White Spot Kelowna Airport in Kelowna

Big shout out to Ximena from white spot (past security location)! There were several delayed flights so many of us were there killing time. Ximena made an irritating situation fun! She was funny, upbeat and provided excellent service! As someone who did over a decade in the service industry, I respected her ability to remain as such while working in an airport (tired cranky travellers all day everyday), Food was good, drinks were good - service was above and beyond. Thanks again Ximena and best of luck with your studies! Luke

Went in before a flight and my server Kiera was amazing! Couldnt have asked for better customer service

We stopped in to grab a pint and some food before our flight. Selections were not available for drinks and to top it off, we all got sick shortly after eating 2 days to feel normal again and be comfortable being away from the toilet. Avoid this place if you can.

$21 for a rum and coke absolutely shocking. The American company that took over this establishment should be disgusted with themselves. Next time I will go to the liquor store and purchase a bottle of low level rum (captain Morgan s) instead of paying into the pockets of greedy men. Will never come back - shameful. 2 drinks should not equal $50 at white spot.

Brutal service for airport. 4 servers and a manager on and no offer of another drink, no one even stopped by to see if we were enjoying our drinks. Guests waiting at the host stand to get a table and servers ignoring them. Nobody to know what multi tasking is. All the servers do is blabber to each other . Who runs this place? I feel like I m in a clown show.

Its expensive here. I paid $30 for an omelette that included smashed potatoes and a coffee. And FYI, they charge $4.29 for a coffee! The price + the look and taste of my omelette was awful. Service was also mediocre - my server seemed disheveled.

It s a white spot so you can guess what the menu will be (I think it s a shorter version of a non-airport menu). The service is super slow and they are always understaffed (I assume those two are linked). Don t even think about sitting here if you aren t at least 2 hours early for your boarding time. I eat here only when I have no other option and cannot wait for the airport to either change the restaurant or offer a new option with the current (2024/25) expansion project.

They open at 4:30 am, which was perfect before a 6 am flight. We had the best server and she was fast even with many tables at the exact same time. Suggested I go with sourdough instead of white toast and I have no regrets. Got the full breakfast before a long travel day.

Pretty raw that there are NO prices for wine. And why do they add taxes after?

The staffs behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional . Unfortunately, its the only place around here to eat.

Extremely disappointed in this White Spot. I have Celiac disease and checked online for options at this location prior to going to the airport. My husband and I ordered a drink each which 5 minutes later the server adviced they were completely out of the slush. Okay, fine not a problem. We ordered two other drinks and our meals. I ordered gluten free pasta and my husband the beef dipp. Agian, a few minutes later the server comes over to advice they no longer offer gluten free pasta and I needed to order something else. Okay, gluten free buns with a burger to which the server adviced they no longer offer gluten free buns and the only thing on the menu that I could have was a salad. Disappointed, I ordered the ceaser salad no croutons. The salad was lacking dressing and the chicken was GREY and extremely overdone. WOW! So, this location took away any of thier gluten free options although still advertised and serves rotten chicken. I would never recommend and so dissappointed restaurants dont take celiac disease seriously in 2024.

When you re the only restaurant in the airport you can charge what you want. Ridiculously overpriced for the standard of food.

Very disappointed to see the server not able to do her job. Incorrect items sent to us on both occasions. My wife had to have a dry salad and after letting the manager know she brought out the Incorrect one. We come here because our granddaughters like seeing the planes. We love our server as she is polite and great with them. White Spot kitchen needs to get their act together. Good job Kim, hopefully they work with you. If youre not there we will pass.

Waited over 20 minutes for any service when it was very slow in the restaurant, while the servers stood around and chatted. I asked a blonde server if we could receive service because we watched others who came in after us get served and we were also in a bit of a time crunch waiting for our flight and she was extremely rude. So we ended up leaving.

