Oh My. Soooo good. Steak perfect, beets so yummy (who knew that was possible) cocktails yum. Ladies night half price wine Wednesday. And lets discuss the washrooms, actually... just go, you wont regret it. Annnndd prepare to stay in the bathroom a while, no one will judge you. ENJOY!

Great atmosphere and location. However, I really hope this place can improve. Been here several times and it never seems to go smoothly. Appetizer took an insanely long time for a dish that didn t require cooking - charcuterie. Some dishes were flat out bad and one dish was even missing the main ingredient! Will still go back as it s a nice place to have a glass of wine but they need to sharpen up food and service for sure.

My wife took me here for my birthday. The service and staff were great, and the food was good. I do have a few complaints and questions that I probably should have brought up while I was there. We ordered a 12 oz filet steak to share and an order of the Wagyu beef. I wasnt blown away by either of them, but they were still good. The filet was cooked well, though it could have been seasoned better. The mashed potatoes were a bit too salty but still enjoyable. As for the Wagyu, I m not sure it was A5 as stated on the menu, but I could be wrong since I m not an expert. It was served to me almost cold. I understand its a small 2 oz portion, but I was expecting it to be at least a little warm. I should have asked if that s how it was meant to be served, but I didn t. If I had the option to rate it 3.5 stars, that s what I would give. However, since they were busy, maybe that caused some issues, so I m comfortable leaving a 4-star rating. I still think its worth trying out, as it s good food at the end of the day.

An elegant upscale experience and the staff takes the time to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. The happy hour deals are incredible, the food is magical. 11/10 Highest regards, highly recommend. These chefs are next level Thank you so much, well be back soon

Celebrated an excellent birthday here tonight. Gerr was an awesome server! He was so personable and kept us entertained the whole evening! As an Albertan Rancher, the steak was certainly one of the best Ive had in BC, but it was not special. Recommend Braised Short Rib and Fuscielli. Parking: Try to walk. Little to no parking.

Nice clean restrooms, very nice waiters, but it was not worth admiring the allergy when taking the order. Modern interior. In the evening the restaurant is too dark, like a nightclub. In pasta with seafood, the pasta is very boiled, but the seafood is tasty and there is a lot of it, the portion of the dish is large. Duck breast with vegetables, small portion. The Alaska dessert is served very impressively, but the taste is very simple, and the sponge cake is too saturated with alcohol. Dessert with blueberries is almost tasteless. Irish cream coffee is good if you want to get drunk - it has such a strong taste of alcohol.

Oysters and bubbles were amazing

Food was excellent, beautifully cooked and presented. The service was great. Our server was attentive, engaging and had a great sense of humor. The restaurant is beautiful and felt cozy but also like we had plenty of space despite it being quite busy.

Wowee. What a great experience. Had a friend visiting from Chicago which is a foodie town. Erica Jane was as good as anything you can find in the West Loop. The appetizers of potato latkes, name notwithstanding, were to die for. Crunchy and super flavorful. So were my oysters. Fresh and tasty with three sauces. The showstoppers were the mains. My friend had the halibut which he loved. I had the steak with my friend recommended. It was grilled to perfection. Topped with a baked Alaska for a photo dramatic finish.

Over priced for what you get. Fancy decor but food is lacking refinement. We were the only table too. Same grade restaurants that I would recommend to with a better view at wineries such as Cedar Creek and Quails Gate. Food

Hello Erica Jane!! My very first time visiting last night (Sept 12/24). I was impressed right off the bat stepping out of my vehicle and just seeing the beautiful placement of the restaurant. I walked in and the experience took my breath away!! Also I would love to have a wine closet like the one in the bar!!! WOW I was pleasantly surprised to get a seat right away at the bar. Cory, my bartender had asked what I would like. Right away I asked for an Old Fashion. As I was sitting enjoying the ambiance, I notice a special Old Fashion being smoked!! Well I was intrigued to say the least. After my first drink I asked Cory if he could make one of the special Old Fashions. Of course he said. I also have to say that I was amazed at his bartending skills, which were amazing, as he made all of these wonderful drinks for all of the thirsty customers. Well done Cory!!! I took a glance at the menu and the first thing that caught my eye was the oysters!! I love oysters and placed an order. When they came out, I savored each one of those oysters....delicious! I was also pleasantly surprised to see Sara working there. I know Sara from a different industry, but it was wonderful to see her again! This was my first visit and far from my last visit! What a wonderful gem Kelowna has....thank you for making the experience so special. I have told so many friends about this place that I think we all will have to come down at the same time to enjoy all that you have to offer. Beautiful restaurant and location, but food quality and presentation was ok and did not justify the elevated price. It took 45 min to arrive despite not being very busy at the time. Wanted to love this place, but would not go again.

