Authentic Mexican food. Great tacos and birria!

The food was amazing. I had a really good burrito with beef and I had really good service. everyone was so nice and the atmosphere was really cool with the palm tree and cactus and the green LEDs. Overall would recommend eating here.

The staff at both the restaurant and the store are very friendly. The food is very delicious.

This is the first Mexican restaurant in British Columbia, located in Kelowna, that Im visiting. Today, I suggested to my buddy to make a stop and try this real Mexican cuisine. I ordered some Tacos de Canasta (I had never tried these before) and my bud a mixed taco plate. But as many other places where they claim to have the real or authentic Mexican food flavor, this place felt short. The food is ok. Thats only that I could say about it, because my bud expressed that the Tacos de Canasta had nothing to do with the ones he eats with his family in Ecatepec, state of Morelos, Mexico. He also said that his tacos were just fine. I have to mention that the Carnitas taco I shared with me to eat was good. The horchata drink I ordered didnt taste like the horchata I had in the past in other places I have visited; it had no flavor at all. As if it was just tapping water with cinnamon. The guacamole starter was served in a really small container. I was expecting it to be served in a molcajete since they claim to be real. I wish I could get more of the guacamole than that amount in the tiny container. It was good, though. The desserts, on the other hand, were excellent. I enjoyed the chocoflan, and my bud was satisfied with the Tres Leches one. As an experienced server & bartender, I cannot say good things about the person who, I didnt even know her name, attended us. If I were a mystery shopper, she wouldnt pass the examination to be a server. She failed in many things. I like doing this because her tip is based on the experience I receive. But the most critical part of the service was the lack of what I know as making the connection with the customer, which makes most customers come back. All in all, this place is ok. -------------------------------------------------- -- This is the first Mexican restaurant I have visited in British Columbia. I suggested to my friend that we stop and savor this real Mexican flavor. I ordered some Tacos de Canasta (which I hadnt tried) and my friend ordered some mixed tacos. But like other places that claim to be real or authentic, they fall short. The food is only good. Thats all I can say, because when I gave my friend a Canasta taco to try, he expressed that it had nothing to do with the ones he eats in Ecatepec, state of Morelos, Mexico. He also mentioned that his tacos were just good. It is worth mentioning that the carnibola taco that he shared with me was good. The 2 horchata drinks we ordered were nothing like the one Ive had elsewhere. It seems like it was just water with cinnamon; It had no taste. The guacamole appetizer we ordered came in a very small container. We were hoping to receive it in a molcajete since they claim to be real. We wish the guaca came in more quantity than that small container. It tasted good. On the other hand, the desserts were a delight. I enjoyed a slice of chocoflan and my compadre was pleased with one of Tres Leches. As an experienced waiter and bartender, I cant say many good things about the waitress who, I didnt even know her name, served us. If she were a mystery customer (who evaluates and rates the service she receives in a restaurant), our waitress would have failed in many points and would not be approved to serve customers. I like to do this because the tip they receive depends on it and I still remember well my training as a waiter. Something crucial our waitress didnt implement was what I know as establishing the customer connection, which is what keeps most customers coming back. In summary, the only thing I can express about this place is that it is only good.

Good food tried there fish tacos turn out to be best.

We leave Kelowna entirely satisfied with the exceptional quality of Mexican food. The cozy atmosphere and authentic decor made us feel at home, Mexico. The tacos de casta, authentic birria, tacos al pastor and guacamole were highlights, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The staff were attentive and friendly, which added to the positive experience. We recommend TAMM Mexican Restaurant to all lovers of good Mexican food.

The Mexican touch, but the most important thing is their store where I found the best tortillas and those products that we miss so much from our Mexico.

We had dinner tonight and were really disapointed and wont be back. Food was dry and reheated. We were there a year ago and had good food that was fresh. 7 out of 8 of us were very disappointed. Staff were not kind either.

Amazing food great service! Very authentic Mexican food. My niece is such a picky eater at 2 years old and she will eat everything she is given here. We are sometimes a large family and sometimes just a few of us. Each time it s a m a z I n g !!

