The best ramen in Kelowna for me. They have different flavor of ramen and selection of yummy appetizer. Friendly staffs and good price.

This is hands down the best ramen I have had in Kelowna, although the competition is not exactly fierce. Ramen Arashi has become a staple for my friends and I. Located in the heart of Kelowna, it is close to basically everything and is a serving up piping hot bowls of delicious and authentic ramen. Having spent considerable time in Japan and tried countless bowls of ramen, I am pleasantly surprised at how well Arashi stacks up. They offer a wide variety of different bowls, including a TRULY spicy option, which is always appreciated. I usually go for the Spicy Tonkotsu, but you may want to try their signature Black Ramen. Their appetizers are also extremely good. I cannot leave without having the Spicy Chicken Karaage paired with Takoyaki. Absolutely delicious. Only thing I can fault them on is their prices. You will be spending upwards of $16 on a bowl of Ramen, which is a little steep in my opinion. The appetizers are far more reasonably priced, I just wish the Ramen was as well. The space itself is also quite small, with much of the seating being bar-style. So you ll probably want to make a reservation if you are going around lunch or dinner. Not ideal for large groups, but there is always take out!

This is the new best ramen in Kelowna! The broth is rich and flavourful, the noodles are just chewy enough for a good bite, and the toppings are perfect. Try the taiyaki for dessert!

Just go back from a trip to Japan and this is honestly the most comparable Raman I ve had since. The broth is so rich and flavourful and the noodles cooked perfectly. Highly recommend.

Tasty and bustling little ramen shop. Would love some items that are neither deep fried nor a salad, for appetizers, however. The Tonkatsu Ramen was good. Sweet and savory. Filling and nice and simple. The little crunchy garlic bits were delicious and the hints of pickled ginger were a nice addition. They didnt over stuff the bowl with things that didnt belong and I liked that. Super friendly and smily service. Clean well lit open kitchen. I dont think most people will be upset with this meal and the prices are good as well.

I have an allergy to almonds, so I was initially concerned about the possibility of cross-contamination. However, their food safety management was excellent, and I felt completely reassured. Wow! I ve been at least ten times! And when I m not having their Ramen, I m thinking about having it! I can t get past their most popular Ramen Arashi Tan Tan. If not perfection, it s most certainly the best Ramen this side of Richmond, BC. The place is small, and the stools are uncomfortable, but once the bowl is put in front of you, you re only thinking about how good the Ramen is anyway! I hesitate to leave this glowing review - they re already too busy!

The broth is a masterpiece if I could, Id bottle it up and keep it in my fridge at all times. Rich, flavorful, and comforting, its easily one of the best Ive ever had. The ingredients are fresh, perfectly cooked, and balanced to perfection. It reminds me of the authentic ramen houses in Japan, where each bowl tells a story of tradition and passion. If youre a fan of ramen or Japanese cuisine, Ramen Arashi is a must-visit. It truly stands out as one of Kelownas finest dining spots.

Authentic, quality food. But it was the staff that made it such a good experience for our family. We had 4 kids with us and it made them more attentive rather then annoyed! They brought our kids a treat and treated us all so well! We had two celiacs need gluten free and that was a success too. They had rice noodles instead. Well priced too. Will return in a heartbeat. Man, Hokkaido style miso ramen in KELOWNA? Legitimately impressed. Perfect for a cold, rainy night. I only wish it was more like a Japanese style ramen place in terms of vibe and privacy but I get that wont totally jam with how things are done here and thats okay. Wait staff were sweet and adorable and exactly as attentive as they needed to be like a proper Izakaya etc. !

Some really tasty ramen. The spice level is mild for the spicy tonkatsu and black arashi tan tan so if you are a spice lover ask for more.

Love the vegan options!! I admit that I was apprehensive about the kale noodles, but I was so wrong. They were incredible. The broth and every component to the soup was amazing. My only complaint (if you can call it that), is having 1/2 order options. Absolutely wonderful service. Very efficient, friendly and quick. I would highly recommend to anyone.

It has branches in canmore and banff. I felt the food taste is different from the one in banff but my friends feel no different. I dont mean the food is not good but it is very good already. Anyway, I dont want to eat fries and chips when there is not much choice, so it is a excellent choice to have this food.

This ramen is probably the best that I have tried thus far in Canada. The waitress is a young japanese girl. Their hot ocha green is served with a black Japanese pot n a small cup. The broth is thick n tasty. I will definitely come back when I am in Kelowna.

