I eat here more than any other restaurant. My favorite servers are Maria, Taylor and Debbie. Yukon Big bite is a staple in my weekly diet! I think you guys need to advertise more to realize its full potential

What a great team you have

The waitresses are always wandering around with EMPTY HANDS. Walk out the hot plates + clear on the way back. An efficient waitress is NEVER empty handed! Coffee & everything takes forever & the hollandaise is never whisked smooth and the plates look sloppy & show up cold..? Please tell the servers to move faster and think ahead.

The soup was on the colder side. The sandwich itself was very chewy ( Reuben sandwich and mushroom soup) the meat had a funny taste to it as well. Service was good; just the overall food not so great

Always took chicken tenders as an appetizer tbh, but the ones here really filled me up. The honey mustard sauce was really nice, plus our server Maria was really friendly and upbeat, probably will come again next time we stop in Kelowna

We really enjoyed our dinner (plant based burger, chicken tenders, kids Alfredo pasta, Thai summer bowl). We had an amazing server, Monica, who was running the show, serving all the tables, with her manager Raj. It was a little busy but it was well worth it in the end. Thank you Monica for being super awesome with the kids.

Terrible you order something and it doesnt come. You then state ii to them and you wont get my item or my money back...... that is Stealing if I ever saw it! They are crooks who False Advertise, I would suggest you go somewhere else to dine.

Our ladies ball team came from Prince George to Kelowna for the weekend. This restaurant is on the same property as Accent Inn and a 10% discount is applied on every bill. Friday morning, there were 6 of us for breakfast. Our server was hilarious and attentive. She filled up our huge mammoth mugs with water for the day and was making jokes with us the whole time. Then after our last game on Saturday night we were looking for a close place to eat. Rickys it was. It was close to the end of the day and there were only 2 other tables seated. There was 13 of us that walked in and we were welcomed with a smile from Maria. She ran off her feet for us and worked well past closing time. Thank you Rickys for the great staff!

The server was an older lady, I took my kids for lunch and I ordered a drink, I finished my drink and asked for a different kind of drink, she rolled her eyes and walked off I didn t receive a menu when I sat down. There was a hair and an ant in my 2nd beverage. The noodles my kids got were cold. I somehow lost my debit card, so my partner came and paid cash and didn t have enough for a tip (not that she deserved one) but she grabbed the cash and walked off. I will never go back. When we stayed at the accent inn 3 years ago when I underwent brain surgery the young servers were so friendly when my kids and I went for dates there. Hence why I returned.

Dec 25/23 , I had one of the tastiest freshest turkey dinners I ve had in a long time. Everything about it was great .flavour of the gravy, turkey and stuffing. OMG it was actually so good. I d so love to have another one tonight. They were shortstaffed, of course Christmas Day, but the ones that were working were excellent. The manager was holding down all the positions as well to make sure everything went smoothly. I can t say enough about it. Delightful.

I ordered the liver and onions as I love liver and onions and very few places can make it properly , first of all our server Maria was outstanding and always asked how our meal was, very nice, second of all we will be back for the liver and onions, top notch meal, compliments to the chef also

I ordered online and got a pick up time of 945. I arrived on time and had to wait over 15 min more for my order. I was staying at the hotel and decided to support this business vs Starbuck next door, unfortunately we didnt have a good experience but we were contacted by the owner Raj who clearly cares about his business and custoners. He cares about making it right for the customer and for that reason Ive decided to change my review and I would go back for sure. Restiarants dont always get it right and I get that, so Im giving this place 5 stars because they went out of their way to make it right! They are certainly worth supporting in my opinion.

Got takeout, first tried to order online through the website, it didnt work So I walked over and put in my order. Not a problem, they were super friendly and nice. Picked up and paid for my food, got back to the hotel and I was missing half of it. No hash browns, no hollandaise sauce for the eggs Benedict, and my husbands eggs and bacon were ice cold. Went back and got the rest of my missing food and they were super quick and friendly and apologetic but unfortunately after run afound to get the food it was just terrible. Great staff though

Me and my husband were staying at the hotel attached to here we were there from out of town for my husbands PET scan there is no hours posted on the door so I had opened the door and this lady came running out screaming at us that theyre not open until 8:00 a.m. it was 7:52 maybe if the establishment had hours of operation sign posted on the outside door we would have seen that very disappointed that thats how they treat customers surely enough we did not come back at 8:00 a.m.