This is hands down the best mexican restaurant in kelowna! The food is authentic, drinks are great, staff is so kind, quick and accomodating! You really feel like you are in mexico when you come here! 1000/10.

Delicious food! Every meal our party ordered was great and felt very authentic! The service was amazing and we look forward to coming back again and again! The cake was a perfect ending :).

Table of 8..... service was ok at best, food was not fresh! Reheated.... stale tortilla chips in the shoup was gross! When it came to the bills she then advised us of a 18% gratuity and no where was it stated on menu or from server! Wouldnt have a problem but the food was so bad wasnt going to happen! Will not return to that place!

I ordered steak with rice, the steak was all raw with blood on it and smelled funny. So I ask the waiter if they could cook it longer. And then It still tasted awful. The rice felt like it was some kind of microwave rice. And when we left we didn t tip because the food was just plain awful. We spent like $60-$70 for our two plaits. But the two waiters started complaining to each other that we didn t tip. Y all need new staff. New chefs, new waiters.

The truth is we had a very good experience with everything!

We were recommended to eat here in Vancouver, we visited Kelowna and were not disappointed with the food. The flank steak tacos were good, the red sauce had a good flavor, which is appreciated, because for a Mexican it is essential to have a good sauce. My daughter ate mole, and it was good too, I ate chile Relleno and I liked it. My husband ate quesabirrias and he liked them too. A friend had tortilla soup and it was a little salty. We had churros and chocoflan for dessert.

The staff are very friendly. The food is well worth the price. They have fresh ingredients, and it is not hard to tell this restaurant offers good quality authentic mexican cuisine. No matter the dish, you must go back for more!

I had a wonderful dining experience at TAMM Mexican Restaurant. The food was delicious, especially the enchiladas and guacamole, which were full of authentic flavors. Our server, AnnaSissy, was fantastic friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. She made great menu recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed. Overall, the combination of great food and excellent service from Sissy made for a memorable visit. Highly recommended.

We arrived with great enthusiasm and left disappointed. The food in general is good, unfortunately in my case they served me expired rice and they did not apologize, they only changed the rice, which brings me to the next point, the service, which I consider terrible. I think that one would expect good service, and more so from your compatriots in another country, however there are many areas of opportunity in the treatment you are given... I think that the mandatory 18% tip for more than 6 people is not consistent with the service that they offer you. Also there is no internet connection for customers.

We were looking for a Mexican place to support our countrymen, we read some bad references, but we gave our vote of confidence. At the time of ordering they told us that the tip was already included, with a percentage of 18%. Regarding the food, in the pozole, the meat was not very good. The service is bad, it can improve in many aspects.

As close to being in south America as it gets. Delicious, just like a home cooked meal. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a taste of real south american food, not a westernized version of it.

Authentic Mexican gold, as someone who spent allot of time in Mexico I can tell you this is what Mexican should be and it is amazing, try to eat it as is to get the full experience, I added enchilada sauce to my burrito because I couldnt decide on a burrito or enchiladas and it brought back memories of when I would get food in Mexico, 5 stars... Also be sure to check out their market and try some authentic Mexico candies and snacks

Follow the crowd . Here is a delightful Mexican experience in the heart of downtown Kelowna! As with any ethnic restaurant of note, if the patronage are the people of that group searching for tastes of home, you will be on the right track! TAMM is that and more, their part of a long history of amazing and delicious foods from Mexico! This experience started with carnitas nachos, saucy and the homemade tortilla chips are robust and hearty to pair with the tender pork, and cheese sauce with crema and Pico De Gallo. Im a spice hound so i asked for their spiciest salsa, and it was magic, deeply warm with lasting notes of toasted chile and nuts. My first time at any new Mexican restaurant is their taco offerings, and in a sweet chorus of Hallelujah they had taco De tripa, spiced and flat iron crisped intestine tacos!!! Truly a revelation of crisp, fatty and chewy tripa. In my estimation any restaurant offering truly offcuts to the western palate, knows their clientele, and are not playing yo the locals, which makes them truly a taste of home for those of Mexican heritage in the heart of the Okanagan! The pastor, pollo, and arrachera were delicious as well, but the tripa was the taco that defined my experience, i will ask for a harder crisp on the intestine next time. My friend and I are from out of town, we enjoy eating at different restaurants and enjoy different foods. However this restaurant was quite awful. Service was a joke, the manager/owner was very rude to her staff and wasn t pleasant towards us either. No one asked how our meals were or offered water refills. When we asked for the bill they were on their phones. We come out this way a couple times a year and will not be back to this restaurant nor will we recommend it.