Im fairly sure this place earns my favorite steak in Kelowna. Beautiful setting and wonderful food! Also, even the live music wasnt so loud and so we could still hear outlr conversation. Our waitress was phenomenal! Absolutely a great spot.

Stopped by for our first time on Sunday night and really enjoyed every moment. The atmosphere is open and active and decor is modern and comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our food (mussels, halibut, chicken) and the service provided by Charlotte was fun and engaging. Well definitely be back!

Both times we went in, we had Jacob as our server and was hands down THE BEST server we ve had in any restaurant! Highly recommend this place solely for service alone!

The dinner was good but the dessert was absolutely delicious. We had a peanut butter tart that was amazing, and the server was very friendly. Very accommodating to dairy/gluten restrictions as well. Dietary restrictions: Even though there weren t any gluten & dairy free desserts, they were able to split up the strawberry sorbet & tart for myself and my friend to share. The meals were brought gluten & dairy free.

First time dining at Erica Jane My halibut was cooked to perfection! Our waiter Jacob suggested great wine pairing with our appetizer and main courses. He really enjoys his job and is very good at it . Will definitely return . Vegetarian options: Need more options here. However Jacob accommodated nicely by changing up a dish on the menu!!

Have been a few times and every dish and cocktail has been worth every bit of this 5 star review. Last time I was there I had exceptional service from Charlotte who was very attentive and friendly. Also I can assure you they have the best oysters in town. Plus they are on happy hour!

Mmmm what can I say? The food was delicious, cocktails a treat, and our service was fabulous! Husband and I had a parent s night out and had such a fun time with our server Charlotte. She was able to offer great recommendations and we loved everything. Can t wait for the next date night!

We had the pleasure of dining here to celebrate my mothers birthday. The food (both presentation and taste) was fantastic, the ambiance was perfect, and our server Jacob took great care of us. Every dish was fantastic from the lobster Bao buns to the Caesar salad to the crab/shrimp salad. Presentation was top notch! Drinks were interesting and flavourful, highly recommend this gem!

Outstanding from the beginning to end. You get what you pay for with the most amazing food and presentation! Just a lovely evening out with my daughter and oh my the creme brulle put the whole evening over the top!! I suggest you also spend quite a while in the wasrooms, an experience in itself lol!

We visited on a perfect summer evening. When the windows were opened it felt like we were on a patio in the most beautiful and comfortable surroundings. The meal was very good, however, we didnt read the menu carefully enough and mis-ordered for our preferences (completely our fault). Presentation was great, service was impeccable. Will return!

After reading the other reviews I was pleasantly surprised that the food was critiqued so badly. While other reviews were glowing, I don t know if it s different chef s and a hit and Miss but our table really enjoyed their meals, however I gave the food or lack there of on their seafood tower three stars, a really pricy dish at $150 dollars and really not much to show for it. I ve been to mom and pop restaurants and 3 Michelin star ones and I thought that dish was very overpriced for what they are charging. The service was very good, our waiter was super attentive and enhanced our experience, however due to the design of the building it can be a bit noisy and hard to have a conversation with a table larger than 4 people. Overall, a nice night out.

I visited this restaurant for a special occasion and had a good time. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and food. I was pleasantly surprised when the staff corrected a minor mistake without arguing amd with a smile. Will definitely recommend this place for a date night or any other special occasions.

Went to Erica Janes for the first time for a friends birthday and it did NOT disappoint!! The food was INCREDIBLE for both of us, the establishment is beautiful and the service, wow!! Huge shout out to the host Jacob for his kindness and amazing wine knowledge, Maddie our server who went above and beyond the entire time and Jules the manager for fixing my reservation and being very helpful. I thought the food was ok, not great. The octopus appy I had was presently nicely, however tasted burnt. They give you only one piece with a bunch of sauces. Ive had better in Greek town, Toronto. My husband and I ordered the delmonico steak to split. It was nicely seared and seasoned. However, a large part of the meat was fatty. Also, they just brought it to my husband and an empty plate. For me, you would think they would do that in the kitchen, and it only came with a few vegetables like 5! So elevated experience it is not. Not somewhere we would go back to. Also, it is very noisy hard to hear.

Food was mediocre at best. I had the lamb with chickpeas. The lamb was not very tasty and the chickpeas were borderline raw. My wife and I split the crab starter and the kitchen did not plate the spilt and expected us to split it at the table, which was not very practical.

Very nice location and atmosphere. I was thoroughly impressed with our service and the presentation of the dishes. Food was authentic and had its own twist to each dish which I loved. You can tell they did not cheap out with the interior. Overall experience was high quality! Not to mention, incredible happy hour and a very well established non-alcoholic menu!! We will be back.

