Visited Joey resteraunt after their most recent renovations. It was a pleasant experience all around! Service was EXCELLENT! Turner was very attending to us and our needs. Drinks never ran out, and he constantly checked in to see if we needed anything. The food was tasty with very good portions and quality ingredients. Ill be back!

I came to Joeys for a surprise wedding shower for a friend. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Our server Jayce was attentive, kind and efficient. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant with the new renovations. I definitely will come back! J Peitsch Food

Peyton was our server and did awesome!! She was friendly, quick and very knowledgeable of the menu. She was quick to take orders, the food came out hot, the food was delicious. Next time we will be requesting Peyton to be our server. We also wanted to add that there was a young man who seemed to be the busser. He brought out dessert to us with a friendly smile. We could see him busy helping out wherever he was needed.

We were able to check out the newly renovated Joey Kelowna recently. Wow! Well worth the wait for them to complete. The food was delicious. Our server, Brenna, was attentive, knowledgeable and made sure our experience was perfect! Brian also came by to make sure we were all good and with added laughter. The renovation included replacing the lounge bottle wall with a door that lifts up to become a double sided bar in patio season. Genius! Will be back for sure. Great job guys!

I recently visited Joey s and had an enjoyable experience overall, with some room for improvement in a few areas. The hostess set the tone right away, greeting us warmly and offering complimentary wine while we waited for our table a thoughtful touch that stood out. Once seated, our server Taylor was fantastic friendly, personable, and attentive throughout the meal. Frank, the floor manager, also impressed us with his engaging wine service, adding an extra layer of hospitality to the evening. The food was good, with perfectly cooked steaks stealing the show. While the gyozas were a bit overdone, the staff made up for it with the rest of the meal s quality. As for the recent renovations, the changes were okay. The removal of the wall separating the lounge and dining areas has certainly opened up the space, but perhaps a bit too much. The resulting openness made the atmosphere feel a little less intimate, especially when paired with the limited TV setup. With only two TVs visible from the dining area, it felt like a missed opportunity to create a more dynamic, engaging vibe during sports games hopefully, they consider adding a projector or additional screens to enhance the ambiance. One downside was the waiting area, which felt overcrowded and uncomfortably close to the lounge. It made waiting feel less relaxed, with some nearby guests commenting on the lack of privacy. Overall, Joey s still delivers on food and service, thanks to the incredible staff, but a few adjustments to the layout and atmosphere could make the experience even better.

We dined in with family during happy hour and had a fantastic experience! The hosts greeted us with complimentary bubbly and quickly found us a table - where Niko delivered outstanding service. He was professional, friendly, attentive, and kept us all smiling throughout our visit. The food was delicious. We also learned that the restaurant recently underwent a renovation, and it looks stunning inside. Our expectations were absolutely exceeded

I had sometime to kill while my cars breaks were being serviced and Joeys was close by and I had a gift card so thought Id pop in. Had a great low key solo lunch and brought a book in to read. My server - Brenna - was amazing! We had a great chat about the book I was reading and ones we are looking forward to reading soon. It was a busier afternoon so it was very appreciated when she took the time to chat. Cant say enough good things!

Went in for a staff/leadership lunch today. Everything was amazing!! The restaurant looks incredible after the renovation, very bright and open. We were all very impressed with both the service as well as the food. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming even with the restaurant being completely packed with people waiting to get in. Our server Brenna was great, very attentive and friendly. Brian (GM) also stopped by to check in to make sure everything was going good. Every staff member we interacted with from start to finish was great, going above and beyond. The food came out quick once ordered, and everything was delicious. Looking forward to going back again soon!

2 days after reopening, everything was great. Dim lighting gives a cozy atmosphere. Very open area after removing main center wall. Food was quick and tasty. Well plated. Reasonable prices. Lots of staff.

Had a business lunch today at the newly renovated Joeys - what a treat! We started with the tuna sushi roll, and we each had a different main, all of which were nicely presented and delicious. Service was quick and friendly, and we even got a complimentary glass of bubbly when we walked in. We will definitely be back!

I recently had lunch at Joeys Kelowna since it reopened. Our server Kelsey is amazing! We always try to sit in her section. She is so kind and genuine and makes you feel welcome. Her timing with check-ins is spot on and she has a magical way of ensuring your drinks are refilled without you having to chase anyone down.

Claire was so friendly and kind to us at the door, she made sure we were taken care of with a complimentary drink while we waited for our table!

