I had a terrible experience at Boston Pizza on Harvey in Kelowna because of Stevan, our waiter. He was rude, unprofessional, and even aggressive, going so far as to make a fist and get in our faces while we were seated. When we spoke to management about his behavior, they refused to take accountability and instead blamed us. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable and disappointing.

Best service and food was delicious thank goodness lovely atmosphere.

I went to dinner with 3 other friends on 10/04/2024, around 7pm we all ordered food, I ordered Alfredo pasta, the food came cold and with a hair in the pasta, I asked to speak to the manager, a blonde woman who must have been between 35 and 45 years old and she was extremely rude to me and my friends. She said that I had put my hair in the food on purpose so I wouldnt have to pay and started insulting me. We didnt finish eating, we paid and left. My friends and I never set foot in that place again.

Really bad experience on October 04,24. We ordered dinner for 4 people, and my friend got his food cold and with a hair. He called a manager to report what happened. A lady came to talk to us, and for our surprise she was rude and sarcastic. She said probably he did put a hair, so he wouldn t have to pay for the bill. Absolutely ridiculous and bad experience.

Their food is delicious as always. Just wish they would get a separate fryer for cactus cuts so I and other people with Celiac could still enjoy them. Cactus cut were always a favorite before having dietary restrictions. Dietary restrictions: Some options for gluten free.

Im very surprised that Boston PIZZA doesnt even have Hawaiian pizza... I was given a menu and there was only drumstick, mashed potatoes and fries...

Ordered a salad through skip and the breaded chicken and Egg was not included with the $25 salad. Perhaps BP needs to implement a better policy for confirming orders are fulfilled in its entirety. Typically as a busy parent we order through Skip due to our busy schedule, but still have to wait 40 min for delivery and then when our order does not arrive accurately we have to wait in a online chat for 45mins to get our money back and then not have our full meal at all resulting in either re-ordering or now making the meal at home. The employee even wrote a message on the bag but didnt confirm the meal was fully packed to entirety. This is the second time this has happened with this BP and why its time to write a review sharing my negative and frustrating experience.

Nothing particularly noteworthy.

Ordered a gluten free bun and did not receive it, got a regular instead. When asked if I had a severe allergy I said no because I wont die but I will be in discomfort from eating gluten, I guess they took that as a sign it was fine to feed me what I didnt ask for. Not a good look. It was tasty and fast, for what its worth.

WoW 21:25 on a Tuesday no delivery we are done for the day & pick up only. Your hours say open until 22:00 anywhere else you would still take delivery orders until then. Very disappointing

Hostess was running around like a chicken with her head cut off. Finally got seated. Sat there for 15 min not even a drive by from a waiter/waitress. So we left before we even ordered. Saw an elderly couple seated near us who did the exact same thing, left before they ordered. Its family day. Maybe have more staff on.

I was there late afternoon so it was basicly empty. My server was awesome and really paid attention. Food service was fast, hot and delicious.

They accept 10 DoorDash orders at once on a busy Saturday night and expect the drivers to wait 20 minutes with no pay. Shame on you guys for being greedy. Poor management.

Ive known Chelsea for years and know how much care for others she has on a personal note, always goes the extra mile. Seeing her in a business establishment doing what she does best.. care and serve is amazing to watch. The customer service was top notch! Everyone who has came with me for supper has never had their water glass empty or order wrong. They always speak highly about her attention to detail and attentiveness. Hence, why myself and themselves keep coming back!

Food was okay, I had the beef dipper, I though it was going to be a traditional beef dip, was more like a sub. Server was nice and friendly, though seemed like she was fishing for tips and good reviews. Very obvious. It was a busy atmosphere, good for kids, but 5 tables of people were all sat in one area while another area was empty. Might be nice to spread people around so not so close to other groups.

I went on a dinner 29th march (last night) and ordered 2 separate pasta dishes, I just want to say that last night was the toughest for my stomach to digest the not so fresh food I got. I still paid the full amount on the bill and didn t even finish the food i ordered because it felt stale and cold. You guys got to work on serving fresh food as its not cheap anymore.

The steak here is top tier compared to any steakhouse anywhere else in kelowna

I believe this is the first time Ive dined in at a Boston Pizza. Im very impressed by the quality of my experience at their downtown Kelowna location. The lady who served me was both kind and knowledgeable. I have dietary restrictions, and when I had questions regarding my order, she was kindly able to assist me. Her quality of service remained high throughout my visit. There are many menu options, including a customizable pasta dish. This had gluten-free options, as well as approximate amounts of calories and joules for each ingredient. This is very helpful to me, because of my disabilities, head injury, and dietary restrictions. I ordered a gluten-free pasta dish and a little sparkling wine. Both were high quality, and the pasta was a good-sized portion. An ingredient was The wine was surprisingly potent at 11%; despite the large meal I ate. As I began my meal, I noticed an ingredient I ordered was missing. After I had notified the lady who took my order, I was provided with it at no charge. I greatly appreciate that! I found the atmosphere very pleasing. It was like a classy sports bar, with black-and-white photos of Canadian history on some of the walls, and some hockey memorabilia safely on display. There were also TVs showcasing the above sport. If youre looking to enjoy a classier Canadian restaurant here, then I highly recommend it. This is the kind of place Id love to dine at for special occasions. Sadly I live far away, and its out of my price range for frequent dining; but Ill remember my experience here fondly. Dietary restrictions: There are so many vegetarian and dietary restriction options available. I was very impressed; especially with the listed allergy and caloric information. I was able to eat comfortably and safely. Wheelchair accessibility: The downtown Kelowna location I visited was very accommodating of persons with disability. From the button-activated doors, to the accessible layout of the restaurant. There was plenty of space to maneuver between tables and to the washroom. Some of the tables are raised above ground level, but there are plenty of other options available. This includes designated handicap tables.

