Came in last week for my Father in laws birthday. We are from Edmonton and have enjoyed our time at the Edmonton location. Kelowna was not even close to the same experience. Food took way too long for how empty it was. Server was very apologetic and he did everything he could to make sure we enjoyed our time. Other tables in the lounge also complained about the wait for food. Food came out overcooked. We didn t say anything at the time because we just wanted to eat our meals after waiting 40 minutes. Talked to some of our friends in the area and seems to be the same consensus across the board. Will not be returning.

My daughter and I shared bruschetta, cauli bites, spinach dip, and one of the best onions soups I ve tasted. My son s filet was overdone, however they quickly made a new one cooked to perfection. The staff and management were apologetic, but really didn t need to be, steak was redone, all the food was fantastic, and our server was lovely. Will definitely be back

Modern, comfortable and friendly staff. They get quite busy but that should speak to the quality of the food and service. Highly recommend!

I am definitely a child of the 90s. A decade back or so milestones was on par with Earls and cactus club, etc. The Kelowna one is similar to a white spot or Denny s. The food was very bland mixed with prices of much nicer places. The menus were worn. Where we sat we stared right into a very junkie kitchen. The mixed drinks were pretty nasty. The place was empty, but they were unable to change our table on a Friday night as they said, they were reservations that never came for many tables. You can definitely point at management for strange hires with kids that don t really care. definitely much better choices out there than this place.

Food is not the best. I did not enjoy my meal here and would have rather went to cactus for the same price. Quality has gone downhill.. got the mushroom chicken and it was very bland. Service was good.

We had a disappointing experience where we were simply ignored by a series of hosts for many minutes. Awkwardly standing at the desk in front of them without the faintest acknowledgment or hello we simply decided to leave. The onset of your dining experience starts with your host and is often a reflection of how your visit will go.... This certainly wasnt worth the chance. Upon other visits previous to this, The attitude of the workers was at times condescending towards customers.

They have few selections in the menu. My husband loves their pasta and i love their beets salad with grilled chicken. Parking: Close to Orchard Mall so you use the mall parking as well. Great location to shop after dining.

There was a family event we had reservations for 6 of us to celebrate a family member coming from.Austria that being an older half brother we 1st met a reunion it was perfect. The service was excellent the waitress went above and beyond to make it special with 2 free deserts. Then the Manager came out to see of everything was to our satisfaction.

Took my daughter , grandson and hubby out for a family dinner & thoroughly enjoyed the service from Lily. I enjoyed how well she knew the menu and made the perfect suggestions !!! She was sincere and clearly wanted us to have a perfect experiance!! There are so many choices of fantastic places to go here in Kelowna for dinner and what I look for, that sets places apart is GREAT SERVICE . I made sure to mention to the manager how pleased I was about our experiance and told her all the best things Lily did.

Bonnie the GM is absolutely amazing, she definitely makes you feel welcome. She shows outstanding leadership with her team, helping in all the areas needed! Never met such a devoted and dedicated GM! Highly recommend going in and checking out Bonnie and her team at Milestones Kelowna.

The food and service were impeccable. I m only writing this review and would be giving zero stars if I could for the horrible manager, Bonnie. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever walked into regarding management. She yells at her servers in front of customers, degrading them and calling them names. I feel so bad for the staff that work there. They all do an amazing job, incredible service and super friendly. I couldn t believe how horrible she was. Not only should she not be speaking to staff the way she does, it should definitely be behind closed doors and not in the middle of the restaurant for customers to hear. I will not be back as I don t support abusive management.

I had the charred black cod on a bed of leeks and gnocchi with an amazing sauce. I could have licked the plate! Very filling and satisfying umami flavors

The eggs benedict was awesome coupled with a espresso martini to Kickstart the rest of my afternoon

Bonnie was unkind and unprofessional as a server, food was good but she made my experience unlikeable.

