I had written a review a while ago that was very poor. I decided to try Wings again and service was excellent and food was really good. So good job wings way to fix the problem two thumbs up

What a HUGE disappointment. Hubby and I went yesterday and had the WORST food! I had the burger and fries (fries extra crispy) with gravy and hubby ordered two piece fish. Burger and fries were DOUSED with so much seasoning salt, I couldn t eat it. Fish batter was still gooey and never got the second piece. They didn t have gravy for the fries made, so they gave me au jus instead. My fries were already not crispy and I asked for gravy, not au jus. We were sitting in a booth by the kitchen and the cooks flat out said they weren t going to make the fries crispy and we could deal with it and that they didn t have gravy made so instead we re going to give me au jus cuz. REALLY?!?! The only good thing was our waitress. She herself was incredibly embarrassed, knew we heard everything from the kitchen. She was so apologetic and felt so badly. Will never be going back and will never be recommending this place.

Just ordered and unfortunately it was not good and I could not eat the food. Everything was way over salted and I like salt....

Wings were cold when I got them and service was really slow. It was only one single order. Wings were no different from anywhere else tbh I was offered a discount but never got it on the final bill. Will not return!

Terrible service. Didn t get a wing bucket when everyone at the table ordered wings. Had to ask for napkins after they brought the food, one member didn t receive their food till 10 minutes after everyone else got theirs. 3 empty drinks sitting there and still had to ask for refills on free drinks . It s a little bit picky, but I at least don t want to have to sit there and beg for your attention when I m thirsty. And if you were understaffed why? It s wing Wednesday. Server was also just rude in general.

0/5 stars. Unfortunately, since the new owners took over this place has gone downhill. Bad ownership and poor management has run this place into the ground: they also treat the staff very poorly and without proper respect. I could never support a business that doesnt treat the staff fairly. Shame on you. Would never come back or recommend to anyone else.

Wings are awful now. Over breaded to make them look bigger, some were not cooked thoroughly, very soggy and not a lot of flavour. Had a beef dip last time and both my partner and I were sick afterwards. Sad because this place was banging a few months ago.

The place has gone down hill drastically since new owners took over. They changed their wings and not for the better, absolute waste of money. As others have said, the servers are over worked and exhausted. After giving hardly any notice of closing for a week for renovations to the employees, they decided to let several go right before reopening. Horrible management. They will have a hard time keeping good workers when they treat people the way they do, and make awful changes to their choice of wings. What once used to be one of my favorite places is now one of my most loathed. Id rather eat a filet o fish than give these owners any of my money.

They fired all of the staff that were near and dear to us. The new staff are trying their hardest, but 4 wrong orders in the first 5 minutes. 25 minutes later... The drinks arrive they were all wrong or terrible. Not sure as regulars were ever coming back here.

New owners disrespect their staff members. After firing all the staff that has been there for 5+ years with no explanation and no managers on sight, the service and quality has gone downhill. Very disappointing to see and will not be returning.

I was hesitant to come here because I hadn t been here in a long time and I knew the ownership had changed but I was pleasantly surprised. My server Yulia (i think that s her name) went above and beyond. We got to know her throughout our visit and she made a simple outing for dinner into an amazing experience for us. We will definitely be back specifically for her !! Thanks Yulia !!

We went on Sunday so we got the wings deal. Definetly worth going on a Sunday for that as it makes a huge difference spending wise. Server was friendly and good at her job. Wings were a bit dry and we did all have upset stomachs that night. So food 3/5 service 5/5. I would return for a trivia night or something in the future, looks like good vibes here.

Came here on a Sunday. Place wasnt busy, lots of staff but very slow service. Nachos were not worth the cost and Ive made better. $7 for 1/3 of a bland chicken breast cubed up. I havent been to this place in a couple of years. Maybe Ill try again in a couple more.

Absolutely fantastic wings. Had the Louisiana sweet and hands down best wings. Service was amazing.

I went in to grab a quick beer and a side of fries. I order both at the same time while sitting at the bar. The restaurant was pretty empty, maybe 3 tables tops and a handful of people at the bar. I waited patiently for my fries, 20 minutes goes by and my beer is empty. No fries. I asked to cancel my fries and paid for my beer. Now I am moving on to a different restaurant to get some food. I hesitated to go to Wings and wanted my goto favorite Freddys, but I decided to give Wings another go since I have previously had poor service here. Fool me once...fool me twice I will not return.

We have been regulars for a long time ! Enjoyed the wings and service especially Ashley . Unfortunately the wings have changed from awesome to disgusting I wouldn t give them to my dog !! What s going on ? We will not be back again ! Get the previous wings back not the highly battered pieces of grease !

Excellent selection of wings, nice size...you wont be disappointed. My husband went to pick up food for dinner I looked online at their dinner items, their beef mushroom linguini looked very tasty and did not say anything about onions in dish only parsley. Husband comes home, not only is there green onions all over wich I was ok to pick out but white onions as well the whole thing just tasted of onions. They should have proper description of their meals. If I had an allergy would have been a much more serious outcome

Like the name suggests you come here to eat wings. They have some of the highest quality wings and flavours you can eat. Wings also has a signature beer which is a nice touch to add to a wing Wednesday evening.