Came from out of town decided to try this place out and the food was terrible, I love Mexican food but this was not it, i don t get how this business is still running! There was a group of us and everyone tried something different and each meal was disappointing one after another Rather have gotten Taco Bell and would ve spent quarter of the amount LOL also bathrooms were nasty

Me and my Girlfriend came to Tamm for the first time today from Vancouver Island and the food and service was excellent! By far the best authentic Mexican food I have had. If you have a chance to try the Birria, I highly recommend it. So good! I only wish we had a restaurant like this where we come from. 10/10

Fabulous food friendly staff , be stop for me again

Service was terrible! I came in with a group of people and they kept getting our orders wrong. The food and drinks took quite awhile and our waitress rarely came to check on us even though we were the only table.

i came here with a group of 20 for my birthday and i have zero regrets, without asking, the staff beautifully decorated the table and restaurant making it extra special, inviting, and exciting!! not to mention the authenticity of the food, i felt right back in Brisas Del Pacifico! the waitresses are lovely, especially the younger gal, super sweet and considerate. if you re looking for a fun spot with great mexican food, highly recommend Tamms!!

They are the best option! They have a lot of amazing Mexican products. I feel at home when I shop there because Im Mexican.

The food here is far from being authentic Mexican and was not delicious to say the least. We started and finished with an order of four tacos (2 mole, 2 pork). Nachos were served as well with a flavourless green sauce. No cilantro,, pico de gallo, sliced radishes, cucumbers, avocado, chilli peppers and slices of lime?? The tortillas were dripping with grease and had tiny morsels of unseasoned meat in them. Very small in size with sliced cabbage and onion to the side. After a couple bites each my fiancé and I left. Im Canadian but own several properties in Round Rock, Texas. I never post google reviews but it is tiresome to watch these restaurants attempt to sell an overwhelmingly terrible product at such a high price and claim authentic etc : I m not a picky eater but these were gross. If you dare to have Mexican Restaurant as your business name, please serve somewhat authentic Mexican cuisine out of respect for your customers and the Hispanic culture. Pleasant waitress and welcoming atmosphere.

Quesabirria is really good, but the service was terrible. We asked for 2 extra tortillas for both my daughter and I, the server came back with 13 more, causing it to charge us so much extra. Girl was also so rude and customer service was horrible. They did not even come to check up on us after they gave us our food. We had to go out of our way to get their attention.

This place was AMAZING! The staff were awesome and super helpful with choosing which dishes to try. The food was the best I have had in years and it took me right back Mexico. It is authentic Mexican food. We will definitely be back!!

Loved this place!! If you want Mexican food, not fusion Mexican food, I highly recommend this place. The food was delicious, the drinks were big and yummy, the sauce that comes with the complementary chips was amazing!! And for two of us with til and a double drink each it was under $100

Absolutely lovely spot! The server was super pleasant and helpful when we asked for suggestions :) had the platter with the 3 meats and taco soup - very happy and full when we left, the atmosphere was nice and casual :) will be bringing family here next time :)

Great place to get authentic Mexican food. Dont expect this to be a fast food experience as it is a family run restaurant. Theres more to the flavour than just heat. That takes a bit of time to bring out. While you ste there check out the Latin Market/Bodega. They sell hot cocoa tabs which are as old school as you can get, and dont taste like the powdery sugar sold at the big grocery stores. A great place to go an explore ingredients that you many have never tried before.