Won t go back there any time soon!! Order a filet surf and turf get the steak and no surf on it. 5 min later she brings me a bowl with the surf. Steak is half gone. Left the bowl on the table untouched. My son in-law orders a chicken sandwich it come all burnt literally charcoal sent back. Should have gone to the keg!!!! Oh and would not transfer my bar tab to my table !should be rated 3.5

My favourite restaurant in the entire world

Service on the patio was not frequent enough at all. Constantly reminding server of simple requests. 2 of our meals were great but 2 very simple dishes had to be remade and took in my opinion way too long. Refills for the kids had to be requested when glasses empty. We unfortunately will not be back. Manager checked in after sending the 2dishes back. She was polite and we appreciated her follow-up.

Worst food. There food is not same as they have used to be. I will not recommend this place to anybody. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Kelowna location

What a great place. The ladies were super nice, and the food was amazing. Im definitely coming back Kid-friendliness: The kids menu was great for my boy he didnt complain at all. He loved it

The food was not as satisfying as we were hoping for with the price. We got the seafood cocktail as an appetizer. This was supposed to be a scallop, jumbo shrimp, and avocado/veggie mix. There was 3 shrimps, and around 6 small scallops. The rest was all shredded lettuce. This was for 19$.

Got the ramen, very delicious. Our server randomly abandoned us so a blonde waitress had to take over hence the low stars on service. Our server randomly returned after I assume the blonde went to the back to tell her. Food

Caesar Salad would be comparable to a salad youd get at an airport newsstand. Chicken was rubbery and tasted boiled. The beer was tap cold.

Milestones is always pretty decent food but pricey. It was almost perfect - I wish my server was a bit quicker since there werent many tables and I wish they offered a refill of my empty water glass. My salad was delicious but a bit lacking in the quinoa department and my dessert was also great, just missing the fresh cutlery and sauces advertised in the description. All in all Im fed and happy. Thanks for a good lunch!

Waitress Took an order. Forgot to bring fries as a side to the wings. She said she will bring it right away. 15 min later when we were almost done eating she said the fries were just put in the fryer.... dont need fries anymore, pretty much done eating.

Ordered sweet chili chicken bowl. It use to be my favourite but not anymore from today onwards. May be their chef has been changed, it tasted awful. Chicken was fine but rice tasted like coconut. Hated ut Food

Had a long day and just wanted a nice quick meal so we chose milestones, we waited a while to be served, which is fine, but as our server took our orders, we felt extremely rushed and pushed to order quick and she had very little interpersonal skills. As a server, I know it can get busy but we don t let that affect service. Besides that, she also wrote nothing down for our orders and ended up forgetting to punch our appetizer in until we inquired about it (after the mains were brought out). All the wait we had was not worth the less than subpar food we had. Unfortunately would not recommend this restaurant to anyone at all. To add, there was no compensation for the mistakes made or the unsatisfactory service that we encountered.

My fiancé and I ate here for lunch yesterday and everything about the experience was fantastic. All of the staff were so attentive and friendly, the food was amazing and the staff went above and beyond for us at the end of our meal when my fiancé forgot something on the table. Highly recommend!

2 out of four of us liked our meal. My wife and I had the green Thai Curry with tofu, we were not very impressed with it. I thought it had a weird smell. I m very familiar with all things curry but this dish was unknown to me. Server was decent but really needs training. It s a decent place to go for sure but I personally cannot recommend the dish I described here.

Had a hamburger and fries here. Nice restaurant. Not crazy about the hamburger, not a fan of their food. But they do have a lot of choices on the menu. Located at Orchard Park Mall. Has its own entrance. Plenty of parking. Take out available here. This restaurant is on the food delivery apps. Staff was friendly. Prices arent too bad, pretty much in line with other similar restaurants.

