Pasta was satisfactory, bettter than actually. First loaf of bread was fresh, second tasted like day or 2 old. Minestrone soup didnt have any beans or pasta,sad It should be called vegetable soup, not minestrone soup..Service was a little slow, and wasnt busy..

We had a whole hockey team plus parents there and they were honestly great! Really good with the unruly children. I only feel sorry for the other patrons who were there for a nice evening out lol

We were a bit early for our reservation but were accommodated quickly. The place was very busy but our server Presley was attentive, funny and efficient. He was working his section hard as there was a large group of 10 or so as well, but still managed to keep us topped up. The food was delicious, as always. A must stop when we re in town visiting our daughter.

I visited the OSF last night with my son and our family friend. We had a wonderful meal together. The food was delicious and our waitress was top-tier . Her name was Olivia (receipt * 448983). She deserves a raise ;) This restaurant is always consistent and doesn t break the bank as long as you aren t a big drinker. Parking: Parking is quite good at this location, and free.

We have been to the OSF a half dz times in the past year, each time the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the sidewalk maintenance is not up to snuff the last visit, my mother in law had a fall which resulted on a sprained ankle, the supervisor/manager lady, while kind enough, only offered her a dessert or an appy on them. I appreciate that she stopped what she was doing to come apologize, but when I worked in restaurants, we gave that customer their whole meal free if anything even close to that happened. Then there was the waitress...... it took over 15 minutes for her to bring the menus and then another 10 to come ask about drinks (at which time we ordered everything) we told her we were in a hurry... pretty sure she slowed down after that. We waited over a half hour, when it wasnt very busy, before we gave up, and left. I went and asked the lovely hostess for our food to go, and told her how we were being ignored but all the other tables in the waitresses section were very well taken care of by her....at this point, most would offer a discount or something (not that I expected one and was happy to pay the price, as the food is yum!) But it was just the principle of it all. Im hesitant to go back again due to service. I do highly recommend the Chicken & mushroom marsapone ravioli. So good!!! Vegetarian options: There is a lack of vegetarian meals, and a lack of dairy free meals that arent with red sauce. Way to many seafood meals. Kid-friendliness: Staff are really good with kids. My kids always enjoy going Wheelchair accessibility: It is minimal to none. Tables are roo close together.

Its the old spaghetti factory. It is what it is lol the food was fine but it was sooooo busy. However our server was amazing. He was dealing with two sections by himself in a non stop rush and still managed to give great service and be funny! Couldnt be more impressed with that guy. No good with names or I would be giving him a personal review with 5 stars.

I recently hosted a patient group community meet-up dinner at the Old Spaghetti Factory in Kelowna. I made reservations ahead of time to accommodate for our groups unique needs. We were a party of 9, a smaller group than we initially anticipated. We received exceptional service from the management team and the waitress assigned to our table. Our specific request was taken into consideration and accommodated well. The service was excellent, our food was delicious and the atmosphere was appropriate for fostering interaction within the group. Additionally, our organization has hosted other events at different Old Spaghetti Factory locations. We would wholeheartedly host future events at the Old Spaghetti Factory, thank you for fantastic service!

Food and service was excellent.

The teamwork here was fabulous. This was our first time at this location. Our server was very friendly. Halfway through our meal he was busy with a huge party. We werent ignored. Both the manager and hostess continued to check on us throughout our dinner until our server was free. The food was good. I would have liked to have more sauce with my spaghetti, but it was filling. My partner had spaghetti with meatballs. The meatballs were delicious. We always love the spumoni ice cream and the bread with garlic spread. Of course the decor is very interesting. Also the prices are very reasonable.

Jeanelle was excellant. Despite a busy dinner service, our waters/tea mugs stayed full, she was enertaining and friendly, and attentive. We never waited too long for her to grab any extras we asked for. Management would be remiss to do anything to lose a server like her!

Was so looking forward for the spaghetti factory. Drove 2 hours for the lunch lasagna. Totally not impressed. Tasted like frozen store bought. Manager replaced with another and had that one to go. Got home heated it up and I knew right away it was frozen store Lasagna. We have been going there for many years and I cannot believe what I got and charging $15.75 ,for store bought. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Makes you wonder how many other companies are doing the same. Sad to say wont be getting our service anymore.