A basic spot for food, leaning on their monopoly in the airport. Never been overall impressed here, not bad, but wonder if they have limitations due to the airport for their kitchen

Margaret was amazing! Got me extra hot sauce when I asked. Food was good. Recommend the Bacon Cheddar burger. The price was as expected for airport fare. The speaker could be clearly heard.

We visited this location yesterday at 4:30 am. Despite it being so early and busy the service was absolutely outstanding and the food was amazing. Our server was probably one of the top 5 servers we have ever had anywhere in the world. She was so friendly and efficient and genuinely seemed to love her job.

Got the airport early and decided to eat in the white spot outside of security. Great beer and wings but the highlight was the attentive and friendly server Kyle. He is a credit to your restaurant. Thanks ,Kyle .

Tried to buy a bottle of wine for my 9 hour wait due to cancelled flight, balt bartender figured selling me 3 9 oz crafts was better (more$$ same volume) then hour goes by flight still on ground I was refused service and had him threaten to call security on me, because I left no tip due to the refusal of a bottle. Shabby employee ruining the whole place

Ordered the Legendary burger with fries and coleslaw to take out. Service is exceptionally slow. When I got to my destination the order only contained the burger. Went back to get the fries and coleslaw. Back at my destination again and only have the fries. Went back again for the coleslaw. Finally think Ill now eat, but burger and fries are cold by now and the coleslaw has no sunflower seeds. This was supposed to be a special treat for me but hasnt worked out that way. So very disappointing. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair entrance to the airport and a ramp to the restaurant.

Its airport food, about what you would expect. Eat before you get here or have a mediocre meal served by pleasant staff in an airport.

Decent place. Charged for premium liquor when I just asked for a basic ceasar.. kinda lame but it was still good, but not $18 good

The most absolute sweetest servers ever. So kind, and so accommodating. In the airport shortly after Christmas, while working with a huge smile on their face early in the morning. Can t ask for a better preflight delight. Servers, Thanks for being so great.

Great service! Our server Denise was great.

Unfortunately we had about 70 minutes before we had to board a flight. We thought it would be a great spot to sit with the family order food and drinks. There were plenty of tables and when we asked if we could sit we noticed the waitress just ignored us. After 20 minutes waiting to be seated with the restaurant half empty we decided to grab some normal seats and have some awesome subway.

I never feel judged for slamming pints here. They dont judge me in the morning or in the afternoon. They dont judge me in the evening underneath the moon

Average food, service was decent, but we had to ask twice to bring the sauce over. Prices are like every other airport.

I completely understand that you cannot have too much expectations when it comes to airport food but I have to say the food here was very disappointing. The potatoes were severely undercooked that could not be eaten and the English muffin was barely toasted.

We flew out on morning of February 3rd and it was very busy when we arrived at 530am but our server Denise did her best to get us seated as soon as she could and once we were seated we had the absolute best service! She was on top of everything and was happy, pleasant and wonderful!!! The food was good too but really it was her amazing level of service that stood out!!!

Dirty, uninspired, expensive, legedary but not in a good way

They manage the flow very well. They know people are in a rush so dont expect to get seated if they have empty seats but not enough staff to provide a great customer experience.

I had to spend 7 hours alone at the Kelowna Airport on Sunday Feb 12 before checking in and going through security(Flight at midnight), with a very recently broken wrist/forearm (Feb 10). When I arrived at the airport, it was lunch time so I went to White Spot to have lunch. Naomi & Hannah both provided me with what I needed and more , and made me feel at ease and welcomed to stay as long as I wished, bringing me ice for my aching arm and often coming to see if everything was okay. They made my stay, which I was highly dreading, so much better, they were so sweet to me and I will never forget it!! And the meal tasted great!

