibes on point, but when they surprised our group with a birthday cake for our friend, we almost started planning next year s birthday right then and there. Service so good, it feels like they read your mind 10/10 will be back to accidentally celebrate more birthdays! Thanks for the incredible night and for our server Cheyanne!

Had a great Birthday night!!!!

We went there to celebrate my daughters birthday. As a special request, I requested the staff to sing happy birthday to her. That did not happen, as nobody remembered my request. Food was average. We had to ask for water refill. We went during happy hour and after 10 minutes wait we had to ask for the happy hour menu as we did not get it. We were not told of any specials. We found out about the specials from the next table when they asked if there was a special. The food was average, the service not the best. We will not be back anytime soon!

The food was excellent and the service was great! Bowling was fun, although the balls sucked. Some were chipped and sharp and there wasnt enough selection to use the proper ball every time.

BNA is the perfect cross between vintage chic and classic comforts. Five stars across the board atmosphere (you ll see how the decor captivates you), service (amazing!), food (recommend it all, especially the fried rice), drinks (both alcohol and NA) and that feeling you leave that getting out of the house was very worth it! Did I mention how great the vibe is bowling, nostalgic trailer and the creativity are A+!

We came from Vancouver and were surprised that there are no such restaurants in our city. This is an incredibly atmospheric place. I recommend visiting this place at least once. You want to come back here. The food is very tasty, the beer brewed on site is the best beer. I recommend taking a tasting set and trying each one that they brew on site. The interior is something, you want to walk around this place like in a museum and look at every corner because it is wonderful. Polite and professional staff makes your evening the way it should be, which in harmony with all the components of this place makes this the best place I have been to in the BC.

Went to BNA for a work event - It was a great time! The food was fresh and delicious. Bowling was super fun too! The cocktail bar was so unique and cocktails were tasty! Will come back again next time Im in Kelowna!

We went for my birthday and it was perfect. I have never been here before so this was a risk that paid off. The music was not loud, which is really important to someone whos sensitive to noise. Please keep the music at this level. The food & drinks were nice. Server very prompt without any issues. Thank you for the dessert. After some discussion, my friends and I may come back in the future outside of birthdays. I felt safe here.

I dont usually write reviews, but this place surprised me with their bad service. After waiting for 10 minutes to be greeted by a server and without a menu, I had to go get one myself. We waited 10 more minutes to place our order and even after getting our food, our server forgot about our drinks and we had to ask for them twice. The service was slow and we had to wait a total of 40 minutes for a glass of water and 30 minutes for our beer. We even received the wrong beer in our flight and were charged for 2 extra beers on our bill. Overall, I do not recommend this place. The food was decent and there were some good beer options, but the service was bad.

Visited bna several times when in YLW and it has never disappointed. Great atmosphere for all ages. Excellent food. Fantastic service.

I think this place is really cool and an amazing atmosphere and super fun. However I do think they may need security on weekends. I was there on a sunday at 9/10pm. A lot of big groups who are overly drunk and still being served alcohol. Unfortunately me and my friends were harassed by a group of insanely intoxicated men who were still being served drinks. I don t feel safe here because of that. I would come back on a week day or if they had security and didn t over serve people.

Popped in during our stay in Kelowna with our teenagers. Food was delicious! We played pinball and some arcade games. Atmosphere is fun and staff is very polite and welcoming.

Great warehouse venue with top shelf service and menu options. We will be back to bowl in the stylish retro lanes!

Top Tier Redemption: Wait for it My girlfriend and I went to the BNA on Saturday, got in just before it got crazy busy, its our second time there, (we arent from Kelowna, small town outside kamloops) so city life is exciting to us! First I read on the drink menu Dont Lose Your Dinosaur! And I was baffled hahaha I had to give it a go, the waitress let me try a sample before I ordered a glass, thought that was cool We started with the wonton nachos, what we got our first time months ago, so glad they are still on the menu so damn good to share We both decided to get the rib eye steak both medium rare, Excited and starving we waited and chatted away, the atmosphere was thriving with fun, loud but not too loud, we could hear eachother but not the tables near us, im not sure how it went so well being so loud but it was working for everyone! Then the steaks arrived looking good! But then as we are digging in, my girl has a few bites and the steak is a little too rare for her, comparing to mine yea it unfortunately was a noticeable difference between our same two dinners When the waitress stopped back over we let her know, my girl almost too shy to say anything From here on out the customer service was absolutely excellent, the waitress apologized and offered some fries, a young man came over and apologized aswell, he brought the delicious fries to munch on while they prepared a new dinner for my dear, it came out quite quickly and it was damn perfect! The girl that brought the steak apologized and guaranteed it was right this time and she was spot on! The waitress stopped by again soon after and with our mouths full it was Everyone, just about the whole team accommodated us excellently, the team here was genuine and honest, assertive and knew exactly what happened and how to fix it We get it, things happen, this one slipped by the crazy busy chefs a lil too rare, but when the dish was returned they quickly and efficiently made my dear a brand new dinner Top Tier Redemption, this place is rad The team here is excellent, hope they get told this often, gratitude goes a long way! Great time, good food... Great beer!