Used to love it there, the atmosphere and service was great. We went there Wednesday, July 31 and have been sick with food poisoning since. The service was not good, the younger waitresses didn t seem to know what they were doing and when we waited 15 minutes to get service she responded with well, we are clearly busy . I do not recommend this restaurant anymore.

A total fraud. We arrived at 8:40 and they refused to serve us because they were about to close. They refused to serve us. The worst service we have found in Kelowna.

Took our extended family to this restaurant this weekend for a celebration of life for a family member we recently lost. A party of 13 and only one AMAZING server (Alysha sp?). For a group that large we only had one issue with my steak (typical had to be me ) but the server, the supervisor and the manager came through COMPLETELY and fixed it and gave us a gift card as well. Fantastic Service !!! Thanks again !!

If I could give more stars for service I would! Our main server Ethan was fantastic...very interactive with our two boys. Anytime any server saw an empty plate they would take it away. The servers really seem to work together as a team for the best customer experience. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu, crayons and friendly service.

I visited the Old Spaghetti Factory a few weeks ago and let me say how AMAZING the service was. Specifically from a man named Max. Max s name tag said that he was in training, so my table and I weren t expecting much. Upon ordering, getting out food, and paying the experience was far from what we expected. Max went above and beyond with how kind, funny, and charasmatic he was. When I come again, I am asking to be sat in Max s area!

We had unfortunately a poor experience with the location in Kelowna. The kids pizzas wasnt cooked, very little cheese and dry. The 2 other meals were average at best and the starter bread may as well have been sliced off as hockey pucks based on how hard it was. Waitress was good, the host was rude and unattentive.

10/10 would eat way to much pasta here again. Left super happy, supper fill. Jordana was a fantastic server

We love going here. The food is consistently good and at a reasonable price. Great place for larger groups as they can easiy accomodate them. The chicken parm is a favorite but spagetti with meatballs is always a go to meal.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of families with young children were present. Wheelchair accessibility: Well spaced tables, no curbs or steps upon entering the building.

Food was okay and took a long time to come out. Lines are not painted in parking lot so cars were not parked properly and there was little to no parking in the lot at 6:30 pm.

honestly, i love dining here even if i dont come in super frequently, but if i ever get a craving for pasta of any kind this is my go to. food is well priced and delightful for the range of prices you get, and with the portion size, i always get to take some home for a midnight snack later. as for the service, being served by oskar might be the best part! he is attentive while also being positive and easygoing, a real gem of a server.

We visited today for lunch and had great service! We were seated right away and we promptly ordered drinks and received fresh warm bread. We all had the steak sandwich and when one of them wasn t cooked to our liking they took it back to make it right. When we received the new steak it still wasn t cooked right, the server Bryan checked in and noticed it immediately and told us he d take it off our bill as the rest of us were done eating, he offered us a free dessert and when we declined he surprised us with $25 off our next visit. It had been years since I d eaten at an Old Spaghetti Factory it was not as I remembered it. The spaghetti was fairly tasteless, it wasn t horrible but don t think I would go back again.

Its my first time visiting BC, and my first sit down restaurant here, and absolutely 100% WAY BETTER service than I get back home. Prices were amazing for the portion sizes!!

Appy was meh, but the lasagna was more like a $6 Zinnetti Mini Lasagna from Costco just shoved into a bowl, heated up in the oven and then you get charged $21 for it. Service was good though.

Absolutely love going here. We had the best Chicken Alfredo with Mushrooms and Mascarpone Cheese Ravioli. It was so delicious! The waitress was very upbeat and friendly to talk to. The manager was very nice and said thanks for coming, and waved goodbye to us. I cant wait to return to try another item off the menu.