Recently moved here - had a Ricky s All Day Grill back home & it was decent. However when I came to Ricky s-Kelowna, man, were my Dad & I ever blown away. Back home the food was average here, the cook s know what they re doing with their food. It s become a weekly staple in my household. I recommend the clubhouse! (My fave). the Philly is delish.. the burger s are 100 man, if I could write more I would. Any selection would Probably be delish, as mine always are. Thanks @RickysKelowna!

Unfortunately I have to say the food has gone strainght downhill, portion size cut in half and quality is gone. Have tried twice now to eat there thinking it was just an off day. First time the hubby got food poisoning from the fish and chips and second time tonight when I ordered a very overpriced turkey dinner and received this slop. I got a tiny scoop of stuffing, burnt carrots, runny mashed potatoes and some very poorly pieces of badly cut turkey.

My son loves the eggs benedict and the turkey dinner is awesome!

Exceptional Restaraunt! We were down for medical appointments and were blown away by the meals and service. Dinner salad was fresh, varied, and crisp with a large garlic bun that was so good you would think my mom made it! Breakfast the next day was superb. I had their named breakfast with two perfectly poached eggs, bacon, sausage, and two fluffy huge pancakes! It also included toast, which I substituted for a fruit bowl. Love it. All this was topped off by a lovely, excellent attentive waitress, Maria. I hope her manager knows what a gem she is. Im going back the next chance I get! A friend suggested I try Rickys in Kelowna as they had a holiday turkey dinner special. I am glad I took his advice. The food was excellent, well thought out and plenty of it. More food on the plate than pictured on the brochure and at a reasonable price. The highlight was my server Maria. She took a genuine interest in making sure I was happy with the food. Even though she was busy she never made me feel rushed. To her boss I would say she is a keeper.

Really good food, better than it has any right to be. My son commented that the chef certainly was not limited by Rickys ingredients. They do serve alcohol but the drink menu is limited. Its worth noting that you can order a full Christmas dinner that includes a slice of pie and glass of wine. Im assuming this delicious option is seasonal. Look forward to stuffing my word hole there again.

I have not dined at Rickys Grill Kelowna until 4:30 New Years Eve. Other had the turkey dinner which they found excellent. A few days later I stopped by there Monday because I was alone at home and asked for a pork cutlet which the cook made for me. It was absolutely the best I have ever eaten. I would never hesitate to recommend Rickys Grill for wonderful service (Jasmine) as well. Thanks for two delicious meals. Parking: There was ample parking

Thank you to whom was working the night shift on Feb 09. I had a long drive into Kelowna. I phoned Rickys 20 minutes before closing to make a pickup order. I could tell in his voice that he was done for the night, but he took my order anyways. When I got there, he was still very polite and made me feel welcome even tho I made them 20 minutes late closing the doors for the night. My meal wasnt rushed, it was hot and was very taste. Thank you so much for accommodating me, you made my night.

I took my mom out for breakfast this morning. We have not been here since the old location closed. Debbie our server was absolutely amazing and so pleasant. The food was also very very good. We will be back again soon!

The menu is the same in every Rickys, so it depends on the chef. This time, it was a simple fish and cips. Cooked to perfection. Last time, I had the ginger bowl, and it was excellent! The supper service was fair. Breakfast service was above and beyond, however.

Bench seats were ripped, everything was dated and dingy. Bathroom needs a deep clean. Food was not great. I ordered a Chicken Po Boy which I thought was supposed to have a spicy sauce but it was really bland. I had to ask for hot sauce but that didn t help much. We liked the kids activity on the menu and service was good.

came in for a happy hour lunch as it was the closest location for food from where we were located. i myself am a server and go in with a clear mind whenever i go into another restaurant and intentionally am overly nice to other servers. our drinks had no ice in them, my friend ordered a single received a double. we ordered poutine incredibly over salted. burgers were okay but had no waters to go along side food so we couldnt even finish our food. at this point we had asked for a pitcher 3x and everytime she came to the table forgot. when we finally got the bill, she put the wrong burger on each bill, charged an extra patty that was never ordered, charged the double drink that was never ordered, charged curly fries to the wrong bill. offered a cash refund and it wasnt even the correct amount back. manager didnt come out ONCE. if a server is struggling this much with a six table section she deserves managers support. upsetting to see as someone who is also in the industry and can know how difficult this can be as a new server. (aswell, the server did not write down a single thing that was ordered hence why she messed every single thing up. )

Please save yourself a world of trouble and do not ever go here. Unbelievably unacceptable service. When we asked for water upon arrival they said they couldn t give us any because they didn t have any glassware clean so we asked if we could drink out of literally anything else and we then eventually got water after about 25 minutes. We then waited 1 hour for our food that ended up making all of us sick and was not worth the price by any means. It was busy this day and evidently extremely understaffed so we tried to be kind and patient but we were all so annoyed and appalled by the experience and by just witnessing other peoples frustration at other tables around us. It was clear on everyone s faces that this restaurant was CHAOS, food was horrible and service was beyond brutal. People all around where we were sitting ended up demanding their food be taken off their bills because the whole experience was truly that bad. Anyways just don t go here.

