Over Priced, very poor service and poor food quality. Apparently they are not interested in business from locals. This place is very poorly managed.

Fantastic food and fantastic service. Only complaint is the beer menu is lacking. Youre in the middle of Kelowna with no local craft? Come on.

I dont understand the high ratings for this joint. Ordered a Crispy chicken sandwich and chicken and waffles. Chicken was fresh and a fairly large portion but had absolutely zero flavor and thats not exaggeration. I asked for mayo to put on my sandwich so it could give it some flavor and my partner asked for extra maple syrup to put on his chicken and waffles. The fries were cold, unsalted and just tasted like bland potatoes. His chicken and waffles came out 3-4 mins ahead of my sandwich so by the time I was eating he was halfway through his meal already. The only nice thing is that they allow dogs on the patio and staff were very friendly and nice. Definitely a one and done for us. Edit- owner commented on my review and asked me to email in to discuss further. I emailed in the same day. Never heard back from them.

It took over ten mins to get a server at the table. We left. Three tables besides us. I would rather spend $100 elsewhere lol won t go back. Food may be good but likely starve before service. (Preface this that everything is expensive these days and when a family comes out to din - it would be nice to have someone come check in).

I had the Korean Chicken sandwich. It was so delicious, just the right amount of spice. The fries were also delicious. I will definitely be coming back.

On a girls trip me and my 2 friends were walking by and asked to see a menu and the male server (I forget his name) was what really made us come in. He was super friendly and honestly really cool. For a Sunday night we sat and people watched with some great chicken and service. I wish I could remember his name but he works with his brother and honestly they both deserve a pay increase. We watched a table ask for a chicken burger and send it back because they wanted beef lol and it was handled so well! Chicken strips were awesome but service alone would make us come back.

Stumbled upon this place on Bernard and happened to be wing special night (Wednesdays ). They make their own hot sauce and blue cheese which was really nice. Locally sourced chicken from Armstrong BC too according to the server. We sat out on the patio but the inside looks nice as well (bar kind of feel). They have some good specials on different days of the week. Will return.

They have the best poutine with chicken. The owners and staff is extremely kind and patient . Their chicken is Halal and they will go out of their way to accommodate your tatse and preferences. Def recommended!

We ordered our food and waited for an hour, but no one came to check on us. The servers outright ignored us when we tried to ask about our order. It was insulting. I don t recommend wasting your time here.

Cold and Delayed 30+ minutes waiting for food (it wasn t a busy time) The side order comes out cold, I tell the service and they reluctantly take it back to heat it up The main comes out and the fries are cold, the burger is cold Fed up and starving I had the server just pack up the food to go, they put boxes in front of me as if I could do it myself While paying another patron offered their order as they had waited too long and needed to leave Not a place I would recommend for a good meal, good service or a good price

We got their famous Nashville chicken sandwich and also chicken and waffle but the chicken was extremely salty! Honestly the quality of the food compared to the price was not good at all! I like the atmosphere tho but I don t think I ll be going back.

BAD~I Went for lunch with 4 other ladies. Made a reservation. We were stuck way in the back where it was dark and rather cold. That wasn t the worst of it. We ordered : -Wicked *chicken fingers -*Sweet and spicy blackened with Mac n cheese balls -*Blackened chicken Caesar salad -*Winner winner chicken dinner (2 of them) The fries that came with 3 of the 5 meals were more than terrible!! Nobody ate them. Flavourless, just absolutely plain! The blackened chicken Caesar salad was terrible and the chicken on it was extremely dry. My friend only ate 1/3 of the Caesar salad.The Sweet and spicy blackened chicken was the exact same as the winner winner chicken dinner ( not sure how that can be) only difference was it was between 2 pieces of lettuce on both sides ( lettuce wrap lol) which fell apart on the first bite! The Mac n cheese balls were flavorless and basically tasted like cheese whiz. Chicken fingers arrived way past when everyone else s meals came. She told them to just cancel the order as she would then be eating alone, and they still brought them. The server never once came back to ask us how the meal was or refill our water/ drinks or tea and never asked us if we wanted dessert. I highly recommend NOT going to this place. It was absolutely terrible. We will never return. Music was way too loud !!!! Maybe because we were at the back but we couldn t even speak with each other which was the whole point of going for lunch .!

We randomly stopped in because their sign had a $19.99 special (Korean Burger, Fries + a beer) and it did not disappoint! Can t really beat $20 special downtown. The ingredients seemed nice and fresh and the atmosphere was really fun! If you re looking to switch it up from the regular Kelowna spots I d give this one a try.

The wicked chicken coop has an amazing atmosphere with great service food and drink. The owners are as well. Honest and hard-working people trying to make a living in this economy is hard but theyre doing it. So go support them I would be in favour.

Went with friends. Everyone loved their meals. People mostly had tacos but I had the Nashville chicken sandwich and that I will way was the best chicken sando in town. The fries were also a surprising hit for me. Highly recommend and well be back $5 margs were pretty good!

Food was boss. Guys working there were really friendly and helpful. Turned on the arcade machines for us to play whilst we waited for our food. There was no one in there when we arrived and wondered if there was something wrong with the place but absolutely not. Kids and adults all enjoyed our meals. Kid-friendliness: Set kids menu.

Very good food but very very expensive. Be aware you don t get a side included with your sandwich. Unfortunately they are a lot more money than Cactus Club or the Eldorado etc once you factor in the side.

A bit pricy but the food was really good. The chicken tenders are delicious as were all the dipping sauces we tried. Very prompt and friendly service.

A group of us decided to go here for a birthday last night. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We did not book the table and they went out of their way to quickly set everything up. The macaroni cheese bites were the best Ive had! So tasty and crunchy and my blackened chicken burger was flavorful juicy and tender! We celebrated with some pineapple tiki drinks that were perfect for the occasion. The decor was great and the music was just as good. I know everyone at our table enjoyed because once the food arrived it was silent and all I could hear was Mmmm this is so good! We will be back to try more items. Thank you

Amazing place, they just opened up on Canada Day, few kinks still need to be worked out but the burgers made me ignore everything, my wife and I are a born foodie and all of us loved the food. I will continue to go back there, if you are unsure check it out and try Nashville and Korean burgers, amazing amazing amazing.

I asked for southern fried chicken, without the sandwich. She pointed me to the chicken fingers: same thing . I had my doubts. I got slightly overcooked chicken with a little breading and no flavour. She asked how it was. I mentioned the lack of flavour; she said that s why we put salt and pepper on the table . . . When I sat down the patio was peaceful. Two minutes later loud banging music, nightclub style. She turned it down for me but someone else turned it back on. Enough said. Update I responded to the request to email customer services at least two days ago: nothing. Most people s experience seems to be quite positive. Let s hope mine was an anomaly.

This is the MUST VISIT fried chicken stop on your Kelowna trip. My husband and I loved this place so much that we came twice! Their Korean sandwich is perfectly balanced (excellent ratio of sweet and spicy sauce to veggies to bread). Their Nashville sandwich has an excellent kick to it. The Blue Cheese NY Burger is so smooth and buttery. All the fried chicken is fresh, not frozen. They offer halal options and do have a veggie option as well called Livin on the Veg. The owners are great, super nice and personable, hardworking, and you can tell they care about delivering a wonderful meal to the customer. Try the XXX sauce if you dare!

We ordered pick up and we were late getting there. While they waited the re-made our whole meal. When my husband arrived to pick up it wasnt ready so they served him a beverage. The customer service was incredible.
