Friendly staff. Good food. Good place to go for food.

Had the fish and chips. Fish was WET AND RAW INSIDE THE BATTER.

I m in town doing work and this spot is my relax and enjoy the day. Amazing staff I can t name them as I m bad with names but they will remember me, stereo Steve! I ll be back you guys rock!!

Sarah has to be one of the best servers I have had in my resturaunt experience. The bar tenders Corey, Cambel and Tegan are always smiling. Would recommend 10/10

I didnt even make it to the restuarant to try this place, there parking lot was full only option was to pay to park and pay to park was 25 $ for only 2 hours wow ,insane.

Ive visited this clean and cozy pub several times while visiting Kelowna. Each time I have been pleased to experience ample parking, excellent service and delicious food. I strongly recommend this pub and look forward to returning on my next time through Kelowna.

My wife and I like to go here on date nights. The food has always been fantastic and the beer tastes fresh. Trivia night was alot of fun.

Mushroom prime rib burger fried in grease terribly greasy. Mushrooms very chewy with no flavor. If looking for a burger here keep looking. Waiter asked how the meals were we said very greasy, he just nodded yes and walked away.

I stopped in for the first time this evening for a quick beer on my way through. The bar staff helped me locate a tasty IPA from a well stocked lineup. I was rather shocked, then, when it arrived in a HOT glass.....not unchilled....not warm....but HOT to the touch. Im usually not overly fussy, but Im sure most beer drinkers would agree that this is NOT the way we expect beer to be served. When I brought this to the attention of the young gal running the show behind the bar, it elicited little reaction......as if hot or cold might simply be personal preferences. I inquired whether a chilled glass might be provided, and eventually a glass of neutral temperature appeared.Needless to say, I didnt stay for another. First impressions are lasting, and this experience was FAR from inspiring.

Great service and great food. Had sirloin steak and Chef Burger and dessert. Had small problem with steak and veggies being a little cool but immediately rectified.

Service was incredibly slow. I asked to speak to a manager because I couldnt even find the server. After a while, the manager did come, but she went to the table next to us, comped their meals and never spoke to us. We had been there for an hour longer than the table next to us! They mixed up one of our orders, food was okay, when we finally got it, minus the mix up. I invite them to contact me to make it right, but otherwise I wont go back. Edit: After the response from Ryan below, I sent him an email. He has not responded. Parking: Tiny spots, and very few of them. Access to parking is restricted due to construction next door.

Had brunch at the train station and it was the best restaurant meal I have had in a really long time. Got the chorizo Benny with potatoes. The potatoes were decadent, perfectly spiced. Benny was incredible. Get it with Extra eggs! I definitely havent been here in a long while It looks like the whole menu is a lot better than it used to be! Will be back to try a lot of menu items based on this brunch visit.

Service was OK. Clean establishment. However I had the Falafel Naan wrap. Don t do it. It was tasteless, and just not good. The portion size for a $21+ meal was small. All in all, very disappointed in my meal. Probably won t be back. Food

I had parked a ways away and forgot my ID in the car. Server would not serve me even though I am obviously over 19. Also would not start food for me while I walked back to my car. I get you are doing your job but it was extremely over zealous and not great customer service. The restaurant down the street had no issue accommodating my dog and I.

It wasnt busy, and still the service sucked. I had to flag a server down after 20 minutes, and then they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Nah, Im out.

Our server was amazing! She answered all our questions brilliantly! The appetizers we order were great. And so were our drinks! I would say reasonably priced as well (especially during happy hour).

Don t be fooled by the description of the food. $28 Prime Rib burger is about the worst frozen patty they could find at the grocery store. Service was decent and beer was cold, but there are a ton of options with good service and cold beer in Kelowna.

This is such a shame.. i went with my two friends..the moment they saw us that we were Indians they started behaving differently ..it was never written on their website or anywhere that we have to bring our 2 government id s .but we all had one with us they just said no to accept that the fact is they have to ask at the front that if we have id s with us or no we were literally sitting and they said us to leave because we didn t had id s with us even though they served us last time..I don t know what happened this time..we were not carrying id s last time too but they stil served but this time it was so insulating such a shame that we had felt this way in this resturant in front of other customers. I don t think this is how business works..we will never come back to this place there are other hundreds of restaurants available.