This place is so slapped out!!! They close every day at 7:00pm even though there is a line up of hungry people and flights departing up until at least 9:00pm. Nevermind if you want a drink. Management is horrible! I will go back because there is nowhere else to go in this airport but I will hate every second of it

I posted a review almost 1 year ago. It was NOT a positive review. The manager reached out to me the next day and apologized and made a commitment to send me a gift card. I thought that was fantastic. Fast forward one year....they never sent the gift card. In fact, I called the location twice and they never even called me back. Shocked is probably an understatement. I have no idea what this location is thinking, but they are clearly mismanaged and don t care about their clients. The reason I am writing this review is that tonight I picked up White Spot on my way home and spend a considerable amount with White Spot. It reminded me about the tragic situation in Kelowna. What a total joke. I am not sure why I consistently spend so much with this company, as this location really let me down.

Well generally speaking this place is closed. But it is a nice place to sit. I would like to grade service but since the server never served me ( she passed my table 4 times to help the few other people) I cant say. The food I am guessing is as mediocre as in other Kelowna White Spots. Just go to Timmys instead, which also serves mediocre food but coffee and donuts are good. And they are almost always open. And nice seating.

Poor onion ring portions for 10 bucks you get 6 rings over a 1.25 a ring. Service was great other menu items are better options. 3 stars are for service only.

The staff was friendly but the food was way over priced. $4.29 for a cup of coffee and $18 for bacon and eggs. The back bacon looked like it was a piece of left over ham from the night before. After tax and tip I paid 27.00 for breakfast. The staff at both white spots in the airport were very friendly but I still wouldnt recommend this place.

Standard White Spot menu. A little noisy. Ongoing issue with flies along the back wall and buzzing around your food.

Had some time to kill while waiting for a flight during the NHL playoffs. They had the game on the tv behind the bar but they weren t willing to turn the volume up loud enough to hear it. It was a game 7 and I think they should ve made an exception to the standard rules for their restaurant.

What a cheery start to an early departure day! Denise was so accommodating and kind. Best way to start our vacation with smashbrowns.

If I could give a zero, I would. I just paid fifty dollars for a breakfast wrap (which wasn t what I ordered and they didn t bring my side,) and a burger that tastes like chewy air. Not one person came to our table and the drinks alone took over half an hour. Get a hash brown from Tim s. The higher of two terribles.

Had a layover at YLW and tried eggs Benny which was delicious. My coworkers had the club sandwich and eggs and sausage they said where very good.

I actually go early now just so I can sit in Denises section. Her attention to detail, direct and personalized approach and overall warm demeanour rivals that of many of the fine dining restaurants Ive been fortunate enough to dine with.

Consistently travel out of YLW and Denise is a welcomed energy on travel days. Incredible service, down to earth mentality and great serving experience. Always a pleasure being served by her.

I had to wait awhile for flight so had the fish and chips and Drink ( raspberry vodka and soda topped with peach Bellini slush) - it was the best !! Wow. Just had the best service at whitespot in the airport. Chicken was overcooked but i had the pleasure if witnessing my server rock 18 tables with a smile. It was very refreshing to see!!!! Well done:)

Horrible experience! Poor service, poor communication and long line ups. Not even seating customers! After being ignored for 15 minutes we asked how long a wait? Were told they didnt know: system was down. Communication sucks. Went to Subway- no wait there!

I had a sad weekend visiting family, my Nan is on the way out. I was at the airport heading back to Vancouver with tears in my eyes after saying goodbye to family. I went to whitespot as I had two hours to burn and my server was absolutely incredible. I didnt catch her name but she was middle aged with black hair in a ponytail. She was so amazing its stuck with me for days. I found all the staff In there to be amazing, they get on like a family and made my wait at the airport really good. Heading back to Vancouver to the rude people and pack of joy was harder after that amazing experience. Thank you so much.

Horrible, horrible pub. ungrateful staff who purposely take too long when the place is empty. obese bald man at the bar was rude and older woman looked raging the whole time. younger women working here were lovely and done nothing wrong however baldy and the old woman were just rude. 2/10

The restaurant stops serving meals at 7pm even though online it says it s fully open until 9:30pm. My flight was delayed 4 hours and that was the cherry on the crapcake. Stupid business model. Stay open until your website says you do, or specify somewhere obvious that you only do half service after 7pm.

