We placed a big order for our holiday party and the staff were very accommodating. Excellent mea!

Looks like its going out of business. Despite ordering for delivery, the food sat for an hour and a half. No phone call. We went there, and the young Indian woman said that they no longer do delivery, only pickup. The website literally has delivery mentioned on the website. The food was cold upon pickup.

worst customer service. Manager was mad at complaining about stale food.

Foods are tasty here an some how near the taste you can experience in India but the tandoori chicken I got was not fresh at all and disappointing. Try not to serve left overs! You can be the best.

No atmosphere at all. They clearly do not want you eating at the restaurant on KLO Road. The food was good before but it has gone downhill. There are better places in Kelowna to spend your money than this restaurant.

We typically take out from here. They are fast, friendly and make delicious food. Highly recommend the samosa chat and biriyani. They are conscientious of food allergies and the food is consistently delicious. Sometimes the spicy-ness of the food varies but either way the meals are delicious. They offer nice big portions as well. Definitely recommend. Vegetarian options: Lots of delicious options available for vegetarians Dietary restrictions: Very good with allergies. My daughter has a severe nut & sesame allergy and we feel safe eating here. Kid-friendliness: My kids love the food. They accommodate no spice in the food so my kids can tolerate it.

My favourite indian food restaurant in Kelowna. Highly recommend you get the spicy butter chicken, chicken tikka, and garlic butter naan. Food is tasty with lots of flavour, always fresh, and staff are polite.

Ordered delivery from the K.L.O. location. Very impressed. Easy online ordering, timely delivery. Everything was very fresh. Samosas, baji, pakora...all had good crisp, which is difficult to achieve in packaging for a delivery order. Butter chicken and lamb saag were delicious. Garlic naan fantastic. Absolutely will order again.

I was really impressed by the portion size at a very reasonable price. The flavour was excellent, and the meats were cooked to perfection.

They hook it up for serving sizes at this location compared to other locations. Foods amazing and spice level is accurate.

This is my go to place for Indian food takeout! Great portions, affordable, and celiac friendly! I like how the interior is no frills, perhaps this is the reason why they can afford to provide nice portions. Id take delicious food, food portions, over eating environment anytime! The staff at the restaurant also remediated a situation where I ordered 5 dishes to go and 1 of them was incorrect. Ive tried numerous Indian restaurants in kelowna and West Kelowna and Id say my favourites would be made in India and Everest in West Kelowna. If you are looking for a dining spot with ambiance then this is not the spot for you.

I visited this place for dinner Ambience was good and service was apt. We ordered malai chicken tikka which was not so good. Marination was bad and less. Not tasty at all. Later we ordered prawns curry which was okay but not so good. So food experience was average. So overall, Ambience and service was good Hygiene was maintained Food experience was not that great so average

There is no set menu. I ordered the medium spicy butter chicken curry. It was more painful than I expected. Both the naan and saffron rice were delicious. It might be a good idea to split the amount in half for two people. The appetizer vegetarian pakora and onion badge were also delicious.

Absolutely amazing food again, the only place we go for Indian food. So many vegetarian options, great flavor and value.

We tried pakoras, masala tea, tikki with chana, paneer. Everything was great. Service was bit slow as there was only one person taking orders. There wasn t excessive delay though. I would recommend this place.

Great food and portion sizes for a fair price here! The girl at the cash register is always so friendly and nice. I like to get the Mango Chicken as a main with the Pakoras as a side. The Pakoras are super delicious and tasty!

We ate half our spinach saag and found a piece of long black hair and almost puked. We couldn t eat the rest of our order!

I don t understand why this restaurant has 4.3/10. The Tikka masala was very salty, the popadoms where $2, you get 3 half s that clearly aren t homemade and came soggy. Cheese naan was not even cheesey :( very disappointing. Will not be ordering from here again.

This place is the best! My partner amd I order here every couple of weeks and the food is always top notch. The value for money is crazy good too. The onion bhaji and pakoras are to die for, and only 5 bucks for a huge portion.

Best samosas!! I work in the area and these are a great lunch if you need a hot lunch! Plus the staff is really nice :)

Ordered about $100 of food, had enough food for 4 adults and a big eater preteen plus leftovers. Food was super tasty, but I found the Channa Masala lacked depth of flavor that I was used to at other restaurants. The chicken dish could have used more actual chicken pieces

Placed an order for the first time at made in india commerce. Picked up well ahead of requested time and naan was soggy and dishes were cold. If you want take out that you need to heat up and naan that you need to put in the oven to dry then this is the place for you. Would leave zero stars if available.

