We came here for a family birthday. I think the kitchen was having some delays that evening because food service was very slow. Our server was polite and did her best to keep things moving along but we waited close to an hour for our food. The food was delicious and was prepared to accommodate some allergies in our group.

I was in today, Friday October 25th, for lunch. Not only was the food amazing and priced fantastic, but our server, Hailee was quite possibly the best Ive ever seen! She was friendly, efficient as hell and extremely knowledgeable! Really really made our experience at this establishment top notch! Highly recommend and will definitely be back

We had lunch at Moxies today, and it was a fantastic experience! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing meal. Our server, Connor, truly made the visit special he was friendly, attentive, and always had a smile on his face. His positive energy was a breath of fresh air! Overall, it was a great experience, and Ill definitely be back.

I had my parents 55th Anniversary party here with 58 people in attendance :) First and foremost I want to Thank Bailey for all her help and accommodating us and being so kind and helpful:) above and beyond :) Mikyla from the first phone call in you have a beautiful spirit about you and also so helpful:) To all the servers ( wish I could remember every name) Thank you for all your hard work you put in to serving each person with a fun and happy spirit! Thanks to the Hostesses at the front , the cooks and the bartenders :) You staff Make Moxies a great place to come eat, and enjoy a night out :) My parents, our friends, and myself wont forget our fun at Moxies :)

Arrived for their late night Happy hour menu and overall had a great experience. The hostess and server were friendly and fantastic people. The burger and soup we ordered was delicious, the calamari and fries a little disappointing because it wasn t as crispy as we hoped. The restaurant decor was lovely, love how open it was, but the washrooms were dirty. It was not a busy late night, so expected the washrooms to be clean and unpleasantly surprised to see it wasn t.

Nice new decor, good selection

We are regular customers in Moxies. We have been here over 6 times, this year. Our last experience was not pleasant at all. There was only 1 poor server taking care of everyone including the Bar. We waited over 40 minutes for our lunch. No one was there to attend us due to extreme staff shortage. I feel for the poor server who had to do everything by herself whereas some of the staff was just doing, God Knows What, on a laptop for all this time sitting on the table beside us.

Great staff and environment

We are a large group of senior friends who go out for Happy Hour once a month at various restaurants in Kelowna. We had never been to Moxies and we were very pleased with our decision tonight. I believe our server was Sarah? The service was excellent as was the food. Prices were very reasonable as well. We were set up in a quiet section of the restaurant which was nice to be able to carry on a conversation. We were very pleased with everything and will be back again. Kudos Moxies

I came with a large group to celebrate an engagement. Our food was really good and the renovations look great. We had Sarah as our server and she was AMAZING! She was so on top of everything for us and so friendly. She took photos for us and was great at herding the big group together for a photo. In conclusion, food really good, great environment, and awesome service!! Thank you Sarah for making it so fun and positive for all of us even though we were probably quite chaotic to deal with :)

Lovely meal and service. Our server way Sailor and she was delightful and friendly. I had vegan tofu and cashew lettuce wraps on the bed of lettuce, rather than cups of lettuce (as per Sailors suggestion). It was delicious! Also had a Mojito. Also delicious. Highly recommend!!

Terrible food and service. Will not go back. Better places to eat

We were passing through Kelowna and were very hungry. We chose this place not far from our hotel and did not regret it, the food was very tasty and beautifully served. We ate absolutely everything, even my child, and this happens very rarely. I recommend this place. When were in Kelowna well definitely stop by again.

I ve been here a couple of times and the food is top notch. My go-to is the Cashew Chicken Lettuce Wraps and they never disappoint. I lucked out and got Sarah for my server and she made sure that I had everything I need refilling drinks before I asked and making sure that my food was exactly how I ordered it. I will definitely be back!!

Absolutely stellar experience at Moxies in Kelowna! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Archie, our server, truly made the experience exceptional he was attentive, positive, and had an infectious energy that enhanced the evening. I had the blackened chicken burger, and it was simply perfection. The chicken was succulent, juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor in every bite. The service was quick, the food was delicious, and the overall experience was incredibly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this Moxies to anyone looking for a delightful meal with top-notch service. Cant wait to return!

Worst service, they really dont care about you, I had issues multiple times, first time they let me waiting for hours while other customers that arrived after me got served first, when I complained the attend just didnt care and was very cynical and arrogant. I said I would never order there again, but after a year or so I decide to give it another try, a few times things were fine, but then, I made an online order, and again, I waited for almost 2 hours, parked, waiting for the food, and then they just canceled, when I got inside the restaurant the attendant didnt care I waited for so long, they havent offered any apologies or say sorry, nothing, their staff rotate a lot and they dont have any training on how to serve a customer, awful!

My husband and I came here for lunch along with two other couples. We sat on the patio on a comfortable patio and Nicole was our server. She patiently waited while we found a table that worked for all 6 of us and when I asked if she could turn down the volume on the overhead speaker she cheerfully complied. My husband and I split a salad and a sandwich and it was VERY good (we had the french dip with sweet potato fries.). Drinks were great and our salad was equally delicious. Behind it all was the excellent service provided by Nicole. We are traveling and have encountered all sorts of servers in the last month and she was by far the best. A great lunch and we highly recommend. Ask for Nicole!

Took my family out for dinner and our server keala was absolutely incredible, the food itself was good but the service made it better.

Awesome experience tonight. The restaurant was nice and clean when we get in. Not too crowded. Very pleasant dinner. All the dishes was very tasty and delicious. Moxies was the place . Recommend to all whoever comes here for vacation or someone looking for a treat. Definitely will come back if in town.

I took my two girls out for lunch for our annual first day of school celebration. Our server, Sailor was so incredibly sweet and attentive the entire time. Asked my girls about their first day, etc. The food was awesome and the service was top notch the whole way through. If you haven t visited since their recent renovation, I highly recommend visiting! The new atmosphere is super modern (but still warm) with tons of natural light during the day. Thanks Sailor for making my girls day today!

The other night I went out for dinner and the food was amazing. Our sever Keala was welcoming, friendly, and made the experience excellent. She gave good recommendations on everything and made a great connection. I I ll definitely be coming back again.

I ordered the Mahi Mahi. It was overcooked and the whole meal tasted of just salt. For the price it was very disappointing. And may I ask why you always thank the 5 star reviews but never apologize for the bad experiences people have. Food

This moxies is bright and modern, and the food is tasty; some great vegan options! The best part of our experience here was Connor; we were so impressed with his politeness, class/ etiquette, and caring nature. It makes all the difference to have a genuine waiter who loves what he does.

I came in here with a couple of friends for a weekend trip to Kelowna. I knew I was in for a treat when I opened the menu and saw the tomato s and whipped feta but what made the experience that much better was our server Sofia. She was on top of everything and so helpful. Always happy and was so quick with her jokes. Good servers always make an experience so much better. Also the tips for Kelowna was an added bonus.
