Last 4 out of 5 visits have been very disappointing for various reasons. My main issue on this date is that you are not serving take out slice pizza. That is one of the biggest and best draws of your location but you shut it down for whatever reason. Dont think I will be stopping in anymore.

Horrible service. Sat on hold for 20 minutes and when they finally come to take my order Im told they arent serving pizza 30 minutes before closing. Trash service from trash workers.

Says they re open until 3am on Friday, but I walked by and they closed before 1am. Not sure what the discrepancy is, but I would be wary.

My daughter and I discovered DunnEnzies a few years ago when I helped her get settled in Kelowna. Visiting her again for the holidays and this place was on my list of must-dos. We always order Joey the Butcher pizza. The crust is a perfect blend of crunchy and soft and the toppings are always fresh with just the right amount of cheese. My only criticism would be maybe there could be more sauce since the Butcher pizza has lots of toppings. I am not a pizza expert, just an enthusiast, but this is my favorite spot. Maybe I should move here, lol.

Heres another pizza place. They have lots of choices on the menu. Dine in or take out. They have a menu you can see online. Hawaiian and Meat lovers combo is pretty good. Located on the 1500 block of Ellis. This restaurant does deliver.

My pickup order was ready on time. It was hot and delicious. The staff were great. This is my go-to pizza place. If youre downtown and find yourself hungry, a hugh slice and a pint are very satisfying.

Great pizza! But the discount the waitress offered wasnt applied and after claimed it wasnt corrected. My friends said that was the second time that happened. Thats not fair!

Meh... the pizza it had that gum layer (the pizza was either to cold or watery sauce) and the cheese wasnt fully melted. Really sad as they use to have the best pizza in town. Now its just meh

I hate making this review.. This place used to one of my faves in Kelowna. The pizza I got had toppings on maybe 40% of it, the rest was dough. Some slices had close to zero cheese. The dough was undercooked too, which Ive never experienced from a pizza place before. The cheese garlic bread was like eating plain dough. Delivery estimate was 45 mins but it took 90 mins, but thats not necessarily on the business. I did contact them, they said sorry about that, and asked for pics. I shared some, and never heard back. Not sure whats changed from before, but such a disappointing experience.

Went there with some friends to have a couple of beers and pizza. I dont know what happened but the dough has so wet that it was tricky to keep it on your hands. On the other hand, the price list is out of date, besides, you are supposed to get 50% of in your second pizza during certain hours which wasnt applied to ours ( we went a Sunday night when it is supposed you get the discount). Talked to the waiter and explained the situation but she refused to give us the discount. Since its the second time it happen sin less than 3 monthsIll give it just one star

Good Pizza

OMG!. This is the best Pizza in Kelowna. Or actually. The best Ive ever tried. Its soo much better than pizza hut or Dominos. Sorry pizza hut. But Dunnenzies is my favorite place for pizza.

Heck yeah! This place is awesome. My partner and I were visiting and didnt know what to expect. We walked in to get a takeout pizza and stayed for a pint while we waited. We had so much fun chatting with the bartender, Matt, and the other folks at the bar. Theres so much love there. It felt like a really cool safe space to get together. Everyone was chill and friendly. We watched a terrible movie together, and laughed. When we got back home we had our pizza.... and it was soooooooooooo good. OK, the pizza menu is too good. The range of toppings offered.. unmatched. Veggie pizzas for days. Different sauce bases... extra sauce that you can put on top... half and half pizza options :o We had to go back another time before the end of our trip and it was just as awesome the second time. That same welcoming vibe really permeates the place. Id go back to Kelowna just for DunnEnzies. Thank you so much for the great experience! It is really special. Fav pizzas: Veggie Babarino and Pickle Rick!! :D

Great Pizza! Service was genuine yet not very attentive. DJ music was great...and you dont have to crank the volume. Its a chill place, not a nightclub. I used to manage Clubs and Restaurants in Toronto. Wanting the Best for this place.

Very good pizza with ample toppings. The only critique would be that the pizza by the slice is an extra large size which is not posted. I ordered a large expecting it to be that big. I was a little disappointed with the size I recieved given the price of the large pizza. Cut into 6 large slices if they had done 8 they would have been a little on the small side. If you are waiting prepare yourself for loud music/noise from the band. A little overwhelming I waited outside.