We made a reservation for 4 people. We waited half an hour for a bottle of wine. We waited over an hour for our appetizers, oysters, 2 Caesar salads, and gnocchi and scallops. The gnocchi for $28.00 consisted of two scallops, two gnocchi and two pieces of sausage. We then waited another hour for our entrees. Two lamb dishes that were way under seasoned and raw chickpeas. My friend ordered the Haibut which was delicious. I ordered the crab bucatini which I found very plain and not very much flavour. The service was not great because there obviously wasn t enough staff serving at this supposedly fine dining restaurant.

The food was absolutely unexpected. We asked for medium rare meat and it came out to be well done. Not only one dish but all of them. The dishes we asked for were New Yorker beef and lamb, they were not good, cooked way too old. For starters we asked for gnocchi and scallop, the scallop was definitely not fresh, it tasted bad. However the decoration of the dishes were good but the food they served doesn t deserve the price they provide. I would not come again!!! I feel robbed!

The entire restaurant only has an acceptable atmosphere and environment.The appetizers are generally average, but the main course is really not recommended. Also, I ordered a mocktail recommended by the waiter paint it black It literally tasted like toothpaste btw For the main course.I ordered New Yorker, medium rare for my main dish, but it was made very poorly with no juice.This is the worst New Yorker Ive ever had in the entire Kelowna. My boyfriend ordered a halibut, Thats what in the picture below. Obviously, It looks very unappetizing and nauseating.This also make us to return the dessert we had already ordered and settle the order directly. I will never come to this restaurant again and I would never recommend it to my friends. I feel like robbed.

My husband and I are foodies and we heard this restaurant was a must try! We are not from Kelowna but this restaurant will not disappoint! From our server Jacob to the above and beyond drink request ( which was NOT on the menu ) to create a Mai Tai and the extra touch s of pre menu moose Boosh as well as the food we chose this is a restaurant to try!!! Hands down. We will be coming back.

Service is consistently fantastic. We always appreciate being taken care of when we come to dine. Jules is an exceptional manager and reads the room very well. She also prioritizes making sure every guest leaves wanting to come back. Maddy has been our waitress a few times and her you can tell she takes pride in making sure she has a genuine conversation with you. She also cares to remember who you are. We went for our anniversary dinner tonight, and I must say the experience was underwhelming. The octopus with pork belly was sooooo small; one and a half octopus legs with a two inch piece of not crispy pork belly. My wife ordered medium lamb, which was cooked medium rare. The Moroccan chickpea ragu was so undercooked the chickpeas were hard, and the pickled fennel slaw was just shaved raw fennel. They offered a salad on place of the undercooked chickpeas, so my wife chose the Caesar. It has three lemon vinaigrette, but there was no garlic anchovy aioli, just starting lemon flavor I ordered the crab bucatini but that was 86d, so went with the halibut. Halibut was perfectly cooked, ancient grains were nice, but there were a few cubes of what I think were potatoes; they were seared but raw. Overall a very disappointing meal. We certainly expected better for the price.

This was our second visit to Erica Jane. The food and service were exceptional once again. Our server was Jacob. He was extremely professional, attentive and knowledgeable. This restaurant is a must do when you are in Kelowna. We will absolutely be back next time we visit Kelowna.

Erica Jayne unfortunately but not shockingly a disappointment. Once in a blue moon we decide to go have dinner with friends and I had heard some good things so we decided to check it out. Location is 5/5 restaurant was beautiful however from my first bite of my beef tartar it was a let down The entrees arrived to be taken away after taking pictures of them, as we all noticed there was something wrong with the dishes... Two of them were wrong. Dishes wisked away to the warming bar in the kitchen as we quickly noticed these same plates being delivered to the table beside us, I was mortified. These plates had been under our nose and photographed. I was stunned. I then noticed that two of those dishes removed from that table back to the kitchen. After getting the correct dishes and almost finishing up I asked my husband if I could have a bite of his $59 entree which was a more expensive steak. It was dry and overcooked. My $39 steak was palatable. I approached the waitress and away from the table expressed how disappointmenting this had been. I asked that she tell her manager, this was unacceptable. Bill came first round of mediocre cocktails were comped. The waitress apologized and suggested the manager wanted to chat on my way out. No manager No follow up Never again !!!

Party of 6. Service was good, atmosphere is great. Food was terrible and over priced. Nobody liked their meal. Wine selection was not great and also WAY overpriced.

We were there for a wine dinner with a special menu. The first course was octopus carpaccio, which had no flavour. But the lamb saddle was delicious. It was odd that there was no one from the winery at the restaurant to talk about the wines.

This was the second time I have been here. I came back because of the amazing espresso martinis and delicious food but I will be coming back and always be requesting Jacob. His service made a good experience amazing. He was so fun and really elevated our night. He is amazing and I appreciate how great he is at his craft.