Its always really good but service can sometimes be slow. Like Im usually there when its really busy but its not uncommon to go 30-40 minutes or more without seeing my server. Can be kind of a bummer sometimes but I like going here anyways. We hit trivia night every week.

Awesome place. I wanted to write this because I havent been here in years due to the old owners not caring about this place. I dont know what happened but the food was great. The service was awesome mind you it wasnt busy when we went but was super clean. Friendly staff. Lots of tvs. Has to probably be one of the best in rutland now. Calamari Is really good. This is exactly what you want from a wing place. This is one of the best wing spots Ive found in Kelowna. And they have trivia!

Great food. Prices are getting crazy, though I dont think its their fault. Downside was the hostess who was rude and unhelpful. Luckily the server was a charm and she turned our night back around.

Their wings are great, I enjoyed their ceasar salad (with extra dressing) and the drink was ok but would have been really good if was able to get what I wanted to order which was their peach bellini but I guess their blender wasnt warmed up enough to work properly. was nice, and the bartender was apologetic

The wings served here are massive. Biggest of any of the franchises Ive visited. Consistent too. Doesnt matter if its a wing night or a regular night.

We shared a hat trick, the cheese toast and yam fries were great, but the lemon pepper wings were so overseasoned, even after wiping all we could off, it was so salty (I like salt, and it was even too much for me. Girlfriend couldnt stand how salty they were.) the waitress only came by once to check on us, and wasnt in a good mood so it brought down our vibe. Also my beer had no carbonation and was hard to get down. Definitely a step down from last time I went

Best chicken wings hands down! My favorite is the maple bourbon. I was a little disappointed though that with my beef dip I ordered didnt come with au jus. I mean the sandwich tastes good, but it isnt a beef dip without the dip. Also, I ordered chicken tenders and said it came with honey mustard, but I also didnt receive that with my order. The food is good just missing some important things that would make it better.

Always great! A short wait on wing night, but totally worth it! ;) Enjoy!! Vegetarian options: Ask for suggestions...i like the cauliflower wings! Parking: As they are repaving the parking lot it is a little tricky but you can always find a spot.

My server Brittany was fantastic, checked in on me but not so much it was overbearing and enough where I didnt feel ignored. She was great, genuine and friendly. Had the wings and they were good, but definitely the service was the highlight, she did a fantastic job

Came in today for wing night because we moved to the area. Please be advised that not all the wings are on special so if you have a wheat or gluten allergy and want wings you pay full price $21.00 for the wings so $2.10 per wing. To boot advertised beverages on the menu are not available. Wings were good however I can get wings almost anywhere. Even offer them at a little discount for inclusivity!!

So wings is a personal favourite for getting satisfying my wing cravings. Theyve recently removed some of the favourite flavours, but still lots of great one. Good for families or hanging out with friends. Update! You can still order stuff they took off the menu! I highly recommend asking for the coconut chili lime wings.

Wings Rutland is hands down one of the best places I have ever went for food or drinks, atmosphere and music is always good and best of all they have the most incredible staff, I highly recommend Wings for food or drinks or just to relax, great place to be.

Few years ago I would say this place was a solid place to get wings. Went here recently on a wing night and was left completely dissatisfied. The table we got sat at had eaten wings under the table and a slice of pizza. Then when the food came the wings were freezer burned and were dried out. The wingerz we got were like Velcro. To top it all off the service was not great 10 minutes to get a drink refill. This was at prime dinner time (7pm) and they had approximately 4 tables seated with servers standing around.

Frequently went to the Langley location before coming to Kelowna. Service, food and atmosphere is right on target.

I was here with my bf a couple nights ago and was super disappointed in the wings that I got. 5 out of 10 were embedded with hair and when I asked the waitress she said oh the feathers? And I was a bit flabbergasted at her response... she said oh yeah our wings come with feathers on them and we try to pick them all off but sometimes we cant get them all. I understand that wings have feathers on them but Ive never in my life had this experience with wings at a restaurant. She offered me a brand new thing of wings which I declined because those would have feathers on them as well... I only ate 5 out of my 10 and you would think with the response of it being feathers in my wings she wouldve given me a discount or something but I got nothing. I payed full price for a pound of wings that I could only eat 5 out of. My bf and I will not be going back.

The the wings peace where good. I always wonder why they $1 wing but it is really $2 per wing for they cut the wing in 2. Just a question I always had.

we went to wings last night to celebrate our anniversary. we went there last year as well , and it was excellent. but last night, not good. the wings were way too salty ( s and p wings) and the potato skins had little flavor. the nachos were okay, but not enough covering. i had ordered a bottle of coors, and it was not cold and i couldnt drink it. i ordered a bellini and it was watery, very little freezing, and just not as good as others i have had. so disappointed. we have been there a number of times over the years and this was the first time i was not impressed.