Above and Beyond! I ordered 2 take-out entrees (through SKIP) and, let me tell you, I was pretty disappointed when my seafood fettuccine alfredo arrived without any seafood. It was literally just noodles. I called the restaurant and spoke with the lovely Maddie, who was very apologetic and asked if Id hold for the manager. She came back to say he was busy with another customer and asked if she could take my info for a call back, which I received within 5 minutes. Stuart, the manager, was also extremely apologetic and said if he had a delivery driver on hed get another meal out to me, though I assured him that wasnt necessary, I thought it was just important they be aware of the error. He was very kind and said hed send out a gift card for me immediately, that could be used for dine in or take out, and would cover my entire order! He also offered to contact SKIP to get me a refund of the entree, which I told him I already had. Stuart and Maddie were awesome to deal with and very quick to apologize and offer a solution - they really have what customer service should be, nailed down! For that, alone, I would recommend the Old Spaghetti Factory Kelowna. Sidenote: our other entree was the Chicken Alfredo Ravioli and it was delicious!

Probably the best place to go and eat in Kelowna. The service is always good the price is great value for your $$. We go there fairly regularly and it s always good. I like the fact that it s all included you get bread which is always nice and warm, you get soup or salad, your meal coffee or tea and ice cream for dessert. 5 stars for sure.

Too busy, I was next in line, and the host ignored me, serving the person behind me instead. Totally rude in my opinion. The pasta was sub par, the sauce was hearty, but not enough on the dish. Even the bread was not freshly baked, like the spaghetti factory of old in Toronto.

The restaurant was very busy. Our sever was a little unfriendly and was not smiling at all, maybe she d had a long day. Food was average, not as good as we had expected. My son had the lasagna, it wasn t very tasty. The pasta sauces were not tasty for all the dishes we ordered. Kid-friendliness: The restaurant is kid friendly, has a kid s menu.

My daughter was visiting from Red Deer and I was tired of cooking so we decided to go out for dinner. She loves pasta so it was an easy decision to attend here. Let me start with the good things. Service was excellent (but they were not busy so who knows on a busier night). The everything included prices are a very good deal. Now, on to the food. I have been to the Old Spaghetti Factory here, and in Winnipeg, Vancouver, and in Calgary over the many years. Maybe my memory is faulty, but the food in my opinion has definitley gone down hill. We both had ceasar salad and they were extremely miserly with the salad dressing -- you could barely taste it. She had linguine with alfredo sauce and seafood. It looked good and she said she enjoyed it. I had plain old spaghetti with meat sauce. How could you get this wrong? Hardly any meat in the sauce, not enough sauce compared to the amount of spaghetti and I have never in my life needed salt on this dish but the sauce was so bland I had to ask for salt and pepper so I could add some to the sauce. To top it off, I had to ask for the salt and pepper there was none on the table. My favorite has always been the unlimited bread served with dinner. Once again, it was disappointing. Although it was warm, it was not hot how I remember it. And it was crumbly and flavourless, not at all how I remember it. Next time we go out for pasta I think we will be looking for a new place to try. EDIT: UPDATE to my recent review. Management reached out to me by phone today (two days after my original review above) and gave me apologies and promised to do better next. Some of my questions were answered satisfactorily as well. So perhaps my final review would not be as harsh as what I recently wrote. Well give them another try some time in the future.

My boyfriend and I decided to go out for a date night and we decided to go here for the first time for him and first time in a long time for me. Everything was great to start, our waiter was great he recommended and amazing appy. My boyfriend got up to go to the washroom while we were waiting for our pasta to arrive, while he was gone a different guy brought our pasta and looks at me and says oh both of these are for you and starts laughing and I look at him and say no my boyfriend is in the washroom. I ve never had someone say something like that to me. It is rude to say something like that to someone. My boyfriend and I decided to get to go boxes and leave as I don t wanna be in a restaurant with someone that made a comment like that towards me. This is very unprofessional of the other waiter to do that. We still tipped our waiter as he did a great job. Our pasta was bland and didn t taste like alfredo.

Always a great value for the price, If you dont drink alcohol, then every part of your meal is covered in the one price. Great cheesy baked lasagna, seafood fettuccine and chicken parmasan. The warm loaves of bread are a great starter, (always included)!!!