As many people have said already...driven by a few dozen times by now - always with the intent of stopping in. Well, today was the day. So glad we did. Some very authentic tacos at lunch for my wife and me. The were EXCELLENT! NOT your Americanized version...the meat perfectly seasoned, the shells crispy, and the sauce....my goodness...SO tasty. I had a bite of my lovely ladies Tacos Pescados...again...perfect blend of flavour and texture. We will have to make an excuse to come out to Kelowna again...just to try another dish....but that might be a tough decision to make. We had: Tacos Pescados Quesabirrias Harrison (soft drinks)

This was a last minute thought. Mexican food was our choice. This restaurant had very good authentic food, great beer selection and friendly and helpful staff. I was very surprised and also satisfied with my choice. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants authentic Mexican food in a casual atmosphere. Dont go fast food...go here. I really wanted to give this place a better review but it s difficult when everything about this place is dressed up in lies. I use this word because none of the pictures on the menu were accurate and telling of the real dishes we received. Anything birria oriented will have next to none on it, FYi. And the service was simply.. okay. I can t speak too negatively about the service because it was just one person. The food s taste wasn t bad at all but still not what I feel it could have been. Felt rushed and slapped together. Very little heart put into the dishes. For a nearly $200 bill, I could have went somewhere else and saved my money. This isn t a bad place. I m hoping a review like mine can be taken as an opportunity to do better for future patrons.

Turn around and google somewhere else to get tacos. This is not the place for Mexican food. As a matter of fact, taco bell is a more suitable place to spend your money. And at a fraction of the price. $200 lunch?? It was a $50 lunch at best.

My family and I recently moved to the Okanagan from Arizona. Weve really missed having options for good Mexican food. Tamm is THE BEST Mexican food weve had since moving here, and their store is great for picking up things I need for cooking at home. A+++++

I dont want to say what I bought in the shop, or it might not be in stocks next time lol The lady was friendly & funny, and offered samples of dried/candied chili mango. It was very nice! We have also bought containers of the sauces used in the restaurant, and their chorizo is FANTASTIC! I have eaten in the restaurant last summer, and the food was excellent & fresh. This visit was specifically for the shop, for some sweet treats.

I found a hair in my salad at the bottom of the plate. I notified my waitress, she left and came back with attitude saying that unfortunately she cant do anything about it. My friends wernt finished eating, we were in the middle of watching a fight we paid to watch and she came with the machine to collect the money. My friend said something in Spanish to the waitress, and she replied that I always create trouble when I come there. I was going to pay for my food but after hearing that I was angered. I am finding hair in my food, no apologies, and the level of rudness was aweful. I told her that she is the one creating trouble by her rudness, I didnt even get an an apology and I added that I will pay for my drink but not the food because it had a hair in it. She said that I will need to leave after paying, we all had purchased tickets to watch the fight so I told her that she will need to refund me for my ticket, she said that I already watched the fight, my friend said that the fight wasnt finished, so than she said to leave after the fight. Later the owner took my friend over to talk to her in the back room about how she should be teaming up with the restaurant because they are Mexican like her not me, the owner was also begging her not to post the picture of the hair on the internet. While the owner was talking to my friend the fight that she paid for was playing, and my friend had to tell her that she came here to watch the fight. The experience was very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I rarely go there because the food is bad, I went because my friend wanted to see the boxing match. Last time I went there it was past supper time and I wanted to order a drink, I was told that I need to order food if I drink so I ordered Churros, I was told that it needs to be a meal, they had an event menu and there was nothing vegetarian on the menu, so I told them that I dont eat meat which I dont. They said that they can come up with something. If this is the trouble they are talking about I was causing then they dont know what trouble is. What they came out with is 2 small dry tortilla with barly any vegtables on them and absolutely no cheese, after I said that I like lots of cheese. I could have created trouble by saying something but I didnt I was there with my friends. They charged me $20 for those dry tortillas and I still said nothing. Anyways service is rude, its not vegetarian friendly, even the meat is bad; my friends meat was dry and tough they said and it looked so to me. Its overpriced and its dirty, there was hair in my food.

I was pleasantly surprised coming to Tamm! our waitress was extremely knowledgeable, kind and made a killer margarita. The food was hands down the best Mexican food Ive had in Canada! it felt like I was somewhere in Mexico. Throughly enjoyed my experience of home made Mexican cuisine. Will be back again!!!