I showed up at 9, 30min before closing and they said they wouldnt serve me because theyd just done last call and then they closed the gate on me. Not impressed.

The staff at this location are very quick and polite. I had the perogies, and they came out hot and very tastie. I also tried the twisted belleni, and it tasted great. My favorite thing is the double double, but I could eat that much today, haha. Next up to try, is the spiked milkshakes

Slowest service ive ever had which is pretty bad considering its an airport location and ppl dont have all day to wait

Visited busy airport location. My wife ordered chicken fettuccine while I ordered bacon cheddar burger. My wife found her chicken with blood in middle (raw) and I found that my order was chicken and not beef. The waitress replaced my wifes order with recooked chicken. When asked about my order I was told nothing would be done as I had already eaten some of it. Not happy.

I frequent this place at YLW, the service has been hit or miss for years. Recently it seems like the service has been a steady miss . A couple of examples would include when I had ordered a draft beer, I was given about a quarter of a glass and was told they were out of that particular beer. I was still charged for a full pint. This morning I ordered breakfast and a coffee, food and drink was dropped off then after I finished my food, it was taken away and bill was dropped off and promptly a machine was followed to pay. I was not even asked how the meal was, if I needed anything or was asked if I would like more coffee. I will be avoiding this place from now on.

I stopped in to grab a quick breakfast before my flight on Saturday morning. It was busy, but service was prompt and the food was the usual White Spot good quality. But the highlight was Genna, she was friendly, bubbly and very helpful, even filling my water bottle for me before I left. Fantastic customer service, thank you.

From the bar staff to the kitchen, nothing short of a 10/10. The Monty Mushroom burger will knock your socks off. I will make a point of coming back

I was seated at 10:07am at the white spot located in the Kelowna airport. I was patiently waiting to be served and 10 mins passed then 20 mins and nobody came by to take my order. A couple came in was seated close to me and was served water and the waitress came by in less then 2mins. I got up and left. It was not busy the waitress stood by the front cleaning forks.

Caley was probably one of the kindess servers I have encountered in years.

Forgot about our food. Rice bowl came with quarter inch of oil on the bottom. Caesar salad was left under the heat lamp. Just terrible

I wondered why some guy in a cow boy hat told the bartender and he listened well the story goes like this buddy asks me questions on why I m here who I m saying what I m doing and Is a total cop

Had a long wait at the airport due to a flight change and breakfast at White Spot was one of the highlights. Sat at the bar and was served by Joey, who had a dry sense of humour I could relate to. Had the cheesesteak hash breakfast bowl, which was super tasty and filling. A lot of flavours came together for meaty, saucy, potato-ey breakfast satisfaction. Eggs were perfectly poached. Wish we had White Spot in the east!

Been eating on and off at White Spot and this had to be the smallest Legendary burger I have ever had. The patty was a pre frozen 3 oz patty. Brutal $20 dollar burger.

Service was slow, which makes sense as there were only 2 servers. Food was good. Lemonade had obviously ran out and not been replaced, as it tasted like water. Charged full amount of 2 specialty lemonades when only 1 was ordered and it was awful. Server rolled her eyes when asked about dessert. Apple pie was brought out completely cold.

Fantastic waiter. HORRIBLE manager. Only saw one waiter to desperately to take care of everyone. She was a super star, but the manager in charge of staffing early on monday, Jan 31, 2022 should be ashamed.

The food was good and they were able to cater to my celiac disease and make my meal gluten free.

We were early for our flight and decided to get breakfast once we had cleared security. They have 2 locations at the airport, the other one is just before the security screening area. We did have to wait in line as the small number of seating available, probably COVID related was taken. The hostess was very friendly and enthusiastic. Unfortunately service was a tad slow. Breakfast was good once it arrived. Ive eaten at the White Spot before and this time it wasnt as pleasurable experience. I will give them a try again in the future and update accordingly.

