Definitely need to be careful consuming beer then eating the tuna rice poke bowl All the air from my beer got trapped by the rice bowl - thought i was dying. Insane hiccups and like pain in the esophagus. When i got outside things happened. Saddening because it was an expensive meal and was super tasty and even healthy oh well hyped on the golf simulators too :)

The fish that they serve is drenched in oil I couldnt even finish it, it was terrible

I was just in for the first time. I am from far away (5.5hrs) but I am here for a bit for personal issues so I decided I should try this place since I haven t been to Brewhouse for almost a year. My server was Lauren and she was the sweetest server I have met. Such a good service such a good food. I wasn t considering coming back but I definitely will come back with family as well. 10/10 recommend this place. Ps. Shoutout for Lauren and the house giving me a free shot knowing my circumstances why I am in Kelowna

Walk into the brewhouse around 10 pm. Was greeted by Kate, the bartender. She served me quickly and gave me a dinner menu. I ordered, and my food came out in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend going to The Canadian Brewhouse.

I was skeptical going here because we have small children and it looked like a bar. I have never had better service and they were so amazing to bring kids to. The veggie in the kids meals come first. The server checked with the parents first that kids were allowed dessert. She thought of every issue before it could come up. I was blown away! Thank you all so much

The staff is amazing here and always has been. The food has always been amazing and still is. I hope to see some more improvements in the bathrooms as Ure spending a lot of money and they can be borderline disgusting. I really hope they dont try spraying the bathrooms down with Vaseline again cuz that was ridiculous. Just such an unpleasant experience when u walk into a bathroom covered in Vaseline. If they just clean the bathrooms more and added an actual private bathroom for families or disabled people then this place would be perfect but ya its just disrespectful to a customer to not maintain Ure bathrooms and expect tips.

6 of us went for dinner Saturday night,waitress unfriendly, got our appy without a napkin or plate it came before our drinks or water 25 minutes to get drinks we could see them ready to serve they were just sitting there,food came the fish n chips were all raw batter inside sent them back my food wasn t bad but no knife to cut anything waitress said she d be back with one so guess what she didn t come back shocker our experience was terrible and will never go back ,I would like to add the restaurant was not busy at all so that s no problem excuse for such bad service I give. -5 star

Went out for drinks with my friends last night, and had the amazing server Matea! She greeted us upon arrival, took our orders and we got our drinks very fast. She was very friendly, and when I visit again (which I will thanks to her wonderful service), I will be asking to be placed in her section! Lovely staff, and very happy with my experience!

Have gone to quite a few different CBH s and one of the best experiences I e had was at the Kelowna location after visiting recently. The energy of our server Daphne was quite refreshing and fun and wait time was minimal for food and drink! I definitely look forward to my next visit!

Too expensive. Portions too small and hard to understand a size.

Its okay. Spinach dip was good and the beer was pleasant. Not sure what the attraction is nor how this is any different from any other chain resto. Any place that advertised Coors Light and Bud Light on tap is not a brewhouse in my mind.

Bad food, other than the wings. Friendly but very slow service. Dirty glasses which, in fairness, they corrected when we mentioned the issue.

Stopped in for a quick bite and beer and was amazed at how awesome this place is. Great spot to watch sports or even kick it back on the patio and enjoy some drinks with friends. Make sure to say hi to Breanne as she definitely made my day getting to chat with her.

This restaurant is the best in Kelowna. Every food item other than their pizza weve had is REALLY GOOD, Blow your fkn mind!!! Weve been going to this restaurant for the past 2 weeks and weve been extremely happy with the food, drinks and the service. Great atmosphere. We even have it delivered because its so good. Great place to watch NFL, NHL, and other sports. This restaurant cant be beat.

I tried the buffalo chicken wrap which turned out really well. The portion was great and they had plenty of beers on tap to go with the meal. Definitely a solid spot to come with a group/ watch the game

They gave the delivery driver the entirely wrong order and I ended up with a meal I couldn t eat. The kitchen and expo need to slow it down.

The food was bad. My husband said the Cesar drink was the worst hes had in a long time. His poutine was very bland, and my burger was semi soggy to begin with. Walking in we had to wait a long time to be seated which isnt a big deal expect no one even acknowledged we were there. Then we had to repeatedly ask for water, and I ended up just having the use the straw from my husbands Cesar to give my daughter water since the waitress was asked multiple times for a straw and never brought it. We ate what we could and when we left we regretted eating it. We were feeling sick. Weve never had bad service or food at a Canadian Brewhouse but this location is not good.

