The best located restaurant in Kelowna. Food is inoffensive and very consistent, appealing to a broad range of palettes. If you have a large group visiting, no one will be disappointed after going here. However there are better places to eat in terms of food quality and price

I went on November 21, 2024 and a mouse was running around inside near the entrance area. I told the Host lady working that day and she told me to not tell anyone because thats blackmailing? Ended up getting one free drink.

Meh. Its on par with every other restaurant that serves the exact same food; Moxies, Milestones, Boston Pizza. They all serve the same food with the same taste. Its too bad Cactus wasnt more innovative and tried harder to be different. Its boring when they just try to copy what everyone else was doing.

All I can say is EOW!!!!! This place has EVERYTHING the other ones has I thought to myself I would like some cactus fries and wouldnt you know they had THEM eow could get any of the items of the menu thank shane

During dinner the fire alarm went off and we were moved outside. We saw a lot of people leaving. We waited outside in the cold for 15 mins and went back in as not to dine and dash . I would expect that after the inconvenience there would have been some form of compensation (dessert ,gift card, discount).but there was nothing. Customer service wasn t where it should have been. Disappointing.

Midway thru our meal tonight, the fire alarm went off and we were evacuated. We stood outside in the cold for approx 15 min. Looking around, alot of people walked away not looking to go back in and take care of their bills. We went back in when allowed, yet never once was thanked for coming back in, nothing offered for the inconvenience. A sorry for the inconvenience would have been nice, even an offer for a discount the next time we came back. The fact the the bartender, after paying the bill, the manager and hostesses said nothing at all on our way out was disappointing.

We were there for lunch the other day. We had Tommy N. and he was lovely! The way he talked to us was so warm & welcoming :) I got a birthday dessert (London-fog crème brûlée) was AMAZING!!!

I came in the other day without a reso and sat at the bar. Jenna was taking care of us, her service was perfect! We were never pushed to the side when things got busy; she was very attentive and kind. It s not often that you sit at a bar top and get service like this! We will be back.

The Cactus Club is a high end dining experience. While prices are not for the faint of heart,the menu is deep with a great Western dining experience in mind. The atmosphere is alive with laughter and the buzz of reparte. I think the Cactus Club caters most to young lovers and secret trists. If you really want to impress her, take her here. Caveat: The Cactus Club is famous for its beautiful women. They will not disappoint. In deference to their privacy I will not post their pictures. The manager, Sierra was also a beautiful person. Parking: The best parking is between the Yacht Club and King Taps

Cactus Club Kelowna offers a fantastic dining experience with a great atmosphere and attentive service. I tried the steak frites, my all-time favorite, and it was cooked to perfection tender, flavorful, and complemented by crispy fries. It s definitely a go-to spot for a delicious meal in Kelowna!

Love this cactus club, go to this one often whenever Im out. The food and drinks are always good, and the view is really nice. The service is well done as well. only thing that could be improved is the atmosphere, it is an overall comfortable space. However, its often cold, dark, and very loud (almost feels like a night club). Dietary restrictions: This cactus club has okay gluten free options, definitely better and safer places if thats something you struggle with! My celiac friend always ends up with a steak, and they always take extra care for her meal! Pretty sure they dont have gluten free fryers but could be wrong Wheelchair accessibility: This place is a pretty good option if considering wheelchair accessibility. The bar area is not accessible. however, the rest of the space could easily be good.

The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was vibrant and inviting. While I opted for a Blackened Chicken, it was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Cactus Club remains a reliable choice for delicious food and a memorable dining experience in Kelowna.

Excellent place! The food is absolutely to die for! I had the Butternut Squash Ravioli with Prawns and it was amazing! The serving is a little small but it is more filling than it looks. If you have a big appetite youll probably want a starter or a side with it. The service was wonderful, & our server Austin was top-notch! Only downside was initially having to wait over 20 minutes for a table despite having a reservation set. Staff told us there was a mix up and someone else took our table, not exactly sure what happened but there was definitely some disorganization which was a little annoying. But I understand it is a busy place and confusion is bound to happen. But overall would definitely come back!

My partner and I went for our anniversary tonight and I just wanted to say the host Tilley (sorry to misspell if I did) was great, very great welcoming! Gave as a congratulations on our anniversary all stars are just for her! But the service wasn t the greatest unfortunately we came from far away just cause we know cactus gives us great service! But not tonight, we felt (were) ignored by the server. We understand if it was busy to the server but he said this wasn t busy for him so I m not sure what was wrong with our table. We waited for him to come to our table to ask if we wanted anything but unfortunately I had to ask someone else for a drink. (Not sure on the servers name) I don t like to write bad reviews but this was my anniversary so I felt like I have the right to write one.