They close at 6pm, we arrived 10 min before closing and they wouldn t let us in. Watched them let people in as we approached. It s one of the most disrespectful things a restaurant can do next to spitting in your food. We specifically made time to get in after security because it s the only restaurant in the airport. We asked the server why and the response was we already did last call . Unacceptable and I advise eating prior to arriving at the airport.

They have been having issues with staffing for so long. With all the reviews about this, youd think the manager or head office would offer the support they need to stay open. All the people are asking is to have hours that match breakfast lunch and dinner.

Typically, I like it here. However, today was the exception. It was busy but people were clearing their bills, I was optimistic I could eat before my flight. Yet, rather than seat a couple tables, the 2 waitresses decided chatting was a better idea. I stood for an additional 10 minutes after 3 tables left and the tables cleared and wiped. It was nearly 20 minutes total & still, they didn t acknowledge me, even after waiting another 5, So I and the gent behind me, walked away. After all, we did have a flights to catch.

The service here is good despite it being super busy! Food looks delicious and taste even better. The chicken teriyaki bowl was good and so was the Avocado burger. Thanks Nav for the positive experience.

Run down . pictures missing on the walls. Seats in booths worn right through. Tables worn out.No staff. Manager non existent. Dont blame it on covid. Blame rests entirely on manager. The white spot should be ashamed to have their name on this restaurant. Our waiter tried his best while getting no help from the manager. Food was not up to white spots standarts.

Wouldn t even let me in for a drink at 6:04 - they close at 6pm (insane!!). They were still taking food orders from other guests and there is NO GOOD REASON why they couldn t serve me a beverage. Terrible airport and terrible service at this restaurant.

Restaurant had about a third of the tables full. 4 servers on hand. And a line up of 40 plus people waiting to get in. Never experienced such slow service in my life. Only reason we ate here was because it was the only option.

Waiting in line, Manager came out and said they are short staffed. I get that, but at a prime location like this?! Id say, what is going on that they cant hire enough People ?! Is it management or ownership? Someone up the line / chain is dropping the ball here. Im sure the food is awesome, but Im just bewildered that a prime location and only restaurant/ bar passed Security in an airport is having a hard time finding staff to hire. Just my thoughts!

Last call was at 5:45 PM even though the airport has departing flights until 9 PM. Server wouldnt let us in even though 3 tables had vacated before last call/closing. Very poor service. And unfortunate because there are no other options at YLW for sit down food. Plan accordingly if you plan to eat/drink here in the evenings as you cannot count on White Spot to be open!

Restaurant doesnt let anyone in after 5:15 (even though their website says 6). Showed up at 5:17 and I wasnt even able to get a drink. Ridiculous I will boycott this restaurant

Staffing issues like everywhere, but the servers were trying. Quite slow but decent food.

Arrived around 5:15 pm, give or take a minute, bartender was in process of pouring me a beer, and had given me a menu, as I requested, to order food. Then BEA, a waitress (and a very poor example of one at that), told me that I was not going to be served because I missed the 5:15 cut off time. Despite the bartender, and patrons sitting next to me supporting my claim that I have been sitting there since around 5:15, BEA refused to serve me my beverage, and take my food order. She kept saying she was just following the rules, even though BEA was nowhere to be found when I arrived, and for the following 15 minutes, yet she insisted that I was late, and no beer and burger for me. BEA handled the situation very unprofessionally, was rude and argumentative. BEA needs to reconsider her employment, as she is not equipped mentally or emotionally to be in the hospitality service industry. BEA is a poor representative for White Spot, and I will not be visiting this establishment again. I recommend people eat and drink prior to arriving to the Kelowna airport s White Spot.

The place was with 30% of the capacity.but still we stand outside more than 20 min without any response... couldnt understand what going there..the crow really dont care. I didnt get the chance to go in so i left

Nice regional international airport. Alaska airlines flies there.. yay!!.. small, clean and efficiently laid out airport and waiting terminal.

