Love Kimbap! Myself and girlfriends come for all of lifes celebrations. I recommend all my clients to come eat here. The food is always consistent and delicious. My favorites are the sweet chili chicken, braised beef soup, and japchae.

Cute little spot across from the mall. All the food is excellent, great portions, comfortable seating space, very friendly staff. I have had both the braised beef soup and the Kimbap before. The only other Korean food I ve had this good was from Vancouver. Will be back!

I had the bibimbap and it was fantastic! The rice was perfectly cooked, and the mix of fresh veggies, tender beef, and the spicy gochujang sauce made it a delicious and satisfying meal. The service was great, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot if you re craving authentic Korean flavours!

After eating our sushi where one roll had an empty end the mango prawn has a puree on top and was extremely salty .. has this changed ownership from all of these good reviews? The sushi was okay ..

In general, Kimbap was a great experience for me. The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was delicious and authentic. Anyone looking for a taste of Korean cuisine in Kelowna, Canada should definitely check out this restaurant, in my opinion. You wont be let down!

Our favorite dish is always the sweet chili chicken (yangyeom) because they even give us pieces of taeboki. Soups are so comforting and delicious too. Wish they had complimentary banchan. Food : 4/5

We ve been dining in the resto for quite a while now and we really love the consistency and quality of food every time. A must visit restaurant if you are in Kelowna! being it close to Orchard Park mall is a great plus!

This is my go-to place for authentic Korean food! I lived in Korea for a couple of years and really miss the food. Whenever I have a craving, I head to this restaurant for the soft tofu stew ( ) Eric and Jinhyun (Alice) are attentive and patient servers. Thanks everyone!

Have visited a few times but not coming back now. The prices have gone up significantly and the staff is super insensitive towards customers needs. The fan above our table was not working and air-conditioning was also off or super slow. It was hot inside and even after saying, they didnt change the table , though they had a few The server who took order disappeared after 10 mins and someone else started taking care of the table. Overall a bad experience.

Kimbap is my all time favorite place to stop in for food. The ingredients are always fresh, and the service is absolutely amazing.

I ate gamjatang, galbitang, and black bean noodles. Jjajangmyeon is not what you think it tastes like. The flavor of the seasoning in the stews is so strong that it keeps burning in my mouth.

Everything I ve tried here has been delicious. Highlights are the kimchi pancake and the pork and beef pockets. Excellent sashimi, too! The sushi and the Korean are both high quality.

The food was fantastic, but definitely not a place for kids. It felt like the chef or owner wasn t too fond of children. We were seated at the bar and asked to make sure my kids didn t kick the wall. I did my best to keep them still, but they re just kids. Even the smallest movements or the chair lightly bumping the bar seemed to irritate the chef, who kept scratching his head in frustration. It was frustrating, but I have to admit, the food was delicious and tasted amazing. Kid-friendliness: Not child friendly. Check out other reviews about this topic.

Their braised beef soup is out of this world!! Came here on a Thursday afternoon. Ample parking. Seated promptly and service was great. The braised beef soup was so clear and flavorful. Also tried the pork bone soup (close second). The large sashimi platter was very fresh. Definitely coming back here just for the braised beef soup!!

We use to go almost every week after work in the summer but saddly now that winter hours have come early(shorter hours) we havent been for a bit. We walked in and the servers rememberd us and i say servers with an S 3 of them remembered us. Our FAVORITE place when we want this kind of food. Food is always fresh and the staff are great too!

They re bibimbap is so bomb and the go to. Stuff are really nice too but I think this is the only K resto that doesn t have side dishes. But overall this location is a place to visit

Tried Kimbap while in town for work. Fantastic sushi, great portions and SUPER yummy. Highly recommend the YuBu Rice Pockets incredibly tasty-and something I e never tried before. Gyoza was perfect and the rolls were full and tasty, unlike some of the bigger chain restaurants. I will be back for sure!

Me and my wife have been here many times and we love the place, food, staff and atmosphere. My recommendation is tofu soup, kimchi soup, kimbap - probably the best Korean soup in town so far, and its affordable too.

We love this place as a celebration destination for the sushi lover..when our kids come to town..we hit kimbap sushi, it s locally situated within walking distance of our Invue apartments and we love that!! The sushi will blow your socks off! And surprise your taste buds with how great it tastes!! I wholly recommend Kimbap sushi

The service is timely, professional, and curtious. The food is absolutely delicious. I ordered the pork udon and it was so tasty. The pork was tender. The sauce was exceptional and not overly salty and the noodles were just the right amountbof tender. The milkshakes are also some of the best Ive had in town. Just the right thickness and amazing flavor. I will definitely be back.

The waitress is very patience and professional, and we were surprised she is local. The washroom is very clean and extra neat. A long overdue review of my favourite comfort food spot in Kelowna! I will forever be in love with their PORK BONE SOUP. It is my comfort food, may it be when I m happy, sad, or in between. There s not a month that we don t order this at least once or twice! It is that good! I love it spicy, so I order level 3 just so my husband could enjoy it too. We also love their sweet chilli chicken with rice cakes and their bibimbap. The owners are friendly and accommodating, and the place is always kept clean and cozy. Their takeaways are packaged well and still of great quality. I am so grateful for this family who willingly shared their culture through their cooking. One of the best Korean restaurants in town!

Food was amazing

Me and my friends went there for lunch, I rode a bike here so i kindly asked if i can put my bike at the back of the restaurant where it won t disturb the service and they said no so we walked around and tried to search for a place to place my bike but we had no luck, so we went back and as we walked in the chef who might also be the owner shooed us away and ignored us and no waiter came to us. So I placed my bike in the nearby bike shop where i had to pay and went back to the restaurant to eat but then when it came to the bill. We still had food on the table this waitress came and asked us if we wanted to pay. We paid and the waitress said you are ready to go . Honestly the food was alright but we just felt unwelcome with the service that we got provided.

Whenever I travel, I tend to go to a Korean restaurant, but out of all the Korean restaurants Ive been to in Canada, its really the most delicious. Im going to eat there again tomorrow. I guess the food needs to be this good to run a restaurant. .. It s a really good restaurant.

The lady server provided a poor customer service while we had dinner on Friday night. She never check on our tables and ask how was the food. No services at all! We are regular customers. When we told her one of the dishes is not as good as before, she gave us an attitude! We were just trying to provide a feedback.

This was our 4rd visit in 5 months; we need to come more often, (as most of the Asian restaurants dont compare) excellent and varied menu from Korean fried chicken, sushi, glass noodles as they have fabulous flavored green tea (iced) with real mangos! The food here is not good enough for the service to be this bad. Reading the other reviews it is clear that all the negative reviews are about the same server. She is incredibly unfriendly and unprofessional, we sat with our water glasses and pitcher empty for almost the entire meal, we were not checked on once and when taking our orders she didn t speak, just glared in our directions. You can tell the kitchen workers are organized and hard working, and it is such a shame that she is representing this establishment so poorly. (Especially when there are several negative reviews about her).