This is the best restaurant to dine at in Kelowna if you have little kids and/or food allergies. We dine here at least once a month with our extended family - 6 adults, 2 toddlers, and 2 babies (one with allergies to dairy, wheat, soy, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, banana, avocado and melon). Staff are super patient with the kids and always let us order their food immediately to avoid the hangry threenagers. Staff is accommodating to our multiple food allergies and are so careful to ensure that my son and I can dine safely. And they do it with a smile! Cant say enough about this location. Thank you for your dedication and commitment to your customer base. You are a cornerstone to family dining in Kelowna. All the staff was very friendly, the time between taking the order and delivering the food was fast, the taste of the pasta, meat and lasagna was very delicious, the taste of the soda did leave a little to be desired. First time being in town and I would suggest this place to everyone, from outside looks dead but when you walk in you realise every table is taken, food is really good and affordable, with every bite I was like wow this feels like comfort food it was so good, I would perhaps next time substitute my green salads to a onion soup, service was amazing my server was always so happy and went above and beyond all the time, she made sure everyone was taken care of and made sure everything g was right and good when we got it. Breanna is incredible she deserves the reconization she definitely one of the best servers I have seen around the world. Ordered a steak dinner they came to me after my salad and told me they had no steak so now my intire tables being served I have nothing they ask me to order something else my meals ruined they have the nerve to charge me for my salad and the Manger starts to argue with me about a 4 dollar salad they have lost the business of all of us never again

I suppose alot has changed in the last time but i have to say this is one of the worst meals ive had 52.00 for what we got and was so disappointing and cold as well... we ordered spaghetti with meat sauce, and chicken parm, the salads were brown and yellow, the bread loaf should have been wrapped in tin foil cause it was hardened and wet attached is the quaity we got! Not impressed

Arrived at 5:50. They were pretty busy. We were told we had about a 30 min wait for 2 of us but we ended up waiting 50 mins instead. They kept us updated throughout our wait asssuring us they were working hard to get us a table. When they seated us, we had exceptional service throughout our whole dining experience. From the hosts to the servers and kitchen staff, we commend you all. Great job! We will be be back.

Came last night for a friends birthday. Food was so good and service from Jen and Jenelle was fantastic. Always hard to deal with a large group especially when some people always find something to complain about but they did a great job.

Had a wonderful experience. Totally forgot to take a picture before we started eating. I had the manicotti and my husband had the tortellini. Both were hot and delicious. Waitress was super nice and didnt have a problem accommodating our 9 month old. We will definitely be returning.

Great deal for a nice lunch. Love their warm bread with soft garlic butter that comes with every order with no extra charge. Staff was friendly and bill was very reasonable. One of the few places left to have a great lunch without breaking the bank.

We had a great experience there today from the moment we entered. Olivia helped get us on the waitlist, managed multiple groups of people arriving during the busy evening rush and maintained a professional and positive attitude the entire time. We had the pleasure of being served by Kelsey who was fabulous and took great care of us at our booth while also managing the busy demands of the bar. Another highlight was our family being able to use both the washrooms and having step stools provided for children a nice touch that I m glad someone thought of. We will be back again after such a positive experience.

Ive been here a few times now for birthdays and such, and its always been a pleasure eating here! Despite how busy it can get, the servers have always been fast and attentive. The food is great! Very large portions, perfect to take home :). The interior is quite pretty too, with classic Italian themes like paintings, antique looking furniture, and iron fence accents. Definitely a go-to place.

Went there for my birthday dinner and the food was perfect,waitress was friendly, attentive and was always available if we needed drinks,bread etc. The inside of the restaurant was a little drab,noisy and it just needs a facelift. Food

Im not sure why everyone raves about this place. Seems like a pretty typical wannabe Italian restaurant. Food was actually pretty bland. Service was good and fairly efficient. We wont be returning though for one sole reason: autogratuity. Automatically adding a tip to the bill is a scam and shouldnt even be legal. The fact that their company cant be bothered to pay them a decent wage isnt my problem (I dont even make a living wage in the first place!). Then the machine asks AGAIN for a tip. Its extortion! Remove the autogratuity (and pay your staff properly) and Id consider going again.

Nice place to meet up with the relatives, good food good service and friendly atmosphere prices are reasonable and food was good enough to eat (have been to a few lousy places recently) the staff was very professional and friendly and made the experience better then expected. Another nice visit for lunch

One of two restaurants in Kelowna where we can assume that seone went to business school. Realistic pricing, excellent food, and free refills. Watch for that minimum 20 percent tip. I give my 10 percent and not more since food prices always go up.