I tried 4 different dishes and I can confirm that they have very good seasoning, I had an excellent experience with both the service and the food, the restaurant is large and they have a fairly large store where you can purchase different items from Mexico, I highly recommend it if you come visiting Kelowna and surrounding areas since the location is very good.

I have been here 3 times and have never been disappointed. The tacos are amazing especially the birria tacos! Would recommend to anyone!!! DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE CHURROS

Honestly we were all quite disappointed. Two of us got the flour tacos and both the portions and flavour of the food was a let down. They charge you $18 for the flour tacos and you only get 3 small ones. That includes just beef (if selected) and a bit of onion with cilantro. No sauce, no Pico de gallo, and charge $4.50 to add cheese. They said it was because of the flour taco and they were more authentic, but I have been to a spanish influenced and poverty stricken area that served more on their tacos for a better cost. You can get tacos anywhere in the Okanagan for better price and more flavour. The server was friendly, but thats about it.

Over 20 dollars for three tiny tacos and water. They tasted good, waitress was attentive. Tacos were the palm sized rounds. Literally less than 1.5 tablespoons of filling. Works out to 6.60 per taco. Yes, they tasted good but like 6.5/10. Had mexican guests cook at my house... and that was a solid 9. There are other mexican places that serve not only CHEAPER tacos... but larger portions and higher quality. This is a stop when youre half cut, stumbling from the bar place is you have more money than sense

This girl, I think I finally found her name, cinthia terrible waitress service, I went in the company of a disabled person and this girl, instead of having empathy, was the complete opposite, the previous visit, I ordered a chelada and the lady She brought me something different and instead of accepting her mistake, she gave me the worst attitude ever, if you go to the restaurant, dont let this girl serve you, she has no attitude at all to be a waitress.

I had their beef taco 14.oo and change. I got two tiny tacos with a teaspoon of beef and onion, not enough to feed an infant. No other food came with dish, very disappointed complained and they didnt even offer another dish or refund rude!

Absolutely LOVE! LOVE! This restaurant. Highly recommended! Authentic Mexican food. We stopped in on our way home from Vernon. What a nice surprise. The food was authentic and amazing. They have westernized Mexican food as well for those who arent use to eating real Mexican food. We had the Menudo to start along with Chile relleno, and tamales for our mains. We were brought tortilla chips and salsa verade to begin while we waited for our food. We were so happy to see menudo on the menu. Was just amazing to find some authentic menudo at a Mexican restaurant in BC. Menudo takes hours to make. So to be able to just sit and eat it without all the labor was fantastic!! The menudo came with all the fixings and tortilla chips, our mains came with rice, beans, and side salad. Great size portions. We had leftovers. Everything about this restaurant is amazing. I got to Tamm every time I come up to Kelowna. The burritos, tacos and quesadillas are all top-notch.

Small and delicious margarita. The nachos are disappointing. Small serving size, very few toppings and some kind of processed liquid cheese like youd get at the travelling carnival.

Finally found a good Pina colada , really enjoyed all the food we had. Guac was good , pastor tacos were good , and my girl enjoyed the fish tacos. Would definitely come again. Cinthya our server was really friendly. Only downside would be the patio wasnt as good as we tried to give it a chance for - just too loud for the traffic. Well be back , but definitely will sit inside.

We ordered take out staying at a nearby hotel. One word outstanding. We had Chicken Enchiladas and a Pulled Pork Burrito. Couldn t decide which was better. Fresh ingredients, fantastic flavour and great sides / sauces. We also had caramel filled Churros best we ve had. Everything was as ordered and only took about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this place!

It took at least 10 minutes to get a drink and i was not offered any water. once food came it was bland. no one came by to check on me at all after my meal or during. i had to ask and wave down a waitress to get my bill. they were not even very busy!

I was so disappointed by the behaviour of so called the owner he was so rude and disrespectful us tourists come to your city to take good memories not facing harsh people specially when they have a business I wonder how he deal with his customers so disappointed and definitely I will share this with city of Kelowna

TAMM is very authentic, reminding me of the food when I lived in Sonora, Mexico for 6 months. Rola was a great server taking awesome care of us. Fantastic dinning experience with little details that places miss like a basket of seemingly homemade nachos and dip while you wait for your food.