My Dad got FOOD POISONING!!! He ordered one of your steaks yesterday because it was on special, and our guess is because it was old and you needed to get rid of it... He said it smelt off when he got it but tried it anyways, it was covered in seasoning and on garlic toast with lots of garlic so he couldn t taste anything but garlic, probably to cover up the taste that it was old. He woke up at 4am not feeling well going through it and now again tonight around 10:30pm having, well you know what happens... He s been feeling sick all day. He s 67 years old an his daughter isn t thrilled to watch him go through this, hence this review. Knowing my dad he will never be eating at any wings no matter the location because he will never trust wings ever again.

Went for a couple drinks and some wings on a Wednesday. Arrived at 9:15pm, noticed the sign said closed at 9pm (which seems early in the summer.) Walked in, place was 40% full. Asked hostess what time they were open until, she said 10:00 but last call might be 9:30. We were cool with that, she sat us. 9:40, last call, 4 tables still sitting. Waitress reassures us to take our time, no rush, so we felt comfortable. We paid up at 9:45. 10:00 hits, I have 1 sip left and partner is finished. But Captain Bartender finds it in himself to walk over and tell us Weve been closed for an hour and its time for us to go. I was taken by surprise. Closed for an hour? Whyd you let us in at 9:15? I told him we were actually leaving after this sip, which we promptly did. Our server watched and apologized. What an unnecessary thing to do but to leave a sour experience for a customer. Well its going to stick. Message received. We wont be back. I love to support local, only reason I went, knowing how hard the past years have been on restaurants. Supported this place 5-6 times this year. Good luck.

I went for dinner with my daughter and my mom. To set the scene, my mom is blind with a guide dog. We were blessed to have Anna-Rose as our server. She was the highlight of our evening. Not only did she make my mother feel safe and comfortable (sadly there is way too many restaurants that have questioned her very well mannered guide dog) but she made our experience so enjoyable. She announced when and where she placed her food, and asked if our guide dog needed water. Which is very kind and sweet to think of my moms needs and her guide dog. The food was good, thanks to Anna-Roses recommendations. Anna-Rose you absolutely made our special night that extra bit special! Thank you!

I ordered wings with Korean sauce with sesame and it was pretty good; I ordered wings with some thai lime sauce and I found that a little too sour. I also ordered an appetizer and it tasted not bad but it was $16 for such a small portion.

Great wings, Sunday all day $10 pound. Huge lime 10 to 12 in a pound. Cold belies and good service with friendly staff.

It was my first visit. There to play Trivia. Our server was run off her feet with 15 tables but still managed to provide fast and friendly service. I feel bad that I dont know her name. The food we had, nachos and wings were really yummy. The Pink Lemonade cocktails were very good. A solid experience. Will definitely return and hope it will be a repeat of tonights delightful experience.

It s unfortunate that I had to pay $8 more for something I can t control. Me and some friends went out for wing Wednesday & I was told that I would have to pay $18.50 for my wings while everyone else was only charged $10. Being celiac is already hard enough and being charged almost double what everyone else is paying is ridiculous. You would think by this day and age restaurants would cater to dietary restrictions. To top it off our server was also super unfriendly until it was time for us to pay and hardly checked up on us while we were there. Save your money and go to tonics for wing Wednesday.

If I could rate zero I would. We walked in and asked for a booth. The host said sorry the booth is only for bigger tables so we went in and sat down where ever they put us. Upon looking around the room there were two tops in 4 other booths the same size. Server never even came to our table till after 10 or more minutes passed. No quality check. Had to track the server down if we needed anything and when we left the booth we wanted was still empty but apparently we couldn t sit there. Shouldn t you be trying to accommodate your guests so they return. Well we won t ever be returning.

This is without a doubt one of my top 3 go to spots for the best bar food, the best service, and the best drinks. The cozy atmosphere makes you feel relaxed and takes the stress out of the world. Did I mention their drinks? Their Flaming Ceasar is in my opinion, definitely one of the best in town (and Ive tried alot of Ceasars). 10/10 would and will recommend to anyone looking for warm, laid back place to get some good food and enjoy life.

I popped in because they re just down the street from me. I ve been meaning to stop in. I got take-out because of groceries in my car. They were just great. Wings are delicious, bigger than most. Girls were wonderful. I ll be back for sure.

Beer cold service great food good

Just in there not super busy got seated right away waited over 10 minutes no one said anything to us after a waitress walked by us 2x bartender (2 of them) washed glasses as we sat and waited. Another couple got sat and the bartender ran to them to serve them. We still had not been acknowledged by the serving staff. At that point we left. Not sure what their excuse was but not impressed

Was my favourite takeout place for wings until they ask for credit cards for take out orders. People work cash jobs/pay things with cash/cash is a legal tender get more information instead of refusing cash with takeout order... This is ridculous.

Awesome food and amazing service for a hockey team meal. They were very accommodating to our group, made sure the kids orders went to the kitchen first and not a long wait for anyone to get their meal. Would definitely go back.

How many times do you actually get food that looks as good as the picture? The Prawn & Fire Roasted Tomatoes pasta is delicious and a great deal on Tuesday with half price bottles of wine.