Today was a very special day for me and we decided to celebrate the day with the Great Canadian Burger Challenge. We were 3 and none of us could finish it but it was so much fun! The burger was so tasty and grilled patties made a huge difference! While we were waiting for our bill and I mentioned our server that why we chose this challenge She was extremely kind and gave me a complimentary chocolate cake to share today s happiness with me ! I couldn t catch her name but I hope she reads this, I am so grateful for your kindness Additionally, it was a game day and the atmosphere was so nice too! We will definitely go back for the other menu items for sure, especially for the double nachos

The place to be on hockey night

Our prime rib meal was terrible. It had about 25% fat, full of gristle and chewy. Vegetables were few and way over cooked. Waitress was pleasant and did discount 20% off the meal. Food

Our waitress didn t acknowledge us for 5-10mins when we sat down, once we sat down she ordered our drinks, which was three beers. Our waitress did not get our food order for about 20 minutes and food came 30 minutes later. All we ordered was spinach dip and wings, and when it came out it was nowhere close to being hot. It was not busy at all, there were only two other tables filled at the restaurant. There was another lady at another table having to go up to the to the bar to ask for refill for her drinks, we also had the same waitress. Normally we love coming to brewhouse! However, the service this time was exceptionally bad.

We came to watch game 5 of the Stanley cup playoffs and our waitress Shannon was absolutely amazing. The place was packed and she was very helpful and quick. Definitely hope to have her again when we come back:)

My blog to share and see your being mentioned thanks... Just what is the deal with the very hit and miss overall service of Kelownas restaurants folks? At Brandts the service is good but now they have the highest price for jugs of beer of all restaurants here! At Baxters the food is quite good. Tiny tvs though and the service is very hit and miss depending on who you get! Some are just grumps! We have Canadas dirtiest, grossest and shoddiest looking Burger King right here! Get rid of it/the owners and start over!! At Great Canadian Brewhouse today our server was excellent but wow the bartenders were grumps and did not smile one singe time to anyone or each other and the place was pretty darn empty! Service was just super lacking and missing when we tried breakfast at Porters! Have not been back! The pits at our Match here and so much better in Vernon! Always pleasant though at Joey Kelowna, The Keg, Old Spaghetti Factory, Central, Montanas and Train Stn Pub! These are only a few examples for now.

Vegi burger wasnt anything special. Everything else was great.

My friend and I visited the Brewhouse for the Canuck s playoff game. Despite being extremely busy, we were seated promptly and our server Marissa was great. She was polite, kind, and helpful when deciding what to drink. Thanks Marissa!

Came for a wing Wednesday. From sit-down to wings served was over 1.5hours. Wings arrived with the dry rub flavors only having a few wings barely sprinkled with flavor. By the time the bill arrived wed been sat for over 2 hours. Server was nice enough, but no excuse for a restaurant to take 2 hours to serve under seasoned wings and a beer. Many better options to choose from in the area.

Ordered a bunch of pasta from here that was honestly just absolute trash. Alfredo sauce had clumps of flour in it. Food mostly tasted like it was microwaved from a frozen dinner. Ive had better tasting Kraft Dinner and it didnt cost me $50.

I ve always loved the atmosphere of this place but the service my boyfriend and I received last time we were there was just AWFUL. Our server seemed annoyed the whole time, never smiled or made us feel welcomed in any way, she was never around and overall it was very difficult for us to find her in order to order something throughout the whole time we were there. We wanted to order a second round of drinks but she wasn t around for nearly 30 minutes, we tried to order with another server but she told us we should wait for our server to order LOL, we were waiting ages for her so we decided to just get our bill and leave; With that being said, during the time we were waiting for our server to order the second round of drinks and ask her how our food for takeout was doing (which also took a long time to arrive, maybe she forgot to ring it in) we saw her go outside in the patio to grab a phone call a LONG one ... In the middle of busy service. I don t know if it was her beak or what but someone else should ve at least taken care of her section if that was the case. Being a server myself I was super disappointed with the poor service we received from our server that night.

Went down to the brewery for dinner and beers. Wow, the food is amazing!! We will 100% be coming back often......

We ve ordered online from here a few times and the food has always been great. My friend and I came to watch the Canucks game on Saturday and had a great time. So many TVs, all great quality. Atmosphere was great for the hockey game. Service was great. Food was quick and great tasting. Beers were ice cold in ice cold glasses. No complaints!!

However, I hate to sounds like this, but half the bar everytime we go are extremely obnoxious men who take over the place with their screaming and supporting anything that is pro you-know-who that is running for president...left twice now...wont be going during fight nights again

Good service, great food. Such a fun menu too, they have a burger challenge and a gourmet hotdog that comes with a lotto ticket lol. The atmosphere is relaxing and sporty, great for the weekend, with cute details like sport themed cutlery and branding the burger buns with the restaurant logo. If you have a little one they will bring you a highchair made out of hockey sticks, super dope.

No other place you will want to hang with the guys...or gals lol and watch sports. Consistent food and service!