My daughter and I went for dinner and we were the only people in the restaurant, My daughter needed a few more minutes so I ordered. My meal arrived the vegetables were burnt so I didnt eat them. It took the server awhile to come back to take my daughters order so I was finished my meal and we had to wait over 20 minutes for my daughters hamburger so we ended up taking it to go. We were the only people in the restaurant and the food took forever and they still took forever to make a burger. I was not happy about the burnt vegetables. Our server never once checked on us. When you go out for dinner you expect that the meals will be served together. It wasnt a good dinning experience

Excellent food , eggs all cooked perfectly. The waitress was down to earth, friendly and went above and beyond to keep our daughter happy with fruit snacks , juice, toys. It was a very enjoyable experience. I didnt catch the waitresses name but she was an older lady and we dined Monday morning around 10am . This lady didnt forget one single thing in our group of 4 and the service was very fast, cant say enough good things about this waitress. Thank you for your hospitality!

I never write reviews but we have ordered from Rickys a number of times recently when we have had late out of town guests. The food is always super fresh, with great ingredients. Very quick service, and always consistently delicious. They even took our order after closing this evening (we didnt realize), called to ensure the order was correct, and had amazing customer service. I have lived down the street for 20 years and had no idea about this little gem.

The chicken in the wrap was rock hard burnt. I had the California burger in a lettuce wrap it was a burger patty in half a head of lettuce. There was guacamole not mashed avacodo with burnt bacon crumble. Worst meal Ive ever had at a Rickys. Do not recomend this place.

Great food. I come up here with my boys a lot and always enjoy the experience. We had a great server a few times named Maria, dont see her around anymore but deserves a 5 star rating. She was absolutely stunning and great at her job. Tyler is great too, come often for breakfast and really enjoy talking with him. Highly recommend the clubhouse and chicken poboy! Overall always a great time.

After a very disappointing evening at another restaurant, where the food was awful, we called around to find a place that served pie and coffee. Rickys had three varieties of homemade pies, so we stopped by. The servers were very lovely. One girl was only on her second shift, but she was delightfully accommodating. The pies were DELICIOUS! We tried the peach pie with ice cream and we tried the cherry pie with whipped cream. It made up for an otherwise unpalatable evening elsewhere, with delicious little individual little pies that delighted the tastebuds. We will be back again. Thank you!

Will never go back for eggs Benny, if they are too cheap to put a measly piece of cheese on for 17.99 that speaks volumes. Never had eggs Benny with ham/egg thats it. Hash browns all you could taste is peppers

Had a buffalo chicken wrap. It was pretty mediocre, could definitely do better at home. The kicker? It was $22. For a tiny little 10 inch wrap half the width of my forearm. Pathetic. Service wasn t great either, they were teaching a new staff member, no big deal about that.

A great place to eat and have a pint, as long as you dont mind the low toilets.

EDIT: Have been back to this location several times since my Thanksgiving dinner experience. So much better!! Staff continue to be courteous and quick to seat patrons and take order. Tried several items as suggested by my server. All were great. Will definitely be a regular at this location. Original post : Took so long to be seated. Now taking so long after order was placed. Lineup of patrons at the door. My patience is running thin. Very short staffed on this shift. First time here and not a good experience.

Four of us went to enjoy the Schnitzler special - Service by Julie was fantastic - Food unfortunately was just the opposite - 2/4 were so overcooked, it was almost impossible to cut with a steak knife. Always enjoy this Rickys in Kelowna! Best Tomato Basil soup around. As a retired executive chef, if Im in the mood for a hot comfort food, this soup is a must! Service is always excellent! Well done Rickys...again!

Very mediocre. Needs a remodel so dingy looking. Booth seat was ripped with big peice of duct tape across it. Makes you wonder what the kitchen is like.