Ordered the Bam Bam Shrimp and Shrimp & Scallop Scampi Coating on the Appetizer was greasy and falling off making it difficult to dip and eat. Received the main pasta was dry. Asked for more sauce waitress came with a small maybe 1 ounce cup still was super dry. Another waitress came with a bigger cup. By the time that cup arrived the meal was cold. Way over priced for the quality of food received

Stopped in for brunch this morning (March 23rd) Wont go back. Food was good, service was horrendous. Waited more than 15 minutes to refill our beverages so we could finish breakfast. After 15 minutes I had to go get the host to go find the baretender. There were less than 10 people in the whole restaurant. When she did arrive we asked for refills and sat and waited for our refills. The bartender (young woman), went back to the bar and started filling orders. After another 5 minutes of ignoring our refill request, I went up to the bar and sternly reminded her we were still waiting on our refills so we could finish breakfast. The look she gave me after we had waited 20 minutes for refills made sure I will never step in the restaurant again. Worst service EVER. And then of course all of our food was cold by then. So we did not eat anymore. Who trains these people? Uggh.

Had for the 1st time a Brunch here and we were very impressed!!

Wow! What an experience. Big shout out to the staff, especially Kaden our server, for delivering more than exceptional service and drinks. As well as Bonnie for ensure that our food came out to perfection, which it did. A must have is the portobello chicken... trust me.. Will be coming back soon!

We were visiting Kelowna. We ordered dinner from this location. By mistake, they gave us appetizer sized sweet chicken bites. We called, and the restaurant manager Bonnie immediately apologized. She even gave 2 more orders of chicken bites to enjoy on our way home.

My girlfriend and i had an exceptional experience here. We went for happy hour. The service was great, drinks were tasty and food was even better! We will definitely be back :)

Had an excellent experience today for lunch, a member of our party was having difficulty with his hearing aids, the manager Bonnie went above and beyond to relocate us to a quieter section of the restaurant and ensure everyone was comfortable and able to enjoy a fantastic meal & conversation. First class lady all the way, she was very caring and compassionate taking control of the situation and accommodating everyone.

Went for a late lunch and it was fantastic. Our server Cymarah was great. Even had the manager Bonnie stop by the table a couple of times making sure everything was great. Ordered off the Dine Around Kelowna menu, what an awesome deal. We will be back.

We came in for a bite and instead of eating in the bar side of the restaurant, we chose the romantic side for our meal. We had the Dine around Kelowna special and it was good. They offer a three course meal for a great price. We have been before and their lettuce wraps are to die for! The best in the Okanagan in my opinion.

Been there a few times before..was really good. Must of jinxed it being my birthday dinner. The food was good.. usually is but this time the aioli sauce on my steak sandwich was very over powering..to much. What was the worst part about that night was the service. Never got asked how my steak should be cooked (it was very overdone)..I would ask for more water..(I had to ask 3 times for one refill) I would see him walk around but never come to our table to not only refill our waters but to ask how everything is. I was very disappointed

I need to share a story here about how amazing our service was here. After driving all day on boxing day, and a stint on the road of being stuck in Golden with the road closed for 3 hours, we finally got to Kelowna. We were visiting my wifes mom in the hospital, and we only got a little bit of time because we were here so late. Anyway, after checking in to the hotel, we needed something to eat, but with it being just after 9pm on boxing day, we didnt have high hopes. We walked over to Milestones hoping they were open and they were! But only till 10. But our server Cymarah ensured us that it was no big deal and helped us out. Cymarah gave us one of the best restaurant experiences weve ever had. She made us feel comfortable, not rushed, had excellent suggestions for food and beverages. Shs spoke to us like we were friends shared some funny stories and commiserated with our troubles, but also knew when to keep her distance because we were having difficult, private conversations or tears. The food was absolutely awesome, it would be nice to have a couple of local craft beer selections on tap, but that wasnt a big deal. Absolutely incredible experience. Well 100% be back.

Very busy when we went ( 2pm ). Service was very slow, but the food was fantastic and made up for it.