Truth is we were very excited to try this place. We were sat close to the bowling and arcade games. We waited 20 mins and no one came by to even take our drink order. We asked a server and someone said they would be right over. Another ten minutes went by and our group decided to take our business elsewhere. 30 minutes with nothing. Atmosphere looked great and it was something we wanted to be a part of but service was non existent. Business down the road got our money!

BNA is a rip off they make you pay cover for a DJ that just plays covers!

Why would you hold the line for no reason? Does anyone here have a real job? Every bouncer is standing around doing nothing and blaming a 40 minute line on the scanning of IDs. How can I get in club in Europe faster than here lol. Why would you hold the line when your place isn t even close to capacity. What a stupid business business model

What a great place to spend an evening! Amazing well serviced bowling alley with an amazing airstream trailer inside the building as the bar. Perfect place to check out in Kelowna for a good time. The atmosphere is amazing! These guys know what they are doing!

Burgers are outstanding!! One of the best smash burgers I ve ever had! Skip the fries and salad, have an extra burger instead! Beer selection is also fantastic!!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at B&A, and it was a fantastic experience. The pizza featured a nice, chewy olive oil-based crust that was simply delightful, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I also tried the quinoa salad, which was equally impressive. The service was friendly and attentive, making the overall experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommend giving this place a visit for a great meal!

My fiancé and I had an incredible time at BNA today. We have been many times before and always had a great experience, but today was special. We were supposed to be doing an outdoor engagement shoot, but the weather was not cooperating, so we reached out to BNA to see if we could do it there. They welcomed us in, and we were able to utilize their unique space to take all of our photos. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We had beers during the shoot, and then ordered pizza and a burger after. The servers were amazing, the food and drinks were delicious, and the atmosphere there is always super fun. The manager Jarrett (or Jared) went above and beyond for us. He was super friendly and accommodating, and great to chat with. We don t have the photos back yet from the shoot but I will try to remember to add a photo to this review when we do! Thanks so much BNA team

Food is delicious Busy place

Came to visit the area for the weekend. I was very excited to try this bar/restaurant, but it took a nosedive really fast. I m not sure if the server was new, but it was very hard to hear her. She s very soft spoken in an environment that was very loud. She never quality checked how our food was doing. There was a moment where we haven t seen her for quite some time, so we asked someone else for the bill and they helped us with payment. We were there for about two hours total. After we ordered, the appetizer took 20 minutes to arrive and then after that, the mains took 40 minutes to come out. For a place like this, I didn t expect to wait for an hour total for food. We ordered some standard items: buffalos sliders, pizza and brisket steak sandwich. I don t know why it took so long for each course to come out. 40 minutes for main courses was excessive. If it was a busy night, we should ve been communicated about the delay. We got impatient. The food itself. Mediocre. The buffalo sliders were fine. Nothing to rave about. The pizza. Omg. It tasted like cardboard. Poorly baked and the crust had no depth to it. It was too crispy/burnt around the edge and soggy in the middle. The steak sandwich - the brisket was so fatty. There was barely any meat and it caused the bread to be soggy that it was like eating fatty mush. Food and service - poor quality. Atmosphere - it s a bar restaurant, loud inside and interesting decor. Do not care to return here and would not recommend.

We went for a family celebration dinner. Amazing food, can be noisy when full, large open spaces, it was busy when we visited and reservations needed for thurs-weekends . Beer flights were a good way to sample the beers, also like the menu has pairing options. If you like the beer then you can go to their beer store next door and buy some to take home, which we did. Great vegan and vegetarian options. The cauliflower gobi and steamed pork bun appetizers were delicious. Highly recommend.

Had the smashburger with a caesar salad. Their take on caesar salad was actually super delicious. The smashburger was a little boring, not gonna lie! If I could order again I would just do a big Caesar salad, which is very weird for me!