1790 KLO location, petite & bijoux restaurant, cozy. Friendly staff. Really excellent cauliflower & potatoes with fresh hot buttered tandoor baked roti all washed down with mango pulp Lassi. Seriously tasty & enjoyable experience.

I had to give one star to write my review...Heard a lot about the food of this restaurant but experience was bad went to try their food on Thursday July 18 as we were visiting from Calgary with two friends went in an sat waited 10 mins to be served a waitress comes in assuming we were with the large group when we said no she was like sorry we are only doing take out we could have been told that when we entered there was not signs posted non we were told about it when we entered the place so I can t comment about the food but the service sucked ....

Love it here. Prices are good and food is made to order. You can call your order in ahead and go pick it up. I work nearby and so I can do that without wasting time.We asked our host about a good restaurant in Kelowna and she suggested this. This is a very small restaurant. When we went in, it was just the two of us. We ordered Palak Paneer, Shahi Paneer and rice.

India would shut this place down. 1 star is forgiving Hands down the worst Indian we ever ate. Highly overpriced for the slop they are calling Indian food here. Not only does the food have a flavor from a 1$ store boil in the bag item with subway square fake chicken, but we were disgusted biting in to find the actual meat had tumors when we ate it. (See image below) I dont know who is rating this higher than yuck, but they have obviously never had even decent Indian food. Pass this one by..

Butter chicken doesnt have much flavour besides tomato soup. Ordered garlic naan and there wasnt a speck of garlic. Theres better places in Kelowna for Indian..

Fantastic! Flavorful authentic flavors well worth the price point. A great variety of dishes to choose from and portions are a nice size. We ordered take-out. We were having a dinner party with people having different dietary requirements and everyone had their fill as they have gluten free and vegan options. We will definitely be going back for the biryani and aloo gohbi. Hands down one of two best Indian restaurants in Kelowna.

A rarity for take out of any type - everything was delicious. We ordered about a dozen different items, all were spiced as ordered, looked great, tasted very fresh with generous portions and fair prices. By far the best Indian food we have had in Kelowna!

Great food but very rude people I call to order food so I can go pick it up and they say their closed but I can hear people then I stop by on my way to work and go in and ask to order food to go they say no were closed sorry out of product I look around at all the people eating and said excuse me and the man says oh what do you want to order rudely and I said and order of butter chicken and rice please its like under 20 bucks I give him 25 and said keep the change then get my order and its just the butter chicken and I said wheres the rice the man says oh were out!! Yet you take 25$ from me and dont tell me that. I just found that really rude me and my co-workers order from there all the time and love the food, just cant believe the rude treatment

Is this the best Indian food in town? I think so. Everything is always made fresh, the prices are great and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The only problem that Ive ever had here is that they get really busy sometimes and wait times for take out orders can get a bit long sometimes; not usually an issue for us though as weve learned to order early. Some of our favourites here are: Mango Chicken - better than butter chicken Saag Paneer - weird looking but delicious Malai Kofta - yumm, deep fried cheese balls Onion Bhaji - think Indian onion rings Samosa Chaat - so good, almost a meal on its own Yellow Daal Dutka - I dont usually like lentils but I love this or, almost anything on the menu, havent found a dish we didnt like!

Made in India is AMAZING!! I dont order take out often, but whenever I do, its *always* Made in India. Seriously delicious - they do not dissapoint. I recommend the chicken tikka and their gulub jamans (dessert)

As someone who has a nut allergy I am so appreciative that Made in India has made the decision to be nut free, as well as rework recipes so that they are not free and I can still try them. My new favorite dish is veggie Korma which is something I cannot order anywhere else as it contains Almonds. I would 100% recommend Made in India. The food is not free and more importantly incredibly delicious!

We are currently eating here. This service is so so so bad. Like, so slow! I understand they are busy, but maybe hire more people? The food good, but they messed up our appy order and then it tool forever to fix. They didnt ask us if we wanted drinks, just continued to serve water and whisked away before we had a chance to ask. Weve been before and it was amazing. I wouldnt go back after this.

Best indian food in Kelowna. Big portions. The main dishes have lots of veggies and meat unlike some other places that are all sauce. The veggie korma is amazing! Dine in restaurant is a bit small.

Honestly I was disappointed. The food was very flavorless. My butter chicken tasted like tomatoe soup with chicken bits. The service was something else. The young girls were very nice but there serving skills were very slow and poor. Took 15 almost 20 mins for drinks. Double asked what was ordered and did not place order for half an hour. Was slow and took about 40 minutes just to get appetizers. Very disappointed as the reviews seem great?... Also the dining room is super small and inconvient. Was so squishy.

Ask any Kelowna taxi driver where the best Indian food is and the only answer youll get is Made in India. Eat in facility is small and lacks character so take out is my choice.