Family brunch yesterday, good food, great atmosphere. The waiter Jacob was delightful and excellent at his job .

Went for a ladies night and happy to share it was such a nice evening. Our server Charlotte recommended some cocktails followed by a nice bottle of red which were all fantastic. We decided to share a bunch of appys and were not disappointed. The octopus, oysters, Ceasars salad, bone marrow and beef tartare were delivered quickly and each one bringing a punch of flavour. I highly recommend this place for a nice night out and if you can, ask to to be seated with Charlotte. She definitely added to the whole experience!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Erica Jane, and the highlight of my experience was the outstanding service provided by Charlotte. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome with her warm and friendly demeanor. Charlotte was incredibly attentive, ensuring that our glasses were always full and that we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The food was absolutely delicious each dish was perfectly prepared and tasted wonderful. Charlottes recommendations were spot on, and her professionalism and genuine care for her customers truly stood out. It was a wonderful dining experience, and I look forward to returning!

My husband ordered the Delmonico ribeye dinner and the steak was was cooked proper but was under seasoned along with the Demi, The potato stack was dark on the outside, undercooked and lacked seasoning, The best part of the steak dinner was the asparagus. The plating was basic, would not call this an elevated dish. Did not look like photos that have recently been posted. Seafood risotto was good, scallops nicely seared but mussels tasted fishy and had some grit. Very heavy dish almost needed some sort of acidity to cut through the richness. However Overall service was good and atmosphere was pleasant.

We came for dinner to celebrate moving to kelowna. Food and service were pretty good for the most part. We did notice that every table got a small complimentary bite from the chef except us. Im not sure if its because we didnt order the 3 course set menu and opted to order a variety of individual dishes but it did make us feel left out a bit. Overall, I might come back again in the future but theres a couple our restaurants in town to try first and compare so its a maybe. We ordered about 3 appies, 2 mains, dessert and a bottle of wine. Total came to just over $300. I think its cheaper and more worth it for the set menu in case you end up going.

This place was amazing! Every single person we passed that worked there said hello and had a huge friendly smile. Our server Ella was fantastic and the food was unbelievable.

Every food tasted delicious, there was nothing to complain about. The waiter was also very enthusiastic and the ice wine was very sweet.

We came for a dinner here, because this restaurant claims as one of the best restaurants in Kelowna. We were disappointed. Octopus was looking like it s been processed multiple times, all broken and tasteless. Scallops was overcooked. My stake was ok, but my husband got overcooked dry meat. Garnish was poor and some of the potatoes was undercooked. Same as radishes. Also garnish was under seasoned. Every dish we ordered was executed badly. I couldn t say it s too expensive, no, it s not even cooked well enough.

One of the best dining experiences I ve had in quite a while. We went on the Monday where they have all day happy hour, and the deals and food were both fantastic, but what really stood out was the quality of the service. We really have always enjoyed our service at Erica Jane, but last night, Madeline went above and beyond to make our visit extra special. We got the oysters (always fantastic) and were pleasantly surprised to find they ve added a new minuet to their menu (a habanero flavored minuet). We also ordered the croquettes , octopus, and the beef tartar. Cocktails were the premium old-fashioned as well as a Manhattan. My partner said the premium old fashion was the best cocktail he d ever had. They bring it in a smoking coop and the presentation is very exciting. We also got two desserts, the baked Alaska and the tuxedo cake. The baked Alaska comes with a, flaming pour over and is filled with such an exciting and tasty ice cream. All in all i cannot say enough good things about our experience. We will be back again soon, and I d highly recommend Erica Jane to anyone else who is looking for a special night out.

Great service and the food was certainly good but we have had better at other fine dining restaurants. The restaurant is beautiful but the ambience could be further elevated with a better playlist (the hits of 2012; LMFAO, Calvin Harris etc didn t quite fit the vibe!).

It is is shameful, offensive and disgusting that u serve the highly intelligent octopus on your menu. Will never eat here or recommend until you develop a moral compass.