Great food and service!

We came on a Tuesday and we were able to enjoy the starter, main course and dessert menu for 35 dollars. The dishes were super good. Special mention to our waitress who was very warm and welcoming.

Do not recommend visiting this bar, they will take your drink from you after you paid, and make up silly excuses to get you kicked out. Had the worst experience when the servers singled my friend and I from getting a beer.

An awesome chill place in the heart of the city. Went there in the afternoon and there was no rush and it felt so quite and peaceful there. Loved their decor, beers were fantastic and their burgers were top notch. Their burger combo is a good deal. Will be coming back whenever Im back in Kelowna

My friends and I went the BNA two nights in a row for my bachelorette. The first night the drinks were great and the music was awesome! Our server was Courtney who was working her butt off but always made time to check on our drinks! On the second night we had booked a bowling lane, Courtney was our server again, she remembered us and gave us the same great service! The bowling was so much fun, I reccomend the cauliflower naan and the buffalo chicken sliders! I will be recommending BNA to anyone heading to Kelowna!

2x patty (6oz) burger was great. Single patty: meh. Pricy. Fries were just frozen crinkle cuts fries. Or st least appeared and tasted as such. You have to order at the till and pick your food yourself when ready. (They give you a little buzzer) Pre populates tip options were 18, 20, 22% which is hilarious as you have to get up and order yourself and pickup your own food. Only service provided is removing trays. Great burger. Poor fires. Pricy.

My friend and I enjoyed supper at BNA before a downtown event, and it was the perfect pre-celebration. We both tried one of their Silly Sodas, which was a delicious fruity slushy drink that came in cute custom cups. For dinner I had the BBQ Chicken Wonton Nachos and it was the perfect combination of tangy in the BBQ sauce & sweet with the vegetable toppings. Using wontons instead of nacho chips made this meal less salty and heavy than regular nachos, with the perfect amount of crunch. We also shared a plate of the Cajun truffle fries which were the perfect smokey flavour. On top of the amazing food and drink menus, they have a ton of fun and interesting things inside the two level building including a Winnebago bar, a bowling alley, and awesome arcade games. The BBQ chicken wonton nachos were the star of the show for sure. As far as food went. The beef brisket steak sandwich was also a winner. Dont forget to bowl a game or two after dinner.

i went to celebrate st patrick s day with my friends and got kicked out of bna for no reason. after spending hundreds of dollars at bna i was kicked out because the bouncers thought i snuck in. i waited in line for nearly 2 hours to get in and after an hour of being inside this bald headed washed up joe rogan lookin mf came up to me talking about i didn t scan my ID therefore i snuck in. idk your name mr bald bozo but you need to end your power trip and come back to reality. bna please higher better bouncers. i genuinely love the environment but these power tripping bouncers gotta go. they singled me out and ruined my night for absolute no reason.

We went because we heard about the bowling alley and wanted to give it a try. I have been to quite a few bowling alleys in a couple cities. This is the only place that charge $45/hr and start their timer based on booking time instead of when you start operating on the machine. We were a couple minutes late and because we had a stroller, we had to wait for the server at the Eatery to go find the fob for the elevator (it was her first time too), walk us to the elevator and let us in. It took awhile so by the time we changed our shoes and started the game, timer was already at 41 min left. We didn t finish our game, were half way through #7 when time was up and everything shut down on us. I know it s our fault that we were late to begin with. But overall, the whole experience was really rushed and didn t have time to really enjoy the game. Environment wise it was pleasant. So for others who requires accessibility accommodation (challenges with stairs), make sure you arrive at least 10-15 minutes early for the server to go talk to someone to figure out what to do and locate the elevator fob, and time to change your shoes and settle in before the timer starts ticking! Food wise, I think it was okay. We had the BBQ Chicken Wonton Nacho to share during bowling. It came in 6 portions so we each had 1 nacho. I prefer the regular nachos where it s more finger food for people to munch on and share. We ordered Sausage Pizza, Pork Roast and Lychee Long Island for my partner, my toddler and I to share. Pizza and risotto (in Pork Roast) was a bit salty. Pork was soft and tender. I like the Long Island though! For 3 items, our bill came to $68.93 before tips. We were excited when we found out bowling alley was kids friendly. But overall, I wouldn t go back. Kids need time to bowl, and I prefer a more relaxed bowling environment too. For people without kids and want to have a drink, I can see this being a poplar place!