Service and food was good since my latest experience milestones was not that good a few years back. Only thing is the entire restaurant is so dark. Its hard to see your food on the table... Patio is definitely a better choice

Tonight s visit was impromptu, but fabulous. Work related, but were delighted w Sophia s (managers) service and updates to the changing menu of the night. The tiramisu was delicious for our first try, our only reference was off of Superbad - so thank you. definitely recommend the mushroom ravioli- great night 10/10

Nice time!!! It was my birthday so ofcourse I ordered the 16 Oz steak, it was awesome ....friendly waitress and a nice atmosphere ...Ill go back again even if I have to pay!!! Seriously the price is fair and worth while!!! Have a great night!!!!

We came in for a very late lunch. Our server Kaitlyn offered the happy hour menu, however we decided to order from the regular menu. Husband had the Thai Basil Noodles and it was absolutely amazing. I had the spinach dip which was also really good! The service was fantastic and Kaitlyn was exceptional. Also a great wine menu by the glass. Thank you Kaitlyn for a great experience and good food. Everything we look for - we will be back!

We hadnt been to this Milestones for at least 4-5 Years. We were a little disappointed in the Menu. We really missed the Thai Drummets + an Amazing Pasta Dish, it had Chicken in it. I cant remember the Name

Food was very good. Excellent presentation. Great customer service. We had a little mixup at our table and the Manager Bonnie went above and beyond to make our visit a pleasant one. Only negative was the noise level in the restaurant.

My daughter and I popped in for a late bite and were promptly seated in the worst location in the mostly empty restaurant. I asked to move since I dont like the smell of dirty kitchen dishes wafting over my table. The next table was very nice. We settled on cauli bites (mid ) and fish tacos because the menu was limited and really not keeping up with the Joneses which surprised me for Kelowna. And decided to snack here and hit the Cactus Club tonight instead of filling up here. Service was pretty good. Food mid. And unless you are starving from a good shopping day, Id say bypass Orchard Park Milestones. Kid-friendliness: Not at all kid friendly. Extremely limited menu options.

This chain has gone downhill so much. Lacking service, atmosphere but definitely not salt intake. So unimpressed this visit was the nail on the coffin for my family visiting milestones

I had a great time here. I definitely recommend making a reservation, as the wait was about half an hour without one. I tried the chicken parmesan, and it was excellent! Nice and crispy breading and juicy chicken. The staff were really nice too. Just thought that the music was a bit loud. Will absolutely be back. Dietary restrictions: The server got a manager who was very familiar with nut allergies, and she helped us pick a safer option. She told us that theres nuts in the Dolce de Leche cheesecake, which I would have chosen if she hadnt.

Mymom and I had an AMAZZzzzing experience here. It is rare to get SUCH GOOD service these days. The manager is lovely - kind, upbeat, down to earth, honest. She was very attentive and offered great dinner options. The food was delicious. We will definitely be back! THANK YOU <3

Was so special... Valentines with us old farts enjoying the wonderful food, drinks, and dessert. Our evening was topped off by watching across the way the guy proposing, and she said YES!

Booked a table for Valentines evening, i left it late and this place was open for a table at 7pm. We have been here a few times and once again received the worst service from our waiter . We actually asked for a wine list which he forgot to bring, he did give it to us and then never actually asked us what we wanted and it was taken away. When it was time for the Bill, my wife had to ask somebody else for the bill as he was not around again. This is last time i will go here, we have always had decent food here but the terrible service once again was the last straw.

Went on a Thursday night and it was great. Not busy at all. My only complaint was our steak sandwich took a bit to get out to our table. The rest of our table was eating while my wife and I had to wait for a couple of minutes. Server was great and kept us in the loop.

Sent the crab/shrimp cakes back, then ordered the lettuce wraps. The wraps were very tasty. Our server was great.

Food very poor. Extremely spicy. We had meatloaf, steak sandwich. Meatloaf very spicy, carrots tough, mashed potatoes tasteless. Steak sand was small chunks of sticky, spicy meat in weird, tasteless buns. Salad good. Service poor. We dine out weekly. Will not return.