Took over a half hr to get seated although the dining room was half empty if not more. Got our drinks over 10 min after ordering. Almost missed my flight. Literally had to run to the gate. Waitress was super nice and apologetic from the time she greeted us.

Busy, busy location. Had to wait in line over 20 minutes to get in as they have little staff. Friendly helpful servers. Good plain food. Good wine. Only restaurant once you are past security in the tiny Kelowna airport so be prepared to wait.

If you cant get someone to properly operate the only sit down restaurant in an International Airport then maybe you should make a change the operation. 40 minutes waits for a half empty restaurant. Either pay up and help out the poor over worked staff.....who are awesome, or pack it in and let another chain try.Its not getting better but worse. Young bartender named Reiden was friendly and accomodating. Also non-judgmental (hey, who orders mimosas at 1pm right?) I left my Galaxy S22 Ultra S-pen at the bar and he kept it for me until I realized I had lost it. Saved me $60. I appreciate his honesty! Wish I tipped him more than the $10 i left after this

Denise was an absolute treat this morning! Her positivity was infectious and made for a lovely experience before flying. She also made an insane specialty coffee. Thank you, Denise!

I ve been lucky enough to use the YLW Airport on a regular basis for over 5 years, and one thing has never changed: the pitiful quality of this White Spot. It is treated like a cash cow, never a hint of support from an owner, never a manager to be found (physically they do not hire one), FOH and BOH staff APPEAR to do what they can to the best of their ability, MOST of the time. It s a disgrace to the Airport and the City, that with the monopoly this White Spot location has over YLW clientele, that it s sailed on sub-par and below average quality, for so many years. Hairs found in salads, smells wafting from the bar, standing in line for a table while half the restaurant is empty, serve staff either completely frantic or moving at a snails pace. I just sat at the bar with a water for 10 minutes, until a server came by and asked if I wanted to order anything, and I had to bring to her attention that I still hadn t been offered a food or drink menu yet . So much could be fixed, so quick, if someone actually CARED about how this place runs. No one expects High quality at a White Spot, but everyone expects *SOME* level of quality and care I seriously cannot wait for the day this place sells, or someone gives them a run for their money.

No vegan option for breakfast except oatmeal and no effort or adjustments from the staff to accommodate. (I asked for an item from the lunch menu and been refused immediately)

According to the website they close at 7:00pm but did last call for a drink at 6:30pm with still a full restaurant. Disappointing.

If the airport is busy there is usually a long wait/line up. The food is pretty consistent with what you would expect at White Spot ( I like it) the staff are friendly as well. 2 stars off because of the wait/no milkshakes/inflated prices. Out of all the post security food spots at YLW this place is prob the best.

Poorly managed restaurant that closes at 6:30pm at an airport. Should close permanently and get somebody else to provide a service to people using the airport. The is an embarrassment for Kelowna

We stopped in for a drink and a bite to eat while our flight was delayed and had Taylor as our waiter. He was wonderful! Very professional and made our experience 10/10! Felt like we were getting fine dining level service at an airport restaurant. We were blown away! We will come back next time we are through to hopefully have Taylor as our waiter again!

We were stranded at the airport, this place took us in and helped calm us down. Denise, our server, could tell that we were super strung out and was the nicest. She took care of us, got our orders all perfect, gave us extra hash browns for free. She had a really calming energy, much needed! Good food, good service and friendly people!

Five stars for the lovely people working here. The food is good too. The staffs lovely and kind energy in the midst of flight delays and airport chaos is much much appreciated. Special shoutout to Denise for helping our frazzled and tired group feel energized. Youre awesome, Denise!

November 10th..Friendly service but absolutely and by Far the Worst Meal Ive Ever Had...hire a quality Cook, my Nats breakfast was so bad I only had the egg whites and 1.5 pieces of toast which was slightly burnt.