Cant get enough of this place. The beer is excellent, the food is amazing and I can bring my kids within certain hours so I can actually go somewhere that doesnt just serve chicken fingers. BNA, I love you.

Personally, I think the food is a bit sweet overall The atmosphere is good, suitable for friends to gather and drink Spicy dandan noodles are not spicy at all As a spicy food lover, I must say, the food leaned towards the sweeter side for my taste. However, the ambiance of the place was fantastic and perfect for a night out with friends. What truly impressed me was the diverse menu offering plenty of fusion food options, including some deliciously dishes if you like sweeter food. Highly recommend for a fun night filled with great atmosphere and drinks!

Had their Dine Around menu. I was set on chicken wings as the appetizer, but they unfortunately didnt have them available when I dined in. I had the pork pierogis instead, which were tasty and tender. The Malaysian beef laksa was the only Dine Around entrée not offered on their regular menu. It was served in more of a dish than a bowl and therefore, wasnt as soupy as I would have liked or expected from a laksa. You cant go wrong with sticky toffee pudding as a dessert! I left quite full and felt the food was a decent value for $35.

We love BNA. I have never had a bad meal here. Tried the new Kung Pao fries to start, they were different, but delicious.

Almost too good. I hate to say it, but it s almost too busy. Not that that s a bad thing, it s actually quite nice. Amazing spot for casual drinks, food, or an eventful night out. Staff all around are amazing. From bartenders, front door staff, to overall security. Nice change of pace from some bars; security and staff always treat patrons with respect here. Would absolutely recommend, however, be early if you plan on going during a Friday night.

Always an excellent experience. Chop Chop is the best salad in town hands down and the cocktails are to-die-for. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful and you can tell they truly enjoy working there.

This is such a fun place. We had the upstairs closed off for our conference members reception. There is bowling, games, quiet places to sit, and just a great vibe. The staff are courteous and helpful. The drinks are fast and delicious. It was overall a great evening with lots of activities and space to spread out. A definite go to place for some adult fun. Would recommend this place for sure.

Really fun bar. Long line to get in on a Saturday night but great beers on tap and plenty of people to keep you company once you get inside. Was very social and fun without a typical a club vibe which I can appreciate.

Pizza was literally bomb. Ice cream for dessert was the best part for me. Curry was delish. Virgin pina colada for the pregnant lady was a treat. Will come again.

I booked a reservation 2 months ago expecting dinner and bowling. Only to find out at the time of arrival that they were separate bookings and that we wouldn t be able to bowl unless there was a cancellation. I feel like I could have had someone reach out to confirm this. Our waiter was thorough and friendly, but asked my husband if he wanted lettuce, tomato and cheese on his burger (which should had been a no brainer) then charged us $3 for a piece of lettuce and $1 for a tomato slice on his burger. What!?!? He did not mention it would cost extra. We felt misled and disappointed by our experience. If there was better communication this night would had been much better.

Fantastic venue with top notch service, good food & great beer. The Purple Rain sour was a standout favourite & cant ever go wrong with a smash burger!

I ve tossed and turned the idea of sharing my experience at BNA and have decided to share my brutal experience at this establishment. Went there after the lee Brice concert to pick up my friends and DD them. I was cleaning up after a small spill of beer on the table and when I asked the server where the garbage was I was told to throw it on the ground, it will be fine! However as a patron with manners for the staff whom are closing I told her if she could direct me to a garbage bin I will dispose of it myself. During this a drunk bartender came around from the bar and told me don t throw **** at my bartenders you a-hole and I proceeded to walk away as this was the better alternative than ruining everyone s night. Can t say I d ever recommend going to this place, when the bartenders are more drunk than the patrons!! Just go down the street and find another bar!