This restaurant has the best ramen Ive had in Kelowna so far! In my recent visit, I got their Black Arashi Tan Tan, which includes a broth base of black sesame! It was my first time trying a black sesame dish, so I was hesitant about it at first; but it turned to be delicious. Im a fan of nutty flavours when theyre used right, and this one hit the spot with the savoury harmony with the rest of the ramens ingredients. I was impressed, and this makes me want to return and try the rest of their ramen options. My friends and I used to complain about Kelowna not having a lot of good ramen, but this one is a game changer for the city. The service is fast, and the employees are polite and respectful. I also love the restaurants location and how much natural lighting it gets through the window. I havent tried much of the other dishes so my review does not span its whole menu.

The most authentic ramen you can get in Kelowna. The tonkatsu ramen broth is rich and full of flavour, the pork belly is soft, and their takoyaki is authentic; crispy outside and soft inside. I always reccommend this place to people in Kelowna if they want a better taste of authentic ramen.

This ramen rivals anything you can get in Japan. Noodles have the perfect balance of firmness and smoothness. The Tonkotsu broth is next level. Made with pork and bone, it s rich, thick, deep, and full of flavour. We were in Kelowna for 2 weeks and have been twice. Maybe one more time before we leave!

4mths ago we were in Kyoto and Osaka for a couple of weeks, chasing ramen. This is my third time at Ramen Arashi, definitely a great bowl of ramen whenever we are in Kelowna. Arashi Tan Tan or Black Arashi Tan Tan are fantastic choices.

Came in this afternoon with my mom for her first experience with Ramen. This was the perfect place to go. We were gretted immediately, they had water at our table within minutes of us sitting down, and our food out within 10 minutes. There was no sacrifice to the quality of the food given how quickly we were served. The tonkotsu broth was rich, creamy and packed with flavor, the chashu was tender and melted in your mouth. The noodles were perfectly cooked. There is only one other place in my life I have had this high quality of ramen and that was in San Diego. I thank you dearly for the amazing service and the even more amazing food. 100% will be back!!

I ve been here countless times now, I am what I like to think a soup connoisseur. This place has some of the best broth I ve tasted. The spicy tonkotsu is so good. They have the fried garlic and pickled ginger bits to compliment the pork belly. Oh sooo good. I will definitely be back many more times.

This place is okay but it s not great. I am comparing it to ramen places in Vancouver and it doesn t measure up. I ve eaten here twice and both times the broth tasted like it wasn t homemade and like they were adding ingredients which made it taste like broth made from powder. Small portions of noodles and they don t give you enough broth. Way too expensive for what it is. Probably good for Kelowna standards but not for Vancouver standards.

This place is such a breath of fresh air. I all but stopped eating out due to overall poor food quality and high prices. Raman Arashi has changed that for me. Phenomenal! Came by during rush hour so have to wait 30min to be seated. No biggie. Can t really go wrong with anything on the menu. From simple to complex flavours. Definitely recommend the cold sake for a hot day! Street parking.

Its apparent that its not the best ramen place, but its a solid step in the right direction compared to most other places in Kelowna. Not only the best ramen in Kelowna it is also the best restaurant period. The food is so good it makes you forget about the world around you. Ive filled out two free appetizer cards which is 30 visits and shows how much I love this place. They also make the food in a very timely order. Best vegan ramen Ive ever had! Its so delicious, and they have a surprising amount of vegan/vegetarian options. The veggie tan tan ramen is probably my fav, but the black sesame one is unbelievable as well. LOVE it here, and the staff have been super friendly and accommodating each time, which is definitely a plus! Vegetarian options: Lots of vegan/vegetarian options. There are about three vegan ramens to choose from (fav is the veggie tan tan with kale noodles), and the veggie spring rolls are vegan, too! I havent tried any of the other stuff yet, but I cant wait to!

Service was amazing, everyone was so kind and lovely. They greeted us immediately and gave us little trays for our bags and kept checking in if we were enjoying our meals. The waitresses were so happy and friendly too. We got the spicy tonkotsu ramen and the yuzu shio ramen. The yuzu ramen was lacking in depth and pretty average, but the spicy tonkotsu was definitely much better. I really liked the flavour profile and the chashu was also very tender. I d say the only improvement could be how the noodles were cooked. Give it a try if you re in the area

The Black Tan Tan with extra spicy miso was a top their play for a spicy loving vegan. I didnt know they still refilled water at restaurants in 2024, but they very much do and I left extremely hydrated. 10/10 would recommend!