I want to be abundantly fair, as I did not complain to any level of management. The reason will be stated near the end of my review. Our experience at Erica Jane was mediocre at best. To start, it was a slow night (a Sunday), and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. We were greeted at the front door, the hostest was a very pleasnat young woman. She was helpfull, but my date commented that the hostests attire could have been more professional. The initial experience felt more like walking into an Earls. Our waitres was pleasant and our food was also pleasant, and that is precisly my point. Pleasant. Not good, great or exceptional. Pleasant. I have read many great reviews of Erica Jane before making reservations, and I looked forward to the dining experience and truth be told, I was disaapointed. My date and I ordered the Waygu to share for an appetizer, and the 2oz serving was less than spectacular, afterall, it is Wagyu, and it should have been exceptional as one would expect. For our entres, we ordered the roast chicken and New York sirloin. When our food arrived, my dates first comment to me was, that looks like a Costco steak and I completely agreed with her. I am not suggesting that Erica Jane buys their food from Costco, but the presentation of the meal, both of our meals looked... well... very amateur. Neither of us ordered dessert, and as expected, the bill, including tip, was just north of $200, including wine. I am not certain that what we experienced at Erica Jane was an off night, but I had the distinct impression that any constructive feedback to the manager or server, would have fallen on deaf ears. There were two or three gentlemen that seemed to be in a supervisory position, that just wandered around, not doing anything of consequence, or so it seemed. It just seemed like there wasnt an effort that one would expect from a so called, fine dining establishment. Overall, the entire experience just lacked any significant effort. For the people writing reviews of an exceptional experience, if what we had is considered exceptional, then I am quite certain those people do not have the proper context to understand what exceptional truly is.

1st time here and for the amount of money we had spent, really was very poor quality food. One side mushrooms waynover cooked and the other mushrooms at the table looked gmai ood much better, 72.00 steak wasnt cooked how we asked , then they put it back on the grill but the meat was full of grissel not edible..... over all I was not impressed for 650.00 plus I cant see my self returning. I also saw the reply on here and have reached out via email as stated below however no reply......

We came to have dinner here with family that we were visiting in Kelowna. Ella was our server and she was fantastic! She was prompt, personable, and accommodating. Food was nicely prepared . Steaks were cooked well except for one which needed to be sent back as it was too well done. Took about 30 minutes to get the new one. They did comp the dish though. Server was pleasant but the only real issue was it was slow. We ended up being there for 3.5 hours total.

The most disappointing high end dinner experience I ve had. Food was very disappointing in flavour. Most un-magical meal I ve had at this price point. Service felt like a business transaction. Hostess seemed shocked she has to seat us.

We tried the restaurant for the first time and my thoughts are that it was OK, not quite what we were expecting. The prices are very high for what you get and the flavors just missed the mark for us. The service was good and it certainly was busy and had a fun atmosphere. Drinks were good too. Not sure if we would return. Perhaps brunch would be something to come back and try.

Service was good, but the food was very over priced for how bland and unseasoned it was. The menu makes everything sound great but the food is not at all what they try to make it seem. As a chef myself I would not recommend for the food, but if you are going for drinks the drinks are great!

Elevated is the word our server Aiden used to describe the restaurant and we 100% agree! From start to finish, we thoroughly enjoyed a special birthday dinner here last night. We started with Chopin vodka martinis, appetizers of the grilled octopus and cioppino seafood dish paired with a divine Chardonnay from Ex Nihilo. We splurged for the Porterhouse and it did NOT disappoint! Perfectly cooked medium rare, it paired beautifully with the Cedar Creek Cab Franc. Wow! Not a ton of gluten-free dessert options but we enjoyed an espresso martini and shared a hazelnut chocolate bar. Excellent service, ambience and food! This was as good a meal as we have enjoyed in any major city in the world! How lovely to have it in our hometown! Well done!

We came for lunch on father s day, worst eggs benedict I have ever had. Dry and stale english muffin, bland and boring. Terrible service, the waitress never came back to see how our food was, never asked if we wanted refills or needed anything. When we did need something it took upwards of 20 minutes to get it, she made it seem like we were an inconvenience to her. She took our drink orders, took forever to bring them, brought the food and never came back until we needed to pay. The restaurant claims to be an elevated high end dining experience and this was far from it.

We were very excited to try Erica Janes today for the first time. (Fathers day Brunch) Service was the worst we have had anywhere. My food was ok, but others at the table couldnt say the same. The server never checked back on us, we had to flag her down if we needed something and then that took forever. I watched as my friends sauce she requested sat under a heat lamp for 10 min and then had to remind the server that it was up there and my friend was still waiting. Wont be going back sadly.. Oh.. and no it wasnt that busy.. and there were other servers on the floor. She had maybe 4 tables to take care of.