We order their calzones, which are made up of any pizza flavour, been addicted to Pesto Pollo (Chicken), so great. All their flavours are super. Just gave them a low rating, because you cant order Calzones online for pick up and they dont always answer their phone in a timely manner (>15-20 waits). The staff is excellent and their atmosphere is great. Have an on tap beer while you wait.

Pizza was delish. Service was great, Matt went out of his way to welcome us to Kelowna. Loved the music and beer too, will certainly be back!

Went to DunnEnzies recommended by a friend, and it was so worth it! The pizza is probably one of the best Ive eaten anywhere in Canada, the staff is super friendly and for my music taste it was perfect, as they were playing some 90s punk rock! Will try to go there whenever Im back in Kelowna.

A few friends and I went the the mission location for a special farewell dinner. The atmosphere was lovely! We were able to get reservations for the patio which features a huge beautiful old tree with ambient lighting, well spaced tables, good music ( not to loud), and people are able to bring their dogs. The service was bang on, parking was easy, the food was delicious, and the prices were fair. The only thing thats not great are the very loud traffic sounds ( big trucks and motorcycle noise carries)here and there. Regardless, we will be returning very soon!

This is how I received my pizza. Definitely disappointed given I had heard so many good things and was really looking forward to trying pizza from here.

Staff are awesome, atmosphere is very chill But I don t think the pizza is anything special esp. a full pie I think by the slice is good cus of size. It s better than dominos, and the slices are better than Costco that s where it ends for me I wouldn t get full pies there myself again. But I d go back for a slice!

After hearing about this place we finally ordered as we are trying to find a new go to pizza delivery since Pepitos moved out of our delivery zone. The pizza was good, however for the price we were expecting to be wowed by it. As I say, it was good pizza but $37.00 for a MEDIUM pizza we will continue to try other places.

Honest Review Came here for Taco s, they only serve pizza but the other two locations serve a variety of other food. Ordered a small pizza because was too hungry to leave, 20$ (with tip) for a small pizza most expensive small I ve ever paid for. Ordered a beer even though it wasn t on the menu so was assuming it was average price nope it was 11$ for a pint expensive. The food is good though.. but never coming to this location again.

Strolled in there with my Mother on Mothers day for a quick slice of pizza. The guy at the counter hardly gave us the time of day. Wouldnt let my mother use the rest room and gave us the wrong slice of pizza. The pizza was good, too bad the customer service wasnt. It was like we were annoying the server buy walking in. Dont think Ill be going there again.

Pizza was great! Very tasty and not oily. We got the Donair pizza and pesto pollo! The margaritas were also very delish! The slushie margaritas were dangerous because you didnt taste the booze... Not sure how much there actually was in there ended up though. Music was a bit loud when we got in, but volume came down afterwards. Definitely would go back again!

For being in Kelowna for a couple of days and craving pizza, $5.50 a slice is 10/10, lots of sauces to choose from. Is also great when you re walking the town, a little tipsy and want something to eat (;

Walked-in today at 4:30pm today and placed a take-out order. I paid and left a full 15% tip. The cashier said our three pizzas would be ready in 25 minutes. She called to the kitchen to let them know if the 3-pizza order coming in. Thats a long time, I thought, but ok. So I went to wait in the car. I came back in after 25 minutes and another staff member asked if Id been helped. Oh hey, just came in to pick up my three pizzas. Im gonna guess the order got lost somehow. Anyway, he said itll be around 5 minutes. We ended up getting our order 55 minutes after ordering. The restaurant was not busy at all: only customers at one table and maybe 2 or 3 take-out orders. A delivery person was similarly delayed, he said this happens all the time and at all locations of this restaurant. He was considering not taking delivery orders for this place anymore. We enjoyed the pizzas. The product tastes great. I like that the downtown location has live music. All the staff were friendly and nice. There just seems to be something wrong in the process somewhere when a simple order takes nearly an hour to prepare.