I visited this place for the first time today on the recommendation of my friends, and I was absolutely delighted! Huge portions, rich taste, open and clean kitchen! Incredibly polite waiters, they are professionals, and point out allergens and hot peppers, and also explain the features of each dish! The waiters are as wonderful as the cooks! 1000% for all ramen lovers! Thanks to the fact that the restaurant owners have assembled excellent staff, true professionals who love their work, who with heart and love seek an individual approach to each client! Thanks to the fact that they don t use plastic cheap products in the kitchen, but spend time and cook according to original recipes, it s incredibly tasty! I have been working as a chef for many years in my own country in Ukraine, and for many years I worked in Europe (in the best restaurants), for the last few years I have been working in Kelowna, and I know what really tasty and good food is! My wife was delighted, friends said that. Because it s so tasty and atmospheric here, they don t want to go to other restaurants because it s rare to get such service, atmosphere, and delicious food!

Kelownas newest Ramen Spot! Since it is a the third or fourth Ramen Arashi location in Canada I do believe the chefs at the other locations have honed in these recipes to perfection. The broth and all the ingredients are perfectly combined and the noodles are always consistently chewy!

I was looking for a nice ramen spot, not familiar with the area. I found this spot and had really nice reviews so had to check it out. We entered the restaurant and was warmly greeted by staff and was seated within right away. The food was hot and came very quick. The staff is alway keeping an eye out, making sure all ur needs are met. The food was amazing and tasted so good, my family who has never had Japanese food before was astonished with how delicious it was. When we were ready to leave, the owner came with our bill and had an amazing conversation with me. Everything was reasonably priced and everybody was so friendly. Thank you for this experience and wish to come many more times.

I always walked by here on the way to my counselling appointments or just in general while going to the cafés nearby. I decided to go here for a late lunch, and it did not disappoint! I was seated and given a menu within seconds, and ordered and received my food within minutes. Lovely broth, and they were happy to replace the pork in the miso ramen for some chicken karaage since I can t eat pork! Loved the atmosphere and energy of the staff who were so kind. They even gave me a bin to place my bag and coat! Already told a bunch of friends about the place. I can t wait to eat here again, especially since it s colder! Dietary restrictions: Very open in changing dishes at no cost due to restrictions!

Honestly one of the best ramen places Ive been too. So incredible and authentic. Firstly, the noodles are cooked to perfection, and the broth is just bursting with flavor. I got the Spicy Tonkotsu, and I was worried about there being too much heat that would overpower the other flavours but I was completely wrong. The egg and and the pork belly were so soft and flavoursome as well, and it was such as good price for what I ate. I also had the takoyaki. The sauce was delicious, though the octopus was slightly overcooked. The service was also amazing as they gave you a bag for your stuff, hi chews at the end of your meal, and were very friendly. I will be back to try literally everything on their menu, it was dope.

Ramen was great especially during this winter times.. Service was great, attentive and fast. Dietary restrictions: Some on the menu have nuts and are spicy. But you can already see them on the menu.

This small Ramen restaurant is a culinary delight. The broth is rich and aromatic and the noodles possess the ideal chewiness. The egg was perfectly soft-boiled. The cozy ambiance adds to the overall charm, making it a must-visit for any Ramen enthusiast in Kelowna.

Its awesome to see another Ramen place in Kelowna! Its a shame theory seating is so few, but I dont doubt theyll one day expand with all the business theyre bound to get!

Placed an order online that clearly stated that one of the diners had gluten and dairy allergies. They ignored this, despite my number being on the receipt to make the dish anyway and tell me when I came to pick up. Initially they were not going to fix this, and when asked why they didn t call, I was told they were busy . If I had not been told that the dish still had gluten & dairy in it, I would have eaten it and gotten VERY ILL. They agreed to replace the dish after I pressed, but I had to leave and return to pick up the remade dish. Then when I left I found out that they had completely missed part of my order and it was missing from the bag, so I had to return a second time (3rd trip overall). I was given a card for a free entree for all of this - very frustrating overall!!

This place is a Hidden gem! It nice to find a really good place for Ramen in kelowna! Reminds me of Japan!!! Quick good food, for a reasonable price!!! Cant wait to go back for more!!! Thank u for u hard work & amazing food!!!