Went there for late night eats. Great experience from start to finish. The kitchen cooked some amazing food and Brook our server was amazing!

Boston Pizza in 1989 -1990 was a rocking place. It was always packed. Im not sure whats wrong with people today because Boston Pizza still rocks and yet its dead. I stop in with my wife for a couple of wobbly pops and food. The food is still good and the staff are nice to chat with. I recommend Boston pizza 100%

Stopped in for a lunch on the patio and as usual everything was great.

The reason why I rate it low We were group which had 10 12 people and then the manager said sorry we won t take big groups because we don t have people to work But there were people who cam after us and were given the seat just because they were group of 3 or 5 What difference does it make 10 or 2 different group people are same and they have to make same food We asked then we can dine in as smaller group and still they told no and we have to come without dinner

I wanted to update my review based upon our dine inexperiences: We had the same waitress two times and found her to be very pleasant, accommodating and understanding. For example she was really accommodating when the fountain drinks we ordered were flat and she gave an explanation of why that might be in was willing to provide an alternative flavor that might not be flat Additionally we notified her that the flavor of hot wings we ordered came out different but it was more for information purposes and we said that they tasted good anyways but she really wanted to provide us what we had ordered and got us some more wings. The only disappointing news was that they confirmed the beef used on their nachos is the same as what they would use on their burgers (frozen patty). Maybe this is a new company standard but I know from 10 years ago and loving their nachos that they used to used seasoned crumbled ground beef. My older previous review is below: We have tried ordering pick up here about 3 times. Literally every time, we found the front hostest unfriendly and distracted on her phone. Also missed one whole box of food (they were labeled 2 of 3 etc). Advanced recommendation to management: visit the other location and to see for yourself, the difference in quality and attitude offered at the other BP location. Also consider re assigning your hostess to a position that doesnt deal with people, especially the very first person for patrons to meet.

This locations curb appeal left a lot to be desired and left me wondering if it was an indication of what to expect on the inside. Dirty sidewalks and 4 foot high weeds. The restaurant was in OK condition. The noise by the bartender using the blender was beyond loud. Our server Brook was amazing. 5 stars for her attentiveness and smiling face.

we had booked a group of 16 and i talked to an employee on the phone and he said no problem we can take u guys in any time and we got to the restaurant and we were treated very rudely and poorly by the manager (prook) and she refused us service because she was under staffed even tho there was an hour until the restaurant shut down and we were on vacation and we didn t know the city and it was very difficult for us to find something at that time after being denied service suddenly and we were really upset and disappointed with the service we received here and i would recommend avoiding this location with big groups there is another bp down the road with way better service and staff

Food was okay but the service was horrid. I had to go find our waitress who never came back to the table to top up drinks or see if we needed anything. Not once. So disappointed in that and as a result, I had to post this review.

On previous visits my experience was positive at Boston Pizza. But today it wasnt. The waitress seemed a little racist, she avoided us from the beginning. We had to ask for cutlery because they didnt bring it with the food. I ordered steak and it was simply THE WORST PIECE OF MEAT I have ever eaten in my life. Hard as a shoe, like cow leather, terrible, I couldnt eat even 5% of it... I left the plate full, TERRIBLE. I paid $96 on the bill and ended up having an A&W burger for $7 that tasted heavenly.

Didn t put half our order in the bag looked like it was thrown together after waiting almost 45 mins and didn t put the strawberry s or sauce on the cheese cake and won t answer phone now super poor service extremely disappointed considering how expensive it is..

Made an order for pick up, when I got home with it I noticed what I got wasn t the right order. I called and spoke with the manager sandy she was very reasoning and nice. She offered to make us new food and even deliver it to us on the west side. Mistakes happen and I get that, it can always be fixed with great customer service. For that I think a 5 star review is deserving.

Only gave them 1 star cause there was no no star option We had ordered food from door dash with specific instructions and substitutions because of allergies. I put it in all capitals with stars to clearly specify that it is an allergy. I called the restaurant to explain the situation in hope to rectify the situation that ruined my dinner and dining experience from Boston Pizza. After being put on hold, hung up on, and ignored calls i finally got a hold of them again to only be put on hold again for 10 minutes once they FINALLY picked up the phone, the manager said there is nothing that they could do and they even tried to pin the wrong order on the doordash driver! super unprofessional. I will never ever order from them again.