We went to Canadian Brewhouse this last Sunday for lunch. We had just walked out of Pretty Not Bad after waiting for 40 minutes for someone to take our order. We re feeling bad we didn t just go here in the first place. We had drinks on the table and our order taken within 15 minutes. The food was quick and delicious and lots of it! Our server was excellent, checking on our food and drinks at appropriate times. Quite simply, we have been here before and will be back again!

Imagine a decent sports bar, its like all the other ones youve ever been to. But that is not a bad thing at all. In fact its a good thing.

Good food, exemplary service, at a decent price. The waitstaff here are incredible, theyre very attentive and helpful. They even had the Bills-Chargers game on the big screens. That was a huge treat for a transplant from the States.

Group of us went to watch the Jets game...they even put it on the big screen right in front of our table...service was awesome as was the food...complimentary drink was an unexpected bonus...Jets spanked Columbus 5-0...could use parking but thats to be expected up on Pandosy..we definitely will be back.

Great place to go for a quick bite. Lots of room and easy parking access. Friendly staff. Average food Kid-friendliness: Always friendly to my children, coloring pages and lots of room for them to be kids. Not a quiet atmosphere so no worries about disturbing others as much.

Dogs are only allowed on patio. Food wasnt very good, it tasted like it was from a freezer. Service was fast though.

I had a post-marital get together with our friends Friday night. We had 1 waitress for the 30+ of us and she absolutely killed it. I was very impressed with how she memorized all of our names too. Id also like to note how I could only get a reservation for 20 people and made a note on the reservation I may have more, which I did. The fact that I had 150%+ what was reserved for and still was comfortably accommodated was very impressive and made this special celebration that much more special. My wife is American, so the whole canadian theme, extremely polite and professional servers, the smoothness of how the night went, and the quality of food and the fair prices made the Canadian Brewhouse a choice I will forever be confident in making for events like this, or a simple outing with friends. Thanks Canadian Brewhouse and to the blonde waitress working Friday night, September 1st - you absolutely killed it and I hope you got a ton of huge tips!

Went to the location in Kelowna for lunch, the staff was amazing, so considerate of my allergies, made me special food just so they didn t take a risk. Lovely atmosphere excellent food. Parking: $1.50 is all we had to pay for lunchtime parking

Im not a fan of UFC so my mistake for not knowing that this place is a hub for showing UFC matches. The place was packed with UFC fans and every TV had the fights on loud just adding to the Roman gladiator mood. Our group of 12 quickly left without ordering food or drinks.

Couple of the staff there are pretty rude for no reason, reminds me of high school mean girls that can t figure out how to grow up. Place is pretty dead most nights, so environment is sad. Food is very hit and miss. Drinks are decent, but it appears this place is going downhill pretty fast and it s not difficult to see why.

We sat at the bar and Shannon was our server. Our drinks and food came out very quickly and she was super friendly and attentive.

Food is what you would expect for sports bar. We came for wings on Sunday, it took over 20 minutes for someone to come over to take out drink order, and they still didn t bring drinks over for another 15 minutes. All we asked was for waters, and 2 pepsis. We got our yam fries before we even had a glass of water. Our server was incredibly rude, and we had to request another server to bring our drinks over and for someone to come take our food order. Our server didn t apologize , check on us or anything. If you are coming to watch football this is your place but if you want to eat or drink I don t recommend.

A group of 6 of us went to CBH for Lobster Fest on September 23rd (Saturday). Tickets were $44.99/person, for a whole lobster. 3/6 ordered the lobster. All 3 of us thought it was rubbery. It had no real flavor to it. It tasted like it sat out a while too. The table of 6 collectively spend at LEAST $800 that night, we left disappointed and underwhelmed. The decorations were cute. The waitress was nice and attentive. But the food was sub-par. We do not recommend the lobster from there. Ick.

Had an excellent Sunday football experience at brewhouse. Shannon was very friendly and provided great she service. The cauliflower wings were delicious, and the staff were very helpful in making sure we could see and watch the game we wanted from where we sat.

Shannon was a fantastic server, there was a burning orphanage and shannon ran out and put out the fire and rescued every orphan there

Had a great time, Shannon was my server and she was very attentive.

The drinks were fabulous and Shannon was a stellar server, cleaned up our table immediately when we made a mess with the inception bombs

I was here for a Christmas party for my husband s work function. We had a buffet, and I was surprised to see that there was no tongues or serving spoons. They expected you to use your fingers, and there was 60 of us. It was also so loud I found it hard to even talk to my husband across the table from me. The servers were wonderful with keeping up with everyone s drink orders. But overall, I was quite disappointed!

My services at the brewhouse was great, my waitress Caprese was a very nice lady. And then we went came in at right time of day which was great!