We had the most enjoyable ladies night/birthday celebration at Erica Jane s last night! Our server Jacob, was exceptional providing us with a genuine, fun and interactive dining experience. The entire team worked well together to enhance our night out with extreme attention to detail throughout our evening. Ive been to this restaurant twice now within the past year. The first time I dined at EJ, I had a poor experience but chalked it up to the fact that the restaurant was still working out the kinks that naturally comes along with being a newly opened restaurant, and promised myself to eventually come back as at the time I saw this place to have a ton of potential in the Kelowna dining scene. However, on the back of my most recent experience earlier this month (which was objectively worse than the first experience I had at this place I might add) I have no interest in ever returning to this restaurant. In a fine dining or elevated restaurant (whatever you want to call it), where people are at a minimum spending at least north of 100 dollars, your guests shouldnt have to ask to have their waters refilled, or have to ask to have proper silverware for their dishes, and the servers should have at the very least a basic level of product knowledge. These were mistakes that I experienced a year ago, and was disappointed to see were still present when I was just recently in for dinner the second time around - its been a year, not acceptable. The food was again poorly executed. My tartare was bland, Filet undercooked and over seasoned, while my side of vegetables were greasy and overcooked. My server left the table unattended and full of dirty, half eaten plates long after myself and rest of the table had finished. Myself and the people that I was dining with skipped on dessert, figuring it was a better choice to cut our losses, get the cheque and leave. I think its important to add that this all happened in the mid week, while the restaurant was seemingly slower and the dining room was maybe half full. Simply put; this restaurant that markets itself as a place that offers an elevated dining experience, in reality offers mediocre chain-restaurant-grade service, and a poorly executed menu that hides behind a new, modern dining room, and thats it. I dont know what the future holds for EJ, but after being disappointed now for a second time, I feel comfortable in saying that this place doesnt hold water to any of its local competitors (ie: Humo, Waterfront) and no amount of birthday discount or ladies night promos are able of disguising the fact that this restaurant is in fact a huge letdown.

The service, location, and ambience was lovely. We roasted in the sun tho, which wasn t fun. The food - I realize this is subjective, but I have had better. The portions were small, and not enough gluten free consideration. Would I go back, no. Our bill was $240 with tip and no alcohol for 4 people.

Pretty great food

What an amazing experience this was. The food was outstanding- every dish was perfect in flavour, presentation and was just right. We had the steak tartare, the porterhouse, with sides of gnochi and fries. The service was very good and the assistant manager Vinay went out of his way to ensure we were well looked after and had an exceptional experience. Highly recommended.

Everything was great last night for the Mother s Day dinner I had, but the reason for my review is entirely due to the incredible service that we received. Our server, Rae, has renewed our belief in humanity. After years of noticing the skills of wait staff slowly getting worse and worse, we have finally found somewhere that hires people who are actually competent, knowledgeable and truly cares about the customers they serve. I will be returning to this restaurant for that reason. Thank you for taking the time to hire the right people. I hope staff such as this are recognized by their employers and much effort is made to ensure they are treated in a way that ensures they have a desire to stay. It s these people that make people want to return again and again.

We eat oysters everywhere they are available, and these didn t disappoint. The mignonette was tasty, and if you don t eat horse radish, have you ever really lived? 2. The 42 oz. Porterhouse was recommended, and it was the single greatest steak that I ve ever eaten. It was perfection. Enough said. 3. Arthur. If you have the pleasure of being served by Arthur, your Karma is in good standing. Listen to every single thing this man says. He is honest about the food, makes excellent recommendations on food and wine, and just genuinely a nice guy. What we ordered. I have been looking in Kelowna for years for a restaurant both my husband and I enjoy, this was amazing . I love seafood , he does not and we both were able to fully enjoy our meal, the atmosphere and their drink selection was brilliant . Aiden our waiter was knowledgeable, friendly and did an all around fabulous job ... six stars! I know where my birthday will be as well as where I will be taking my Vancouver friends and family . My wife and I are in Kelowna visiting from Buckhorn, Ontario and were looking for a good place for dinner and noticed Erica Jane. It was the most amazing experience and meal we have had in a very long time, they even allowed us to purchase some morel mushrooms to take to our son in Vancouver. I was there for the first time for my birthday, may 18. This place was an absolute class act. I thought it was better then I anticipated. I had the oysters (appy) then the filet mignon (main) and we shared blueberry dessert. Every bite was amazing. I never finish my food and I did there. They also give 30.00 off on your birthday!! The server (wish i remember her name) was attentive and kind. It felt like she was just serving our table. Even one of the owners checked in with us. The washroom is even cool with all the little options. Will be coming again soon!

Great site and really enjoyed the window being open. The beef tartar and bone marrow came and the marrow was pretty good, although it was initially served with breadcrumbs and one of us is celiac. They fixed that but the beef was very, very salty. Steak was ok, and the sablefish was cooked perfectly but sauces and veggies were lacking. Not that great an experience

Tried this restaurant for the first time! Beautiful, with high ceilings and nice lighting. The food was all delicious. Tried their octopus and tuna crudo appetizers, their bison main, wagyu, latkes. All delicious! The bison was deeply flavorful and so soft and tender. The wagyu was of course wonderful, latkes fried perfection with perfect dip. The appetizers were good. Great for a special occasion

Nice atmosphere and fancy vibe, but service and food was disappointing for the price. Barely any vegetarian options (I had to get side dishes), and server barely came around to take our orders. My friends expensive steak came out over cooked and they took care of a drink for it. Vegetarian options: Not very many veggie friendly options!!