Wont go back

I generally like the Rickys restaurant chain in BC, but the recent experience of my dining party at the Kelowna location wont see us eating at that location any time soon. The first warning was the sign on the door indicating they needed staff in pretty much all positions. Per COVID and staffing shortages, I can accept that service can be slow and there can be problems, but this experience bordered on glacial, both in terms of speed of service (it took almost an hour and other diners bailed while we waited) and feeling abandoned on a remote glacier (staff rarely checked in, didnt bother to advise, and the food arrived somewhat cold, except for likely sitting under a heat lamp for too long). Two of our party ordered the Monte Cristo sandwich, and with mine I had requested a small dish of hollandaise sauce (that is otherwise served on their eggs Benedict) to go with the extra crispy hash browns I ordered (which did arrive as requested). My hollandaise had developed a skin in the time it waited before delivery to our table. The other person with a Monte Cristo sandwich had the stuffed hash browns (which I have enjoyed at another location), but these came close to incinerated and woefully undersized from my previous experience. Another diner in our party had the eggs Benedict with the same overdone/undersized hash browns. Finally, the fourth in our party had a club sandwich and tomato soup, but the club sandwich came cold and soggy. This, unfortunately, may have led to a case of food poisoning later that day. How the rest of us didnt suffer the same fate, I dont know. We didnt have time to send the meals back at the time, but should have. Another table that was seated after us actually got their food first. The overall bad experience might have been mitigated a little if the service staff had been bothered to do anything to reassure patrons (other than warn one other party - that didnt stay - that service was going to be slow).

Horrible experience at Ricky s today. We had this waitress called Debra. I don t know if she was trippin or no, but she was dead mad at life. She threw the receipts and ripped out the machines from your hand, almost before you haven t even paid. I m sorry but this waitress probably need a retirement, cause she is damaging the Ricky s company for good. Had a breakie bowl. Was made wrong. When I brought to attention of waitress I was told there is no peppers or onions supposed to be on them. Ok. Read the menu pls. The hollandaise was cold. I was given a 1.80$ discount. Not impressed.

Ordered breakfast this morning and was so disappointed. Eggs Benny was so expensive and only got two tiny scoops of hash browns that weren t even cooked enough. English muffin was barely toasted and the eggs were so overdone. Will not be ordering again. Was so dissatisfied we couldn t even eat it.

I came here a few weeks ago and wasn t asked how I was or if I need more. I had no drink and nobody came over to ask if I needed a refill. However I came in on Wednesday at lunch time and had one of the best sandwiches I ever had the dip was great the cheese was melted the onions were crisp I was checked on that day but for the future make sure your employees are asking customers if they need anything.

Pouting curds were cold , ordered with bacon and onions, No onions they brought on separate plate. And very full of grease Waitress was very curtious...

We were here for breakfast. Friendly service, super quiet location. The restaurant is clean. The restrooms are dated and could definitely use an upgrade. The food was plentiful, but nothing special. Service was quick and efficient. A good place to go for a quick bite.

Had breakfast here twice during a recent visit to Kelowna, food and staff wre great both times, would happily eat here again.

Came in with a 2 for one coupon. Boyfriend got the fish and shrimp meal and I had the Philly cheesesteak both were OK nothing spectacular I didnt like the Philly and ended up trading with him for his fish which was a little greasy but overall not terrible anyways not liking the philly was definitely just personal preference since my BF liked it just fine.

Went in for breakfast, facebook had a bogo offer. Both of us ordered eggs Benny, very good, but waitress would not honor the facebook deal. Said we had to tell her as we entered the restaurant. No where does it say that. Not impressed and judging by the amount of customers in there they should not be alienating new customers.

I just stopped in to Rickys after a long drive from the coast, for a bite to eat. My family and I were approached by a very rude hostess, to say they arent serving anymore guests(tables) for an hour. Very disappointing as we are staying at the near by hotel. I will NOT be eating there and I will be letting everyone know, to NOT visit this restaurant.

Our experience that day was excellent. The waiter was cheerful, food was good. Service was on time.

Probably one of the worst menus Ive ever seen I just left because really other then chicken, something battered, or burgers.

Didnt have 5 things on the menu then the server was getting annoyed we were picking the items they were out of instead of telling us what theyre out of. This was the second week in November, not within the last week where there was bad weather/roads.

Really good Avocado toast and the service was courteous despite the restaurant being busy

The food was so fine. It s exactly what I expected. Nothing to write home about but if you want a solid yeah that s pretty good but not awesome sandwich it s your place. I got the club sandwich with French onion soup - soup was so so. Bread wasn t crunchy on top, cheese was at the bottom, and the onions weren t very caramelized. Pretty much everything was $20+ for price reference. The server was very sweet.

Ordered turkey dinner for my family got it delivered when I got meal I got everything except for the turkey, my family was really disappointed no good