Excellent service from team at this location especially Denise who was a true gem! Doing amazing things despite being short staffed. Truly exceptional!

Always love the eggs Benedict from white spot, it was so goood! I also had the nicest waiter named Connor. Keep up the good work 10/10 experience.

This location no longer serves entrees in the check in/ common area. Basically you have to be a passenger to eat.

Connor was great. Despite being quite busy he managed to get my order in promptly. Decently priced drinks for an airport, and a great atmosphere while you wait for your flight. Thank you for your hospitality and great service!

The food was amazing. Very clean. Just what I needed before my long flight. I just wanna thank Connor my server he was very friendly.

While I respect that running an airport restaurant has its challenges. As someone that is here almost weekly, what is not ok is to advertise a 7pm close time and then close at 630, that is after phoning to confirm close time. In spite of that, the staff here is always great, in spite of the lines. Perhaps a second restaurant, that charges twice a much but is able to staff itself. This single solution is not working anymore as our airport gets busier.

We had the best experience at the airport White Spot with Naomi! The airport was very busy with holiday travel and flight delays, but Naomi made sure we relaxed and enjoyed our meal. She was very sweet and helpful - will definitely ask to be in her section in the future.

Staff was so friendly. Makes you feel at home, food was 5/5 as well. Highly recommend!

Staff is always friendly. Tried the Spaghetti Bolognese for the first time and was surprised how good it was. The Caesars are really good as well.

I travel a lot for work - the service you get here is absolutely amazing, Always! The supervisor was good enough to keep helping me after close to take care of me and make sure I was satisfied. What a great bunch of people you have working here!

Food was a bit pricey, but surprisingly good here. I had the chicken stir fry & my brother had the chicken fingers and fries. Right portions, tasty, & was served right away.

Outstanding, unexpectedly delicious breakfast at an airport. I was so pleased with my cheesesteak hash. Everyone at my table was impressed with their breakfast.

Avoid this place. I ate a Club House Sandwich here before a flight home & have never been so sick in all my life. Spent nearly my entire flight in the washroom & the next 36 hours in bed. Called the restaurant 3 days later on Wednesday September the 04th to explain what had happened. Spoke to a rude women who said they sell a tonne of Club House Sandwiches and no one else had complained. She said she would have the general manager call me the following day. Never got a call from anyone.

Even if you are very hungry after a long trip, I recommend avoiding. They will charge you full price for dry reheated substandard half-portions. Nowhere near typical White Spot quality.

Have breakfast here before your flight

I am a big guy with a big appetite and I went to the airside departure lounge white spot for some breakfast and I gotta say I couldnt be more satisfied. I ordered the steak and egg skillet and I left actually feeling full which is a great and extremely satisfying experience for a guy like me who loves to eat!

I like these places. There is a consistency of food and service quality that is oddly comforting. Nothing over the top, just decent food and great service.

Landed hungry at Kelowna airport. Glad there is a White Spot near the boarding gates. Decent spaghetti with meatballs. Free coffee refills. Cozy atmosphere. Special mention goes to Erin (hope I got her name right) for her cheerful disposition and efficient service. With her spunk, she can run the whole place.

I would give them 10 stars if I could: I ve had three waitresses here- ALL of whom have been attentive, understanding of traveller s needs and schedule. I was here for 8 hours once, and they just kept bringing me refills if water and coffee as I needed it. (I did order two meals during that time, but I never felt any pressure to do so.) Plus, this might be the White Spot with the most sunlight - the interrupted window area is the size of a small house!

Good breakfast!!

We ordered ASAP sitting down without even using the menu, with 2 young children in tow. It took over 20 minutes for our meal to arrive with a 1/2 full restaurant. One child s burger was so slathered with mayo and relish she couldn t eat it. Nor could Grampa who eats anything! Service was good otherwise- expensive disappointment.

Its white spot. You known what youre getting. Good staff though. Go above and beyond. My kids love the food so its a regular