Meal 4 (It is not the best flavor of Mexican food but after a lot of fast food we appreciate the Mexican flavor again). Price 5 (reasonable in Canada) Attention 1 (it took 40 minutes to return change) Cleaning 4 (bathrooms without soap or paper) Today we went to the restaurant. It was a good experience at the beginning. Unfortunately, it took them almost 40 minutes to give us change. The waitress also took an amount of change to take as her own. When we would eventually leave the common amount in Canada after the change. The place was not crowded, but the waitress dedicated herself to serving new customers and not worrying about the change.

We could definitely recommend the TAMM Mexican Restaurant in Kelowna. We ate here on Sunday and were happy to get the 4for3 Taco Special. Rola, our server did an amazing job, he talked a few sentences in German with us, was fast and always had a smile on his face. Food

We were uncertain about eating here due to the mixed reviews and the location. But gave it a try as our daughter wanted to eat her for her birthday dinner. What a pleasant surprise!!! Food was amazing. And good service. Would eat here again.

The food was beyond amazing and our server Cynthia was fantastic. She made great recommendations and made sure we were well taken care of. Great prices too. Theres also a small Mexican market inside where you can find so many traditional Mexican treats, spices and other foods. Well be going back often.

Friendly service by Cynthia, we had drinks and tacos out in less than 5 minutes. Quesabirria was fantastic and everything else was authentic and tasty. The attached shop has imported Mexican foods including Oaxaca cheese!

The food here was good but my favourite was the mexican supermarket attached to the restaurant! They have some great goodies in there which we purchased and the staff were all super friendly and accomodating! Highly recommend if you go to Kelowna for a visit!

This place has a great variety of authentic dishes but unfortunately not executed well consistently. I would recommend to try but other places may be better depending on your taste.

Bumping music and great vibes for group! Went with some friends today after our last day of summer classes, and we were so filled by the end. Our server, Sofia, was very kind and funny, and she always checked up on us often

I had to wait a long time to be helped when I was trying to pick up my takeout order. There was no one who worked there in sight ended up waiting about 5 mins before I saw anybody. Then they didn t say anything to me and just handed my food and I payed. Not super friendly. I then got home and opened my tacos and found that it was completely disassembled and barely any toppings were on it. I ordered the nachos as well and they were super tasty but the tacos were bland and tasted off.

Ordered the tacos there (carnitas and chicken). Reminds me of the time I was in Cancun. Service was also great. It was fast and authentic. Will definitely go back when Im in town again

We had loaded fries, beef burrito, and enchiladas and they were all extremely delicious. We michelada s to drink which were also very good. The inside was neat and clean and the server was fantastic.

Food was so good! I tried the beef Steak Arrachera and all the dish complements were balance. El Chile toreado ( Roasted Jalapeño pepper) gave that homemade flavor that make me travel to Mexico . So far...Best in town.

I recently visited TAMM, a Mexican restaurant, and had the pleasure of trying their quesabirrias and churros. The food was absolutely delicious and packed with authentic Mexican flavors. The quesabirrias were a perfect blend of melted cheese and tender meat, all wrapped in a crispy tortilla. The churros were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with just the right amount of cinnamon sugar. The service at TAMM was excellent as well. Our waitress, Cinthya, was attentive and knowledgeable. She made great recommendations and ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her expertise added to the overall dining experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely, with vibrant colors and stylish decor that transported me to Mexico. The attention to detail in the restaurants design added an extra touch of authenticity to the experience. Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience at TAMM. The food was amazing, the service was impeccable, and the restaurant itself was beautiful. I highly recommend TAMM to anyone looking for a taste of Mexico and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Came in on a Friday at noon. It wasnt busy, the staff were very attentive and efficient with their service. I ordered the Quesaburrias, which already had enough flavour and seasoning as is, aloside with spicy beef stew to dip them into, giving the dishes a way that provides even more than your taste buds would expect.