It is great deal and place for kids. The flat bread was way over priced. Not many vegan options. But their pizza is decent at a okay price. Its nice you can do half and half tho!

The food was average. Little on the dry side. Unusual as normally Bostons was excellent in our past visits. Maybe the delivery was rhe difference, we normally eat in.

My wife had the crispy chicken pecan salad and I had the carnivore pasta. The pasta was ok but very lacking in flavour. There was ample amounts of meat in it though. The salad....ohh the salad:( Come on guys should a good paying customer pay $16.99 for 4 candy coated pecans and scant palm of cheese? The chicken was dry as dust and rubbery. In fact you could bend it end for end and it would not break. It had been obviously sitting in a warming tray for hours and hours. The size of the salad is represented by the Size dressing container. Yes there was no bad veggies but for 16.99 you should add more than a 1/4 of a 2 cucumber and slice of a tomato. What a complete rip off! Should we as customers have to rip our order apart before we leave the restaurant? BP has slipped and falling fast. Im sick of paying good money for food that Is not worth more than the container it comes in. What I expect is a cookie cutter response to contact another BP division where my comment will fall on deaf ears in stead of dealing with it at a branch level to correct the issues. I would pay 16.99 for the salad but not for one you get on a flight from Kelowna to Toronto.

I went in around 1030 last night for take out. I didnt want fast food and told myself Ill stop at the first place open. Hadnt been to BP in a while. The counter girl was very friendly, complimentary and genuine . I had never been inside of this one before. I thought it was bigger then I thought and nicer. I ordered the mushroom and spinach bake (I added chicken), side of veggies and garlic toast. When I came home to open it I was pleasantly surprised. It also was really good !! Better then anticipated. I will be back ! Thanks

I ordered the gluten-free pasta with mushrooms and chicken. The chicken was disgusting. It was cubes of something so processed it barely resembled actual meat. I gave two stars for the very friendly service I received on the phone and when I picked up.

I ordered 1/2 Caesar salad to have before my dinner, my dinner was jambalaya fettuccine, and garlic cheese toast. My salad was fresh lettuce, and very good, then came my jambalaya fettuccine and garlic toast, I told the waitress I ordered garlic cheese toast, she said oh, I will go get that for you right now and she did. The restaurant was clean, the ambiance was perfect for me, and the food was delicious.i even have left overs for todays

My last two Boston Pizza experiences were both a 5* with their awesome Tuesday Pasta dishes. The first time I went by myself I tried out their spinach and mushroom fettuccine alfredo dish in Vernon & the second Tuesday I went with my sisters in Kelowna Boston Pizza, where we all had three different pasta dishes and they were fabulous for each one of us! This time I tried 10 Cheese Ravioli in Alfredo sauce (my choice if sauce)& was definitely pleased we planned our Sisters dinner @ Boston Pizza.

Boston Pizza has the best customer service! I m never disappointed! Only appies but they were delicious and came fast!

We came here a couple weeks ago, food was not our favourite but the server Alex was great. Tried again tonight where we waited well over 30 minutes for our food, the server brought two out of four dishes and we waited again for the remainder. The food was not hot, but mildly warm, and my dish was cold- it tasted like cold Ragu sauce. The server never came to check on us so I never go the chance to ask to remedy the situation. When I did bring it up when she finally came for the bill, I mentioned the cold food and lack of service, to which she apologized and the manager gave us a discount of $2.10. Dont support this restaurant. They clearly do not care about their customers experiences, time, or money. It was the first time in my entire life that I havent left a tip- service, food, and management all 0/5 stars. Save your money- go somewhere else.

Preordered 1.5 hours notice. Arrived to pick up order and was told by manager and staff the kitchen was really busy. Or order was in the oven. The Manager bumped our order we we told but it was clear the delivery drivers take priority. It took 35 minutes to get our order. Not going back.

Food was normal as in others Boston places. But please, lear your servers to NOT ask your guests Do you speak russian? Us - No, we r not russians - server - Ok, never mind. If they speak other language that u cant understand. Do you ask all asian guests if they speak Chinese? If I and my GF wouldn t be hungry, we would leave right away after that question.

Slow service. Had an empty drink and server did not even ask if I wanted another (after taking away our empty plates), I had to ask. Place was not busy and servers were just not being attentive. I go out quite often to eat, and service here is noticably worse than most other places. Food is average at best, not great but not bad either.

This location provides the least desirable meals and delivery. I have 2 locations within .2 Kim s of each other. I would not recommend this location on Harvey Ave. Crust like cardboard, no extra cheese, arrived cold. And the end result, it was $46 for a medium less than adequate pizza. But I have to say, I have also only had great food and service from the one by Staples on Harvey Ave. And maybe not just me...does anyone think it s inappropriate to ask for tip prior to knowing how your experience was? But I m reluctant not to... goodness knows what happens to my meal before it arrives!