Was in this establishment on Monday June 5th, 2023. It was around 11pm and the place was dead. Upon arriving, the bartender working was making/serving drinks to other patrons. Totally fine, we were the utmost patient, and in no rush at this point, only happy that a place was open that we could go to. After taking care of an order , he took another order, and started on making those. This is getting to be around 6-7 minutes of standing there waiting, just to give context. While he is making this order, a girl comes up and orders more drinks, clearly making us wait longer Okay, we thought, still optimistic. My buddy and I proceed to wait another 5 minutes or more,making this well over 10 minutes to even order a drink here. In which we were clearly not close in being attended to. Frankly, I normally dont have this much patience and we were in all Aspects willing to wait and polite. It sucks of course, but waiting longer happens and thats life. I can deal with this and understand. What I absolutely do not understand is a bartender in the service industry blatantly ignoring and disrespecting (essentially) paying customers. How can you honestly watch us standing directly at your bar for 10-12 minutes and not even acknowledge that we exist. The gentleman continues to attend to others, promptly add additional items to orders, with no consideration for us. This is a multimillion dollar business, I might suggest hiring people that will protect that. I for one was disgusted and confused at how we were treated. To be clear there was not many people at all and this was 11pm on a Monday night. With liquor prices so expensive, and tipping increasing as well. When I pay for my drinks and BNA Im expected to tip the employees, not based on any sort of performance. This is flawed , and was proven here. Dont ask me to pay 10$ a beer, tax tip, and then not even give me the time of day. Remember, your employees directly effect your bottom line and bad news spreads faster then good.

Wow. A burger place with a limited burger menu. Dont need a bigger menu with fancier burgers cause these are delicious burgers. WOW! My celiac friend loved it too and their buns were great.

Okay so if you re in Kelowna, you HAVE to come to BNA brewing atleast once on your trip. The food is extremely delicious the service is spectacular. What s cooler is that they have a bowling alley in house as well which is interesting concept. When you re here, its really a mix of pub style and restaurant an in between. Definitely worth a trip here. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

This brewery is housed in an old British North American tobacco building, hence the namesake. Pleasantly surprised by the beers that my group ordered and our unanimous standout was Lil Pip. We ordered excellent burgers, small but tasty, oddly reminiscent of In-n-out burgers that I am very fond of. The staff were friendly and the warehouse vibe creating a nice open airy atmosphere. They had an old street figjter arcade game there which brought back fond memories of my childhood.

The atmosphere at this place is great, especially on the 2nd floor where the games are at. Its tough to get a reservation, so make sure to book ahead or look forward to waiting in line. The food and drink menu is pretty solid, with some gems like the sausage pizza. Enjoyed my time with friends at this bar.

Wonderful service from knowledgeable and super friendly people. And the beer is to die for. Every single one of the 7 we tried was quite superb - which is unparalleled in our experience of breweries. Simply awesome. Thanks for a great afternoon. Vegetarian options: ALL the beers are vegan!

Really cool place to go bowling with great vegan options and personable service! The atmosphere was awesome! The Umami Mama Pizza was delicious! It had great toppings, flavour and crust! I would order again! Topping consisted of shiitake, cremini and portabella mushrooms, truffled italian veggie sausage, cashew ricotta, basil pesto, pea shoots, dill cream, pickled red onion, red chillies, red sauce plant-based parmesan. I also got the hibiscus highball mocktail and it was sweet and dynamic, I would order it again! The ingredients included hibiscus and rose petal syrup, soda, lemon. Definitely will be back!

BNA is top-notch. The service is friendly and thoughtful, the craft beer selection is fantastic, and the curated decor is out of this world Kid-friendliness: They love kids - they have an old pac-man arcade game that my kids loved to play

We had a group of 12 for a company dinner and sat upstairs. The service was fantastic, the food was high quality and definitely not just pub food. Cool atmosphere, lots to look at, very lively. Highly recommended!!

Can I pick more than 5 stars for this fun place? Our first visit to BNA. LOVED IT!!! Josh, thank you for a great evening. This is a cool, fun place with so much history. We got to play Bocce and watch people have too much fun bowling. Food and drinks were great. I would highly recommend this place!!! Also, special thanks to the young man who was working on the brewery side on Saturday afternoon and went above and beyond to give us the tour of the restaurant and explained the cool history. That made us reserve the restaurant for our dinner on Sunday. A special note to the owner- Your staff loves you. Josh mentioned how well you treat them and inspire them to work hard and make your place successful. Thank you for taking care of your staff so well, in return, they are so passionate to provide us the best experience possible. Will definitely return and recommend your place.