Just visited this lovely authentic restaurant in kelowna for the first time and let me tell you Ive been to quite a few. This was by far the most friendly most authentic and great friendly place to visit for some good authentic Mexican food! If you love Mexican food please check this place out!

It is very authentic. If you want Mexican food this is the place to go. I came in for a quick bite and I had everything served to me in a great timely matter and the food was amazing. The little store is the perfect place to get true Mexicans snacks and tortillas!

We were there on a Saturday night with a group of 8. It was for my birthday! It was very busy, but the food was good! Service was a bit slow, but still good. I had to wear a big sombrero for my pictures! I asked if they had enough for everyone and they did! So those pics are memorable, but I cant find them! I recommend them! We had wine and some had beer so that is included in the price below. DGE

While visiting Kelowna we stopped in and had a wonderful mid afternoon snack. Food was fresh and tasty, Margaritas were spot on and the restaurant owner was very accommodating. A treat for those who want to experience true Mexican cuisine.

Terrible service, I ordered my tacos without cilantro and I told the waitress and she got upset, I let it go and ordered another taco, then the waitress tells a colleague she ordered another taco without cilantro in an offensive and derogatory tone, in the end We let him pass again and when we thanked her we went to the bathroom and when we said thank you she replied, youre welcome and dont come back (in an angry tone) The poor treatment in that place is impressive, I do not recommend it at all.

First time having breakfast at TAMM restaurant, I returned to Mexico with the rich flavor of their food and super service from a hillside waitress. It is a delicious original Mexican flavor. I recommend it in Kelowna.

This restaurant is by far the most authentic Mexican food I ve eaten outside of Mexico. Every time I visit from Vancouver I make a point of stopping here. My daughter loves the Quesabirria, I m a huge fan of the Potato Golden Tacos and my husband loves getting the three tacos. It s great for meat eaters and vegetarians can t say enough good things about the food and the wonderful service!

I was recommended this restaurant as my daughter had visited earlier this year and was racing about how it reminded her of our Mexico trip. We just happened to be back in Kelowna together so I had to come check it out and was not disappointed. We were greeted as soon as we got in the door and were given seats quickly. I opted for the 3 tacos and was surprised to see they were as authentic as it comes. I will be back here every time I visit Kelowna and cant wait to try the Burritos next that I hear are amazing. 5/5 will return. Parking: Had non issues parking at all lots if space available.

Ordered Tostadas the seasoning tasted like it came from a box of elpaso taco kit, covered in shredded lettuce and onion, it was missing the side of guacamole. Website states price is $12 for 2 but when I ordered in the restaurant they were $17.99 Very disappointed. With the quality of the food.

We were not told this but each refill of coffee was charged as a new cup at $3.00. The staff did not understand how to bring lemon water but instead brought lime in water. We ordered a side of fries and were charged $14.50 as if we had ordered Loaded Fries. The food was not hot nor fresh. Not very good sized portions. I would not recommend this restaurant.

I have been looking for a Mexican restaurant that bakes enchiladas in a pan in a real oven and haven t found one yet in Kelowna. But, enchiladas aside, the birria beef & birria soup are amazing - as good as you could get anywhere! The seasoning was perfect and the beef had obviously been slow cooked. No hurry-up and add canned broth here. I felt like I could have been in Mexico. Other dishes like carnitas, tamales, and tacos are also quite good. Add the very pleasant wait staff and you have an amazing dinner! Parking: Walking distance from anywhere downtown and beside Hway 97. Large parking lot. Also next to city parking if lot is ever full. Kid-friendliness: Plenty of space between tables and accepting attitude. It does have a bar, so not targeting children as patrons but definitely friendly to children.

I love this place ! Real food ! Very authentic . Large portions. Can you tell I am a great fan? The little store is really fun too.It has authentic treats and sweets from Mexico. The fridge carries tortilla shells that are made in-house, as well as other food stuffs. The service is always friendly. They will happily explain the menu items as there are likely to be Mexican dishes you may not have known of before. Although it is a journey for us to get there, we go as often as possible. Will get some pics when we go this week end .Ill Cheers!
