My wife and I went here for Lunch yesterday, and we had a truly wonderful experience. We ordered the mutter paneer and samosa chaat. The customer service was not only prompt but also exceptionally friendly, making us feel very welcome. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend.
I ordered one plate bathure and I called and told them that last time Bathuras were raw and oily and requested them to cook properly this time But when I received my order it was same like last time Bathuras were oily raw was not able to eat When I called to restaurant front staff were talking nicely but when they asked in and show them pic in kitchen then chef said i didn’t cook these Bathuras .First they didn’t cook properly then they refused to accept their mistake I don’t think they deserve even single star if they don’t know how to make Bathuras I will not recommend to anyone to go there and waste money Food is garbage
Had Amritsari Paneer Kulcha - very delicious taste 😋 Chinese noodles and Manchurian was also tasty but Veg. Platter (Thali) was okay in taste.
If u want to eat food without spices, salt and a naan which is difficult to find out what I ate, then definitely visit this restaurant. Had a horrible food ever and I still wonder these reviews are like 4.6 which is looking like paid. I still feel y the tandoori chicken was only with just a colour only that's it Just boiled chicken with colour This is ridiculous. Chicken chilli also was with full of colour. I have made a bill of 150 cad , not one dish was near to average. If ur looking for a better food please avoid this i mean it. I hope they have enough spices stock. Chef recommendation- please remove that word from the menu or online wherever it's posted. It's worst I ever hadd "*Chicken biryani*" is not a biryani at all It was tomato rice with chicken
I really don't know how its rated 4.6 in google. Had the worst experience in the last couple of years. If you are south indian, then remember none of the dishes will suit you. Service was very late, in the mean time we went to park and had to come back and wait another 20 min. When i saw ur menu there was a thing mentioned “Chef Recommended” we had ordered those but none of the dish was even at-least near to average. I really don't know why those were in recommendation. Finally Chicken Tandoori, you guys just cooked the chicken and added colour to it and gave it to us. Horrible taste. Had to threw it. My suggestion go through the menu and review the items once again and try it. My Personal rating was 0.5/5

Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism made our dining experience truly exceptional. It’s clear she has a genuine passion for her work, and her positive attitude did not go unnoticed. Additionally, I would like to commend the management for hiring such a talented and dedicated team member. Her contributions undoubtedly enhance the restaurant’s reputation, and I wish her all the best for her future endeavors. Kudos to the manager for recognizing and nurturing such great talent! The best amritsari kulcha hands down. We got the mixed kulcha and some dahi bhale. Both were delicious and prepared well. The fish tikka though, please avoid it . It says chef recommendation but wasn’t good . The fish tasted bland and the covering seemed chewy. The staff was friendly and the service was quick . This location seems a lil shady though so please don’t leave any personal belongings inside your vehicle.
This is the best place for Indian food. The portion size, the taste, hospitality everything is perfect. Loved the staff and how well they treated their customers. 100% recommended

This is second time my experience was bad. I ordered 3 plates amritsari kulcha. One was perfectly fine but 2 of them were really over cooked. So i request server to replace atleast one of them because it was burnt. She took food and went to kitchen and came back with same food and said chef said new will also be same. Dnt know Then how other plate was good. Seems like tgey dnt care about customer anymore.

I had a fantastic experience at Ustaad in Kelowna. The service was exceptional, with our server, Jaspreet being friendly, attentive, about the menu. The portions were generous, with each dish packed full of flavor every item we tried was perfectly balanced and satisfying. The Kofta curry, Amritsari Kulcha, Starters and thali was a standout, and the naan was perfectly warm and soft. Jaspreet made great recommendations for us. The overall ambiance was welcoming and comfortable. I left feeling full and happy, and I ll definitely be returning for both the great food and excellent service. Highly recommended!

I recently visited restaurant with my family and that was a bad experience . We ordered two veg main course . And taste was very bad in fact there was no taste in both sabji , We saw their review and decide to go there for family dinner . We spent 100$ bill for the food which is totally lost I could say . just to heads up We order that panner bhurji- which is of no taste and I believe the texture n taste itself looks like was made 4 days before: And the karai panner was made like made 5 days before as the layered on the top was totally thick. and the rep asked us how s the food after we got but honestly not recommend for this place for sure.

Ordered a Daal Punjabi last night from them for takeout. The quantity of salt was way too much in it. Garbaged

We were waiting for the table to be cleaned so we could sit. The waitress was standing at the front but didn t bother to clean the table, we waited for 15 mins and end up sitting on the next available table. No one came to greet us even though there was a waitress walking around. When we got fed up and decided to leave no one even bothered to ask why we were leaving. There were table full of dirty dishes which were not cleaned. I requested to talk with the service manager or supervisor. I was told they are not in yet. Customer service was worst and then ever. If I had an option to choose, I would have chose 0/5.
We ordered kulcha and channa bhatura, really enjoyed the food here. The best part was the customer service. Naaz was our server, she was super sweet and took great care of us absolutely loved her
This is one Indian restaurant which i wont recommend to anyone. Fried rice has no salt. Chili chicken tasted like eating red color chicken dipped in sweet sauces. Tandoori was painted red with no taste. Chicken biryani tasted like tomato rice. 0.5/10
If you want to take revenge on someone, bring them here. This is the worst Indian food I ve ever eaten. These are the items to avoid for sure: - Chicken Chilli (tastes like chicken mixed with pickle) - Kalimirchi Chicken (overly peppered chicken) - Tandoori Chicken (looks and tastes like colored boiled chicken) - Chicken Biryani (resembles plain tomato rice)
Food is always fresh, and good. Atmosphere is also neat and clean as always. Servers are really polite and helpful always. Prefer to come there from vernon everytime.

Naaz was a great server and helped us choose a delicious meal. We had the palak paneer and a giant puff bread with a side of a delicious chickpea stew! yum.

I came here first time on my birthday on 10th Sep 2023, but didn t like the experience at all but today came here again for dine in Naaz took my order she explained everything very nicely and what to be recommended and she even promised that I would love the food. We came for a road trip from Regina (Saskatchewan) to Kelowna and we came across Ustaad G restaurant. The food is very tasty but the most important thing is the server is one of the best server, I forgot to ask her name but she had highlights on her hair sorry but that s the best way I can identify her, she is very professional, intelligent and very sweet and nice. She served us for 3 days as we visited there every morning and night. Please kindly do give her appreciation for her hard work. (Lovedeep Gill).

Just hopped into this place with family while returning from Kangaroo creek farm to my hotel. Had poori aloo, Non veg thali and aloo paratha. The food was very delicious. We have been trying out different cuisines on our way from Vancouver to Kelowna. This place is where I would like to come back for sure . Staff were very friendly and nice. I ordered through door dash from this restaurant yesterday, after waiting for 30 minutes I received my order but half of the items were missing ..... It was so disappointing because that was a surprise order for my guests ...I called the restaurant and got very uninterested response that I would have to go and meet the owner and then he might offer me some coupons .... amazingly poor customer service .... the customer service lady did not have any clue what to do and made me sound like an idiot.... food was also tasteless ... the other options in the neighbourhood are far better and reasonable ... I wish them luck for future ...

We order 2 appetizer and 1 main dish, all the dishes came together. There were flies in the restaurant. Amritsar kulcha were delicious but all the rest 2 dishes doesnt taste good. We were just eating our food and talking but one server came to use to tell us to pay at the front, with food be on table which we were eating.
Good service by Jasleen. We were all asked to put up a review though didnt get our gulab jamun as they say. Just kidding , apart from that food is pretty much ok.