I travel many weeks per year and always look forward to a local pizza place. Based on the pictures I saw I was excited. This was hands down the most disappointing pizza I have ever had. It wasn t cooked. Even our wing sauce was jelly. Never again would I order and I would encourage everyone else to do the same. Raw undercooked pizza! At best 1.4

I have had pizza literally all over the world. I am not going to lie, this is not the best pizza in the world for me. Pizza seems to be a bit subjective. The pizza here is reasonably tasty, but I find some of the selections a bit goopy. The crust is not usually firm or crunchy, but rather droops in your hand if you do not support it, which could cause toppings to slide off. These are not deal breakers, just something to be aware of if you might expect a certain type of pizza. The location is great, staff friendly, open late and they always have a variety of LARGE slices for sale at a reasonable price. You can pop in, grab a slice and be on your way. You can also dine in and sit at the bar. Overall four stars for me!

We were on family vacation and our 3yo wanted pizza. We are a vegan family so we researched places and theirs showed promise for vegan options. We were not wrong, they had vegan cheese and multiple vegetarian options that combines made delicious vegan pizza. The cooked method and ingredients were on point, we loved the pizza. If I were to suggest some improvements would be to their drinks selection (it was only pop). We ordered the pies to go and enjoyed them on a picnic under the tree at Kelowna City Park. Dietary restrictions: Vegan options available by combining vegan cheese available with vegetarian options.

I ordered the meat lovers. The crust was like cardboard, with skimpy meat - ham only and cheese. Terrible quality.

Pizza is mediocre. Please note the the prices on their website are wrong. There is no 50% off the 2nd medium or large .it s 25%. I questioned this when I called and they said they re trying to update their website but wouldn t honour what was posted. I call it false advertising. Also add about $5 to the price shown on every pizza on their website. I would never order from them again due to their misleading pricing practices.

It was Kelownas best pizza place, 8 years ago, 5 years ago, last year and today! We have ordered take out countless times and had slices in restaurant! The staff is always nice. The pizza is always delicious. The location is central.

It was fine. Roux approves. Gluten free crust was a bit gooey on the inside but crispy on the outside. 2022 update. Gluten free crust was grainy and a bit stale for both GF pizzas. Kids did not like the regular crust, either. Sorry to say it s gone downhill.

The last Bastion of Coolness in Downtown Kelowna. This late-night Kelowna institution has withstood the test of time, COVID, gentrification, and out of town investment. Kelowna used to be a lively town. Fernandos, Docs, Roses, Munnins, Flashbacks, Sapphire, Level, the Fed. All gone. Dunnenzies doesnt attempt to replace any of these lost icons, but theyre doing their absolute best to keep the spirit of old Downtown Kelowna alive. Alas, thats not the only reason theyre still standing. The food is pretty damn stellar, too.

Best late night eats downtown Kelowna! If you re in a rush, grab a slice, but if you ve got a few minutes stop in for a donair or a calzone and enjoy an Avocado Margarita while you wait. Thank you dunnenzies for keeping the rickshaw runners fueled up!

Went in to get a slice of pizza, and $5 per slice is already too much. As I was waiting for the slice to be warmed I couldn t help but see the two cooks in the kitchen were coughing while prepping the food, no mask or gloves in sight. To make matters worse the cashier went and started talking to the guy who was coughing with my slice in her hands the pizza looked unappetizing anyway so I didn t touch it. Waste of my $5 plus tip

VERY disappointed! If I could give no stars I would do so! Ordered pizza for delivery to location less than 2 blocks from downtown location and was promised delivery 30 to 45 min max. An hour and a half later and still no pizza!!! I called the location at the 1 hour mark, was told the location really got slammed, various other excuses, and that I could expect pizza delivery momentarily. Well, 1.5 hours later n STILL no pizza!!!

My partner has food intolerances and my child is an incredibly picky eater. Dunnenzies knocks it out of the park every single time. I love the calzones (the pizza crust here is insanely good!) and my partner loves Tony Beets pizza and the fish tacos. They also have a really great selection of draught beer on tap. The staff are fantastic and obviously love working there. Which makes the overall atmosphere the kind of place I want to enjoy with my family and friends. A definite Kelowna gem

Been eating pizza all over kelowna for half a year now and this is hands down my favorite place. The pizza is great the price, is great, the quality is great, the atmosphere is great, they do live events there, they serve beer! It s honestly like I thought up the ideal pizza joint and instead of going through all the hassle of making it I just found it down the street from my house.