Can t wait for next visit, it s the best stop for fine dining in Kelowna so far I know. It totally met my expectations of fine dining, from cheerful staff & wine menu to all greatly compounded flavours. That kind of dinner when wine doesn t taste like alcohol and well known dish surprises.

Our dining experience at Eric Jane Restaurant was overall enjoyable, with a few notable aspects to mention. The ambiance was inviting, and the service was generally good, although there were a couple of areas for improvement. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted and seated. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout the meal. However, there was a noticeable delay between receiving our appetizers and the arrival of our main courses, which detracted from the overall flow of the dining experience. As for the food, most dishes were satisfying, but my Bison was unfortunately on the dry side. However, one aspect that detracted from our evening was the noise level. While the restaurants lively atmosphere contributed to its charm, it made conversation difficult, and I found myself straining to hear my spouse across the table. Another point of contention was the tipping process. The point-of-purchase device presented a preset tip of 18%, calculated based on the total bill. While we understand the convenience of preset tip options, we believe that tipping should not be based on the total, as it includes taxes. It seems unfair to tip on taxes, especially when the bill already approaches a considerable amount. Speaking of the bill, our total came close to $300.00, which we felt was steep considering the overall dining experience. While we dont mind paying for quality food and service, the combination of the aforementioned issues left us questioning the value for money. In conclusion, Eric Jane Restaurant offers a charming ambiance and satisfactory food and service, but there are areas where improvement is needed. Addressing noise levels, streamlining service timing, and ensuring consistent food quality would elevate the dining experience. Additionally, revisiting the tipping policy to exclude taxes from the calculation would be a welcome change. Despite these criticisms, we appreciate the effort put into creating an inviting atmosphere, and we hope to see continued improvements in the future.

Dressed up for my birthday to splurge on something fancy and was hugely disappointed. It was a slow night with not many people inside. The host was very good but the bartender didn t acknowledge that I existed because there was a table of a few women that he was focused on the whole time.. Listening to someone complain how they can t find a boyfriend and the bartender being their audience was not fun when I couldn t order a drink for quite some time. I was in the lounge section too so it was confusing to have the host take all my orders when I could see the bartender and knowing it s his section and it s a slow night where he only had one other table. Even when the table left the bartender not once came up to ask how my food was, if I wanted another drink, etc.. I bought an expensive steak and spent over 100$ for service that didn t exist.. Also the kitchen served two deep fried sides as specials which I thought was odd. I want something fresh on my dish, not just deep fried artichokes that still have the skins on them.

Went to celebrate Valentines, the service was impeccable!! The dinner was 3 course set menu for Valentines. We tried both appetizers, carpaccio was under seasoned and bland taste , entree s were stuffed halibut with lobster, halibut over cooked, steak charred flavour over powered everything else. Disappointed, I expected higher level of food quality!!

Went to a birthday supper here. It is truly a beautiful restaurant with a great ambiance. The staff is friendly and strive for great customer service. The food is remarkable and had what is probably the best restaurant steak I ever had. It was a melt in your mouth steak. Spiced to perfection. Cocktails could use a little work. Yet still have a nice boozy taste. Desert was incredible. Great date place. Or as a significant meal.

Went here yesterday for the first time. All day happy hour on Mondays, which is very cool. Wish more places had that. Had a few drinks, lots of oysters, a steak dish, and desert. I m very hard to please when it comes to food, but this place really hit the spot! I have nothing negative to say about my experience. I m already planning on going back next Monday! First time here. Went with a group of ladies for happy hour. Beautiful venue, service was good but not overbearing and food was delicious. I had the Sirloin roast , the beef was done to perfection and the portion was perfect. I would have enjoyed a few more veggies. The guest beside me with food issues, phoned ahead and the kitchen made a risotto dish for her that looked delicious . General consensus for the group was positive. I would definitely go back!

Came in today for happy hour, and what a beautiful experience! My friend and I shared the oysters, steak tartare, and pesto croquettes and were very impressed with the presentation and flavour. Our server was very attentive and gave us such a nice experience. We will definitely be back!! 25$ off of bottles of wine at happy hour is a great deal, especially if you re going with a group of girls on a Saturday!

We had a very pleasant meal and very good service. Shocked by how nice and friendly our waitress was. We went for happy hour and every dish was good. The only dish that was lacking in any flavour or taste was the miso chicken.This dish has lots of potential but it was very bland. Chef should relook at this recipe. We had the chefs table and overall enjoyed our time.