Great time. Bowling alley was full but they were able to squeeze us in when a cancelation happened . We spent 9 hours here and had loads of fun

Although there was a slight mix-up with the order, the staff handled it exceptionally well. I had ordered the chicken supreme but received crispy chicken instead. When I brought it to their attention, they promptly replaced my order free of charge, displaying their commitment to customer satisfaction. Even the video game experience turned out to be stress-free. Despite initially encountering an issue where the system didnt recognize my payment, the staff quickly rectified the situation by refunding the amount I had inserted for the game. Great food and beer, but treat you like a second class citizen if you aren t in a large group. My wife and I waited an hour for a table when there were clearly several empty tables available. Would not recommend this place if you aren t in a large group, as they probably won t care about you in return

I had really high expectations because I read so many rave reviews, so I was a little disappointed in the atmosphere. It was more meh than I expected. The food was pretty good and the service was excellent but overall it was just pretty ok. Edit: my 2 little kids and I were sat next to a huge bachelor party so that may have been the reason I wasnt really into the atmosphere. The hostess asked upstairs or downstairs failing to mention that if we chose upstairs that we would be next to a rowdy party. I was going to ask to be moved, but then overheard the table next to us asking and being denied (no other tables apparently) so we just decided to deal with it. The kids were hungry so I didnt want to have to wait for another table. Thanks for your response, BNA! I think our experience would have been way better at a different table - maybe good for your hostesses to learn that a family with small kids doesnt want to be sat next to a table of people singing, yelling and doing belly button shots!

I have been for lunch to BnA before which is the 4 stars, but had to write a review as Tiernen (who was 5 star worthy- also I hope this is spelled correctly) was the most phenomenal server I have had here (and possibly in this city) and think they deserve a shout out for being effortlessly kind, welcoming and an overall joy!

Great atmosphere, coupled with good beer and reasonable pricing makes this an excellent place to stop in for dinner. The addition of a bowling alley also makes it a good place to hang out with friends and bowl a set. For those wondering, yes you can eat and drink while bowling. Each lane has a sofa and coffee table with enough room for 3-4 people. The restaurant didnt open until 4:00, but you can go to their tasting room starting at 11:00 and have a beer and burger!

Todays date sept1st. Got 10+ people already in the establishment with reservations. Friends already inside. Denied entry outside the established, told to buy a drink first for faster service by the bouncers or wait in line. Out of all the places iv visited. This place had to have the worst hospitality to new comers in the town. The two front bouncers in the front think they re big macho men DENYING customers who want to spend their hard earned money in THEIR establishment. Absolutely disgusted by the way staff treated us. 10/10 would avoid this place at all cost. The bouncers think they re on Granville street Vancouver .

Unlike my bowling skills, this place is legit. The chicken parm and wings were excellent.

Our server Chloe was amazing. We had a large group on the patio. She made herself sparse while conversation was underway and somehow whenever anyone needed her she was there! Had the tuna tartar and it was delish (as Chloe would say). Manager Derek is also awesome!!!

Just went to pick up my pass for Denim on the Diamond and decided to have lunch. Hooooollllly yes! That burger. When it s that right you know? Unreal . Such a bad staff it sucks .I used to make delivery s to them , the staff complained to my boss that I smell at writing a email . Had a great evening experience here. Staff was very helpful in giving information and suggestions on their beer menu. We opted for their flight because there were just many great ones to try. Since we only came here to have some drinks and chill for a bit, we only got 2 of their appetizers: Zucchini Fries and Tuna Tartare. Their Zucchini fries were amazing. The tuna tartare is not bad, but it could use a bit more seasoning. The soy sauce provided seems to overpower the taste so I chose to just not add soy sauce.

We just had our team event at BNA tonight and it was an amazing experience. Chef Sergio s taco bar was one of the best I ve ever had. The serving/bar staff were phenomenal. Our team comes back here every year for Christmas parties for a reason. Highly recommend!

Restaurant, tasting room, and bowling alley 3-in-1. Very unique! If you are meeting with someone whos not been here before, make sure to clarify which side you are meeting. The tasting room and the restaurant are separate, and have different menus. Our Friend and us both waited for each other on the wrong side for 15 minutes, before we found out there was another side of the restaurant... Dont be like us... Good food, fun vibe, nice staff. Would recommend!

The place has really blown up, almost giving club vibes on the weekend. The staff could definitely improve on their customer service skills but the vibes are good. Drinks are pricey but I definitely recommend shelling out for the silly soda

I don t think I will come to BNA again. While there were a lot of people and atmosphere was nice, the food drinks and service not so much. 14 dollars for a tiny drink. Cajun truffle fries has waaaay too much spice (why even bother with that spice), chicken wings were too greasy. Service was slow and had to flag down servers who were passing by. I get it there are a lot of people but doesn t mean you have to disregard people like that. Didn t like my experience.

BNA tasting room first waiting for main bar to open great place been several times. BNA the drinks and food awesome and stunning place of course great service as always Highly recommend If we didn t live on the West side we would be here way more often and same with Skinny s our other fave place. Chicken wonton was tasty!