Consistently slow meal delivery at this location. Food itself is decent, staff is fine, atmosphere is ok. But always takes too long for plates to hit the table.

Hopefully it was just because it was a Wednesday I ve never had service that slow. Luckily, I had good conversation and was able to sit and chat but not recommended for a quick meal.

Been a few times and the service is always really good. Super friendly staff and the Happy Hour options are varied and reasonably priced. The cauliflower bites are unreal and the Bellinis are a known treasure.

Fantastic service but that does not make up for the quality of food anymore. Both my husband and I found there was way too much oil in the mushroom soup ( the recipe changed from when were there last) I guess they the chef though by adding radish roots that would make up for the lack of the great tasting mushroom soup they used to have, you could see all the oil on each spoon full of soup not to mention all the oil that was plastered onto our pasta and it seemed as though our whole meal was swimming in oil. My husband never stopped burping all night and I never stopped farting even in my sleep, one can only imagine what happened the next day. If their answer is because we are trying to go Vegan as our server replied then Milestones can forget about our patronage after almost 30 years. I cant imagine what will be happening to their desserts.there is way too much pepper in my food and canned gravy does not make the grade The manager and our waitress are fantastic

Food was actually some of the best Ive had in a long time eating out. We ordered the wagyu meatloaf and the steak sandwich. Both were very good. Our server, Justin, said he was new, but you wouldnt know he was very observant about making sure everything was right. He was amazing and made for a very pleasant evening

I ordered an entree size salad for $15 with cajun chicken breast for another $7 expecting a large salad and a whole chicken breast. I do not believe I got a whole chicken breast .. I thought the salad was very skimpy for the price but unfortunately, I didnt complain and I left still hungry. Definitely NOT worth what I paid at all!!

Hailey was the host that made our arrival so welcoming. She is a sweetheart. She assisted us in finding the perfect spot on the terrace. Jillian was then introduced as our server and proceeded to bring our beverages and meal . We enjoyed the margaritas and especially the double waygu burger (with blue cheese). Looking forward to our next visit. Perfect first impression.

Great place to celebrate

Earlier this week my husband and I shared in our friends birthday celebration at the Kelowna Milestones. The evening was lovely, and what gave added value to our enjoyment was the service. Our server, Amiriah (not sure of the spelling) was wonderful. She was welcoming and attentive without being overly so. She saw to our every need - it was a delight to be served by someone so friendly and engaging. She was joined at one point by her colleague Bonnie who provided us with information regarding our wine selections (and many other interesting wine related tips). Bonnies delightful presence was the finishing touch to a perfect dining experience.

Server was great and food was fast and hot.

We recently had an evening meal at Milestones, and it was over the top ! The experience was great, which includes the meal , the service, and the complete transaction. We were very pleased with the interaction between the manager , our server, and ourselves. We will continue to dine at Milestones and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a good meal and a pleasant dining experience.

I dont eat at restaurants that dont respect there own staff. That crazy lady bossing around her subjects needs to chill. Food is mediocre at best, takes a long time, and can be found at any other casual western restaurant. In summary: Environment: Toxic. Food: Generic. Service: Slow but Good considering what my server was dealing with.

Food was good and the service was good. Very noisy made conversation with my lunch partner difficult. When it came time to pay for the meal, my gift card was refused. I find that to not be fair as the card was purchased in good faith that I could use it anytime as it does not have a date on it. So in fact our meal was paid for twice. It will be a frosty Friday before I ever cross the thresh hold of a Milestones again.

Food was good and staff were friendly, however, menus were covered in various sticky juices with pages stuck together, i see no reason why the menus would be in this sort of shape as they are made from an easily cleanable material and should be cleaned between each customer, or at the very least the end of the nignt. The womens bathroom also had sticky floors and only 1 out of 3 faucets were working.