Had lunch with two other couples. Although expensive, the restaurant largely meets the standard. I had a veal special, which was superb. Two others ordered the same. One complained his portion was smaller than ours. He was right. The salads the wives had received mixed reviews. The highlight was our server, Carol, who was well prepared to answer any questions we had about the menu. Carol was cheerful, thorough and efficient. In an age when service can be spotty, Carol was flawless. Great service, almost great entrees.

We chose to eat here to celebrate out belated Anniversary and my wifes birthday. Great tasting amuse (grilled elk) and appetizer (croquette). Wife ordered the black cod, cooked well but generally lacking in seasoning. The seasonal vegetables were undercooked (still had crunch). I ordered the BC Striploin which had a piece of bone still in it (which I bit into), undercooked and under seasoned vegetables as well. The desert soufflé was flat, crumbly and disappointing. We addressed the bone in the steak with the staff. Soap in the bathroom stall was empty - had to exit to wash hands in neighboring stall. Could do with a bit more lighting (mood or otherwise). Wouldnt recommend. Expected more from a restaurant advertising A5 Japanese Wagyu on the menu.

Incredible restaurant in Kelowna, located below the One Water building. You can tell the owner spent a lot of money in thoughts designing this place. Ambience and decor was compared to the level of Elisa in Vancouver. Food is great. Very fresh oysters, venison tartar was throughly enjoyable. The service was slower than expected, but our waitress was courteous and professional nonetheless.

Great vibe in the restaurant and lounge. Staff are friendly and the opportunity to enjoy international wines is a welcomed treat (hard to find in the Okanagan)

We went to Erica Jane for dinner this summer and it was great, but this time (last night) was kind of a disappointment. Sat for about 10-15 minutes without service, which was understandable because it was busy. Then took quite a while to get our drinks, which I have to say, all the cocktails we tried kind of lacked flavor. My husbands croquettes were very good and my crab cake was only ok, pretty watery and way too acid. The wagyu was good, but my tenderloin actually looked like the dogs breakfast to be honest (a chunk of meat that looked like it had been ripped in two and was way over done). Could have sent it back I suppose, but then youre waiting again. And I get the idea behind choosing your own sides and having them plates separately, but the idea just falls flat especially when your cut of steak sucks. The cherry on top was that the dessert we wanted was out, which I understand on a busy night, but it was just one more thing. Anyways, I had high expectations and it just wasnt great this time; beautifully designed though!

YUM ! The food was soo good! I had the lamb and it was perfectly cooked, pretty good portion sizes and the side was very unique and delicious!! My only complaint was that parking was very difficult and we had to walk for 10 mins after parking far away, hard to do in heels when youre dressing up! Not really a great drop off section in front of the building. Parking: Apparently there was an event going on so parking was impossible. Street parking and a small lot available across the street, both paid but no spots just allocated to Erica Jane.

We visited Erica Jane as a dinner part of 7. The restaurant beautiful-modern & upscale decor, although a bit noisy. The waitress brought our table an amuse-bouche-I think a pea soup ish delicious little treat compliments of the chef. We ordered the the croquettes and artisan cheese as starters, neither of which were anything spectacular. The croquettes came 3 to an order, and cheese plate consisted of a few crackers and 3 small dollops of different cheeses. Our main orders ranged from steaks, cod, duck, lamb and the kale & quinoa salad. I had the salad and it was not tasty overall. There were no green olives, as described and it really needed a dressing because it was very bland. Basically a giant bowl of greens with a few blue cheese crumbles, some almond chunks and quinoa mixed around. Certainly not worth $24. The Atlantic Beef was ordered medium well, slightly pink, but was cooked well. Most everyone else enjoyed dinner & dessert. (Cod was delicious:) Restrooms were clean & the waitress was kind and attentive.

The whole experience was fantastic! This was our second time going to Erica Jane and we will spread the word, this is a top pick for restaurants in Kelowna!! We look forward to our next visit!

Service was quick and very attentive, the food was EXCELLENT and the atmosphere was wonderful. My husband and I had a great anniversary dinner there and it s very clear that the service levels and expectations have been leveled up at Erica Jane. We can t wait to return!

Absolute perfection. The food was very flavourful and distinct, nice selection of wines, excellent atmosphere and wonderful service. We dined at lunch for my mom s birthday. Looking for any excuse to come back we started with steak tartare followed by the Cornish game hen. For our mains we had the sablefish and beef short ribs. We finished with the chocolate soufflé and hazelnut bar Dietary restrictions: I can t eat dairy. They went over and above. 5-star experience

We attended for dinner last night and the experience was amazing - our server Erin was top notch! We definitely will be back!

The atmosphere and service are good, but the fish dish tastes too fishy... Its a disappointing taste for the wicked price. I recommend eating steak here.