Great food, great service. UPDATE: Ive been coming here for 6 years as a regular. 2-4 times a week. ( yes Im fat ) tonight was my first time coming back after the recent renovation, and Im disappointed at best, theres no more privacy at all. You can see grandma Williams gums smacking from across the restaurant. The lounge is no longer separated from the dining area and you can hear all the kids screaming and see all the food flying everywhere, thankfully the food was the same 10/10 quality as before. Overall Im very surprised they would downgrade the overall interior from a luxurious private dining experience to a mall style anything goes concept, and because of that Im going to find a new go to spot. Ill still be coming in, but DEFINITELY nowhere near as frequent.

Thank you to all staff who made a visit with my wheelchair easy and stress free. Big shout out to our server Thomas, whose knowledge of the menu was apparent and appreciated. We were quite Impressed with the number of choices on the Happy hour menu (2-5pm). Looking forward to the next visit! Wheelchair accessibility: Staff kindly moved my wheelchair out of the way while I enjoyed sitting in a booth. When I was ready to leave they brought it out and placed it right beside me. Easy & stress free, thank you!

Shoutout to Thomas, who has always took care of us during our visits. He was super friendly, chill, and made sure everything was spot on. Great service really makes a difference, and he definitely added to the experience. Overall, the renovations are a win, and with service like that, I ll definitely be back!

Food was fresh and flavorful, service was spot on (server was Anika I believe) and the atmosphere was relaxing. Music was not too loud and the complimentary bubbles upon arrival was a very nice touch. Havent been to Joey in a long time and glad we came today. Will be back! Dietary restrictions: There didnt seem to be a ton of gluten free options listed on the menu but they seemed to be aware and willing to accommodate.

Jayce was amazing. I ve been in the industry for 15 years and to have someone like her take care of my fiancée and I was a breath of fresh air. The renovation is definitely a huge upgrade. You ll definitely see me in there again.

After a night out with some friends there are nothing but great things to say about Joey Kelowna. The atmosphere is amazing, it feels like a great place to get together with a wide variety of reasons (birthdays, anniversaries, nights out). The service was excellent and never had to wait or ask for a single thing. I would say Joey Kelowna is one of the more highly recommended restaurants in Kelowna.

After visiting Joey Kelowna I am leaving super impressed. The restaurant has the re-amp that it needed. The Reno s look great, it is bright, welcoming, and inviting. The same food that I always come back for is delicious as ever and the service can t be beat. Will be back again!

Blackened chicken still is one of the best dishes - can t beat those special potatoes! Tuna crunch sushi and the prawn sushi cone was a nice lighter option. Victoria was our server. Friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the menu. Food was great. New renovations really open up the space. Only downside was we had a booth for 5 of us. Was a bit tight and the height of the table was not very comfortable for the ladies. There needs to be a bar around the table base for your feet if you are on the shorter side.

We took the family to check out the new renovation and it looks amazing! Great food and service!

Theres a noticeable difference after the renovation. We quite enjoyed the quaint enclosed feel it used to have. Now it feels like a bright gymnasium. Everyone seems like a new hire which makes sense however we felt bombarded with questions about the renovation and how were enjoying our stay. The experience of entering is overwhelming and awkward. I would suggest doing whatever you can to stop everyone from interrupting guests several times to ask them how everything is going. It was a lot and I dont see myself wanting to return in the near future

I can t say enough about the food here! We had miso mushrooms, lobster and shrimp tacos Steak Ravioli with a truffle cream sauce (100% my new favourite menus item) Everything was top shelf, and our server Peyton was outstanding. The new decor is bright and inviting. Already looking forward to coming back again.

Went here for lunch and had the best Farmers Market Salad! The new renovation made the place so bright, spacious, and open. Love the ambience and the staff were so kind. I will definitely be coming back!

Updated Review Post-Renovation: The removal of the partition wall has noticeably changed the atmosphere, and sadly, not for the better. What used to be a cozy, intimate dining experience now feels more like a loud, chaotic sports bar. The increased staff activity and movement around the tables made it harder to fully relax and enjoy the meal. Since the renovations, Joeys has become louder, brighter, and noticeably more expensive. While it still has its merits, it feels like some of the charm that made it special has been lost.

The new Joey Kelowna is a refreshing but familiar experience of world class service start to finish. Our server Brenna was fantastic and our choices for lunch were excellent. I would recommend joey Kelowna to anyone, ask for Brenna in the lounge!

Went in on a busy night, but service was fast and great. Our server Tanner did a great job, having the appetizers and mains perfectly timed!

Best dinner and service we have had in a long time. As soon as we walked in we were given a glass of bubbly and sat within 3 minutes although the restaurant was packed. Jayce C was our server and she was awesome! she recommended my meal with honestly between options I asked and it was the exactly what I wanted and it was delicious! The drinks were fantastic! 12/10 for our experience!