Amazing lobster mac n cheese.

It was a Friday hockey game night. But OMG the noise!!!! Why do these designers not use sound dampening products to control the sound levels. It was the worst atmosphere. Could not even talk to anyone at our table, awful!! Dietary restrictions: Not really very much for vegetarian or vegan options.

My husband and I shared a shrimp appy with garlic bread. The flavor was fantastic. The service was friendly and welcoming. It was also very clean, which is a big deal for me. I would definitely return when I get back into Kelowna.

Came in for dinner with the wife and our dog. Friendly staff and dog friendly patio a huge plus. However, the beer wasnt as cold and the food was just soso. The chef burger was mediocre at best, but the fries were yummy. The nacho was the most bare nachos I have ever seen. They should really take it off the menu if they are going to serve nachos like that. Little to no toppings, and came out cold. Fake cheezewheeze kind of melted cheese on the side, yuck. The beet and berry salad was super delicious though!

Eggs Benny was top tier and the even menu mushroom burger was as well.

The cooks forgot the black beans for 2 salads and the server had to go to get missing ingredients for salads x2 today This salad had minimal tomato, cucumber, corn lettuce, etc. I almost needed a magnifying glass to see if there was veggies listed on menu Sadly I didn t take a photo as I was with a group of people for lunch. SHAME on the portion size, missing ingredients and HIGH price for a bowl of lettuce NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND this restaurant to ANYONE. This restaurant is a FAIL

We had a fantastic time last night. We sat at the bar and the restaurant was full and busy! We had Cory as our bartender last night and he was nothing but phenomenal! Very personable and knowledgeable even for letting us know that he was newer to the team. Drinks came right away and even though we didn t eat any food it smelt and looked really great as it was walked by. We will be back the next time we are in town. Thanks for the great service!

This is my favourite place for good food and a good selection of beers. Only concern is that though its called a pub, those arent pub prices. Will probably burn a tiny hole in your wallet. Will still definitely go back for more.

Way to expensive for what you get. If you are wanting to pay $27 for a burger there are MUCH better options available

I recently visited the Train Station Pub for lunch with a friend and had a generally positive experience. The food was delicious, and the service was attentive. However, I was disappointed to find that the point-of-sale payment system defaults to an 18% tip. While I appreciate the option to tip, I found this default setting to be somewhat pressuring. Tipping at 18% feels excessive and out of control. It would be more customer-friendly to allow patrons to choose their desired tip percentage without feeling coerced. Overall, a good dining experience, but the tipping policy could be improved for customer satisfaction.

Food is good, but it was a pretty long hair there.. Good lounge where you can bring a dog, but it was rain and no one helped unfold the big umbrella. Also not so friendly server, we also order some burgers, but didn t receive one and we waited a long time for it then because no one wrote it down.

Food and atmosphere was fun! But it was a Game 6 Canucks vs Oilers game and the service was slow!

Our fav place in Kelowna to eat. Love the patio where our dog is welcome. Staff are amazing! And the best pub food around.

Service was good but standard. Food came out quickly. Burger was dry and not as tasty as I thought a close to $30 burger would be. My partners falafel wrap was good but not good enough that we couldnt make it at home ourselves. Fries were well seasoned but lukewarm.

Had a great lunch here, service was very good, such friendly staff and delicious food. We could have sat outside on the patio as it was warm enough but chose to sit in a booth by the window. Relaxing lunch.

Disrespectful staff.

Our first visit there today. Had the crispy Korean chicken sandwich and sauteed prawns. Was nothing short of stunned by the flavor. Absolutely and utterly amazing! Service was absolutely excellent as well. Its definitely becoming back again.

Good location with lots of parking. Our waitress was sunny, efficient and helpful. My bapbapbi bowl was delicious and an adequate size and had lots variety. The salmon salads had beans that were nearly raw and Very bland potatoes. The coconut curry soup was delicious and came with toast points. The fries were small but tasty. The place is very much a bar and subsequently kind of noisy and made conversations a bit challenging. Overall, very nice and we would try it again.