I am the last one on this planet to write anyone a bad review, but honestly, it is my birthday and also a family celebration, so we planned to have an amazing night at Cactus! Unfortunately we were treated soo badly that we had to leave the place! So, here is what happened... we made the reservation at the dining ( with notes of Birthday Celebrations), and they seated us at 4 chair table with 1 extra chair on the side right sticking out in the walkway! We had a child with us, and they seated us right by the open window! That fine!!! But which really blew us off was there were 3 booths empty , but they didnt want to give us those as those were booked for 6 seated people !!! And they wanted us to keep seated there, and they would like to WAIT FOR potential 6 group people!!! Okay.. moving on.. then I requested to talk to the manager.. I think her name is Kate( could be mispelled) and told her that we have soo many celebrations happening tonight and would really appreciate if she can help us with seating. She said she can give us inside booth in the dining but only for 1 hour MAX!! We have to leave after 1 hour, especially she knew that we are here to celebrate!! Sorry! Long VENT but very very sad and disappointed from the management! We have been living here for 16yrs and this has always been our favorite spot! Thank you Cactus!!! Ruined my birthday! Now we are scrambling to find a reservation at this hour!!

Very standard, like with all CCC. Our server was incredibly nice, and very accommodating and reassuring about contamination safety for allergies. Food was good, nothing fantastic. Steak was cooked well, but the food was a little under seasoned in general. But given the fact we could trust the food was gluten free, this was acceptable. Moctails were delicious, location is nice. Cant complain other than the music was so loud that all tables were shouting to hear each other, it creates an unnecessarily loud dining experience. Dietary restrictions: Suitable for gluten free, including celiac.

One of the best Cactus Club I ever been too. The view was amazing and the food tasted very nice and the workers are very kind and professional. I recommend you to come and eat here!

Major food poisoning from you guys from last night (Oct 16) my whole family has been throwing up from both ends all night.

Ten people, steak supposed to be medium rare was overcooked and tough, tuna poke light on ingredients other than rice and salty, assorted appetizers average. Location great by water.

I have been to many of Cactus Clubs across Canada and this is BY FAR the worst one. The owner really needs to do a good look around into this location to see whats going on. They treat customers horribly, while you see them all joking around with each other. They even allow the food to get cold before they bring it to you because its too busy. They dont even care, and they dont pretend to. Definitely feels like they are taking advantage of the Cactus Club brand. I think the person that does the hiring for this location needs to be terminated immediately. There is definitely something fishy going on here that needs to be looked into as thr Cactus Club reputation is generally pretty good but sometimes all it takes is one bad apple. I wish this location all the best in the future.

I was here last Tuesday, Oct 16th for lunch. There is nothing special about it other than what I ordered. My family and I ordered the blackened creole chicken and it was delicious. I did wait for about an hour for it. The service was too mediocre for a waterfront location in a high end area of Kelowna that I am supposed to brag about. The atmosphere is not warm or welcoming at all. The girl leading us to our table was aloof, the waitress was just bored. It wasnt just this branch, I have been to numerous other locations and the service at cactus, in general, is just horrible.

Cactus is always a safe choice!If you find a space short notice! complimentary dessert! Very thoughtful!

The food was well above average, and it arrived quickly. Service was prompt and friendly. The atmosphere was loud and crowded with the music volume, making it difficult sometimes to hear the other people I was with. Overall, it was a good experience. Vegetarian options: Limited number of options, but having tried all of them, the quality is very good.

Came here on the 23rd for a birthday, we had a reservation for 7:10, we weren t seated until 7:25. We were also told we had a 2 hour dining limit as there was another reservation after us. We didn t like that as it limited our dining experience. We booked well in advance so it felt bad to know we were rushed The waiter we had Ashton was nice, but didn t talk to us at all. We were a table of 12 so i feel like we should ve had another server assigned to our party so there wasn t as much of a wait on service, the food was very good. But we were given another tables food twice. They came and apologized and actually let us keep the kid brought foood ( why I m giving it a 2 star ) that was very well handled. The wait time for the food was standard And the food and drinks were both great but our waiter didn t ask us for deserts at all. We had the birthday desert brought out which was fantastic but 4 of us also wanted to order deserts but we were approaching our 2 hour dining limit so we weren t able to get the deserts. Overall I d rate it a 2.5 star experience. The food and drinks were amazing. Wait times were slow but I believe it s because we should ve had 2 servers on a group our size

This place was packed, and on a random Wednesday evening. The food was a great reason. I had excellent fish tacos, wifey had salmon sushi of some sort. Both were excellent. The drinks were good, service was friendly, I highly recommend this restaurant.

Best Cactus I ve been to in BC, both food and service. Great views too. The food was actually really great. Normally Cactus is good, but nothing amazing. This place is the exception for sure.

Great spot! Great feel! Good food. I had the BLACKENED CREOLE CHICKEN. Was good but doesnt compare to the Cajun Chicken at Sammy Js. Better and much bigger at Sammys. More chicken, more mashed potatoes. Same amount of asparagus. Meal size matters for me as I am a big guy. Brady was our server. Slow response time but good otherwise. I think he had a lot of tables to cover. Overall a good experience.

Our server Cadence was lovely. Very attentive and did a fantastic job managing our table. I was very pleasantly surprised with the Baja Fish Tacos. They were definitely prepared with thought and not overdone with toppings and ingredients which seems to be the norm at most places. A perfect example of less is more.

Great location, amazing food, servers were great, were given the window seats as requested when we booked it. It was bustling and great for starting our night.