I had a steak sandwich which I didnt like. The steak was not great it self and I wasnt a fan of the way it was prepared. But not everyone likes the way everything is prepared so maybe other people would like it. The French Fries were good. The server brought my drink and my dinner and was not back to my table until after I put my napkin on my plate and I was ready to leave. She didnt ask if I wanted a refill of my drink until I was finished, and didnt ask me how the food was until I was paying the bill.

We waited for 20 minutes for a server to take our order. They weren t that busy

We are visiting Kelowna, deside to have dinner at the Milestone, it was the wite choice. The dinner was good. Everything else was perfect.

You must have this chicken dish | bowl. Incredible taste and balance of ingredients. A bit spicy, but not too much. Service was excellent.

I was seated near a table that was clearly conducting a business orientation between a manager and new employee. It was distracting from my enjoyment of reading a novel while eating. I changed tables. The food was not up to the standards that I had enjoyed previously at a Milestones at Park Royal. The music was far to loud for lunch. I will go to Browns Social House as an alternative.

My husband and I stop in almost every time we re coming through Kelowna, the food is consistent and fast so we always know what to expect. Yesterday we brought our kids and we all wanted to try something new Our server was so excited by this and gave us a walk through of all of her favourites from the menu. She was very personable and asked all of the right questions, I had the salmon and my husband had the caprese sandwich.. they were absolutely delicious and we both will be ordering again!! I think our servers name was Katelyn, she s very tall with blonde hair and was the absolute sweetest. The manager Bonnie even came by to introduce herself and check in on our meals above and beyond service and we will tell everyone we know! This kind of welcoming and friendly environment is hard to come by now adays..

Bonnie is amazing. I have been comming to this location for over 3 years and have never received this level of customer service. Bonnie truly cares about the guests satisfaction and making sure everyone leaves happy. The bartenders are great people who connect and engage with you on a personable level. Amazing experience overall and thank you Bonnie for the excellent service.

I ordered the wings. They were full of fat, it was gelatinous and nasty. It was really surprising how fatty they were! The waitress spilled every drink she set down on the table, and splattered my shirt. We were a large group of 8 and made to pay a mandatory gratuity of 18% even though we all wanted to pay separately . In the end the waitress missed out of 2% because we all would have tipped 20%.

Aaaaaalmost 5 stars all around, but we were greeted by a mumbler and it was an awkward start. Everything else afterwards was exceptional. Will return ASAP Food

My wife and I traveled for 17 days in BC, all our meals were eaten in restaurants and this one was our only bad experience. From pricing, service and quality of the food.

From the front door, to service to presentation of food all staff were of the highest quality. We ordered 1 order of shrimp scampi thinking it would be on one plate for us to divide on 2. When it arrived already on 2 plates with the presentation being better than imagined it told me the cooks were on the ball and cared about the quality and presentation of each meal. Way to go staff at Milestone. You hit the mark on all aspects of a dining experience. We will be back.

I know you have to change up the menu to stay fresh but they took my Blackberry Whiskey Sour right off the menu and the most perfect beet salad has been changed to a head of lettuce with beets and cheese. I ordered drinks and one of the glasses came chipped, by the time the server came around again we were done our meal and just asked for it to be taken away. I didnt notice until I was in the mall, that I had still paid for that drink, so I went back to the restaurant and asked for the manager who quickly agreed with me and had our server come over and agree that this did happen. He quickly paid me cash plus tax back and I went home happy. If I had gone all the way home before discovering what happened this review would have been slightly different. The food was good dont get me wrong but I personally dont think it was a great improvement but sometimes changing something, just because, isnt better just different.

I had a fantastic experience at Milestones! The staff was incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service throughout our visit. The highlight of our meal was definitely the Calamari, which was simply the best Ive ever had. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I cant wait to go back!

Terrible terrible terrible waited an hour to get our food, appetizers came at the same time as our mains. It wasn t busy 3/5 of the meals were very salty. One of them was sent back. Server was very slow, took over 15 mins to come check up on us. Manager couldn t even come out to make it right. Bellini s should up partly melted. I would just stick to Cactus :)