Burger was good but flavorless. In their defense I prefer spices. The staff was great but the noise level was high. Again it is a pub but the sound system was so high it required yelling to be heard over it contributing to the elevated noise. Food

The place is very loud which they could easily fix by consulting someone knowledgeable with improving acoustics.

Had the French Onion Dip, it was good but the au jus wasnt as good as described, it was average, but the sandwich and Fries were really good. Service was good

I used to love eating here. I would make it a point to come at least twice a month to order my favorite dish the station burger with their amazing beer batter fries. However when I went in today to place my order and then asked to use the bathroom a woman came into the bathroom almost immediatelyafter I entered and said excuse me you arent a patron here so youll have to leave. I in turn informedher that I actuallyam a patron and that I had ordered a station burger with no tomatoes. she asked have you paid for your order yet? at this point I was already using the facilities and replied no but I can pay immediately if youd like. she said please do. Not only do I feel like a parasite that has poisoned her by entering her establishmentbut Ive never been treated so lowley in all my life. not only do I intend to boycot this establishmentbut I will be sure to tell everyone on social media how they treat people who they feel dont belong in their establishment. very harsh indeed. this is exactly why you should never judge a book by its cover. Truly bad form indeed.

The renovations that the Train Station has undergone look great. We sat at the updated bar for happy hour and really enjoyed the personalities and friendliness of the bartenders. Great happy hour prices for wine and great atmosphere, we will be back soon!

Had a lovely dinner here with family from out of town! The food was excellent and our server Anthony was gave us both excellent service and fun and friendly conversation. Couldnt recommend this place more

I live downtown and come to train every now and then for good quality food. Staff are friendly and its nice to watch sports while I eat. But one thing I can not get over is how cheap they are when it comes to potatoes. With any meal, you will only ever get 5 little potatoes. Come on, youre buying them in bulk, I just paid 32 dollars for a cowboy steak, 8oz, and I get 5 little potatoes and 3 broccolini... I tell them every time I am there. With any meal I get that has potatoes as a side. There arent enough for the size of tot you give us. I like this bar! But seriously. Its a potatoe, font be cheap and feed your people properly. -potatoe lover

I have been going to this Pub for 4 years, whenever I m in Kelowna. Today, a Wednesday, it was packed. I waited, and waited and finally got a beer, at the bar. No menu, I was there to eat. After I got my beer two guys came in & sat next to me. Same bartender served them immediately. And gave them menus. Have to look for another bar in K town

Great food & service but noisy. Good if you like to watch sports.

Went there twice in 9 days because it is comfortable and yummy. This is certainly a pub with very good food. They are highly attentive, their food is good, and good things take time. Best to enjoy your beer or drinks while allowing them time for food prep. Parking: Being a renovated train station, there are plenty of parking spots all around the building in a dedicated lot.

Great atmosphere, have been many times and have had nothing but great service from all the staff. 2 of the bartenders Marino and Ben are exceptional at their jobs. Marino never has anything but a smile on his face and a welcoming demeanor. Highly recommend these two. Also the Benny pakora is all my spouse raves about.. their wings are delicious and their poutine. Stop reading this review and head over to the pub, I really dont think you will regret it.

I had some fish tacos they were really tasty but i just dont think it was my scene, sorry my mistake chicken tacos and i sat at the bar and had one of your signature. Cocktails (had a weird name) the bartender had dark hair and he was pleasant and i tiped well like i always do especially after having worked in the service industry for almost 15 years

Went to the Train Station while visiting my daughter over the holidays. It was a Saturday night just before the local junior hockey game so it was packed. We were greeted right away and asked to wait while a table was cleaned for us. We waited only a few minutes then were seated. Our server greeted us right away and drinks were provided promptly. We started with the spinach dip appetizer, which was awesome, then I had the saddle up burger. One of the best burgers I have had in a while! My daughter had the crispy chicken stack and she shared some. It was excellent as well. Overall, I was very impressed. Service was great, everyone was friendly, food was excellent and a very vibrant, lively atmosphere. I certainly recommend!

The Train Station Pub is a warm, enjoyable experience. With plenty of patio space and a roomy indoor bar/resturant, the Pub excels at what it does. When visting, youll find that the service is very prompt and professional, while still friendly. The staff there have incredible speed and precision and should be lauded for their efforts. Meanwhile, the food is fresh, properly portioned and incredibly well made. The same can be said of the beer, of which is local. Absolutely brilliant Pub- a must go for any traveller or resident of kelowna. Parking: The pub and nearby liquor store both have free private parking, so you never have to worry about finding a spot there.

Just an all around good experience. Solid location and everything you d expect going in. Service is awesome as is the food and drinks. If you re looking for a casual spot downtown this is your place.

Great brunch

Really amazing place when for brunch for my moms birthday. She has a little dog and we were able to eat and have the dog with us on the patio.

A fun filled Friday eve of games and food at the Train Station Pub. Poutine was a hit, shrimp appetizer yummy, and filling spinach and beet root salad.

Such an incredible place! They have trivia once a week I think (apparently I like to randomly hit em up on the same day unintentionally, not that Im complaining. I love me some trivia!!) The food was amazing except my main I chose last time which honestly when I ordered I was like Imma LOVE it or HATE it. Unfortunately it was the latter but my waiter still apologized and even went so far as to ask what I didnt like so he could maybe suggest a way to improve the dish or for the purpose of recommendation requests from future patrons possibly. Either way I left with a huge smile on my face and a doggy bag for some lucky person who would like it lol

Was really impressed with the quick service as we had a very large group(hockey team). The food was amazing and the staff were on point! I will definitely make a point to dine here again.

Sitting on the terrace, the view is great and the taste is quite good. It is next to the station and very cozy.

This was my go to place for years and was a great place. I havent had the food recently but was always good. The service, especially when sitting at the bar can sometimes be slower than expected, and not exceptionally personable. The building is a local historic train station and worth an evening there just for that. Maybe if they gave it a minor face-lift inside (lighting, paint?) It might help to reimagine it.

I spent a really good time here with my friends our server was very kindly and suggested excelente options of craft beers based on our preferences. The food was amazing totally worth the nachos they were amazing.

Always been a decent pub. Service was friendly. Music didn t match environment at all when we first got there, the dance music didn t seem right. Biggest complaint is $29 nachos, which is base price with no meat, and portion was very small. For 29 bucks, I d expect a full plate , not 2/3rd full. Because of this pricing, we probably won t be going back.

Update: Visited again! Both food and service was pathetic! Food was ok but the service was superrrr slow. Not sure what the matter was, there were hardly any tables about 3-4 max but the service was slower than a turtle. Had to remind them for each and everything. Our server Kassidy was good and friendly but overall a not so good experience. The manager didnt seem friendly. They took around 40 mins for a kids meal which was way beyond a kids patience and they accidentally dropped a chicken finger but they got 2 instead of 1 after another 25 mins.They also forgot the ice cream in the end. She got the bill, we paid and then asked her for it, upon which she said I thought you dont want to have and then she got it as a go to, it was strange! Beer was ok too, not so good. Overall a below average experience! Tried their salad and it wasnt good at all. Not trying this place anymore.

Food quantities were pretty small for the price. Service was great and very friendly waiter. They charge for hot sauce! Getting nickled and dimed fifty cents for Franks hot sauce (no, it s not some boutique, handcrafted, small batch hot sauce it s Franks) after spending over a hundred dollars on food seemed tacky. I don t like that. I wonder if ketchup is free. Other than small portion sizes and getting dinged for what should be basic things included with a meal, it s a great place to eat and hang out with friends.

A favorite watering hole for an evening out. Lots of selection of beer with the usual high balls and an abundance of good pub food.

Service is pretty good at train station and the atmosphere is cozy and trivia nights are lots of fun. Unfortunately I found the food to be pretty subpar and the majority of the bars in town have better food.
